L’hôtel est très confortable avec beaucoup de charme et un emplacement idéal. Le personnel est très gentil et disponible. Et le restaurant est top !

Sehr zuvorkommende Bedienung an der Reception und im Restaurant. Schönes Ambiente und grosses Angebot am Frühstücksbuffet. Gute Lage im Zentrum.

Wir sind mit 7 Motorrädern angereist und das Parkplatzmanagement war ziemlich chaotisch. Zuwenig PP vorhanden, Keine Kontrolle über die Parkordnung durch das Personal.

Das rauschen im Zimmer dass anscheinen wegen der Pumpe für den Pool sehr stark im Gebäude wiederhalt hat. Bereits um 7.45 wurde diese wieder angelassen!!! Schade für das gesamt Bild

Son emplacement à 3 min à pied du cœur du village avec une jolie petite piscine.

Il n'y avait pas assez de transats au bord de la piscine. Surtout lorsque des résidents les réservent avec des serviettes, ou des parents prennent 4 transats au cas où leurs enfants souhaiteraient se poser 5 minutes. L'installation de bancs aurait pu nous éviter de nous asseoir par terre et de ne pas déposer nos vêtements dans l'herbe.

They used the plastic mattress protection that make me uncomfortable to sleep. Bathroom very outdated. The lady at the reception misinformed me on the timing for my return transport, even though I came to double check twice. I have lost a lot of money to rearrange the transport. Stuff at breakfast very unfriendly.

The location of the hotel is great, short walk to town and ski lifts. The reception and lounge/bar area are very rustic and nice.

The hotel didnt have a real dedicated ski/boot room so while the shed is good enough for skis, not good for boots! We had booked a twin but got a double, my 13 Yr old son and I didn't have too much of an issue as it was just a weekend but twin is twin. The shower screen wasn't off great design so the bathroom floor got rinsed!

Warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and staff, with a superb location. My room was clean and well serviced, plenty of hot water and clean towels, comfortable bed and lots of storage for ski clothes.

The bathroom was very tired with old plumbing, a sink plug that was stuck almost closed and a shower that ran at the same time as the bath. I was disappointed not to have coffee-making facilities in the room, but the hotel provided me with a kettle.

We had a really lovely stay in Megève overall. The hotel itself has a warm, cozy atmosphere — especially the lobby and living room areas. I actually found myself preferring to spend time there rather than in our room. Those shared spaces are beautifully designed and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The rooms are more utility-based and simple in design, but they are comfortable and practical. The charm of the hotel really shines in its common areas, which feel much more special and thoughtfully curated. It was very quiet while we were there — I’m not sure if that’s typical for the season, but it made the stay feel peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast (which was included in the price) was excellent, and dinner was truly fantastic. I would absolutely recommend dining at the hotel rather than going into town for dinner. Restaurants in town can be hit or miss and quite expensive for what you get, whereas the hotel’s dining experience was consistently high quality and worth it. The location is unbeatable — just steps from everything, including the ski lifts. There’s also a cute food market right next to Au Vieux Moulin that has everything you might need. Megève itself is very cozy, beautiful, and historic — though definitely touristy. Still, it has a magical alpine charm that makes it a wonderful destination. We would absolutely stay here again.

Bonjour l’emplacement était très bien

Comme nous sommes arrivés, le lit n’était pas très bien fait. L’hôtel est vieux, j’ai été déçu vu le prix de ce lit qu’on aurait dit qu’il n’était pas fait et j’ai resté trois nuits et quand je revenais le lendemain, les lits étaient les draps juste retendues pas secouer, il restait des cheveux dans le lit il n’y avait même pas une petite cafetière pour se faire un petit café dans son lit, je n’ai jamais vu ça dans une hôtel 3 étoiles de ne pas avoir une cafetière pour le matin ou un thé la vu de la fenêtre était sur le parking

In a central location just 2 minutes walk from the center of Megeve. Nice and spacious rooms. Parking area is also available.

La ubicación es espectacular, a unos pocos minutos caminando del centro de Mevege y de la góndola Chamois. El equipo que atiende en el hotel es muy amable y te hacen sentir en casa. Un hotel muy hogareño, pequeño y cómodo.

Just the isolation of room was not great we could hear next room. May be this was only in our room I don’t know. A bit rooms aged also but clean. Ski room also a bit old fashioned.

Nice breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful. A softer pillow would be nice but the spare comforter sufficed. I had a Mountain View room with balcony and it was lovely. The creek was also in view which was also nice. Grocery store next door was very handy.

We loved this hotel. The hotel is right in the centre of the town. It is pretty and well maintained. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. However, it was the friendliness of the reception desk staff which really won us over. They couldn't have been more friendly or have made more of an effort to welome us and meet our needs. Highly recommend. The Wood Brothers

The hotel was close to town and lifts

The front desk staff were rude and not accommodating. The bathroom door was broken, I had to ask for sheets to be changed after four nights, I asked to book a massage twice and the never called me back even though they said they would.

Nice, clean hotel with fair sized rooms. Staff is available, friendly and helpful. Very good location close to village centre, shops and main lift, but the close environment of the hotel is still quiet.

This hotel was special in many ways , not only is it centred in the best position in megeve but it is a beautiful hotel with lovely kind , hard working workers. Our room was spacious while still being a cosy clean room with a balcony overlooking the river. The food was beyond good with little but tasty options. If you are staying in Megeve it would be a crime not to come here !.
