The breakfast was very good: a wide selection and very, very high quality. Perfect location. The staff were friendly, smiling, and helpful.

A coffee maker in the room would have been nice, but in return, we got perfect coffee at breakfast.

Great location, good small hotel and a lovely room over looking the bay

We liked everything about it. We stayed in a family room as we were a family group of 4 adult members. We each had a single bed in two rooms but just the one bathroom and one main entrance door to the suite. We had a balcony at the front of the building which looked over the road and beyond to the sea and the bay. The air conditioning was great. Everything was very clean and modern. The breakfast was superb. The staff were informative and welcoming. The beach over the road was free but just a little further on was the paid for lido (25 euros each for the day) with loungers, umbrellas, changing rooms, beach bar and a small swimming pool. The beach was mainly shingle and not sand. The sea was not very clear. One day we walked to another beach which was better. We travelled by train from Milan and the train station was just a few minutes walk away. The boats for visiting Portofino or Cinque Terre left from just over the road. We paid 25 euros for a day ticket which meant we could hop between San Fruttuoso, Portofino and Santa Margherita. We stayed for 3 nights but will definitely go back.

Exceptionally clean and modern room and bathroom. We had a sea‑view room with a balcony, which was wonderful, but we would happily stay in a room without a view as the promenade and waterfront is only a few steps away. The hotel is centrally located amongst restaurants and bars. We loved the atmosphere, even over the weekend, we had no issues sleeping. The ferry is just a few steps away, and the train station is only a short walk. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The air conditioner worked very well. We really enjoyed our stay.

All the staff were so very friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to chat with any of them. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and coffee made to order. The hotels position facing out over the marina is excellent. The open front lounge/breakfast area is a treat. The car parking area that you can book through the hotel is an easy 10 minute walk into the city, but it is the cheapest that we could find at any of the other hotels in the area.

Kauniilla paikalla ja upea näkymä parvekkeelta. Siisti hotelli ja aivan ihana henkilökunta. Aamupala myös hyvä ja kahvi herkullista!

Oikeastaan ainoa miinus oli peiton puuttuminen. Olisin itse kaivannut edes ohutta peittoa. Mutta tämä vain oma tottumus :)

Utrolig hjelpsomme og hyggelige personale. Beliggenheten, rett over stranden som vi brukte hver dag. Rett i umiddelbar nærhet til restauranter og shopping. Vi har hatt det helt fantastisk ❤️🥰

Kan ikke klage, men vannet i sjøen er ikke så rent som vi er vant med, men skulle jeg sette fingeren på noe galt så var det det. Ellers er bare så fornøyd. Hit vil vi tilbake og dette hotellet vil vi anbefale til alle❤️

Meget central beliggenhed i Rapallo, rigtig søde og servicemindede personale. Godt udgangspunkt for besøg i Portofino og Cinque Terre

Great location, friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast, comfortable and very clean rooms. Mini fridge is a plus. We were lucky to find a balcony room which was the cherry on top of the ice cream! Lovely stay!

I like that it's family owned.I met the mother , the father and the son they all worked different times. Very helpful in accommodating.

Perfekcyjna lokalizacja - samo centrum Rapallo, przy głównym deptaku. W bezpośredniej okolicy restauracje i bary. Widok z balkonu na morze, plażę i port. Jakość obsługi na najwyższym poziomie całego personelu. Nieskazitelnie czysto. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Przytulne pokoje z wygodnymi łóżkami. Bardzo zadbany budynek. Obsługa bez problemu porozumiewa się w języku angielskim. Gorąco polecam, napewno tu wróćmy.

No big family rooms to accommodate a family of 5

We had a balcony room, it was right across the road from the ocean and a great spot to sit. Breakfast was really good. The staff were amazing - they even moved our car for us and pre-paid parking while we were out sightseeing (going above and beyond). We could walk everywhere from here and the ferry to Portofino is across the road. The staff were also able to recommend good restaurants nearby.

Die Lage ist bombastisch. Man erreicht alles super schnell zu Fuss, Zug oder Boot. Ein extra Bewertung geht an das Personal, sei es an der Reception, sei das Zimmerpersonal oder beim Frühstück, die waren alle mehr als nett und machen eine super Arbeit! Ein 11 von 10 :)

Das Frühstück war leider nicht so meins da die Italienier gerne Süsses zum Frühstück essen. Mir fehlte leider den Auswahl an Früchten oder vielleicht Rührei und solches...

We loved this hotel. Our room was on the first floor corner, with two balconies overlooking a constant flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Beyond the street was the promenade, the marina and the sea.

While this is not a five star hotel, everything worked and worked well.

Das familiengeführte Hotel liegt perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Rapallo. Der Strand sowie die Altstadt sind quasi sofort erreichbar, auch der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten schnell erreichbar. Wir brauchten das Auto nur für weitere Distanzen - gleich in der Nähe vom Hotel befindet sich auch der Einstiegspunkt für die Bootsfähre (Portofino. etc.). Wir hatten ein großes (modernisiertes) Zimmer samt Balkon und Meer- bzw. Hafenblick. Das moderne Badezimmer ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Hotelanlage ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig (sehr guter Kaffee) und sehr schön angerichtet. Vielen Dank an das nette und hilfsbereite Personal - wir wollten gar nicht abreisen :) Wir kommen bestimmt wieder...

Отель расположен прямо на набережной с очень красивым видом. Выходя из отеля вы попадаете либо на набережную либо на узкие улочки очень милого городка. Персонал и их отношение просто выше всяких похвал. Обслуживание очень профессиональное, всегда готовы помочь по любому вопросу. Комната была простая, но в ней было все необходимое и все исправно работало.

Следует отметить, из за центрального расположения в пятницу и субботу слышен шум с улицы из за гуляющих людей и музыки. Душ не много маленького размера.

The reception staff are polite, friendly and extremely helpful, the allocated room was lovely with double aspect windows offering plenty of light and air - the sea view was to die for. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed offered a great nights sleep. Breakfast was included in the package and both the food and coffee were excellent Based on our initial experience we decided to stay on an extra night and would have stayed longer but for commitments at home. We will be booking another stay as soon as we can. Highly recommended

Room had an incredible view of the ocean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast served was very good and we liked being able to get beverages all day long. The location was also central to may restaurants and stores.

The shower didn't slope to the drain very much resulting in water on the floor. But, the bathroom was very nice.

Friendly, helpful people especially Manuel at Reception. Excellent location near ferry terminal and 5 minutes from railway station. Wonderful variety of quality food for breakfast. Good shower and comfortable bed.

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur de Rapallo sur le front de mer proche des commerces et des restaurants ainsi qu'en face de l'arrêt bateau pour aller à Portofino - le personnel est adorable et très serviable et de bons conseils - la chambre est optimisée avec un balcon particulièrement apprécié - petit déjeuner parfait et varié avec de bons produits frais (sauf le jus d'orange )

It was very centrally located with a wonderful view of the bay. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom shower has nice water pressure and temperature. The towels were large and nice quality. The included breakfast was plentiful and the best we have had in our 2,week travels. And finally, the staff is very pleasant, informative, and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

The elevator is a bit slow but if on vacation you should not be in a hurry.

L’hôtel est merveilleusement bien situé avec une vue extraordinaire, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et l’hôtel est propre . Pour le petit déjeuner c’est pas mal mais il le faudrait plus fourni. A part cela nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Hotel położony jest w samym centrum urokliwego Rapallo . Obsługa w tym szczególne brawa i szacunek dla Pana Manuele z recepcji dodaje to coś , bardzo pomocna wesoła kulturalna osoba ! , pokój z balkonem od strony morza , śniadania na najwyższym poziomie ! 👌🙌. Nasz pobyt był Rewelacyjny , będziemy miło wspominać i polecać to miejsce 💪🙌❤️ Cudowna baza do zwiedzania Ligurii .

The staff is Super! Always ready to assist you for anything you may want or need. Parking was also provided for a daily fee. The hotel is perfectly located to the center city to visit our favorite restaraunts, great shopping as well as the Weekly Market every Thursday in front of the bottle on the water front. The ferry is directly across the street to explore Santa Margarita, Portafino and more! The train station is a few blocks away as well. The daily breakfast is wonderful! The rooms are a large size with fantastic views and more than adequate for a long stay. Two weeks did not seem long enough. We will be back to visit soon.

Vatten från duschen rann ut på golvet hur man än duschar. Väldigt lyhört mellan rummen.

L’emplacement central en ville et en front de mer sont très appréciable. La qualités des équipements et le délicieux petit-déjeuner nous ont regale. Le personnel a été très aimable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un simple commentaire: il nous a manqué un sèche-cheveux. Il n’est pas forcément simple de se garer à proximité surtout en cas de forte affluence (WE pascal).

Friendly helpful reception. Excellent room. Ideally placed for Porta Susa station.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Es gab u.a. frischen Obstsalat und die Angestellten haben einem frischen Kaffee aus einer Siebträgermaschine gemacht. Das Hotel ist von einer Familie betrieben und alle sind sehr freundlich! Da ich eine Allergie gegen Gluten habe, habe ich glutenfreies Frühstück benötigt und es stand ein Korb zur Verfügung, in dem verschiedene glutenfreie Lebensmittel waren, z.B. Brot, Müsli und Kekse.

La posizione è stupenda, nel lungomare di Rapallo, spettacolare, la camera grande con due stanze entrambe con tv e molto pulita, idealrw per chi ha figli, abbiamo dormito molto bene. La colazione abbondante, lo staff gentile ed accogliente... insomma ci è piaciuto tutto.

Super freundliches Personal welches immer äusserst hilfsbereit ist.

Die sehr zentrale Lage, hat den Nachteil, dass es sicher bis Mitternacht sehr laut ums Haus ist. Wer damit klar kommt, verbringt hier eine super Zeit.

Direi ottima la posizione sul lungomare e proprio alle spalle del centro, personale molto cortese e disponibile. Buona la pulizia e la varietà della colazione proposta, possibilità di lasciare la stanza il giorno della partenza alle ore 11 quindi con tutta tranquillità. Hotel aperto ai nostri amici a 4 zampe

Da valutare la possibilità di inserire la mezza pensione o convenzione con i molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Organizzare magari qualche serata di convivialità o inserire anche apericena magari offerto a buffet dall'hotel

Ein wunderbares Hotel. Ich war mit meiner Frau und zwei Töchter dort. Wir alle haben jede Sekunde sehr genossen. Die Wärme und Gastfreundschaft des Personals war aussergewöhnlich. Sehr familiär, zuvorkommend und herzlich!!! Gerne wieder.

Ein extrem hübsches Hotel mit sehr netten Besitzern und Personal: Top-Lage, mit Blick auf das Meer und doch mitten in der Stadt, schönes Zimmer und sehr feines und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet! Alles wunderbar - wir kommen gern wieder!!
