Breakfast was superb , staff very friendly particularly Hayreddij and Kenan. Location brilliant for major sites, restaurants and public transport..2 easy changes and you're at the airport, not stuck in traffic.

С голяма благодарност за професионалното отношение на Айнуш- дамата, която се грижеше за почистването на стаите ни №502 и №507 по време на престоя ни. Всичко беше безупрешно чисто и винаги се стараеше да ни зарадва с внимание и отношение към детайла! Също и на г-н Сечкин, който се грижеше безупречно за закуската ни- толкова внимателен и деликатен, получихме наистина специално отношение. Местоположението на хотела е превъзходно и това, че имахме осигурено безплатно паркомясто пред входа беше изключително удобство. Рецепционистите също бяха на много добро ниво! Към пътуващите с автомобил бих дала съвет да се свържат един час по-рано с хотела, за да им осигурят паркомясто.

Размерът на двойната стая - беше доста малка. Също така може да има осигурена вода в минибара, поне при пристигане. В описанието на стаите имаше отбелязано наличието на минибар, а всъщност и в двете стаи имаше само празни мини хладилници.

Excellent breakfast with a great variety of choices. A special thanks to Seglçin, who was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. We also really enjoyed the beautiful balcony and the lovely view. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Perfect location! Clean. People working there are very attentive and respectful. You may ask them about anything they will try their best to make you happy. The buffet was excellent. Clean. The people are very polite and ready to make omelettes the way you want.

The breakfast room was very good. First- good views from the penthouse breakfast room. People are good and happy. They speak different languages.

Friendly staff, especially Mr Seçkin Kaya and Mr. Hayrettin in the restaurant. They used to provide everything to comfort us. God bless them. Also the location is excellent as it is close to everything. This was my second visit in two succesive years.

Unfortunately the restaurant was on the roof . Elevator go one floor below. You will have to walk up one floor. So no wheelchair can get up.

Excellent hotel with a great location. The reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. A special thanks to the staff member who helped carry my luggage from the hotel to the taxi, which was waiting about 100 meters away. I really appreciated the extra effort and kindness. Special thanks also to Mr. Seckin Kaya. He is a wonderful person who provides excellent service at breakfast. The breakfast was very good, and he and his team made the experience even better with their friendly and attentive service. Thumbs up to Mr. Seckin Kaya and the entire breakfast team.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service. A very special mention has to go to Seçkin Kaya and his wonderful breakfast team. Their hospitality, attentiveness, warmth, and genuine kindness were absolutely remarkable. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome every morning, and their service truly made a difference to our stay. Also- breakfast was simply the best hotel breakfast experience we've had. Delicious! We look forward to coming back to Istanbul and staying here again! Strongly recommend this place :-)

A very central location. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were extremely hospitable, friendly and always ready to help. Their attitude made us feel welcome from the very first moment.

Absolútne úžasný hotel 😍. Vynikajúca poloha, neskutočne milý a ochotný personal, super vybavenie, chutné raňajky, krásny výhľad, všade čisto. Bola som tu druhýkrát a určite sa ešte vrátim, odporúčam všetkým :) samostatne musím vyzdvihnúť pána Seçkina Kayu - pracovníka v reštaurácii na raňajkách. Neskutočne milý, ochotný, úžasný človek. Posledné ráno mi bolo ťažko od žalúdka a on urobil všetko preto, aby mi zohnal banány a bolo mi lepšie 🥹. Zo srdca vám ďakujem, ste úžasný človek! Tento hotel má také srdce a atmosféru aj vďaka vám a vám podobnému personálu, ktorý hotelu robí priam pocit domova. Úžasné! ❤️🙏🏻

The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to main attractions in Sultanahmet and tram and metro station. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Seckin Kaya, the restaurant manager who was very attentive to every guest and made us Turkish coffee after breakfast. The breakfast is served at the roof top terrace with a great panoramic of the Bosphorus. Our room was a family quadruple room (2+2) and was really spacious and clean.

The windows in the room could be changed, otherwise everything else was great.

The only downside was the weak Wi-Fi connection in the room.

Great location in Sirkeci — we could walk to Gülhane Park, Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia, and the Marmaray and tram were a few minutes away, which made getting to the airport easy. We travelled as a family of five, including my elderly parents and my 8-year-old son, and the hotel worked well for all of us. The staff were welcoming and helpful whenever we asked for something. The room was clean and comfortable and we slept well after long days of walking.

What can i say about the staff for breakfist and the staff were well tranded and the one person who i must name is the food & beverage manager mr SECKIN KAYA welldone to him. My second feedback is the mattrese was old and need replacing rapid.

The staff at the front desk where helpful but the one time i had a problum with the tv setting i had to go down three times and still was not to my likeing. i would like to watch the news from home and that was only watch the tv .

Curățenia, locația, dar în special Domnul de la micul dejun, extrem de amabil și primitor. Chiar și cei de la recepție, care în toiul nopții ne au ajutat sa găsim o farmacie deschisa non stop. Tot personalul de nota 10. Parcare gratuita chiar în fata hotelului.

Very friendly staff; excellent location close to all the restaurants, grocery stores, and a few steps away from the park. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. Mr. Seckin Kaya was especially friendly.

Las toallas, hay que cambiarlas, están sobre usadas, gastadas y rotas. Aire acondicionado botando un chorro de agua frente a la puerta de entrada y salida del cuarto. Enfría 👍 bueno.

部屋の設備が古いため、カーテンレールが斜めになっているなど細かな問題はありますが、部屋は清潔でした。 あとファミリールームでしたが、少し大きめのテーブルと椅子2脚あるとさらに完璧でした。

The hotel staff is very attentive to the needs of the guests. The gentleman on the hotel terrace is very attentive to making sure everyone is happy, he is very friendly!

Struttura in stile tipico ottomano . Letto molto comodo e pulito e lo stesso per i bagni. Staff cordialissimo e disponibile .

Nella prima camera ( tripla quarto piano ) ci siamo trovati molto stretti e il frigo non funziona. Lo staff però ci ha subito provveduto un cambio camera.

Location is excellent, 5 min to tram Gülhane station, 5 min to metro entry point, all major attractions from Hagia Sofia, Bliue Mosque, Topkapi museum, Basillica within 15 min walk. Better then location was the breakfast and staff especially Seckim who was very helpful and eager to feed us best of Turkish breakfast.

Room was a bit small but that did not bother us, it was very clean.

Very good location, near Gulhane tram station, easy connection with turistic points. Sekin, the man in charge with breakfast is extremly nice to everyone. Cleaning of the room was done daily.

Furniture is old, needs to be renewed. Reception staff could be more friendly.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral,Personal sehr freundlich...,wir durften früher einchecke,Checkin war um 14:00 um 10:00 war unser Zimmer bereits frei! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt das Hotel wieder buchen. Der Herr Seckin Kaya Restaurant Manager war sehr nett und freundlich!

Buen desayuno, excelente atención del personal muy atentos en todo momento y muy agradables. El Hotel está muy bien situado y comunicado, muy cercano a la zona monumental de las mezquitas y a estaciones de metro y tranvía. Relación calidad/precio buena.

El baño resultaba muy pequeño, más aún para una habitación triple, el agua caliente funcionaba regular fluctuando continuamente la temperatura. En general, no está a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero es de lo mejor que hay por la zona.

Gut waren das Frühstück (vor allem Herrn Seckin Kaya war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er alleine hätte 10 Punkte verdient) und die Lage des Hotels. Dei Einrichtung ist etwas alt aber charmant.

Der einzige Grund warum wir dieses Hotel gebucht haben, war der zugesicherte Parkplatz vorm Hotel. Obwohl der Parkplatz mitgebucht wurde, wir nochmal nach Nachfrage bestätigt haben, dass wir den Parkplatz benötigen und am Anreisetag zweimal Kontakt hatten wegen Ankunftszeit und Parkplatz, war kein Parkplatz frei. Wir mussten dann am Anreisetag mehrmals umparken und standen dann auf einem Bezahlparkplatz. Darauf wurden wir aber nicht hingewiesen und erhielten am Morgen einen Strafzettel. Das war sehr ärgerlich.

It is aged property, needing serious renovation.In our room when we came,safety box was not working, TV was not working, one wall socket was out of service- and first two problems were fixed after out third day of stay Main problem was toilet brush which was not clean for years. We insisted that it should be cleaned or changed,but there was no reaction while we were there.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und wichtige Orte waren gut erreichbar, sodass wir unser Auto während des Aufenthalts nicht bewegen mussten. Mit der Lage waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Das ursprünglich zugewiesene Zimmer hatte leider einen unangenehmen Geruch. Das Personal hat jedoch schnell reagiert und uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Für fünf Personen war das neue Zimmer allerdings etwas zu klein. Mit einem größeren Zimmer oder einer Aufteilung auf zwei Zimmer wäre der Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gewesen.

Lokacija odlična, komplet osoblje je bilo odlično i na usluzi posebno ljudi sa recepcije, trudili su se maksimalno da pruže sve informacije i šef restorana Seçkin Kaya se maksimalno trudio da bude na usluzi u restoranu tokom doručka. Sve pohvale.

The room was extremely small, with very limited space to move around. The wardrobe was too small, the refrigerator was old, empty, and not cooling properly. The Wi-Fi was weak, and the bed was small. The room was also too cramped to have enough space for prayer

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und wir konnten zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben mit der Familie drei Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht und es war sehr angenehm.

The rooms could benefit from better sound insulation, as they can be a bit noisy. There is currently a lot of construction taking place in the surrounding area, which may be disruptive if you're looking for a quiet stay. Parking spaces are limited and may not be available during peak periods. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money in a fantastic location. I would happily stay here again.

Mr. Seckin, the Food & Beverage Manager, was highly professional, attentive, and welcoming. He ensured we were well looked after, and the staff were courteous with no language barriers at all. De los mejores hoteles en Estambul, en relación calidad-precio. Muy bien situado, cercano a todo y con un tranvía a 2m. Solamente por el desayuno, en una magnífica terraza con vistas al Bósforo, ya merecería la pena la reserva. Personal muy amable, en especial Seçkin Kaya, en el comedor, muy atento y agradable. Para repetir.

Hotellet levde inte riktigt upp till de 4 stjärnor som det stod att det hade. Trots det var det helt okej. Jag tror att de flesta hotellen i området håller ungefär samma standard eftersom det är ett äldre område med äldre byggnader. En stor eloge till Seçkin abi som arbetade vid frukostbuffén. Han var otroligt trevlig och en fantastisk människa. Jag är säker på att övrig personal också var bra, men han utmärkte sig verkligen genom sitt vänliga bemötande och sin fina kontakt med gästerna under frukosten. Det jag gillade mest med hotellet var läget. Man kunde promenera till Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar och många andra historiska sevärdheter. Rummet vi fick var rent och rymligt för fyra personer, med två enkelsängar och en stor dubbelsäng. Sammanfattningsvis ger jag hotellet 8 av 10. Den här versionen passar bra som en recension på exempelvis Google eller Booking.

Frukost var 6 av 10. Hotellet var 7 av 10.

La chambre était un peu petite

Wir fanden die Lage perfekt: genau zwischen dem herausgepützelten historischen Distrikt und der Galatabrücke zum modernen Quartier oder Fähre zum asiatischen Teil. Dh für alles relativ nah und in einem gefühlt authentischeren Chaos, jedoch trotzdem in einer ruhigen Gasse. Sichere Gegend. Die Dachterrasse ist schön für das Frühstück. Frühstückspersonal sehr aufmerksam, ok Auswahl und man kann auch noch Eierspeisen bestellen. Zimmer sauber.

Es ist im Juli sehr warm im Zimmer und der AC nicht sehr stark. Es ging, könnten aber besser sein. Dusche wechselt ständig zwischen heiss und kalt. Wenn einem das wichtig ist: es sieht alles etwas älter und weniger toll aus als auf den Fotos. Uns war das egal weil einwandfrei sauber.

Close to tram & train, easy to get to places of interest. Great terrace with views.

Even a deluxe room would need some refurbishment. Thin walls. No minibar, no restaurant service on terrace, not even drinks. People smoke on the terrace during breakfast, I would expect this would not be petmitted. The terrace is not that big so it’s quite annoying.

Mi-a placut foarte mult locatia aproape de toate punctele turistice principale si micul dejun excelent unde managerul de la bucatarie a fost foarte amabil in fiecare dimineata si ne-a servit si recomandat cafea tuceasca si alte bunatati. Un alt factor decisiv a fost faptul ca am avut parcare in fata hotelului. La receptie ni s-a oferit pachet de cina + plimbare pe Bosfor la pret avatanjor. Foarte aprope portul si tramvaiul.

Camera cam micuta. Cartela de acces la camera isi pierdea setarile si trebuia sa cobor sa o rescrie/incarce la receptie.

Najbardziej spodobała mi się życzliwość i udzielana pomoc w różnych sytuacjach przez personel hotelu, a szczególnie obsługa gości w czasie śniadania. No i wysmienity smak tureckiej kawy serwowany w specjalnej zastawie podczas śniadania.

Mi-a placut foarte mult faptul ca este aproape de obiectivele turistice. Statie de metrou la 100m, statie de tranvai, autobuz, feribot la 500m. Hotelul dispune de parcare privata, ceea ce este un mare plus daca vii cu masina. Personalul foarte amabil in special domnul sef de sala care ne intreba la fiecare mic dejun daca totul e ok, daca avem nevoie de ceva ce nu era neaparat in meniu. Curatenie in camera era facuta in fiecare.

Antifonarea este usor deficitara dar am avut noroc de vecini linistit
