Bello il posto, la camera attrezzata di tutti i comfort e in più avevo preso quella con la jacuzzi, dove il terrazzo si affaccia sul mare, camera pulita, personale ottimo e staff super accogliente e gentile! La prossima volta prenoto per una settimana intera! Super approvato

Koffie op de kamer..... maar ach, dat was bij het ontbijt weer voortreffelijk. De badkamer, ik ben 192cm, was een beetje de kamer onwaardig. Maar het lukte......

Casi no sale agua caliente, solo sale Un chorro muy pequeño que dificulta mucho la ducha. Se ha adaptado una bañera a ducha y no funciona bien. Una cama supletoria tenía buen tamaño la otra era pequeña, de 80 o 90 de ancho.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Beautiful hotel and surrounding gardens. Wedding venue, so facilities aren't available to other guests. We had a fabulous room just off the balcony where the wedding banquet is held.
We couldn't sit around the facilities and there wasn't any bar to lounge around in. It's a pity it doesn't have a pool. We had to drive to Polongnia a Mare, 2km from the hotel.

For a 4 star hotel they charge you for the soft drinks and the snacks left in the room ! I wish someone tells you in advance! And when you book it states the Price including tax and taxes BUT WHEN YOU CHECK OUT THEY ASK YOU FOR CUTY TAX.

Considerato che durante il nostro soggiorno c'era un matrimonio, nel pomeriggio quando siamo ritornati dal mare ci siamo ritrovati a camminare insieme agli invitati per ritornare all'interno della reception. L'unica pecca é stata questa.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026הגנים סביב המלון יפים מאוד אבל אי אפשר להיות בהם כי כל הזמן יש חתונות במלון והחדר יפה וגדול אם כי הדלתות והחלונות לא מתוחזקים ואי אפשר לסגור אותם
זה אולם אירועים/חתונות עם שמונה חדרים ולא מלון ארבעה כוכבים. בלילה הראשון הרעש היה סביר כי המסיבה היתה באולם סגור ונפסקה ב-2215. בלילה השני זה היה בחצר מתחת לחלון שלנו והרעש עד 2315 היה בלתי נסבל. המלון שלח לנו אזהרה אחרי שהזמנו אבל לא התריע שמדובר ברעש ברמה שכזאת ומאחר ואם היינו מבטלים היינו מפסידים עלות של לילה אחד לא היתה לנו ברירה.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026San Tomasso is echt een belevenis. Joe voelt je een prins en/of prinses in een kasteel, terwijl dit nooit een kasteel geweest is. Het is een oude boerderij met aanzien, die is omgetoverd tot een luxe hotel waar dagelijks Italiaanse bruiloften gegeven worden. Leuke bijkomstigheid als je een luxe kamer boekt... de fles champagne met een grote schaal vers fruit. Top!
Alles is zo mooi, dan valt de ietwat verouderde badkamer met wat schimmelvorming toch wel iets tegen. Ook kon in onze kamer 1 raam i.v.m. defect niet open. Advies: los deze gebreken op en je hebt een perfect hotel.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Wunderschönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage, nur wenige Minuten (mit Auto) von Polignano a Mare entfernt. Wir haben dort eine Nacht verbracht und waren von unserem Zimmer begeistert – hochwertig ausgestattet, stilvoll eingerichtet und von hervorragender Qualität. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war ausgezeichnet und das gesamte Personal äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Da uns bewusst war, dass es sich um ein Eventhotel handelt, waren wir nicht überrascht, dass während unseres Aufenthalts an einem Sonntag eine Kommunionsfeier stattfand. Als besonderes Highlight konnten wir von unserer Terrasse aus gegen 22 Uhr ein beeindruckendes Feuerwerk erleben. Anschließend endete die Feier, sodass es den restlichen Abend angenehm ruhig war. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Visto che la location è bellissima e nell'occasione che abbiamo soggiornato durante la giornata è stato festeggiato un matrimonio hanno fatto festa fino circa le 22 va benissimo anke se era più tardi, il problema è che il giorno dopo c'era un'altro matrimonio e alle 7 erano già li la sposa con parrucchiere truccatore e damigelle e si sentivano molto bene in camera.... Comunque lo consiglio vivamente

unfreundliches Personal mit Ausnahme der Rezeption und des Parkplatz Wärters. Der Knaller war der Frühstücks Kellner und das Reinigungspersonal. Hinzu kamen 3 große Hochzeiten an den 3 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes die bis 23:00 Lärm bedeuten.

2out 3 days there were huge celebrations , very noisy until 10 pm. First safe was out of order. Bubble bath was only to be used as bathtub. Shower hose has to be fixed aswell. No swimming pool Not great for disabled

Reviewed May 19, 2026Piękny obiekt. Cudny ogród, fontanny. Idealnie na ostatnią noc przed powrotem samolotem z Bari. Blisko do Polignano de Mare. Obiekt weselny. Cudownie to wyglądało.
Niakie ciśnienie ciepłej wody zarówno wieczorem jak i rano uniemożliwia normalną kąpiel. Nie dało się umyć włosów, bo przy tak niskim ciśnieniu nie da się spłukać włosów. Recepcjonistka wieczorem poinformowana o wczesnym locie zapewniła, że rano przed śniadaniem ( przed 7 rano) zrobią nam Espresso i otrzymamy croissant. Recepcjonista na porannej zmianie powiedział, że o espresso nie ma mowy, może podać ew. normalną kawę. Zrezygnowaliśmy pomimo opłacenia śniadania. Espresso na lotnisku wybitnie smakowało.

Reviewed May 18, 2026L’établissement est très joli et authentique. Le moderne et l’ancien est très bien lié, c’est très bien fait.
Nous avons eu le malheur de tomber sur une nuit où un mariage avait lieu dans l’hôtel. Tout était calme à notre arrivée. Nous ne nous sommes donc pas inquiétées. Puis en rentrant vers 21h, nous avons constaté que le bruit de la fête s’était amplifié à tel point que nous avions l’impression que la musique était dans la chambre. Nous sommes donc descendues pour demander à l’accueil si nous pouvions être dans une chambre plus éloignée du bruit. L’hôtel était soit disant complet, et la réceptionniste n’avait qu’à la bouche le fait que nous avions reçu un message sur booking prévenant du mariage. Le message était noyé au milieu de pleins d’autres informations et que l’annulation n’était plus gratuite à ce moment là. Même si nous avions pris conscience de la chose avant notre arrivée, nous n’aurions pu rien faire. La moindre des choses auraient été de nous mettre dans une chambre éloignée de la fête et non au premier étage face au bâtiment de la réception… Aussi, le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur surtout que le salle de repas est située dans un couloir où passent le personnel organisant la réception du mariage. Pendant notre petit déjeuner nous avons donc été dérangé par des bruits de portes qui claquent - ce qui n’est pas vraiment à la hauteur d’un établissement comme celui-ci. En globalité, le séjour aurait pu être merveilleux mais nous avons eu le sentiment que le mariage prenait le pas sur les autres occupants de l’hôtel. Pourquoi accepter d’autres réservations lors de tels évènements ? Nous sommes très déçues, surtout au vu du prix de la chambre et de la passivité du personnel quant à nos plaintes.

Reviewed May 16, 2026El hotel y los jardines son preciosos. Está a las afueras de polignano. En coche 10 minutos al centro. El cuarto amplio y el personal muy amable.
Recomiendo no ir en fin de semana como hicimos nosotros ya que el sábado había una boda y el domingo varias comuniones y por tanto no pudimos disfrutar del jardín en ningún momento. Si de una terraza arriba.

W łazience była wanna z parawanem prysznicowym co było bardzo niewygodne żeby brać prysznic.

Je moet er wel v bewust zijn dat dit hoofdzakelijk een feest locatie is, op het moment v ons verblijf waren er 2 grote feesten, dus veel volk. Als gevolg daarvan hadden wij geen mogelijkheid om even buiten te gaan zitten. Wij hebben ons daarnaar aangepast, de feesten waren ook gedaan tegen 22.00u. Het ontbijt was correct

1. There was a cigarette lefover in the balcony 2. Not much variety at breakfast - no vegetables at all, only boiled eggs that were cooled badly and almost impossible to take the shell off. 3. The room was at a different level from the room entrance and toilets accesible by narrow helical stairs. Going down for toilets during night is hard and even dangerous. 4. Toilet tends to stuck letting water to run continuously. 5. One morning there was not hot water probably because the day bafore was rainy and cloudy so they probably didn't activate the electrical heat

התחזוקה של החדר (כתמי לחות באמבטיה, כבלי חשמל לא מסודרים, חלון ליד המיטה לא ניתן לנעילה...). המעלית לא מגיעה לקומה העליונה ויש צורך לטפס במדרגות (עם המזוודות) בכדי להגיע לחדר. בארוחת הבוקר לא מגישים ירקות (לאחר פניה למלצר אפשר לבקש ירקות וביצים). בחדר אין מקרר ואין פינת קפה ותה. חסר שקע חשמלי ליד המיטה (יש רק בצד אחד). חסר שילוט בהגעה למתחם, המכוון את הרכב לקבלה (ולהורדת המזוודות). המלון נמצא מחוץ לעיר ויש צורך ברכב בכדי להתנייד.

Kein Möglichkeit am Abend eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Bar ist zwar offen, jedoch ohne Essen. Vielen Dank an Mary für die Organisation der Tagliere und den Prosecco 😊

Un zgomot continuu de la sistemul de ventilatie din camera/102. Recomand sejururile in timpul saptamanii, in weekend sunt organizate evenimente la aceasta locatie.

La calefacció estava baixa i no es podia regular des de l' habitació.
