Very comfy room close to the centre, appreciated the mosquito net over window and ceiling fan which kept us cool. Bathroom had under floor heating and shower was lovely. Appreciated the welcome chocolates which was a nice touch!

La habitación era grande, el baño muy bueno, había café de cortesia (excepcional), y por sobre todas las cosas, estaba a dos pasos de la plaza central!!! Excelente ubicación!!!

Que no tenga ascensor, pero llevamos dos semanas viajando por Francia y Bélgica, y no hay ascensores por ningún lado ...

Very close to the center and all restaurants, shopt, etc. Our room had a hidden ceiling fan (built in the ceiling light) which we loved! The window had a mosquito net installed so the window could stay open. Our room was at the back side, so very quiet.

The photos are a bit (much) misleading. Room was way smaller and not as "crisp" and white as shown online. To be clear, the room was painted red, not white. The matress was waaaay too soft for us. Others might like it, but we didn't.

La chaleur intempestive, en période de canicule c’est très compliqué de dormir correctement, ouvrir les fenêtres pour évacués la chaleur n’a pas aider davantage du faite qu’il y avait du bruit provenant de dehors, chambre n’est pas pareil que sur les photos.

Excellent position near the centre of Bruges. A very big room, comfortable bed with a fan over the top, a coffee machine and kettle with plenty of coffee, milk, sugar and a variety of teas made out stay perfect. The lady owner of the building was delightful.

Everything was good

Nice spacious room just around the corner of the main square and belfry. Beds are really comfortable, modern bathroom and all the basically needed facilities are available. The small fan was a welcome extra in the recent heat. We got a few chocolates too, which is always a nice touch

Location was perfect central to everything. The rooms are very spacious and check in was easy although there were no staff communication was great from the hotel owners themselves through booking.com

Nothing could be done about the heat. It made it hard to sleep. It being very central meant sleeping with windows open 3 a great option due to noise. Again nothing the hotel itself could do about ether of these problems.

No elevator, no Fridge, no A/C

Que hacía demasiado calor, el primer día no nos dieron ventilador y tocó escribir repetidas veces para que nos dieran uno, cuando la temperatura era de 35 grados muy mala noche pasamos y el día también

The location of this was great and the bed was really comfortable. Fans were provided which was very much needed for the heat! A fridge was also in the room. It was more like a mini apartment than a hotel room. The little chocolates were a lovely touch. Was great that could leave luggage and wander

Was just generally a little grubby. Shower didn't drain while the water was on. A hole in the wall by the TV. Scuff marks all up the door in one bedroom. The toilet room was tiny. Fine if you're not a larger person but I'm only 5'3 and it was a squeeze

De deur van de badkamer gaat naar binnen open waardoor je weinig ruimte hebt om naar buiten te komen.

Kahve makinesi, su ısıtıcısı, ikram edilen çikolatalar, hareket edilebilecek geniş bir alan ve hemen merkezde konumuyla, üstelik harika bir fiyata çok güzel bir konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Yatak geniş ve rahattı. Kimseyle muhattap olmadan kendiniz girişinizi yapıyorsunuz, tabi bunun artıları ve eksileri var ama genel anlamda okeydi. Bagajlar için biraz küçük de olsa odası vardı, işimizi gördü. Fakat sakın özel eşyalarınızı bırakmayın, binanın içine giren herkes kapıyı açıp erişebilir.

Banyodan bir koku geliyor, sebebini anlayamadık. Dış ve iç kapıların şifreleri çok benzerdi bu yüzden güvenlik açısından endişelendik ama bir gecede bir şey olmadı tabiki. Havlular vardı fakat şampuan, duş jeli gibi bir şey yoktu, sadece fotoğrafta gördüğünüz duşun içindeki sıvı vardı ama aynı sıvı el yıkamak için de konulmuştu.

Clean it

The room was a little smaller than we expected but it was adequate for our needs. It was clean and the shower had good water pressure. There was a flat screen tv, kettle, coffee machine with coffee bags, milks and some complimentary chocolates. There was also a small fridge which was much appreciated. The bed and pillows were super comfy so we slept really well. It’s in an amazing central location close to the Markt square. Hassle free check-in and check-out with a keypad. We have already booked to stay here again in November. We ❤️ Bruges.

The room was tired and unclean. The mattress needs replacing and the pillows were uncomfortable. It was such a hot room, We used the fan as you couldn't open the window due to failed mosquito nets and the noise outside. Loud construction is taking place along the street and work started at 7.30am.

la ubicación es perfecto a solo unos metros de la plaza central, todo cerca, supermercados, centro, restaurantes. La habitación es muy grande, había mucho espacio para dejar nuestras cosas, el carrito del bebe y que el jugara tranquilo. La cama es grande el colchon muy blandito pero comodo. El baño tenía el suelo con calefacción al pisar y estaba muy nuevo y cuidado también tenía cafe, hervidor y nevera.

ibamos con un carrito de bebe y tiene escaleras al frente para subir y el ascensor no funciona, solo sirve para subir las maletas no puede subir una persona.

Very close to the center of Bruges. Room and stairwells decorated very cute, they made you smile no matter how tired you were coming back. Beds were comfortable.

Towels needed to be upgraded and replaced. They were very thin!

Sucio. Mal mantenido. El papel de la pares pagado un cinta adhesiva. Moho y olor a humedad en el baño. Mueble del baño roto, puerta hinchada de la humedad, toalla rota. El escritorio tenía un pedazo despegado. Nos cobraron €290 una noche (2 adultos y un bebé). No había ni una botella de agua en la habitación.

It is not a hotel ; it is a rented room. No reception, no service, nobody around. Moreover the room was not clean enough. The coffee machine, glasses, Windows..

Decoration y the welcome chocolates in the room. The location was exceptional, right in the centre. No breakfast on offer but there lots of places for breakfast around.

Perhaps that there’s no lift for people, only for suitcases.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel permet de pouvoir se rendre à beaucoup d'activités sans utiliser la voiture.

Le ménage de la chambre était honteux, des traces d'escrements sur et dans les toilettes !

Todo muy bien, la habitación cómoda, espaciosa y limpia, igual que el baño. La ubicación inmejorable, al lado de todo.

Host heel vriendelijk. Ze stelde spontaan voor of we onze fietsen achter de poort wilden zetten zodat ze veilig stonden.

Niet tot in de puntjes afgewerkte kamers maar zeker voldoende comfort en hygiëne!

The property is right in the heart of Brugge, a stone's throw from the Markt Square. I could see the tower of the Belfort from the bed. The bathroom was excellent, with a large bath and shower. We also liked having a fridge in the room.

The decor of the hotel is a bit worse for wear, with some of the wallpaper starting to peel. The mattress of the bed is definitely in need of replacement. It felt like it was missing some springs on one side. We didn't see any staff throughout our stay, and our bin was getting very full after 4 nights.

Posizione abbastanza centrale, facilità di accesso all hotel con tastiera con codice per aprire la porta, comodo pratico e semplice vista la completa assenza di personale. Locale x depositare bagagli all ingresso comodo da poter usare prima e dopo il check out. Camera piccolina ma Comunque confortevole, molto utile la presenza di macchina del caffè con cialde e bollitore in camera . Carini i cioccolatini di benvenuto.

Camera troppo calda , abbiamo dovuto tenere la finestra aperta tutta la notte. Impossibile abbassare il riscaldamento . Unico prodotto di cortesia nel bagno: un dispenser con un generico sapone rosa nella doccia, nulla d altro. Materasso troppo molle, sembrava quasi sfondato.

Bij aankomst kregen wij een kamer toegewezen waar de omstandigheden ronduit onaanvaardbaar waren. De temperatuur in de kamer bedroeg naar schatting ongeveer 28 graden, terwijl de verwarming uit stond. Daarnaast was de kamer absoluut niet hygiënisch: er was zichtbaar schimmel aanwezig, de wc-pot was vervuild, en op meerdere plaatsen lagen lange haren van eerdere gasten. Dit is volledig in strijd met elementaire schoonmaak- en hygiënestandaarden. Na dit te hebben gemeld, kregen wij een andere kamer toegewezen. Helaas bleek ook deze kamer ondermaats. Het bed was van dermate slechte kwaliteit dat de vering van het matras duidelijk voelbaar in de rug drukte, waardoor normaal slapen onmogelijk was. Ook deze kamer voldeed niet aan wat op uw website wordt beloofd. Daarnaast wil ik benadrukken dat de accommodatie niet overeenkomt met de beschrijving en foto’s op uw website: de kamer was aanzienlijk kleiner, duidelijk verouderd, en er is sprake van achterstallig onderhoud. Dit voelt misleidend en heeft het verblijf ernstig negatief beïnvloed.

Nice and clean and next to city centre

No lift had to walk up stairs to 2 floor, and they refused to take my old broken suitcase , and it’s actually to depose of large waste items without a city pass

Great location

Abysmal security. Same code for access and room and unable to lock it properly. The morning of checkout the next guests had already been given the code (before checkout time) so they walked in on us. Deeply concerned about security and keeping belongings in the bedroom. This drove the entire score.

Le confort de la literie !! Ainsi que la douche qui était très spacieuse. Il faisait fort bon, presque trop chaud. Les essuies étaient top et en suffisance. Merci également pour les petits chocolats qui sont une chouette attention.

Le prix était un peu élevé pour le standing de la chambre. Il y avait pas mal de petits détails défectueux comme l'horloge qui n'a plus de pile, des tâches sur le mur, le robinet qui ne tient plus bien en place, une des vis de la porte de la SDB qui s'est enlevée au moment d'ouvrir la porte (je l'ai remise en place moi-même), les câbles apparents. Il est également précisé dans l'annonce que des articles de toilette sont disponibles mais il faudrait préciser quoi car on ne sait pas si dans le distributeur de la douche c'est du shampooing ou du savon ou les 2. L'endroit est également très peu insonorisé, si on n'a pas prévu de boules QUIES, on peut vite être incommodé par le bruit.

Rooms were nice, bed comfortable. My room was located on 2nd floor, although i did not have any problems with stairs, one should know that there is no lift for people.

Excelente ubicación, a 2 cuadras de la plaza central. La calle es un poco oscura a la noche pero se que no depende de ustedes.

me toco la habitación N° 6 y la decoración de la boca con la lengua no me resulto satisfactoria, viaje con mi hija (8 años) y no fue muy adecuada. seria mucho mejor si se quedaban con la parte del chocolate solamente

De locatie van het appartement is prima. Midden in het centrum.

De hygiëne in het appartement was erg slecht. De badkamer was niet schoon. Er lagen haren in het badkamer meubel. Er hangt een verschrikkelijke riool lucht in het appartement. Mijn partner en ik moest beide overgeven in de ochtend van deze lucht!! Het appartement is heel erg gehorig.

Pillows were extremely musty and old. Our allergies acted up a lot after the stay. There is no front desk staff. All communication is via Whatsapp text, and it took a while (couple of hours) to get a response. So ultimately, I did not bother asking for replacement pillows at 10 PM (because I had not yet received responses to earlier texts)

Location was fantastic. Rooms were clean and spacious.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like! Possibly could have had a larger supply of milk etc but having the small fridge there was useful.

The location in Burgge was fabulous and it was easy to access with the codes.

The room wasn't serviced and wasn't really as nice as advertised. We had to refurbish the toilet paper in our room Overall, the room was ok, but could use a bit of updating and maintenance.

Fue el mejor alojamiento de todo nuestro viaje. Ubicación de k y precio excelentes. La habitacion muy amplia y con las mejores amenidades. Fue el hotel donde nos dejaron más café y eso me gustó mucho ya que somos colombianos y no podemos vivir sin café XD.

De locatie van het hotel is echt perfect. De activiteiten in de stad zijn ongeveer in een straal van 10 minuten lopen.

Het werd ontzettend warm op de kamer. We hielde de ramen vroeg in de ochtend en laat in de avond open, maar dit hielp niet genoeg. Wel was er een waaier aanwezig op de kamer, maar met deze hitte deed dit helaas nog niet genoeg. Een airco zijn dan ook geen overbodige luxe zijn.

De matras is totaal doorgelegen, als je doucht loopt het water de kamer in, Jammer dat er geen airco is waardoor je de ramen moet open zetten met het storende buiten geluid.

The room was a good size and had everything in it we needed.

Cleanliness was a little ad-hoc - under the beds weren't particularly clean but the bathroom was which is good!

Our room on the top floor was way too hot to sleep in, over 25°, which unfortunately couldn't be solved by turning off the heating system and opening the window. Bathroom wasn't really clean.
