La camera molto spaziosa, con aria condizionata e frigobar. Anche il bagno spazioso e con tutti ci comfort necessari. Personale cortese. L'ho prenotato senza aspettative, mentre le ha superate alla grande. Se torno a Catania, vedrò di prenotare di nuovo qui.
Forse la colazione può essere arricchita di più cose salate.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Dans cet établissement le point positif était l’emplacement, nous étions dans le centre ville de Catane.
Premièrement, à notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par un réceptionniste, que nous n’avons d’ailleurs plus jamais revu durant tout notre séjour. Il nous a indiqué que le parking de l’établissement devait être réservé à l’avance sur le site, faute de quoi nous étions obligés de nous garer à l’extérieur de l’hôtel. Nous avons donc dû chercher une place dans le centre-ville, ce qui s’est avéré particulièrement compliqué, notamment en raison des nombreux panneaux indiquant des risques de fourrière sur plusieurs emplacements. Une fois dans la chambre, le lit était confortable et la pièce de vie correcte. En revanche, la salle de bain était une véritable catastrophe. La douche était recouverte de moisissures noires, ce qui était franchement répugnant et donnait une impression de manque d’entretien évident. D’autant plus que ces moisissures semblaient pouvoir être facilement nettoyées avec de la javel. Mais le plus gros problème concernait les toilettes et leur système de fonctionnement. Une sorte de bac était installé à l’arrière des toilettes et, dès que nous utilisions la douche, le robinet ou les toilettes, un bruit extrêmement bruyant, semblable à celui d’un tracteur, se déclenchait, accompagné d’une odeur très désagréable. Le matin, lorsque nous nous levions pour nous brosser les dents, le simple fait de faire couler un peu d’eau suffisait à déclencher le mécanisme. Une odeur pestilentielle se répandait alors dans toute la salle de bain, au point qu’il devenait difficile d’y rester. Nous avons trouvé ce fonctionnement particulièrement désagréable et très décevant. À aucun moment, à part nous préciser que seuls du papier devait être jeté dans les toilettes, nous n’avons été prévenus de ce système ni des nuisances qu’il pouvait occasionner. Enfin, nous n’avons jamais revu le réceptionniste durant notre séjour.

Non trovavo la scala corretta per accedere alla struttura e l' host ha urlato il mio cognome dal balcone in modo indisponente. La camera è stata fatta trovare calda senza nemmeno il condizionatore acceso e quando abbiamo riportato il tutto al titolare ci ha detto che in nessun albergo in cui lui è stato ha trovato un' accortezza del genere. La colazione viene servita tardi e seppur avessimo comunicato l'esigenza di partire presto, ci è stato detto che potevano darci solamente qualcosa di confezionato non considerando che molti bar del vicinato fossero già aperti di mattina presto. Il bagno emetteva rumori forti quando veniva usato e scarseggiava in comodità e pulizia.

Zajos az utca (de erre készültünk, hiszen belváros, hangos autók), az erkély epp csak kilépésre való (de ez se volt meglepetés). Az ablak/erkélyajtó kiválóan szigetelt hangilag, ellenben a jelzettek miatt problémás volt a szellőztetés, plusz napközben se volt világos, ezek zavartak kissé. A reggeli mini édesreggeli, de ezt lehetett tudni.

Camere ampie, comode e funzionali, con ottima climatizzazione; letti molto comodi; frigo; bagno ampio. Pulizia impeccabile. Molto comodo il posto auto riservato. Valore aggiunto l'accoglienza, la disponibilità e cortesia del Sig. Giovanni, che ci ha illustrato le migliori attrattive della città. Migliorabile la colazione. Insomma, una ottima e piacevole esperienza.

Las instalaciones llevan varios años sin actualizarse. En cuanto al desayuno, es un DESPROPÓSITO, recomiendo encarecidamente NO desayunar allí, todo es bollería industrial en plástico y el café estaba malísimo. No mereció la pena cogerlo, de verdad, nadie habla de ello. Por la mañana había bastante ruido del tráfico que las ventanas no solventaban.

La struttura è pulita, accogliente e ben posizionata, ideale per visitare il centro di Catania e spostarsi facilmente. Il vero punto di forza però è stato lo staff, che si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole con la loro cordialità e attenzione verso gli ospiti. Anche i servizi offerti sono stati all’altezza delle aspettative e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto buono. Consiglio sicuramente questa struttura a chi cerca un posto confortevole e con personale davvero attento alle esigenze dei clienti.

Giovanni , il propietario, gentilissimo e mi ha consigliato degli ottimi ristoranti non per turisti, dove ho mangiato molto bene ad un ottimo prezzo! Essendo italiana col magiare e la qualità capisco subito se i piatti erano freschi ! Giovanni una persona molto afabile è pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi necessità. Ottima posizione vicino al centro storico , e alle vie principali di negozi.
