Reviewed Sep 14, 2026El desayuno muy bueno y completo; siempre acompañado por café expreso recién hecho. Variedad de tortas excelentes, fiambres, cereales, etc. La ubicación del hotel con parking incluido es muy buena para quienes visitan Siracusa pero no quieren estar en el centro.
La cama, si bien extra grande, no era muy cómoda. La decoración, podría estar un poco más cuidada.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Bazen i okoliš (biljke, ležaljke i sl.) su odlični. Kod bazena imate stolni tenis, stolni nogomet i teretanu. Bazen je iznimno čist sa ležaljkama i suncobranima uokolo što je odlično usred dana za odmor i predah.
Soba je sa starim namještajem a kupaonica je horor. Tuš nije obnovljen valjda nikad. Ručnici su imali miris po nekoj kemikaliji...tuš kabina pljesniva. kupaonica izgleda kao za osobe sa invaliditetom. Fen je tamo samo da se može reći da imaju fen ali funkciju nema. Doručak je bezveze, salame sa sumnjivim mirisom, zagorene palačinke i krosani a konobar vas gleda kao da ste ubili nekog :( Jedino je gospođa na recepciji (valjda jedina ženska osoba tamo koja radi) uljudna i simpatična i lik na bazenu.

Poolboys sehr streng. Bei unserem Zimmer leider kein Balkon. Nasse Handtücher konnte man nirgends trocknen.

Un des membres du personnel (petit dej + piscine). Le petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout à la hauteur, autant par la qualité médiocre des produits industriels, que par le choix et le réassort des produits. Pas digne du nombre d'étoiles de l'établissement. Dommage pas de snack proposé par l'hôtel.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Try to get a room on the street level, in the back, that lead to the pool.. the pool is beautiful and big with lots of lounge chairs around it.. it was a nice place to rest.. the hotel is about 10mins to the city so it is in a calmer place.. it provides lots of parking the breakfast buffet was ample and complete the only little irritant is that you could run out of hot water especially in the late afternoon when a lot of people use it

Room door not closing properly, seems it was kicked in sometime before but not repaired. No power point for kettle, we had to put it on the floor to use it. Poorest breakfast I have ever came across. Defiantly not a 4 star hotel.

Estuvimos una noche por lo que no pudimos disfrutar su linda piscina Alejado del centro histórico a pie pero viajamos en auto y fue fácil llegar ( 10 min de distancia).

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025Malgré sa situation proche de Syracuse, le très bon accueil et la magnifique piscine très bien entretenue, cet hôtel ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles. Chambre correcte mais sombre et peu spacieuse, salle de bains très simple avec cabine de douche étroite. Pas de cafetière, juste une bouilloire. Heureusement nous avons pris une supérieure avec terrasse, qui nous a permis d'avoir plus d'espace et de lumière. Bon petit déjeuner. La dame qui s'en occupe fait ce qu'elle peut avec les moyens qu'elle a et une personne pour la seconder serait utile !

Gli spazi esterni sono gradevoli. Il personale è attento, cordiale e sempre ben disposto a fornire consigli e indicazioni, con estrema familiarità. Anche chi si occupa della colazione lo fa con garbo e simpatia.
Arredo della camera da letto senza uno stile ben preciso, bagno grande ma molto scomodo, sia per la forma dei sanitari sia per l'altezza. Da seduti si resta quasi con le gambe penzoloni, davvero strano! Pulizia non eccezionale, il pavimento del bagno era pieno di peli, il letto non ha un coprimaterasso. Colazione un po' povera.

Only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast. The choice is really poor. Could make it better with just small investments. More vegetables and fruits and Maybe some small hot options.

Cómo sugerencia de mejora sería tener en cuenta de poner cuelga toallas de manos y alguna repisa en el baño. En relación al desayuno en nuestro caso nos faltaría tener más tipos de panes, bollos típicos de la zona y huevos revueltos, para completar el desayuno.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2025Una farsa a quattro stelle: eviterei anche gratis Esperienza terribilmente deludente. Se questo posto è classificato come un 4 stelle, allora le stelle devono averle assegnate bendati. Iniziamo dalla "insonorizzazione" della camera: praticamente inesistente. Ogni suono dai piani inferiori sembrava provenire direttamente dal mio comodino. Sembrava di dormire nella hall, ma senza il lusso di un divano comodo. La colazione? Una tristezza che nemmeno al bar sotto casa: tovagliolini di carta, prodotti dozzinali e un'atmosfera da mensa scolastica in sciopero. Forse volevano puntare sul minimalismo, ma il risultato è stato solo misero. Il letto era un incrocio tra un trampolino e una tavola da stiro. Dormire? Impossibile. La ventola del bagno, poi, partiva ogni volta con il rombo di un Boeing 747 in fase di decollo. La porta della doccia non si chiudeva, la lampada era tenuta insieme con il nastro adesivo (giuro), e il pavimento era rovinato come se avessero appena finito di fare una corsa di biglie. In sintesi: una struttura trascurata, rumorosa e imbarazzante, lontanissima dagli standard che millanta. Se cercate un 4 stelle, guardate altrove. Qui, al massimo, due stelle … cadente.
