Reviewed Sep 19, 2026La ubicación es, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes del hotel. Está en pleno centro y resulta muy cómodo para moverse a pie y tener todo cerca.
El principal problema fue el ruido. Al estar en una zona muy céntrica, hay gente en la calle hasta las 2 o 3 de la madrugada y desde la habitación se escucha prácticamente todo, así que descansar bien puede ser complicado. Además, en nuestra habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Esto hacía la situación todavía peor: con la ventana abierta era imposible dormir por el ruido y, con la ventana cerrada, la habitación estaba muy calurosa y cargada. Otro punto muy negativo fue el estado de la ducha. Aunque aparentemente el baño se limpia, ciertas partes interiores de la cabina estaban en muy mal estado, con suciedad acumulada, cal y moho. La ducha además es muy pequeña, y daba la impresión de que algunas zonas de difícil acceso llevaban muchísimo tiempo sin una limpieza profunda.

There is a lift. There is a bustling bar opposite, La Mina, with cold beers, helpful staff and good plates to share at good value.
With a big car , there are some challenging corners to negotiate to get to the parking entrance.

Er was altijd iemand aanwezig op receptie, bij aankomst krijg je alle uitleg over het parkeren vlakbij in hun parkeergarage achter het hotel hetgeen wel nodig is (was met bijbehorend plannetje). Het was wel even wennen om met auto in parking achter hotel te geraken maar verliep uiteindelijk allemaal heel vlot, dankzij de uitvoerige info. De kamers worden elke dag opgeruimd, ook zeer goed en verzorgd ontbijt. Er was ook verwarming op de kamer wat wel goed van pas kwam bij de toch s'avonds en 's morgens nog koudere temperaturen.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026The cleanliness, comfort of the bed, breakfast, and the location. I also liked that they had several brochures showcasing different tour companies. This was helpful as I had one extra day to do something and I found through them a tour to the red canyon. The front desk staff was also helpful, as I needed to print a document and they did it for me.
Although the front desk staff was helpful, I believe some of them can be even more friendly. It is not to say that they weren't kind, which was not the case, but they could be more hospitable. One thing I noticed in the bathroom was that when using the overhead shower with lots of pressure, some of the water splashed outside into the bathroom floor, maybe it can be looked into.
