Meravigliosa struttura e servizi top

Un'ottima struttura, personale molto cordiale e preparato. Colazioni con una buona varietà di dolci oltre al salato. La piscina è pulita e grande. La posizione dell'hotel è centrale per visitare la parte alta della Toscana.

Hotel molto carino, ubicato nel verde in posizione tranquilla . La stanza non era enorme ma molto graziosa e ben fruibile, con un balconcino ad affaccio delizioso. Poi avere piscina e ristorante annessi fa la differenza. Piscina purtroppo non testata per mancanza di tempo, ristorante invece sì ed era ottimo, sotto una pergola fresca anche nel caldo torrido di questo luglio.

L'aria condizionata nella stanza era rumorosa, e pur dormendo con i tappi mi ha svegliato più volte. Inoltre tendeva sempre a tornare alla temperatura di 24', che può piacere ma anche no (a me sì, in questo caso). L'insonorizzazione è migliorabile. Il bagno aveva un areatore a bassissima velocità, non troppo efficace.

Colazione un pò misera per un 4 stelle e priva di materie prime locali

Le personnel est au top et discret. Rien à redire sur la propreté tout est nickel. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux, il y a beaucoup de choix. La piscine est superbe avec transats et parasols à disposition. L'hôtel est bien situé, à environ 1h de Pise ou de Florence. Très bon séjour.

Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine Klimaanlage.

Wer auf Campingplatz-Feeling und auf ein bisschen genervtes Personal steht ist hier richtig. Der Pool ist eingezäunt, die Liegen runterherum sind aus Plastik und es gibt keine Handtücher für den Pool. Wir wollten Abends im Restaurant essen, leider gab es einen Stromausfall, so dass wir leider nichts bekommen haben. Auch die kalten Speisen konnten nicht serviert werden. Auf die Frage an der Rezeption, ob es denn eine Bar gäbe, wurde aus unserer Sicht, sehr genervt reagiert. Das waren für uns irgendwie zu viele negative Sachen, daher nur ein 6.0

Sehr schmuddelig. Blick auf Wadchbetonplatten. Pool ist aus den 60igern und nicht gepflegt. Generell sehr veraltet und lieblos. Wir mussten 3x fragen ob die außen Klimaanlage bitte repariert wird da bei uns die Wand vibriert hat und der Lärm nicht erträglich war. Wurde nach langem warten aber behoben

Das Hotel iiegt mitten im Grünen, extrem ruhig. Das Restaurant und die Bar sind in eigenem Komplex auf dem Gelände gelegen. Die (italienische) Küche war okay.

Man kann nicht zur Rezeption direkt vorfahren sondern muß das Gepäck fast 100 Meter schleppen. Die Damen am Empfang waren nicht wirklich kompetent und sprachen ein ziemlich schlechtes Englisch

La piscine est très grande et exposée toute la journée au soleil. Les chambres sont super confortables. Très grand parking avec borne électrique chambre assez calme avec terrasse très sympa.

Le petit déjeuner mériterait d’être revu. Trop simple et beaucoup de choses manquaient tous les jours. Ouvert jusqu'à 10h00 mais si nous voulons dormir un peu, et arriver vers 09h00, le buffet n'est pas rempli est manque de beaucoup de choses. Dommage L'alentour de la piscine, à l'entrée, devrait être mieux aménagée. Marcher dans la terre /pelouse avant d'aller dans la piscine n'est pas fort agréable. la borne de recharge électrique est pratique mais chère. Et que 1. Peut être en mettre + ? un client occupait souvent la borne pour être sur de pouvoir l'avoir (sans l'utiliser) et bloquer l'accès... Et offrir ça aux clients de l'hôtel? Dans de nombreux hôtel, la recharge lente est souvent gratuite pour les clients. Ici, 0,70c le KW, tarif très élevé. Les horaires de la piscine devrait selon moi être revu en période de forte chaleur / été. 10h-19h, c'est dommage. Surtout qu'il n'y a pas de surveillance ou autre, donc élargir l'horaire n'aurait pas d'inconvénient pour l'hôtel. un 09h-20h pourrait être magnifique.

Ho apprezzato la posizione, appena fuori il centro abitato. La piscina e il parco che circonda la struttura. Il servizio navetta per il centro. La pulizia degli ambienti sia privati che comuni. La disponibilità e la cortesia di tutto lo staff. La politica pet-friendly.

Colazione essenziale e ripetitiva. Soprattutto la parte salata del buffet dovrebbe essere ampliata e migliorata. Anche il reparto frutta molto carente. Un pò più varia solo la parte dolce.

La location è stupenda

La struttura offre una gran bella piscina per rinfrescarsi. La colazione a buffet è molto fornito, con ampia possibilità di scelta tra dolce e salato. Posizione comoda a pochi minuti dal centro della città di Pistoia, fuori dal rumore del centro abitato, potendo godere della giusta tranquillità necessaria per una vacanza

Traité comme des délinquants car n est une famille d’accueil qui emmene une petite fille de 4 ans en vacances avec nous ! Ils be connaissent pas notre metier et ne cherche pas a comprendre malgré les pieces d’identités et les sorties de territoire ils ont appelé la police !! On a du attendre 1 h dans le hall d’entrée car ils ont refusé de nous donner la chambre en les attendant et d’accéder a la piscine de l’hotel !! La petite venait de faire 7h de route et il nous restait a peine deux heures de piscine avant la fermeture.Apres la police est arrivé toute le monde nous regardait car on etait toujours dans le hall d’hotel ! Après enquête et traduction et de nombreuses explications sur mon metier on a eu enfin le feu vert . Resultat que 30 minutes de piscine deg et pas un geste de compassion bien au contraire !! Pas de bonjour pas de sourire rien !! Ca fait plus de 20 ans que je fais ce metier et que je vais en calabre avec les enfants que j’accueille jamais on a était accueilli de la sorte !! Vraiment super déçue

The pool area lacked supervision by hotel staff, with children constantly diving despite the rules prohibiting it, and the gym had no air conditioning. We were not impressed by the request to settle the bill upon check-in, especially considering we have been Booking customers for over 20 years (Genius status...). Rude reception.

Jammer genoeg serveerde het restaurant geen menu meer in de avond, maar kon enkel a la carte worden gegeten (wat een stuk duurder uit komt dan het vroeger beschikbare menu).

The rooms are clean ,and there's a lot of space. the breakfast was great. we had 1 night stop there, and overall, we enjoyed it.

Struttura elegante curata immersa nel verde appena ad un paio di km dal centro di Pistoia. Abbiamo prenotato una quadrupla(per 3 adulti mi sembra il minimo) ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una tripla… e nemmeno enorme! Fatto presente la cosa alla reception tempestivamente hanno risolto e ci hanno fatto soggiornare in un appartamentino molto curato nuovo e funzionale! Trasfert offerto dalla struttura con prenotazione è un’ottima chicca non così scontata! La piscina dove puoi trovare un relax senza pari all’ombra degli ulivi. E per finire il ristorante interno ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono tutto quel che abbiamo assaggiato in tre sere. Colazione varia sia di dolce che di salato insomma posto consigliatissimo.

Il personale della reception non è molto empatico devo dire (alcune ovviamente)almeno all’inizio…poi comunque hanno in ogni caso accontentato gli ospiti

Nulla, al di sotto delle aspettative in base a ciò che ho letto sul vostro sito.

La stanza molto piccola, stetta senza piani di appoggio, senza neanche una poltroncina, posa valigia per una persona, io l'ho messa a terra.... nel frigo bar solo 2 bottigliette di acqua, il bagno senza accessori, solo sapone e asciugamani. Inoltre la colazione con prodotti di scarsa qualità. Tutto l'ambiente con odore di vecchio.

A gym with no air conditioning! A large pool with absolutely no supervision or oversight; small children were diving in—despite it being prohibited—posing a risk of accidents! Personally, as a Booking.com customer of 25 years with Genius Level 3 status, I found it insulting to be asked to pay for the room upfront at check-in...

Sono molto rigidi negli orari nn si può arrivare prima delle 14 e poi alle 14 nn trovi neppure la stanza pronta diciamo che magari potevano offrire un caffè x il disguido che puo capitare

È un'ottima soluzione per trovare refrigerio estivo per chi è in zona firenze-prato-pistoia. La piscina è abbastanza grande per accogliere gli ospiti dell albergo. La struttura è grande, un po' agée ma le camere sono pulite e moderne.

Probabilmente si dovrebbe dare maggiore supporto al ristorante, a pranzo ho visto un po' di sofferenza per chi ci lavorava (camerieri compresi). Proporre un menù ridotto potrebbe essere una soluzione

L HÔTEL est tres joli, au milieu de la verdure. Le personnel est très aimable. Parle français. Possible de faire le check in en ligne= formalités très rapides. Chambres confortables. Piscine assez grande,soignée, propre. Petit déjeuner très bon, beau choix de denrées. Excellent café. Les prix au bat sont corrects. La clim fonctionne parfaitement (40 dehors). Chambre familiale spacieuse. Personnel aux petits soins. Parking gratuit sur place, Excellent rapport qualité prix.

La wifi ne fonctionne pas bien dans les chambres. Le pédiluve ne donne pas envie. Le frigo est très petit

Wij verbleven in een appartement. Het hele gebouw was koel wat een verademing was bij een constante temperatuur van 40°c. We kregen dagelijks een nieuwe fles water (zowel plat als bruis).

We hebben zelf niet gekookt maar er ontbrak wat keukenlinnen en afwasproduct.

Hotellet var svært rent, ok frokost, rolig og flott svømmebasseng med mange solsenger. Vi fant ledige solsenger hver dag. Det var svært praktisk med shuttle til jernbanen.

Personalet var litt unnvikende, og avvisende, veldig ulikt andre steder i Italia vi har besøkt. De hilste ikke da vi gikk forbi. Litt dårlig service i caffebar/ bar inne. Det var også lite sikkerhet i bassenget. Det var mange ungdommer som stupte fra kanten og det kunne oppleves utrygt for svømmende gjester. Det var ingen badevakt. Det var mye støy fra aircondition på rommet. Litt dårlig utvalg for glutenallergikere .

Unfortunately, I cannot name a single advantage of this hotel. No building, location, or appearance can compensate for the fact that a hotel is unable to ensure the basic security of its guests’ personal belongings and is unwilling to properly respond to serious incidents.

During my stay at Hotel Villa Cappugi from 20 to 21 July 2026, EUR 3,500 in cash was stolen from my hotel room. I have filed an official theft report with the police regarding this incident. Until the official investigation is completed, I will not claim that any specific member of the hotel staff or management committed the theft. However, I can make a clear assessment of the hotel’s own conduct after I reported what had happened. Despite my repeated requests via Booking.com, WhatsApp, and email to preserve CCTV recordings, electronic room access logs, and other possible evidence, the hotel completely ignored my messages for an entire week. Only after I sent an official registered letter addressed to the hotel management did the hotel respond for the first time. However, instead of conducting an internal investigation or attempting to assist its guest, the hotel chose to send a letter from a lawyer refusing to cooperate. In my opinion, such behaviour is completely inconsistent with normal standards of the hospitality industry. Even if the hotel management considered my allegations unfounded, a responsible hotel should have immediately preserved all possible evidence and cooperated in establishing the truth. Instead, I experienced a complete lack of assistance, a lack of any genuine interest in clarifying the circumstances, and an effective refusal to cooperate. I hope that the police investigation will establish who exactly committed the theft. However, it is already clear that the hotel’s response after being informed of a serious criminal incident was extremely disappointing and does not correspond to the level of responsibility expected from a hospitality establishment. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to travellers who value the security of their belongings and expect support from hotel management in the event of serious problems.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Hotel Villa Cappugni. Hotelul este amplasat într-o zonă liniștită, cu un peisaj specific Toscanei, perfect pentru relaxare. Camera a fost curată, spațioasă și amenajată cu bun gust. Personalul a fost amabil, primitor și mereu dispus să ofere informații și ajutor. Micul dejun a fost variat, cu produse proaspete și de calitate. Atmosfera este elegantă și relaxantă, iar locația este excelentă atât pentru a vizita Pistoia, cât și pentru excursii în Florența, Pisa sau Lucca. Recomand cu încredere acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc un sejur liniștit, servicii de calitate și ospitalitate autentică italiană. Cu siguranță o să revenim!

Confort oreiller et matelas, un peu de bruit le soir surtout quand vous avez la chambre tout de suite au rez-de-chaussée apres le hall d'accueil

Et dejligt sted med rigtig fine faciliteter. En god blanding af hotel og lejlighed. Vi havde et lille køkken med et par kogeplader og et lille køleskab. Flot udsigt over bjergene fra altanen. Lækker stor pool, tennisbane og fodboldbane. Personalet har meget venlig og flinke. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Wij huurde een appartement. Het was een modern, nieuw appartement. Zwembad was leuk, meer dan genoeg plaats (in het weekend iets drukker, want iedereen mag komen zwemmen, maar ook dan nog genoeg ruimte). Personeel was heel vriendelijk.

Wij vonden het jammer dat je niet buiten kon ontbijten. De ontbijtruimte is wat onpersoonlijk. 1 koffiezetapparaat was te weinig voor het aantal gasten.

Non si cacciano i clienti paganti dall'area della piscina e alle sette di sera. Non è il modo, e le 19 in estate è ancora veramente presto. Se siamo due clienti paganti la camera, perchè mi date solo un telo per la piscina e l'altro me lo fate pagare?

Sehr schöne, renovierte Zimmer der Deluxe-Kategorie. Die Klimaanlage war bei den heissen Temperaturen sehr willkommen und liess sich angenehm regulieren, ohne dass ein «Eisfach-Gefühl» entstand. Die Mitarbeitenden waren stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig, wenn auch mit einem deutlichen Schwerpunkt auf süssen Speisen.

Wie in vielen südlichen Feriendestinationen war der Orangensaft am Frühstücksbuffet leider nahezu ungeniessbar. Es erstaunt mich immer wieder, dass Länder wie Italien, Spanien oder die Türkei, die riesige Orangenplantagen praktisch vor der Haustür haben, häufig Orangensaft aus Pulver oder Konzentrat anbieten. Ein qualitativ guter Orangensaft aus der Flasche oder dem Tetra Pak würde das Frühstück bereits deutlich aufwerten. Die Selbstbedienungs-Kaffeemaschine war zudem leider ausgesprochen langsam.

ho avuto problemi con aria condizionata, non riuscivo ad alzare la temperatura a 27/28 ho chiesto in reception ma la temperatura è rimasta 24/25 ho provato a spegnerla ma dopo un po' si riaccendeva assurdo avere freddo in camera con il caldo estremo di questi giorni

Abbiamo soggiornato di passaggio ma posso dire che le camere sono molto belle e qualità prezzo ottimo . I letti molto comodi

Breakfast options very good. The pool is lovely. Room was comfortable and very clean. Though we mainly walked into pistoia town, the option of the shuttle bus is a really good feature which we did use a couple of times.

We stayed in a Classic room which was very small and in need of updating. Food during the day is very limited.

Trots att vi meddelade att vi skulle resa 04:00 på morgonen fanns ingen personal på plats. Detta har lett till krångel med betalning av skatt.

Personal nicht sehr höflich und zuvorkommend, Die Lage ist ohen Auto nich ideal. Das Mittagessen war nicht lecker und wurde auf Kartontellern serviert.

La stanza era molto grande e pulita

Il giorno di arrivo abbiamo chiesto di poter prenotare l’accesso in piscina per il giorno successivo (in cui avremmo lasciato la stanza) e ci è stato risposto che lo avremmo potuto fare direttamente la mattina seguente alla reception. Peccato che una volta arrivati ci abbiano detto che la piscina era al completo. Avevamo scelto quell’hotel proprio perché aveva la piscina
