Brilliant place, wonderful room, next to great restaurant. Probably the best situated city hotel we ever stayed in and great value.

Amazingly, check in starts at 3.00 and all staff leave at 3.00 so nobody there to check you in, help with luggage , show you room. The parking is 300yds from hotel. Instructions are complex.

The two men at the desk in the mornings (I am sorry I do not know their names) were WONDERFUL!!l. I asked them where I could find the office where I could look up some records regarding my family history for genealogy purposes. The older of the two men contacted his friend and immediately they got me information reg my great, great, great grandfather that I would never have found. This was tremendously helpful and I thought they both were so kind to go out of their way to do this for me. I loved your hotel! Everyone was friendly, the location was perfect, we could walk anywhere, including to the train station. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and the variety of food was more than excellent it was amazing. The coffee was made fresh and delivered to our table. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. Everyone treated us so well.

De lakens waren proper.

Vloer, lavabo, toilet en douche waren niet gepoetst en zeer vuil. We zijn vertrokken en hebben elders geslapen. We hebben dit gemeld aan de host. Hij heeft het volledige bedrag teruggestort 🙏. Knap.

Purtroppo la pulizia non era gran che. Oltre ad aver trovato briciole di biscotti, mangiati da altri, tra le tazze e le tazzine del caffè che offriva la struttura anche il bagno non era proprio pulitissimo. Qualche schizzo di sapone qua e la sul lavandino e addirittura un asciugamano lasciato nella doccia come si fa per gli asciugamani sporchi

This place could not have been in a better location, Your almost in the center of the plaza close to everything. The property was amazing. Everything was perfect from instructions to park our car, getting to the property, communication, breakfast.

La TV non funzionava

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel mitten in Pistoia. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk. Im Zimmer gab eine Kaffeemaschine und einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit Minibar. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es gab mehrere Kissen. Zudem gab es auch mehrere verschieden große Handtücher zur Auswahl. Auf Nachfrage haben wir auch problemlos einen zweiten Bezug zum Zudecken bekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat mit uns - auf unsere Bitten hin - italienisch gesprochen. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Wir fanden es gut, dass die Wurst, der Käse und das Brot (das Foccacia war super) direkt frisch abgeschnitten wurde. Da lag nichts lange rum und man sah, dass es gute toskanische Sachen und keine Packungsware waren. Gefallen hat uns auch, dass wir draußen frühstücken konnten, fast direkt an der Piazza del sala, dem Hauptplatz von Pistoia, das hatte was. Der Parkplatz des Hotels ist ca. 300 m weg, weil das Hotel mitten in der Stadt ist. Es gibt zwar ein paar Parkplätze in PIstoia, aber die billigeren sind dann doch ein Stückchen weg. In die Innenstadt darf man nur mit Genehmigung fahren. Pistoia selbst ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen mit Dom und vielen alten Gebäuden, aber mit wenig Touristen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Man kann an vielen Stellen draußen sitzen und das "dolche vita" genießen.

Die Klimananlage im Zimmer hat nachts leider nicht weiter runter als ca. 27 Grad gekühlt - das war schon sehr warm. Die Tür zum Bad, das quasi in den Raum eingebaut ist, schloss nicht ganz. Parken kostet pro Tag 15 €. Dies wurde uns dann erst beim Auschecken gesagt, nachdem wir drei Tage auf dem Parkplatz gestanden hatten. Da wäre eine frühere Info gut gewesen.

Nous n’avions pas été prévenu qu’avait lieu sur la place un festival de Blues. Nous avons craint des difficultés à dormir mais finalement aucun problème !

Отель оставил очень приятное впечатление. Удобное месторасположение. Недалеко от вокзала и практически на соборной площади. Окна номера выходили на Баптистерий. Отель небольшой, в старинном здании с отличной звукоизоляцией. Было очень тихо. В номере было всё необходимое для проживания. Всё продумано для удобства путешественника и выглядело очень эстетично. Прекрасно работал кондиционер. У кондиционера очень правильно расположен выдув воздуха – вверх. Была приятная прохлада, но при этом ничего не дуло и не сквозило. Понравилась огромная кровать. Обе ночи отлично спала и вставала выспавшаяся. В номере был просторный удобный душ и большие, мягкие, новые полотенца. Вкусные завтраки подавались в кафе внизу. Очень любезный персонал на завтраке. Всё рассказали, показали и накормили! Спасибо администратору Лоренцо, который дождался нашего приезда, всё рассказал и объяснил, как пользоваться лифтом. Отель однозначно можно рекомендовать для проживания в самом сердце Пистойи. Если приедем ещё в этот город, конечно же остановимся именно тут! A great little hotel in a central location right behind the Baptistery, next to the main square and a short walk from the train station. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, well-maintained and quite spacious. Good air conditioning and soundproofing. There is a good breakfast served in the cafe downstairs with various choices of fresh fruits, pastries, cakes, meats and cheeses. The hotel staff are friendly, polite, attentive and provide a warm welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

The location couldn’t be better, my room window opened to the piazza from which I dined etc. The room was clean and comfortable with helpful staff. Nicely decorated and a coffee machine.

This place has a great location in the center of historic area. The staff are very helpful and kind. The breakfast has many options for variety and offers fresh fruits and pastries, meats, cheeses. The rooms have nice space and comfortable beds. Definitely an excellent choice as a place to stay.

The location at the centre of old town was excellent. The best part was the helpful friendly staff who did all they could to help throughout. Recently renovated property provides great breakfast.

Some people might be put off by the access in such an old part of the town.

Ecco un hotel che mi piace considerare seconda casa. Per professionalità , gentilezza dello staff, qualità della colazione e, molto importante, l'accoglienza con un sorriso come tra vecchie conoscenze. Posizione assolutamente di pregio e staff pronto a suggerire mete in città. Un luogo dove tornare ancora, perché è una "tana" molto confortevole

Forse qualche stanza avrà bisogno di un "ripasso" di alcuni dettagli in futuro, ma al momento è tutto di buon livello.

The room was small. There were no dressers and nowhere to put suitcases and clothing . no sitting area . The bathroom good but bathroom sounds echoed because of the tile and the glass door reducing privacy.

La struttura è centralissima. Dietro il Battistero di Piazza Duomo. È pulita, la camera accogliente, il personale gentile. Ho chiesto un phon più potente per il bagno e me ne hanno comprato uno nuovo! La colazione è buona in una saletta che si affaccia su una graziosa stradina. Ho parcheggiato al Parcheggio Misericordia che è a 5 minuti a piedi.

A parte il Phon a parete nel bagno, direi niente!

Was hoping for more luxurious accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was beautiful and tastefully decorated, Internet service was strong, and it was quiet. Our room was directly behind the Baptistery with a pleasant street view, and it was a short walk to a number of sights, restaurants, and shops. Lorenzo is a kind and friendly host, and we enjoyed talking to him. Breakfast was excellent, with a lot of sweet and savory selections. Grazie mille, Lorenzo, hope to see you again!

Eccellente la posizione , ottima l’organizzazione sia per il check-in che per il deposito bagaglio dopo il check-aut! Unica nota meno positiva è la camera graziosa ma un pó piccolina anche se dotata di tutti i confort, consiglierei se possibile aggiungere alle cialde del caffè, qualche cialda di te/tisana o di orzo ! Per il resto, un complimento ai ragazzi molto gentili e disponibili

Die Erreichbarkeit und das Einchecken war sehr gut und einfach. Die Aussicht war sehr schön und trotz der zentralen Lage hatten wir ein ruhiges Zimmer. Der kleine Platz vor dem Hotel hat alles geboten was man in einer Stadt so braucht. Restaurant, Geschäfte, Museen und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten waren leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir konnten hier zwei schöne Tage genießen und werden wiederkommen.
