The hotel is very well situated. Very friendly welcome from the staff. We hired the private parking garage for the car, which helped give us peace of mind for the weekend. Room was clean and pleasant to stay in.

The only one improvement is that the water pressure in the shower was very hit and miss. Made showering a slightly frustrating experience, alternating between hot and cold, fast and slow.

Brilliant hotel in the centre of Bruges! Very helpful owner and delicious breakfast. The room was big and comfortable! Really enjoyed our stay! Honestly it’s worth more than 3 star hotel!

The only suggestion is to put a curtain around the bath bit this is just a preference

Wonderful hotel with friendly owners and staff, we stayed in the main building which was beautifully restored but still had all modcons including a lift. Spotlessly clean, good Aircon, good wifi, comfy bed and perfectly positioned on a quiet street within 5 mins walk of the centre. The breakfast smelled amazing and the dining room looked lovely but we didn't book this as we don't eat breakfast as a rule. Plenty of restaurants and shops within 5 mins walk but nice and quiet street with a garden to the rear. Only 3 mins from the bus stop so easy transfer from the station on bus routes 1 & 2. Highly recommended, we are planning a return visit, it felt like such a privilege to stay in such a beautiful building

To be honest everything about it was great. The only thing I can think of to have improved it further for me would be adding a grab rail by the loo or shower. It could be helpful for other people who aren't steady on their feet like me. However, this is by no means a criticism as it was never stated that the hotel had them, I just thought it could possibly be a useful addition.

Room size was very good as was the location. Breakfast was pretty good also.

Bathroom condition was poor. The main mirror in the bathroom nearly came off the wall. When reported the receptionist advised not to wipe the condensation off not I'll get it sorted right away. Also no USB sockets anywhere. The parking was very limited and expensive for what it was. Plus the welcome wasn't very warm.

Perfect location, quiet area but so close to everything. Large modern comfortable room. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Couldn’t fault a thing.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El hotel es muy acogedor y tiene un encanto especial gracias a su estilo medieval, que combina perfectamente con la esencia de Brujas. La ubicación es súper céntrica, lo que nos permitió conocer la ciudad fácilmente caminando. La habitación era amplia, muy limpia y cómoda, y todo estaba muy bien cuidado. Además, las personas del hotel fueron siempre muy amables y atentas. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos y que recomendamos totalmente para disfrutar de Brujas.

The hotel is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and well equipped (lift). The staff were extremely helpful and on site parking was so convenient. Our room was upgraded and perfect. It had one of the most comfortable beds we had ever slept in, great ensuite facilities and air conditioning. Its location is a short stroll from the centre but its street was very quiet. Breakfast was delicious including hot cooked English style food, continental breakfast and a selection of cakes including macarons. We loved our two night stay, thank you.

Great location, very central but on a quiet street. Excellent breakfast with a good choice, and friendly efficient staff. The room was very clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the quiet garden to sit and cool off in after a busy day

We would have appreciated a fan for the room as it was very hot.

Sehr gute zentrale und ruhige Lage, Garagenplätze auch für Fahrradanhänger (Kleine Räder) geeignet, zuvorkommendes Personal, Klimaanlage im Zimmer, gutes Frühstück wir würden wiederkommen wenn wir noch einmal in der Region unterwegs wären

Uitgebreid ontbijt zeer goede ligging, dichtbij alles, goed te voet te doen rustige ligging

douche- geen douchegordijn of plaat- badkamer helemaal nat hierdoor- staat balk in de weg

Sehr schönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit hohen Fenstern und Ausrichtung in den ruhigen, begrünten Garten in einem historischen Gebäude mit hohen Räumen.

Wenn man unbedingt etwas finden will: das Frühstücksbuffet kann mit dem tollen Angebot nicht ganz mithalten.

Die Lage, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber dennoch sehr zentrumsnah. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe und ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Bett war bequem.

Das Fenster im Erker haben wir nicht aufbekommen, dafür hat die Klimaanlage im Zimmer gut funktioniert. Die ungewollte heiß/kalt Wechseldusche jeden Morgen, schieben wir auf das Alter der Leitungen. Der alte, verbeulte Mülleimer im Bad sollte wirklich weg und gegen was neues ausgetauscht werden. Für mehr als 2x in Frühstück war es einfach zu Basic. Immer die gleiche Wurst, Käse,… keine abwechslungsreiche Auswahl.

Super tolle Lage direkt im Zentrum aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir hatten Zimmer im Hinterhof in der Remise. In jedem Fall zu empfehlen.

Gyönyörű, régi épület, klasszikus dizájn, stílusos berendezés.A reggeliző barátságos, a reggeli remek volt. A szép kis kertben jól esett megpihenni a városnézés után. Nagyon ötletes volt a lift, amely a kert-és utcafrontra is levitt, nem csak a recepcióra. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt.

Minden nagyon tetszett.

A lovely family run hotel with air conditioning, very comfortable beds and superb modern bathrooms. We stayed in the coach house. We didn’t have breakfast at 22€ but plenty of nice cafes around. The team rang us to check how we were getting on ( delays on Eurostar) and gave us good information on access after 8pm. An absolute bonus was the beautiful courtyard to relax in inbetween tours and sightseeing. Very highly recommended

Mais bémol le conduit des toilettes à l'étage supérieur s'écoulait dans le mur de notre chambre Et le comble pendant 2h30 l'écoulement n'a fait que s'écouler, (problème de chasse d'eau sans doute) nous avons prévenu pensant qu'il y avait une fuite d'eau. Mais aucune action, il a fallu attendre le retour des occupants de l'étage supérieur rentrent à 23h30 pour que cela cesse. Vraiment dommage car le lendemain matin 7h30 réveillés par le fracat de 2 chasse d'eau. Un vrai problème qui n'a pas perturbé la personne de l'accueil. C'est une vieille demeure... Des travaux d'isolation pourraient remédier à ce gros souci. Vraiment dommage car l'hôtel était parfait.

Наш номер выглядел более чем странно. Мы были удивлены соотношением цены-качество. Также нам не понятно ценообразование отеля. В условиях проживания стоит стоимость за собаку до 20 кг 15€. Мы оплачивали 18€ за каждую собаку (чихуахуа и джек рассел). Было бы логичнее брать за вторую 18€. Наш номер явно требовал уже ремонта. Мебель в нем очень удивила. Она была очень старой (не антикварной) и креста были в пятнах.

War alles sehr gut

The hotel was perfect and tastefully decorated. The rooms were bigger than most and very comfortable and quiet. The choice of foods at breakfast met all expectations and dietary needs. I would definitely stay there again. The location was perfect as it was away from the busy tourist areas. There was a pretty canal close by with lovely bars and restaurants where you could enjoy one of Belgium’s beers and good food.

I have no complaints about the property as I enjoyed my stay there.

Vi takker for et par dejlige dage i Brugge. Vi kom i uge 25, byen var stille og rolig og vi var heldige med vejret. Vores hotel lå perfekt i centrum og vi var heldige med en parkeringsplads tæt på. Det var som at være på et hotel i Bridgerton tiden dejlig rolig musik og fint morgenmad.

Nothing to dislike, our rooms were shower over bath I’m unsure if this is every room, merely for less able bodied to consider, a non slip rubber bath mat was supplied for my elderly father and he managed no problem.

Top Lage. Unterkunft zweckmäßig. Personal unfreundlich. Schlüssel vom PKW mussten wir abgeben und haben ihn dann vergessen. Es hat eine Woche gedauert bis er überhaupt los geschickt wurde.

Een prachtig hotel midden in Brugge. Met super vriendelijke eigenaren. De mooie schone kamer met een goed bed . Het heerlijk ontbijt in de ochtend maakt het compleet.

Super Lage! Sehr schöne Zimmer und schöner Garten, insgesamt ein sehr schönes Ambiente. Frühstück vielseitig und zu empfehlen. Garage kann extra gebucht werden, sie ist sehr groß und perfekt für größere Fahrzeuge.

Die Lage ist super - man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Die Betten sind super. Die Einrichtung ist etwas veraltet - aber für dieses Hotel ist das absolut in Ordnung. Fahrräder können sicher untergestellt werden. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Der Preis für das Frühstück erschien uns mir 22 Euro pro Person zu hoch, so dass wir woanders gefrühstückt haben.

Nice room on 3rd floor with plenty of space. Air conditioning was great to have during an early heat wave. Breakfast was excellent with fresh orange juice, pastries, and homemade jams as well as eggs and bacon. Automatic espresso machine was a wonderful addtion.

Our stay was excellent to begin with; the hotel is in a good location, walking distance to everything, on a pretty quiet street. The hotel itself is an old neoclassical manor from the early 19th century that has been lovingly restored. The managers were very helpful and accommodating. I would have written a good review in any case, but – I think because we stayed multiple nights – we got a complimentary room upgrade to the adjoining guest house, which was fabulous! Thank you, Hotel Patritius – we loved our stay!

Breakfast starts at 8.30. This is quite late if you are not on vacation.

Emplacement

La localisation est exceptionnelle. Très proche du centre pour toutes les ballades mais juste ce qu’il fait à l’écart pour ne pas avoir le désagrément du bruit des rues pleines de monde. Le décor est superbe quand on aime le côté ancien, on a l’impression d’être dans un château.

Le petit bémol ceux sont les serviettes de toilettes. Il manque des peignoirs ou des grandes serviettes de bain. Le petit déjeuner un peu cher. Sinon tout est parfait.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in May 2026. The Hotel is in the old city but is accessible via a motorable road. The taxi ride from the train station to the hotel was around Euro 16. We could walk to all attractions from the hotel

The hotel is a heritage building so rooms are very small. Ours was on a floor that is accessible by an elevator (all rooms are not). Our room had very low beams close to the bed and in the bathroom. We had to be very careful not to hit our heads on these beams (and we are not very tall). For some reason our bathtub had no shower curtain. This led to a lot of water spraying all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast was served in a small room. However, the breakfast spread was very minimal. When I wife asked eggs can be prepared, the lady was kind of curt with her answer. We would stay in this property if we ever return to Brugge.
