The check in staff were very helpful, the hotel is well located nd has everything you need.

Included buffet breakfast is great; close proximity to Old Annecy and Town Center is a big plus. Felt safe and was quiet all through our stay.

Very nice 2-night stay in Annecy. Staff is courteous and professional, I was able to do laundry, although it was bit pricey to use the washer/dryer, it was very nice to wash clothes after 3 weeks of travel. Nice little in-room kitchenette.

Beautiful area, very clean and spacious apartment. Cooking facility very good for short break. Terrace was lovely to sit out in the early evening and enjoy a drink, close to the lake, shops and train/bus station.

Excellent hotel and location, just a short walk out the door into the beautiful old town. Room was spacious and staff great. I would stay at this hotel again if we visited Annecy again.

The hotel is at a very good location, just at the edge of town center, walking distance to the attractions. The room has a small kitchen with microwave, stove and small fridge plus utensils. It has a few parking spaces in front the hotel but was not available for us. The public parking garage is not far from the hotel though.

Huge Great room at top of property, AIR CONDITIONING 🙏👍 / beautiful views , very helpful staff / great food / location / breakfast outside next to lake…perfect Two small issues 1. hotel parking 10 mins walk away & slight issue parking near hotel to drop of luggage first ! 2. Lift is only on 1st floor to second floor… so you have to walk up stairs to get to lift & then walk up stairs to top room..!! Only issue if you can’t do stairs.. would highly recommend.

We stayed over near the train station the first two days but this location was much better, really close to downtown. It was clean, didn’t smell, great for our large family (we had two apartments). They were nice too.

Very convenient location but very limited parking. Located across from a playground so it was quite noisy!

Great location. Good room and kitchenette. Clean neat hotel. Be ready with google maps as the one way systems in Annecy makes driving to it interesting :-) We will def stay in the hotel again.

The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable. it was close to eating places. Staff was vey helpful.

This property was convenient to Old Town Annecy & walkable to restaurants & shops. It was extremely difficult to find as local traffic was awful & so many 1-way streets. The area outside was quite loud. Our room smelled like stale smoke although it was listed as smoke free. The breakfast was delicious!

The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!

A great location & friendly staff.

Walkable distance from train station. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. We arrived very late and the instructions to get our card key were very clear and had no problem.

Overall a comfortable and convenient stay in Annecy. Location was very central and ideal for exploring Annecy.

This property is in a perfect location for accessing all of le Vieux Annecy! The breakfast is good and offers assorted breads, cheeses, salami, eggs, dried fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, and cereal. The parking is a little tight, and I recommend reserving a place in advance if your stay. The staff are very kind and helpful. I will stay here again, for sure!

Great location. Beautiful property

Property was maintained well but nothing more than expected. Very little storage space for luggage. Not enough parking spaces on property for everyone. Extremely hard to get to due to one way streets and traffic set-up around the hotel. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

This property is a great location, clean and quiet. The stove top in my room did not work and when I asked at the desk I was told someone would be up in a few minutes. They never arrived. It was not always easy to find staff to get more toilet paper etc so make sure you do t leave it till the last minute. I would stay again, it was clean and the location was great.

It was great, the gardens were pretty and it was quiet outside so we could leave the window open while we slept, which kept us cool.

The communication leading up to our stay was wonderful. The location is perfect and very walkable to tourist core areas. Kind and helpful front desk and gentlemen at the terrace breakfast area. Beautiful, clean and and spacious room.

Excellent place with a little kitchenette and mini fridge. The air conditioning and balcony with table and chairs were extremely appreciated. Bed very comfortable and room quiet. Walking distance to the train/bus station, in the middle of the pedestrian district.

Excellent location minutes from anywhere in the city. Parking on site very useful. Modern, well equipped rooms with decent kitchenette and bathroom with bath. Real bonus was the spacious terrace where we were able to eat and rest in good weather

Amazing to get a super nice apartment for better price than a hotel room. LOVED being on upper floor with own large balcony/deck. Located in heart of endlessly lovely Annecy. If you have a car, reserve onsite parking, reasonably priced and a real luxury there. Only negatives: ran out of hot water one night, and there could be better storage.

Front desk boy are very nice and help us a lot for stay there.

This hotel is fantastic! Great service, great location, staff spoke fluent english and did not laugh at my mangling of the french language. Facilities super clean. I highly recommend this place

Wonderful!!! The family suite was clean and so much bigger than we thought it would be. There was plenty of room for everyone. The staff was very kind and helpful. I wouldn't definitely stay here again.

This hotel is nicely situated. Picture is a little deceptive - i thought it was the view form the room, but it is actually the view from the breakfast common area. Breakfast was nice but pricey for what you got. Room and bed was nothing special. Hotels is very centrally located

it is charming, clean and conveniently located for sightseeing. The room was on the 4th floor and its elevator only goes to the 3d floor. we had skies and heavy luggage that we need to drug up the stairs. Fortunately, when we were leaving, an employee helped us with the luggage

Well-located just a few blocks from the train/bus station and a block or so away from the old town. Helpful and friendly staff. Well-appointed Aparthotel. Modern bathroom with heated towel rack. A nice renovated building with character inside. I will happily stay here if I return to Annecy.

Lovely apartment in a fabulous location situated in the wonderful city of Annecy. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This was right in the centre of the city and reasonably priced, with all equipment you would expect from a good aparthotel. Highly recommended.

The front desk staff couldn’t have been more accommodating…..Svetlana, Lisa, Roxanne and the young man we saw the first day were SO helpful! Breakfast was delicious….and the breakfast room very clean! The young lady from Madagascar was SO sweet! The only mishap was not cleaning our room one day. The matter was quickly taken care of. We would not hesitate to visit Privilodges again in the near future.

Convenient location but the entrance was a bit hard to find. Staff were helpful and our room was nice. Plenty of dining options nearby.

This was a super location, never used the car, walked everywhere. The room was clean, felt like it was new. Breakfast was very good. No complaints about anything , we will be back

Excellent property. Very nice employees who were helpful. Clean, everything seemed new. Good layout of rooms and amenities for our family of 4. Only minor issue, and not the property's fault, there was a homeless woman who had camped out in the front on the street. She clearly had a mental health issue so it was sad to see her in that state. Many people would stop and try to give her assistance, including the city service workers. A good reminder to be grateful for what you have. If we ever visit Annecy again I would return.

Very nice, Overall, the room is nice and spacious. However, the mattress is a little too firm, and we had only three working channels on the TV.

Great location and very comfortable double room with cooking facilities. Only minor disappointment was lack of car parking (15 spaces apparently none available, but observed many free spots last & first thing in the morning). That said, remote parking was only a few minutes walk with a hotel discount too. Som renovation were in progress on the stone stairway, but this didn’t distract from a very good value sand quality stay in Annecy.

Very helpful and friendly stuff, thanks for connectors with US electronic. Umbrellas was usefull. We rent a studio first with luck of siting area and very small room, not like a pictures shows. And we were able to update for better apartment for little price. The breakfast area has a beautiful view terrace. We like good choice of tear, cheese and bread.

Great location in old town. Easy access and friendly staff. Nice to have AC when it was 97 degrees. Nice breakfast in the morning which you can enjoy on an outdoor deck overlooking a pretty square

Central property to lake and train station. Very nice staff and very helpful . Let me book in slightly earlier as room was ready and left my luggage their on following day so I could explore without dragging stuff around . Liked the large terrace and self catering facilities too

This is a very well located property in the heart of Annecy, allowing quick exploration during our one-night stop. We were upgraded to a one-bedroom suite which was very spacious and quiet. Although the hotel has a limited number of spaces in its parking lot, we ended up parking at a nearby underground city parking which turned out to be more economical. The hotel offers a discount making the overnight parking stay free, and pay the difference during day hours.

A very pleasant welcome. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast package was delivered as promised and offered a variety of food. Great experience.

8pm cut off for check in not good For a hotel of this size. We were delayed due to a very long and difficult drive; called hotel and told the way to gain access to the hotel by calling a different number. Failed to reply to messages about parking facilities

Lovely spot in centre of town with bookable parking. Clean and comfortable roomy apartment with all the amenities needed. Friendly welcoming staff. Over looks the grand church and pedestrian square.

Accommodations were wonderful. Lovely view of old town Annecy from window. Breakfast was very good. Lovely Terrace was open for breakfast and throughout day. Parking was very convenient right on property. Limited spaces, so you must request a space as soon as possible. Walk 1/2 block and you are right in Old Town Annecy. Also close to Lake Annecy access. We loved our stay in Annecy.

This apartment was very close to the centre of Annecy, the railway station, gare routiere, the lake and numerous restaurants were only a few minutes walk away. My room was spacious and very well equipped, the breakfasts were excellent and I enjoyed mine on the outside balcony. Altogether my no frills stay was perfect. Only downside, the bedside light controls in room 309 were nowhere the bed.

Annecy is clearly popular each summer and so booking a room was difficult. Thankfully we found this decent hotel in an excellent location. Whilst it was slightly overpriced due to demand it was perfectly comfortable and adequate.

Great stay. Wished there was more than one washing machine, but it eventually worked out. Very good location, nice breakfast, and the room was well maintained if not small.

The hotel was clean, close to everything that we needed, and the staff was wonderful. We had a pleasant stay.

Good, bright apartment. Nice building, great location. Clean. Easy check in. AC was a plus. Staff helpful and friendly. Only issue is that they should provide real coffee in the apartment, not instant coffee. Overall good experience.

The room was extremely practical, but extremely cramped. It was great we had a balcony, though. The breakfast terrace was also lovely.

Location is perfect - about 3 blocks from the train station and 300m to the lakeshore for great views and walking. The rooms are simple, but spacious with an excellent shower and for the price in that area, an excellent value. Ambling home through cobbled streets of the old town is easy after some wonderful Savoyarde food.

駅近、旧市街の賑わっているエリアにも近く、ロケーションは良かったです。 暑い時に3歳、0歳児を連れて宿泊したので、エアコンがとてもありがたかったです。 部屋の清掃は綺麗にされていましたが、床はモップ拭きなのか、スミの方に髪が固まって落ちていたりした事が小さな子連れには気になりました。(子供達が床を触ったりするので) ベッドは高さがあり(75cmくらい、3歳児は自分では上がれない高さ)、添い寝では落ちないか心配であったので、枕でガードしました。 ベビーベッドはリクエストで可、綺麗でした。館内EV完備されていますが部屋によってはEV降りた後、数段のみ階段あり。

Nice Apartment Style Hotel Just Across the Cathedral and Close to the Lake. Staff is Very Attentive. Hotel is OK. Breakfast Nothing Special. Much better options variety wise in multiple cafes within walking distance to the Hotel. IF Coming by a car be aware that No ON Site Parking and Have to Park Car at Underground City Parking within 1 block distance at Pre- negotiated discounted rate. Hotel Allows Drive in and Brief Loading - Unloading luggage at their yard though. Ok Stay. Location Is Very Convi.

The aparthotel is in a fantastic position, about a 5 minute walk to the old town and lake. The rooms were very clean albeit very small, however we discovered that the bed folded up into the wall to convert into a sofa with coffee table on our last night!!! It would’ve been helpful if instructions had been left on how to do this as not very obvious. There was also limited storage space for clothes, etc but as we were only staying for 4 nights this wasn’t really a problem. The hotel staff were all extremely polite and friendly.

Good - Room clean, bed comfortable, lovely views across park towards snow capped mountain tops. Reception very friendly helpful and professional. Improvements required - Shower over bath low pressure, bathroom functional but dated and small, pillows poor quality, sofa bed old ugly and uncomfortable to sit on, noise from park late into night when windows are shut. Concerns - No reception after 8 o'clock at night access via password entry.

Excellent location, staff were all very helpful. There was cheap parking nearby, discounted by the hotel. The location is perfect close to all the sights and the lake. Overall good stay
