The sound isolation was terrible - we could hear all what happend at the room above us. The breakfast was OK but definetely not worth 17 eur. My 6 year old kid had to pay 17 eur for breakfast - same price as for adult. And he had half of a toast with butter and a bite of apple - this didn't feel like the price was justifairable. The tickets for city tranasport were not communicated propely via email - we had to ask several times the personnel at reception who kept telling us all was sent (which was not the case). The room was extremily tiny. And there was no fridge in the room (we travel a lot with small kids and it was first time that we didn't have a fridge in a room).

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026De locatie, direct aan het voetgangersgedeelte, waardoor je zo het centrum in loopt. Daarnaast kan je de auto onder het hotel parkeren. Het ontbijt was ook erg lekker.
Wij hadden de standaard kamer en die was wel heel basic. Geen koffie/thee apparaat (daarvoor moet je naar de lobby) en de douche viel tegen: geen regen douche, alleen een normale douchekop die niet voor grote mensen was. Prijs- kwaliteit verhouding viel tegen.

Fernseher war schon ein wenig älter und nur ein paar Standard Programme, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Die Lage ist perfekt für eine Salzburg Besichtigung. Tolles großzügiges Parkhaus. Der Hinterhof im Hotel ist wirklich schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser gibt es im Lobbybereich rund um die Uhr.
Die Zimmer zur Straße sind etwas laut.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Kurzer Weg zu Fuß in die Altstadt.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße - Extrem laut!!! Man hat gefühlt auf der Straße geschlafen, mitten im Rush-Our-Verkehr!!! Nachfrage für ein ruhigeres Zimmer wurde verneint, da man hätte dies bei der Zimmerreservierung entsprechend lesen müssen, lt. der Mitarbeiterin. Hinweis des Lesens wurde verneint, da über Booking reserviert-somit Hotel nicht verantwortlich, lt. der Mitarbeiterin, sondern Booking-müsse man also mit Booking klären. Zudem sind die Betten völlig durchgelegen, man lag darin wie auf einem Trampolin. Parkgarage des Hotels mit 25,-€ pro Tag sehr teuer. Zudem sind die Parkplätze total eng. Und, man muss die Parkgebühr im Voraus bezahlen, fährt man jedoch dann zwischendurch mal raus, hat man kein Anspruch mehr auf diesen Parkplatz, obwohl bereits vollständige Gebühr bezahlt ist! Frühstück naja - es gab Pulverrührei, etwas aufgetauten Schnittlauch dazu. Etwas Schinken us der Großpackung, etwas Käse aus der Großpackung, Gurke und Paprika - keine Tomaten. Sehr dünnflüssiger Naturjoghurt (wie wenn dieser nochmals mit Wasser verdünnt war), eingeweckte Obstfrüchte, welche völlig überzuckert waren. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt hier überhaupt nicht!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The location is excellent. The staff generally very good though some oddities, no yard lighting though there is a generous outside seating area and turning off of all reception/lounge area lighting once the doors locked at 10pm. Very good continental breakfast.
Very limited towel hanging facilities in the bathroom, particularly for a smaller person.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Sehr schönes Hotel in Top Lage, freundlicher Empfang, schöne moderne Zimmer, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, bei schönem Wetter kann man im riesigen netten Außenbereich auch essen. Freundliches Personal, die Fußgängerzone der Linzer Gasse beginnt gleich nach dem Hotel. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man in der Altstadt oder im Mirabellgarten. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen gerne wieder!

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Top Lage am Beginn der Fußgängerhone. Das Zentrum ist zur Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Gutes Frühstück, welches man bei Schönwetter im sehr schönen Garten genießen kann. Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden. Sehr sauber. Gratis Kaffee und Tee vorhanden. In der Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

When we went to bed on first night there was two brown stains on sheet which were very noticeable. Can't understand how staff didn't see it? One between pillows and other around middle of bed. Not a very good start as Hotel is expensive . Got bed sheets changed next day.

In vergelijking met de vorige jaren ( we komen hier al drie jaar) is de service fel verminderd. Kamer is super klein,de kamers worden in minder dan 2 minuten schoongemaakt, er ontbreekt altijd iets. Hygiëne laat natuurlijk ook te wensen.

Saknade kylskåp. Vattenkokare hade varit bra. Lite väl dyrt för att bo men det var riktigt lyxigt! Centralt och dessutom fick vi gratis pass till lokaltrafiken 😄

Personal war nicht wirklich motiviert eine Ausnahme in 2 Tagen war beim Frühstück wo wir mit guten Morgen begrüsst wurden . An der Rezeption war das Personal durchwegs mit Surfen am privaten Handy beschäftigt. Wir waren kurz vor 22:00 im Hotel und die Dame am Empfang war sichtlich genervt, da sie um 22:00 Schluss hatte und hat das auch verbal geäussert das Self Check in ging weder mit dem Namen noch dem Code und dann musste sie doch länger bleiben und uns einchecken. Also für 2 Tage war es o.k. Aber ich komme sicher nicht wieder
