A água do banho sai para fora e molha todo o banheiro, a reforma feira é padrão ruim, a cortina do quarto toda arrebentada. Falta manutenção e atenção com a comodidade dos quartos

We got very noisy room facing the noisy street,even in night. We couldn't sleep 2 nights because we have noisy traffic on street,all the time motorcycle and cars

Beautiful building with a wonderful airy room, a great breakfast, and great housekeeping staff.

The bed was not comfortable.

A very well refurbished classical property providing spacious accommodation, in both the public areas and our bedroom. The staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was first class with a wide range of savoury, cereals, fruit, and bakery items. Good value for money!

Отель очень уставший, требуется ремонт, но тем не менее постельное белье идеальное, кипельно белое. Номер был большой, но с улицы было достаточно шумно. Уже непривычно когда номер закрывается на ключ.

Очень хороший завтрак, приятно было видеть каждый день бутылочку воду в номере.

Albergo in ottima posizione, a due passi da Ortigia. Camera ampia e spaziosa, ingresso e zone comuni molto carine, colazione ottima e completa e personale molto cortese.

Sicuramente arredamento stanze da sistemare e presenza di odori da cucinato la sera nella stanza al primo piano che mi hanno assegnato

La cordialità e professionalità del personale. La struttura elegante e pulita. Comodità del parcheggio e centralissima per visitare ortigia. È il primo albergo in cui trovo acqua e o granita a disposizione e la colazione internazionale e Siciliana insieme. Nelle foto in cè la vasca , noi avevamo la doccia walk in. Con tutti il necessario.

L’emplacement est très bon et il est très facile de se garer à proximité. L’île d’Ortiga est joignable en 5 min à pied. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable.

Le ménage est mal fait, nous avons retrouvés un petit bout de verre au pied de notre lit. Dans la salle de bain il y a des traces de calcaire. Le sol ne semblait pas correctement lavé : traces de saletés encore visibles. Idem pour la robinetterie de la douche. Dans un coin il avait aussi quelques traces de plâtre tombés du mur.

Le personnel est à l’écoute et toujours serviable. L’hôtel est très bien placé. Pas loin de la gare et de l l’île d’Ortigia

Posizione via tranquilla ma vicina Ortigia (5 min piedi), non ha parcheggio privato ma nella zona possibile senza rischi (moto...),cmq anche un parcheggio privato a ca 500mt (chiedono 25€gg). Struttura "storica" ma ben tenuta, climatizzazione ok, letti comodi, camere funzionali. Colazione molto bene. Al pomeriggio a disposizione erogatore granita al limone x gli ospiti (gratis, dopo viaggio moto con il caldo è stato un plus). Personale cortese e preparato. Consiglio

Sve je super, doručak je super i osoblje u restoranu i na recepciji je veoma ljubazno. Doći ćemo sigurno ponovo.

Posizione comoda accanto ai parcheggi (a pagamento), molto vicina per accedere alla meravigliosa isola di Ortigia. Staff eccezionale, molto gentili e soprattutto molto disponibili. Colazione abbondante. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Super consigliato 🙂

A lovely traditional hotel. Very spacious and light. The room was great, plenty of room and spotless, comfortable bed and nice furnishings. Good sized bathroom, lots of towels.The breakfast was delicious, great selection of food. Excellent restaurants nearby. Easy parking too.

Spacious, clean rooms. Fantastic breakfast with lots of options. Breakfast staff were particularly lovely. Location was great, a step away from the main street and a short walk from Ortigia. L'hotel est tres proche du centre historique. La chambre etait au calme et la literie est de bonne qualité. Le personnel est serviable.

Excellent hotel. Le personnel etait tres agreable et nous a beaucoup aidé. Les chambres sont tres spacieuses et avec une grande hauteur sous plafond. Tres bien situé près de tous les sites historiques. Le petit dejeuner etait tres bon avec des gateaux, patisseries locales, omelettes, etc…

We loved this hotel for its location, cleanliness and comfort. We eat at many restaurants that were near to the hotel and also could walk to Ortigia. The breakfast was a nice start to our day. We also loved the lemon granita that was always available in the lobby when we returned from a day of site seeing and shopping.

The bathrooms and rooms were clean, but are in need of renovation.

Excelente opción para visitar Siracusa. Hotel cómodo y ubicado a pasos del centro histórico. Personal muy amable, en especial Andrea, que ayudó personalmente a solucionar un problema de estacionamiento. Muy rico granite de cortesía para los huéspedes, que se valora mucho en pleno verano.

Everything was perfect! Rooms were very nice and clean. Beds were super big and very comfortable. Very good and silent air conditioner. Big and clean bathrooms. Wi-fi was good and breakfast was delicious and there was wide selection of food (not only sweets). Stuff was very nice and helpful!

La colazione era molto standard, potrebbe offrire qualche specialità del territorio in più. La struttura è molto elegante, ma si nota la patina del tempo.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat eine eher verblichene Eleganz ...

L'hotel està ben situat, en una zona cèntrica i a poca distància a peu d'Ortigia, fet que permet visitar els principals punts d'interès. Les instal·lacions estan molt ben cuidades, les habitacions són còmodes i netes. .

TODO!! Nos encantó, dentro de la habitación teníamos una pequeña escalerita con una terracita de muros altos desde donde se veía el mar. El desayuno muy bueno!!

Lo staff ci ha accolte nonostante siamo arrivate un po' in anticipo sull'orario di check-in indicato e ci ha fatto accomodare e rinfrescare omaggiandoci di granita nella hall, mentre il personale addetto alle pulizie terminava di preparare la nostra stanza. La stanze era ampia, pulita, fresca e dotata di tutto il necessario per alloggiare comodamente. La colazione era varia e abbondante, con a disposizione anche dolci tipici della tradizione siciliana.

Palazzo molto bello. Camere ampie seppur uno stile non proprio moderno.

Buona la colazione ma mi aspettavo di più da un 4 stelle

La colazione la camera e la posizione al centro della città ci torneremo

El desayuno es variado y rico. La cama era cómoda. Está a pocos minutos andando de la isla de Ortigia y al lado de un parking para dejar el coche por la noche.

La habitación y el baño estaban algo anticuados y la tapicería de la silla que había en la habitación tenía manchas.

Room 112 bathroom flooded with every shower ,we did report this but only offered a towel to put on floor. We were there 1 week so really did impact our experience. Hotel generally needs upgrading and moderation. .breakfast became quite limited with poor bread and cereal choices.
