Foi tudo muito bom. O quarto é espaçoso, a vista tanto da piscina quanto do mar era ótima. O café da manhã é excelente e a equipe da recepção é bastante atenciosa, nos ajudaram a pedir taxis a todo momento. As maquinas de compra automáticas da recepção também são bem práticas se precisamos de água ou até mesmo protetor solar.

O sofá cama não é dos mais confortáveis e não forneceram travesseiros, apenas as almofadas do sofá. A localização é ok. Fica perto de uma praia e tem restaurantes perto, mas não fica tão próximo ao centro e a muralha. Até seria possível ir a pé, mas a caminhada é longa. De qualquer maneira pegar taxis é simples pois a recepção sempre chama para os hospedes, entao não demora muito e o preço é relativamente ok.

Tuvimos una muy buena estadía. La ubicación es excelente y el alojamiento cuenta con todas las instalaciones necesarias para una estadía cómoda. Nos gustó especialmente que combine las comodidades de un hotel con las de un apart, ya que dispone de lo necesario para poder cocinar y manejarse con mayor independencia. Las instalaciones son cómodas y funcionales, tiene buenas vistas y la pileta es muy linda y agradable para disfrutar durante la estadía.

Como punto a mejorar, consideramos que el servicio de limpieza podría ser un poco más completo, ya que nos resultó bastante básico. Fuera de eso, nuestra experiencia general fue muy buena y el alojamiento cumplió muy bien con lo que necesitábamos.

Made a reservation for 3, received 2 single beds. Shower was full of hair at the arrival day, toilet broken and smelled like sewage all the time. Room dusty and oily dirty everywhere. People coming and going to fix some leaking in my bathroom, we were not allowed to use it or shower for a day. never coming back.

How easy it was to get a taxi out of there.

Rooms was dirty. Shower was horrible. Couldn’t sleep on beds. Tv didn’t work. Phone didn’t work.

Un appartement vétuste avec une salle de bain digne des années 60 avec de la rouille et des éléments cassés, l’appartement n’est pas à la hauteur du reste de l’hôtel

Las habitaciones son de hace 30 años o más y solo se han pintado…

Otima localização. Junto à praia de Ses Figueretes e Playa den Bossa (playeta), a cerca de 30 minutos a pé do centro da cidade de Ibiza (porto). Pessoal muito simpático, e um excelente serviço de receção e compra de bilhetes para eventos. Apartamento bem fornecido, com camas muito confortáveis. Estivemos em família e o barulho não é incomodativo. Excelente ar condicionado no quarto.

O serviço no bar da piscina, para além de caro é muito ineficiente. Pessoal da piscina pouco simpático. O preço foi mais elevado que o esperado.

Wir waren zu viert und haben uns erwartet, dass für alle schon ein Schlafplatz bereitgestellt wurde, jdeoch war die Schlafcouch nicht aufgebaut und Polster und Decken mussten auch erst geholt werden. Der Überzug der Couch lässt auch zu wünschen übrig, er verrutscht die ganze Zeit und man liegt auf der dreckigen Matratze von der Couch

apenas a simpatia de 2 recepcionistas muito simpáticas que por coincidência também eram portuguesas De resto nada

Buffet jantar horroroso e miserável para o preço que pagamos para a meia pensão!! A sala de refeições parecia um refeitório de um lar de idosos com decoração minimalista, básica e ambiente pouco acolhedor. Não nos forneceram o pequeno almoço, sendo que so abria as 07.30h 3 nos tivemos de sair do hotel por essa hora porque tínhamos voo cedo. Ja nos aconteceu a mesma situação em outros destinos e sempre nos forneceram as botes com o pequeno almoço para levar mas infelizmente foi nos recusado e acabamos por gastar cerca de 30 euros no aeroporto porque éramos 4, nos e os nossos 2 filhos. Nada satisfeita :(

We really liked the location and the facilities including the pool areas. The staff were very nice and the apartment itself was nice.

I thought for the price we paid that it could’ve been a little better. Our apartment had some small issues. Soap dispenser inside shower didn’t work. Also the floor was constantly wet due to what I think was a leak in the shower. Also we didn’t have the correct amount of towels for the amount of guests that we had arranged with the hotel.

GREAT location, great hotel in general with the multiple pools, the Saturday pool party was great. All the facilities you need are there - ice machine, multiple vending machines, ATM’s, pool tables, tattoo studio, bar The restaurant was great onsite - buffet breakfast was great value Dinner was also great value considering the price of eating out in Ibiza

We had a 2 bedroom Seaview apartment on the top floor. Great views however the apartment was extremely outdated. The beds were awful, small metal bed frames with very thin mattresses and barely any bedding. Aircon was inconsistent - cold in the day however nighttime was not as cold and was hard to sleep Cleanliness of room was poor - when we checked in the room was full of bugs in the living room. We requested a new room or for the room to be re-cleaned - we were told the cleaners would come. It took many hours for this to be rectified Cleanliness in general was poor - our room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days despite asking multiple times each morning (calling reception and also asking downstairs) for our room to be cleaned / towels replaced and it was not done We also found rubbish and dirty underwear in our room from a previous stay

L'emplacement et la vue est parfait. L'appartement spacieux mais qui vieillit.

La propreté est souvent a la limite de l'acceptable. Des boissons sont renversées sur les terrasses et personne ne nettoie. Les joints de douche sont moisis. Nous avons signalé 3 fois que le bruit généré par la musique des voisins n'était pas supportable avant que cela se calme (+2heures) et ça a quand même recommencé certains jours ( peut être plus stricte avec les bandes qui sont là pour faire la fête mais ne pas respecter les autres). L'isolation des chambres est à revoir, on a dû dire aux femmes de ménage qui passent leur temps au téléphone dans les couloirs de parler moins fort. Et on entend clairement tout se qui se passe dans la rue. Les camions poubelles et surtout le retour des discothèques avec tous ceux qui sont alcoolisés et qui crient.

Great view, our room was just by the pool , in the evening was perfect for sunset. The staff also left a birthday card and a bottle of bubbles for our daughter 18th birthday and the was a nice touch. A massive thank you for making our little girl felling special :-)

The room was a bit worn out, so need a refresh, especially the toilets.

The room was filthy, hasnt been renovated in years, the ac is old and its awful, the balcony door was broken, very difficult to open and close. Its not normal for these prices to offer such poor condition for a hotel room.

Over crowded pool. Poorly built, my friends aircon did not turn on, and another room the aircon was leaking constantly all over the floor. We were unable to check in for our friend despite having room in our units.

La ubicacion, la terrzaza y su vista hacia al mar, lo ordenado del lugar y su funcionamiento, es grande, casi toda personas jovenes con un comportamiento ejemplar, cero molestias. El desayuno tambien muy bueno. La atencion muy buena. En general una excelente eleccion

En el apartamento se sentian unos ruidos casi todo el dia muy fuerte y molestos. No sabian lo que era pero dedujeron que era por el sistema de refrigeracion y no habia solucion. Nosotros estabamos en el ultimo piso en un apartamento de 3 dormitorios. Fue lo unico negativo

Not a bad stay if you’re budgeting, very busy hotel with a very young crowd. Security always at the front so if you plan on brining guest it can be annoying. The pool is nice and the drinks/food is good but pricey. I paid half the money upfront then when I had to pay the rest on arrival it was more then was agreed on Booking.com which was frustrating so that I didn’t like, but overall decent hotel. Aircon didn’t work in my room but it worked in the lounge room.

It was okay, great views to ocean.

The hallway is dark to go to the room, that we need to turn on our phone flush light to see the door way to get to the room. Plus the flush of the toilet keeps breaking. And the staffs at the front desk, they are not friendly it looks like they don’t know how to smile to customers.

Μου άρεσε που κάθε μέρα το δωμάτιο καθαριζόταν και μας αλλαζανε τις πετσέτες κάθε μέρα , πράμα που δεν το κάνουν πολλά ξενοδοχεία, οι τιμές στο μπαρ πισίνα του ξενοδοχείου ήταν όπως επέτρεπε για ένα ξενοδοχείο και αρκετά φθηνά αν μιλάμε ότι είναι στην ιμπιζα που περίμενα σε όλα να είναι ακριβά

Ενα δωρεάν πρωινό θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει αλλά και πάλι αφού είχε κουζίνα το δωμάτιο πάλι καλά ήταν και αυτό , γενικά ήταν όλα καλά

La atención del personal pedí ayuda pq se fue la luz en el departamento y se demoraron en solucionarlo y encima el técnico que enviaron un maleducado y no soluciono la falta de luz del cuarto y los enchufes del cuarto. Solo lo demás funciono.

Het was een prima accommodatie, alles zit er wat je eigenlijk nodig hebt.

Het is wel een typische “feest” vakantie hotel. Veel gasten komen er echt voor t feesten en hoor je dan ook laat binnen komen.

Abbiamo riservato due stanze. In una delle due abbiamo trovato animali,biancheria sporca,capelli sparsi ovunque sia nella biancheria che nel bagno.Il bagno che si allargava per mezza doccia.Abbiamo chiesto in reception una pulizia in più e ci hanno detto di no. Abbiamo chiesto se era possibile cambiare stanza pur pagando e ci è stato detto di no perché era tutto pieno (hanno più o meno 50 strutture in tutta Ibiza). Ci hanno chiesto di andare la mattina successiva alle 9 per chiedere un rimborso al direttore che sarebbe stato presente. Abbiamo spostato il nostro traghetto più tardi e quando siamo andati ci è stato detto che il direttore non c'era. DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE per mancanza di aiuto e organizzazione e oltretutto presa in giro.

Mooie ruime kamer, en slaapkamer. Slaapbank lag ook prima in de woonkamer. Gezellig hotel, maar je moet wel van een feestje houden aan het zwembad ;)

Posizione comoda, parcheggio interno anche se a pagamento ma visto la difficoltà nel trovare posto in strada, per chi può è una buona cosa. Colazione abbondante. Reception gentile.

Camere vecchissime, bagno con doccia e sanitari ultra vecchi, doccia con tenda 😟 sporchi. Tende rotte senza possibilità di oscurare e alle 5 già ti arrivava la luce. Stanze pessime

L’hotel è in una posizione molto centrale rispetto ai locali e alle discoteche. Ho apprezzato il cambio della biancheria ogni giorno, l’attenzione del personale che ci ha lasciato una bottiglia di spumante in camera quando ha capito che festeggiavamo un addio al nubilato e il servizio di deposito bagagli. L’appartamento era spazioso, comodo per 4 persone con un bellissimo affaccio sul mare e sulla piscina dell’hotel.

Si sentivano i rumori della strada e delle persone che rientravano nelle loro camere. La piscina era molto bella, ma essendo aperta solo fino al pomeriggio non siamo riuscite ad usufruire di tale servizio.

Le bruit le matin car nous étions situés juste au dessus des garages sous terrain mais il faut bien que le travail se fasse... donc pas très grave ;) Une machine à café aurait été la bienvenue dans la partie cuisine : nous avons utilisé la machine à café tous les matins et plusieurs fois chaque matin

Локацията и удобствата в хотела са перфектни. Разполага с три басейна, които са чисти. Храната беше на ниво, барът, напитките, музиката, гледката. Като цяло сме много доволни и бихме препоръчали с две ръце.

Мога да вметна лека забележка към чистотата в стаите. За цяла седмица престой само сменяха хавлии и прибираха легла. Не сменяха кошчета и не се метеше и последните дни подът вече беше ужасен. Терасите също не се чистят и стъклото е мръсно и мътно.
