Hebe Hotel

We visited Annecy airport with a small airplane. The Uber to the hotel took only 12 minutes or so. The hotel is conveniently located to explore the city, has very friendly staff and the property is very clean. Great simple breakfast! A crib was provided for our 1-year-old child. Merci beaucoup!

Loved everything about Hébé Hotel! Staff went beyond to help w/reservations, suggestions & answering questions, spoke English, nice electric bikes available for rent, food & service very nice! Will stay here again if visiting the area. Thank you to everyone that made our stay wonderful & memorable ❤️

First of all Expedia should not promote this as an 8.9

Amazing staff, lovely room, great coffee maker. Would definitely stay again.

limited breakfast no parking everything cost extra staff is just ok

Goof

Great location ! Breakfast is fantastic and they also rent e bikes - highly recommend the route around the lake !

Room was good and comfortable. There could be additional lighting in the entrance of the room as the lighting that they gave was dull and not adequate. In addition, there were not enough soap bars, lotion , sewing kit and other usual amenities provided by 4/5 star hotels. The coffee machine coffee pods were not easy to use and brew and there were no creamer packets. The breakfast charge was steep for basic avocado toast or bowl of cereal ,orange juice , coffe that price needs to be reduced . Front desk staff were friendly

Convenient location. Views over a parking lot. Tiny rooms. Amenities and quality would warrant perhaps 2.5 stars, not 4.

Excellent

Fantastic hotel with perfect amenities. Extremely welcoming and Hugo plus the hotel team were fantastic. An amazing stay which ww absolutely loved. Highly recommended

RAS

It was a great hotel with an excellent location to the Old Town! Thank you!

Very new and clean

Konum temizlik karşılama gayet güzeldi ancak odalar biraz küçük

Tudo incrível. Tudo impecável. Localização excelente. Equipe maravilhosa. Atendimento nota 10000. Um excelente hotel, eu e a minha família sentimos em casa. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Limpeza dos quartos impecável.

Quite and clean, close to shops and restaurants. Good breakfast, not a buffet, but was more then enough.

Super friendly staff. Renovated rooms.

Gostei muito. Quarto confortável, banheiro ótimo , café da manhã ótimo, funcionários muito atenciosos e ótima localização . Recomendo

My wife and I were there for 2 nights and everything was amazing. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, got an incredible room - very clean, all renewed and comfy. If I had one piece of advice to give I’d say change the bath towels for bigger ones. But again, everything was just great!

Hotel was very nice but room did not cool at night and do we opened the window for cooler air. People outside yelling till 4am so the nights rest was not good.

Small property very close to the train station and edge of town. Clean and comfortable with very small rooms. Worked well for one night.

lovely stay, nice double doors to open and sit out on small balcony watching the world go by.

Beautiful hotel , nice staff and convenient location

Absolutely wonderful experience and I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. It’s so well maintained and all personnel are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are in great condition, comfortable beds, very clean bathrooms and AC works well which is so rare when I travel to Europe. I can’t wait to come back one day

Nice room, spacious and confortable. Very friendly and helpful staff . Very close to the train station and walkable distance to the old town. Unfortunately, the area doesn’t feel too safe.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They had e-bikes to rent which was great! Very close to the train station and not too far from the attractions and restaurants. Lots of water spilling outside the shower but not too much of an inconvenience.

Clean good service and walkable

This hotel is lovely. The service is excellent the rooms, though small, are well appointed comfortable, and modern. If you’re looking to stay in the old town, that is not where this hotel is. It is in the more modern section of the city. It’s not bad, but if you’re looking for the old town experience, this hotel is many blocks from that.

Beautiful, comfortable And Fabulous staff.

Great stay and amazing service! I really enjoyed my stay. The two things I'll say for improvement: One, they need chairs with BACKS, not just stools. Two, in my room, there was a white box on the wall (maybe 20 x 30 cm big) that was actually letting in cold air from outside. The concierge and I had no idea what it was or how to stop it so we just stuffed it with a towel. It was 0° outside so it was a problem.

Wonderful clean comfortable room and a great breakfast

Marvelous

Great friendly service, flexible with checkout, nice, clean and well located

Excellent hotel, location and service! I highly recommend!

The staff is very nice and makes you feel at home. Everyone working at this hotel was very friendly, smiling and helpful. Hugo (Front Desk) was amazing. The Hotel does a great job selecting personnel and must provide training or coaching on the importance of great customer service. We enjoyed the hotel HEBE and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Annecy.

Hotel location spot on everything about the hotel was great for a stop over not many hotel give you free coffee and desert in the reception generally i thought it was great

Wonderful hotel and staff!

Nice modern room with very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient to train station; however, just a short walk to the city center and lake.

Nice staff :)

Welcoming and helpful staff, comfortable beds with luxurious linens, great shower, excellent location

Friendly staff. Excellent service Good location

Beautiful room with comfortable bed. Very nice bath and shower. Small but very nice. Ania was very helpful and made a last-minute reservation for us at a great restaurant. Location is excellent for downtown shopping.

Overall disappointing for a hotel that advertises itself as 4 star. The service, amenities, rooms do not meet 4-star criteria.

Nice, clean, good design. Breakfast is served at the table

Definitely the Staff is what makes the hotel exceptional. They were very helpful and informative. The room was very nice - Quiet, clean and well maintained. Situated within 5 minutes walking from old town Annecy. The Poste parking is close, convenient, and clean.

The place was clean and well appointed . The owners run the place very professionally and were very accommodating in helping us plan our trips and tickets for transportation . Would definitely recommend to our friends and family if they ever happen to visit annecy .

It’s rare to find a family run luxury hotel but that is what the Hébé is. At one point, Dad was in the kitchen cooking breakfast, Mom was manning the front desk, Sis was waiting tables and Brother was behind the bar—all done with a smile and a “yes” to every question. “Can you print this up for us?” Yes. “Can you look after our friend’s luggage?” Yes. “May we have more coffee pods?” Yes. “Can we park our bikes here?” Yes. “Can you come up and show us how to stream into the tv?” Yes. Our room was small but comfortable, well designed and appointed as was our little terrace—just big enough for a small table and two chairs. Richard and I would heartily recommend staying at the Hébé where they make you feel like part of the family, not just a guest passing through.

The room is too small and they didn’t are Set put Enough sope and Cleaning things when they clean the room

The staff and service were fantastic including location to the city center and lake.

Wry comfortable and quiet hotel, perfect location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice they have their own bikes to rent … riding around the lake is wonderful.

Un personnel charmant pendant tout le séjour. Notre chambre etait un peu petite mais nous avons apprécié le balcon. En revanche la séparation salle de bains/wc (porte en verre coulissante) est sympa côté design mais... ne laisse pas de place à l'intimité...

Arrived before the normal check in time but were checked in without question. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well located for all restaurants in Annecy. Would stay again if I return to the town.

Lovely hotel - highly recommended. Charming service.

very new, stylish. good wifi. staffs are very friendly the room size is bit too small

The hotel itself is newly renovated and the hoteliers are very experienced and welcoming. The location near Annecy station is very convenient and is within walking distance from both the old and new town centres. However, some choices negatively impacted our comfort. The toilet was mounted quite high and had no heating, which made it very cold and uncomfortable to use. The bedding felt synthetic and cheap, which left us sweaty and cold at the same time as the material did not breathe. We enjoyed our stay but at this price level we expected nicer bedding materials.

Wonderful

Super clean really new and modern. Rooms small but great for a night or two.

very clean, very comfortable, super nice and helpful people, perfectly located. top class, will never go elsewhere in the future
