Hotel Casa Poli

Beautifully modernised hotel, lovely staff and excellent breakfasts

Nothing

Helpful staff. Straightforward parking. Nice and secure.

Fitnessraum top. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage war perfekt für 2 Tage Mantua. Würde sofort wieder kommen.

Very friendly smiling staff, small but great breakfast and a Very friendly lady at breakfast made us smile. Rooms were clean and spacious with everything I needed. Couldn’t fault it.

Gentilezza , cortesia , pulizia , e ottima colazione

This is our "go to" place in Mantova. Breakfast is wonderful, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is a bit away from the Ducal Palace and main shop and restaurant area, but a convenient distance from the walking paths and lake/river. Mantova is charming and interesting - more people should visit and appreciate its history. (But we also hope it does not become "overtouristed".) The Palazzo Te is one of the great treasures of Italy and should be visited.

We have no complaints, this is an excellent hotel!

2 super Osterie in derselben Straße (unbedingt vorreservieren!). Besser geht's nicht!

We booked a Comfort Room for one night and arrived from Mantova train station, which is about a 15–20-minute walk from the hotel. Check-in was fast, and the reception staff was helpful and welcoming. The room was quiet and spacious, with very comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. The hotel is easily accessible by public buses, with a stop for the CC line just in front of the hotel. The main sights of the old city—including Basilica di Sant’Andrea, Piazza delle Erbe, Piazza Sordello, the Cathedral of San Pietro, and the Ducal Palace—are about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Palazzo Te is also easily accessible by public bus. The area around the hotel is calm and less touristy. However, we never felt unsafe. Breakfast was good, although perhaps less abundant than what you would normally expect from a four-star hotel. A special mention to Marika from the restaurant staff, whose enthusiasm and energy make her feel more like a headteacher than a host! 😊 Overall, I would definitely recommend this stylish hotel, particularly for its convenient location, professional service, and very reasonable prices.

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Velice milý a ochotný personál. Naprosto úžasná snídaně s velkým výběrem kvalitních potravin (např. u salámů a sýrů).

Parcheggio caro

Perfect location for us (in town for business). Excellent staff. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. I will keep this hotel as my "place to stay" in Mantova, no doubt about that.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame staff

Ottima colazione, personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

Posizione perfetta, staff davvero disponibile e sempre sorridente. Stanza spaziosa e pulitissima. Colazione perfetta

Nulla

Great breakfast, very good locationa, 20 min on foot from the city center, clean and cosy room.

The staff, location, cleanliness were exceptional. The linens and design were very chic!

Can’t think of a thing!

Letto molto comodo, posizione ottima e staff molto disponibile. Colazione eccellente e super fornita.

Beste Lage, ruhig und uentrumsnah

Cortesia dello staff

Excellent breakfast. Alessandro was very helpful with our many questions and with making a dinner reservation.

Unfortunately it was very hot during our stay and, It was a long walk to the Ducal Palace and Palazzo Te in the heat. The CC bus goes to the center but ends early in the evening.

Sehr schönes Hotel, modern und in zentraler Lage. Eigene Parkgarage gegen Aufpreis. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß. Die Betten waren bequem. Im Bad hat alles funktioniert. Es war sauber und schön.

Alles war gut.

Clean and good

The people are very respectful

Zentrale Lage - gutes Frühstück - ruhige Zimmer - Garage hinter dem Hotel

Niente

Just outside the old town on the main road. So easy to find and ease of parking. Either a short walk or taxi ride into old Mantova. Very friendly staff. A clean and comfortable hotel.

Perfect location. Staff very helpful and professional Clean good sized rooms Lovely breakfast Complementary tea/coffee/water in Reception area in the afternoon/evening.

Mooie ruime kamer in origineel kader.

The hotel was amazing, the staff were friendly, the bed comfy and the room exceptionally clean.

Sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück war OK.

Dusche mit Vorhang. Muss heute nicht mehr sein.

Hotel is 10min walk from town so great location. Hotel was clean and, bed comfortable and shower ok. Breakfast had plenty of choice and good.

Hotel has a courtyard for Parking, only downside is very tight. Hotel staff helped you in and out which is needed. My only feedback is that I had to come to the reception to ask for the door to be opened so meant parking out the front then going back round to the courtyard entrance. Not sure if there was a way of notifying the desk but I waited outside and the door never opened so I presume there were no cameras.

Lovely, helpful staff and cozy, comfortable accommodations.

Very comfortable bed, quiet room, and very, very helpful staff

Sehr nettes Personal.

nulla

La posizione … comodità e cordialità

Lo scalino in camera mansarda

Bagno spazioso, buona prima colazione

Camera minuscolo e spoglia, prezzo inadeguato.
