Lovely hotel in a very central location. Very helpful staff.

We loved the location. It was super central. The room was also lovely and I loved the oat milk in the room, as well as the bar fridge.

Lovely building and location right in the heart of the centre next to some much more well known and expensive branded hotels. Lovely decor, and staff friendly when met them.

Personal taste but bed was a bit firm; and only one pillow - but the staff immediately provided more when asked. No lift so upstairs to the second floor but tricky with a suitcase.

Ubicación excelente en el centro de Brujas. El desayuno vegetariano merece la pena; nosotros lo tomamos el primer día y repetimos. La habitación está muy bien aunque los alrededores del hotel pueden ser ruidosos por el ruido de los aires acondicionados de un hotel vecino. La atención del personal del hotel es cálida y son de gran ayuda para desenvolverse por la ciudad, tienen sugerencias según tus gustos y necesidades, etc.

The only thing that would make the hotel better would be a lift for older patrons. A hard thing to ask in a classic beautiful building.

A beautiful building in a great location, right in the city centre. The staff were really cheerful and extremely helpful, even surprising my friend with a little birthday cake and candle at breakfast - a really thoughtful gesture - thank you. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast, which was served in the medieval basement was delicious with lots of choice. The hotel was in an excellent location, a great place for accessing all the local attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to stay at Hotel Malleberg again.

Amueblado con Muy buen gusto Excelente ubicación, fácil acceso a pesar que no había gente en la recepción. Muy amable quien controló el check in y cuidó el equipaje al salir. Ubicación inmejorable para recorrer la plaza Burg y la que llaman el mercado.

Mejoraría las toallas. No son acordes a la calidad de las demás instalaciones

The location of this beautiful hotel is perfect! The hotel itself is so well curated, the rooms are newly renovated and super big and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and there’s home made hummus which is to die for! Everyone is super friendly and you’ll feel right at home! I loved my stay!

La ubicación excepcional. La atención inmejorable y el hotel y nuestra habitación muy bonita. El aire acondicionado en ola de calor fue un punto y el desayuno, mermelada casera, dulces, salado…un 10!. Fuimos con mi hija. Tiene algunos juegos en el cuarto de estar de la entrada y lo pasamos bien. Recomendado sí o sí. La chica de recepción agradable y sabía español. Nos ayudó mucho.

Great location and we really liked the vibe of the hotel. We were upstairs, so you do need to be able to walk the stairs and carry your luggage. However we really liked the room and liked the small garden out back. The location was perfect amd the staff helped us find the perfect lunch spot.

When we were there, it was very hot. The room did have air conditioning, but as we were up at the top floor, it was a bit hot. This was not the fault of the hotel. It was as a very unusual heat wave. We came to explore the city, so this was not a problem as we did not spend our time in the room during the day.

Excellent location near main square but quiet at night. Staff were informed and friendly.

Het hotel is erg mooi en authentiek. De kamers en bedden waren goed. De locatie is perfect!

Onze badkamer stonk en de wc was helaas niet schoon. Ook waren we niet op de hoogte dat het een vegan ontbijt was, verder wel uitgebreid en lekker.

Hotel Malleberg was STUNNING and conveniently located. It was very personal feeling and quiet, despite being so close to everything. Definitely book the plant-based breakfast in their beautiful mid-evil basement!

Very charming place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and air con was definitely a bonus as we stayed during the heatwave. We arrived very late but there was an easy self-check in. Location was perfect, close to the square, nice pubs and restaurants all nearby. The room was also very quiet, even though the windows were overlooking the road. Our beds were made up every day. Please note the hotel is all vegan. We didn't know this before booking but we did not mind too much. We did not have breakfast at the hotel anyway. Overall , we absolutely loved the hotel and we would come back :)

The only thing was that even though I placed a dirty towel on the floor, which would suggest it would get replaced, the housekeeping just folded it up and put it back on the towel rack? Because the towel was damp and the bathroom didn't have good ventilation(no windows), the bathroom just smelled of wet towels. It did not ruin our stay though and other than that no complaints! :)

Hôtel entretenu et joliment décoré. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres. Idealment situé, nuit calme. Le tarif petit-déjeuner pour enfant est excessif selon moi.

On est plus qu'à l'hotel, on est chez soi. On rentre dans une maison avec un accueil extrêmement attentionné. Le cadre est trés chaleureux dans une ambiance de maison d'époque mais décorée de manière contemporaine avec des couleurs douces et apaisantes. La localisation en plein centre ville est pratique tout comme la proximité des transports publics. Les chambres sont trés confortables. en lui même, cet hotel est un voyage. Enfin, la salle de petit déjeuner dans une cave voutée toute en pierre de couleurs chaudes et mis en valeur par de l'éclairage est une porte vers une autre ambiance tout aussi apaisante. Le petit déjeuner est lui même excellent, varié et copieux. Denier point: les responsables de l'établissement donnent d'excellents conseils de visite et indiquent de bonnes adresses hors pièges à touristes !

We booked a quadruple room for a girls weekend away. Room &location was perfect lots of space and very close to the centre. Nothing was too much for the hosts

The room in the basement where breakfast is served. The brick is beautiful and the decor is stunning.

I will definitely stay here again, but I will select another room.

The location of Hotel Melleberg was great, a short walk to everything we wanted to see. We loved how the building was decorated and the room was much larger than we expected and so cute. The shower was so nice and hot. The ladies gave us fabulous recommendations for where to eat and where to visit.

Almost everything. The location, breakfast, room size, cleanliness and decor. Not only the paintings even the frames. Washrooms are well maintained. Muhammara was exceptional in the breakfast. Last but not the least, the hosts.

Such a warm welcome Gorgeous building and room! It felt like a little haven. We didn’t eat so can’t comment on this.

My only criticism was that the bathroom had a slightly odd smell.

The location was perfect! Not far from Berg square and Market square. The room was charming, the bathroom was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The temperature was easy to control for a comfortable night’s sleep.

The price was a little on the high side, I think, but I chose it for the location. And finding a room for three can be tricky.

Eva was so friendly and welcoming, with lots of good recommendations for places to eat and things to see. The room was immaculate, the bed very comfortable, and breakfast was fantastic, I'll be dreaming of the homemade jam for a while yet.

Great location, spacious and comfortable room. Building and room had a lovely traditional vibe. Location in heart of Bruges was perfect to access all of the local historic buildings, etc.

Sound insulation not great with quite a bit of noise from adjacent rooms. This was only relatively early in the morning and we aren’t early risers 🙂

Excellent location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Building had lots of character and once belonged to a Belgian surrealist artist. Facilities are basic but this is a city you visit to see and walk around. Rooms were large and comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast but it was available if needed for 22€ pp. There are bars and restaurants within minutes walk, as is the historic centre. Despite this it remains very quiet at night so we managed to sleep comfortably.

Maybe a little more coffee in the room - really not a lot. It was a great hotel!

Nous avons apprécié le calme et l’attention que nous portaient les hôtes. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Petit + pour le petit déjeuner qui était délicieux et fait maison !

Je n’ai pas de points négatifs sur le séjour. En revanche il n’y avait pas de parking avec l’hôtel alors que c’était marqué sur booking mais les hôtes nous ont expliqué que booking mettait un parking obligatoirement sur l’annonce et qu’ils ne pouvaient pas l’enlever. Il faut juste faire attention à ça.

Très belle demeure typique de Bruges dans le centre historique à 2 pas de la place du Burg, chambre spatieuse propre et confortable. Très calme. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires.
