Soggiorno impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. L'hotel spicca per la pulizia assoluta e per un'accoglienza calorosa e ricca di attenzioni da parte dello staff. Le camere sono piene di dettagli che richiamano la storia del posto, mentre le icone religiose presenti nella struttura fanno da cornice a un ambiente suggestivo e affascinante. Nota di merito per la colazione: consumata su una terrazza bellissima, offre torte di una qualità superiore alla categoria dell'hotel.

Chambre très grande et confortable. Tout l'équipement nécessaire était présent. Chambre avec beaucoup de cachet du fait de l'aspect historique du lieu. Petit déjeuner complet (des produits sucrés et salés) de qualité pris sur la terrasse. Hôtel proche du parc de Néapolis et du centre ville de Ortigia.

Una estancia muy agradable, quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad, atención y disposición del personal, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Las instalaciones tienen una excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la estación y del centro, lo que facilita mucho la movilidad y permite desplazarse cómodamente. El desayuno merece una mención especial, muy abundante, variado y bien preparado, una excelente manera de comenzar el día. En general una experiencia muy positiva, con un trato cercano y acogedor. ¡Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable!

La camera era immensa, la colazione abbondante, con torte fatte in casa e cornetti spettacolari. Con una bella, ma piacevole passeggiata si raggiunge facilmente sia Ortigia, che Siracusa centro.

Les instructions pour faire le check in en arrivant tard étaient très claires. L’hôtel est propre, bien entretenu et le personnel très sympathique. Sans compter la proximité avec la gare ! Le petit déjeuner est bien garni.

Frühstück war sehr gut, besonders der Service aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, die Terrasse wunderbar. Die Lage perfekt, sehr nahe an der Altstadt und trotzdem relativ ruhig. Besonders originell die Umgestaltung von einem Kloster zu einem Hotel, gleich nebenan eine angesagte Pizzeria, welche vormals die Kapelle war.

Está más o menos cerca de la isla Ortigia (el mayor atractivo de la ciudad) y el personal ha sido más o menos amable (sin excesos eh?).

Las instalaciones son muy antiguas, la habitación nada bien diseñada y la cama era malísima, me ha dejado un dolor de espalda increíble. No lo recomendaría nunca. Casi no había enchufes en la habitación, el baño casi sin iluminación... Podría seguir, bastante malo en general.

This place is exceptional. Was a 3 minute walk from the train and bus stations, which is great for those without a car. It is also a good midway point between Ortigia and the Greek historic parks, which are straightforward walks. The room was pristine. The breakfast was consistent every morning with basics such as hard boiled eggs, pastries, cakes, fruit, and tea. The hotel was also very quiet and safe. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Habitación muy grande, comoda y muy limpio todo. Las camas comodas. Hasta tendedero, q nos vino bien para las cosas de la playa. El desayuno espectacular en la terraza con muchas opciones dulces, saladas, fruta, ....El personal super amable, desde la recepción hasta en el desayuno. Aunq no tenga parking fue fácil aparcar en la misma calle gratis y andando queda a 10 min andando del centro y de la entrada a Ortigia. Genial opción y genial relación calidad precio. Muy recomendable.

Faltan perchas en el baño y en la habitación para colgar toallas y ropa en general ( solo el armario, las sillas y una en el baño) pero por ponerle alguna pega q mejorar. En conjunto estupendo. No hay ascensor pero el personal se ofreció enseguida a ayudarnos con las maletas y al salir nos las guardó hasta la tarde q las recogimos para irnos.

Close to Syracuse rail station, but around 15 minutes to center of island Ortigia. I stay in this hotel couple days and take trains to other cities, so it is convenience to me. And it is good value of hotel price. No elevator, but staff will help you. Breakfast is good too.

Not too many eating places are close to hotel. Only one nice buffet is next to it. But you will eat in island Ortigia and walk back.

Great location, super host gave great advise about local travelling and helped with an early than scheduled breakfast time. The place is spacious clean and the breakfast has all good quality items. Double pillows and efficient aircon with solid bathroom facilities.

La colazione è super. Consiglio in particolare la crostata alla ricotta e il tiramisù al pistacchio, davvero sublimi. La stazione si trova a pochi minuti. Ortigia può essere raggiunta con una camminata di 15-20 minuti o con uno dei tanti bus che sostano nei pressi.

La tassa di soggiorno deve essere pagata a parte, in contanti (altri alberghi me l'hanno fatta pagare con la carta, insieme alla camera).

Las almohadas eran casi inexistentes. Tenían el relleno tan maltratado que casi ni había almohada. Me costó mucho coger el sueño porque está muy mal insonorizado y se oía todo desde la habitación

The hotel Sorella Luna, is in an old, beautiful building, with renovated interiors. It is located very close to the train station of Syracuse and a fifteen minute walk from the historic center and Ortigia. Very close there are mini markets, pizzerias, cafes and other shops. Our double room was clean and spacious with a small balcony. The staff is really very kind (reception and breakfast) and willing to help with anything you need. The breakfast has a variety such as coffee, milk, fresh fruits, yogurt, eggs, pastries, etc. It was very good. It is served in a hall that also has a large terrace. The WiFi signal was very good. It was a pleasant stay.

The only negative thing is the noise, sometimes, from the pizzeria next door and the narrow shower cabin.

Muy cerca de la estación, cerca de la vía principal que lleva a la isla de Ortigia y con lugares para comer muy cerca. La gente es muy amable, las habitaciones bien equipadas y con un desayuno muy completo.

Tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor

地點離火車站超近，如果有計劃前往周邊的其他城鎮，像是Noto 、Ragusa等地半日遊，絕對是絕佳的住宿地點。飯店本身往北前往希臘劇場、或者往南前往奧提伽島，也都在可以步行造訪的範圍之內。相當便利！

沒有特別不滿意的地方。由於飯店沒有電梯，提著行李上樓，的確會比較吃力。但是，現場立即有櫃枱接待人員的主動幫忙，十分感謝！

Location was very close to the bus station and walkable to Ortigia and the Neapolis. The quadruple room was more spacious than expected due to the high ceilings however the shower stall was quite small. Breakfast was good and convenient with an assortment of pastries, yogurt, eggs and some meat/cheese

The location just outside Ortiga was perfect for me. I arrived by bus from Catania and the hotel was about a five-minute walk from the station. (FYI, bus and train stations are next to each other.). It's extremely clean and quiet. Good breakfast and, overall, a great value. The room was basic and very comfortable. Only a 10-minute across the bridge into Ortiga. 15 minutes or so to the Archaeological Park. I'd stay here again.

So the bathroom was really nice. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was really impressive with an impressive array of food so with a smile and the hostess even remembered what coffees we were drinking! Really well situated as well with Neapolis archaeological park and Ortigia each only 10 minutes walk away.

The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and and the hairdryer lacked a little power.

Si vas en coche se puede aparcar gratis muy cerca del hotel. está muy limpio y las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. el desayuno bufet es bastante variado con bizcochos caseros, fruta, yogur......rico.

The hotel is just a mnute away fom the train station and also the bus terminus. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is in the center and Ortega is only 5 to 8 mins walk.

Shower is a little bit small for an avarage person like me.

Small single floor hotel on the 1st floor. Close to bus station, train station, so, someone who does not want to stay in the historical center is definitely a good option. The size of room is decent with air condition and the bathroom is also large. The historical center( ortigia) is walkable around 1.2Km or you could take a bus and reach the center. There are good restaurant around the hotel. Basic complimentary breakfast.

The room lacked curtains, so if I wanted to keep the balcony door open, then is a problem and could also be noisy, especially due to cobble stone street and passing vehicles. There are no additional electrical charging ports, so you need to unplug night lamp and charge your devices. The shower cubicle was smaller compared to the size of the bathroom, definitely space to enlarge it.

Hotel je lepo prenovljen, sobe so udobne in čiste. Lokacija je v mirnem delu mesta, vendar ni daleč do starega mestnega jedra. Priporočam!

重いキャリケースを上階まで運んでくれて、非常に助かった。10年以上前に泊まったことがあるが、アットホームな雰囲気はそのままで、快適に過ごせた。マンマの手作りけーきが、美味しかった。通りに面した部屋だったが、静かな環境で過ごせた。個別の暖房と上掛けがあったので、寒い夜だったが安眠できた。

The place is decorated to a very high standard. Towels and linens are excellent. The bathroom is designed and decorated to the highest standard.

Super central location, close to train station and main bus station. Good breakfast served on the terrace. The room was cleaned daily, large bathroom. The receptionist was very kind, helping us with every information we needed, and kept our luggage a few hours after checkout.

Everything was perfect.
