Magnifique établissement qui mérite son nom en plein centre de Genève. Tout est parfait. Chambre, accueil, bar et restaurant si vous y mettez le prix. Mais c’est Megève.

J’ai filtré hôtels avec parking dans mes recherches sur Booking , or le parking proposé est un parking couvert à proximité et non à côté et de plus payant 25 Euro pour une nuit ce qui bien sûr n’a pas été communiqué.

Tout était absolument génial, on y est venu plusieurs fois et on y reviendra encore et encore. l'hôtel est magnifique, confortable et d'une propreté inégalable. En plus d'être à 50 mètres de nos restaurants préférés ! On adore, on a adoré et on adorera encore.

Pour un hôtel avec ces tarifs, avec une situation pareille, il est difficile de demander plus ! La seule chose qui viendrait à l'esprit c'est une piscine et un terrain de golf -- je plaisante, bien sûr -- compte tenu de la situation géographique et de la configuration de l'hôtel, ça serait insultant de demander plus ! Bravo à toute l'équipe pour le service.

- En période de canicule il n’y a pas la climatisation mais les volets peuvent se fermer pour conserver la fraîcheur de la nuit - Pour les chambres donnant côté église, les cloches sonnent tous les 1/4 d’heure dès 7h du matin

Chambre soignée et propre. Excellent petit déjeuner, emplacement idéal.

Il n’y a pas de SPA comme annoncé, pas de piscine pas jacuzzi seulement un sauna ET sur réservation. Pas top pour un hôtel de ce genre au même prix que d’autres hôtels avec spa complet.

Keine Parkplätze vorhanden. Parken in der Casino-Garage (150 m) da Hotel dort Parkplätze hat. Preis mit 25 € pro Nacht allerdings üppig.

Great location. Charming staff

No air conditioning, and as our room opened onto the pedestrian precinct it was noisy to have balcony door open - early morning street sweeper and hotel played music with breakfast service below our balcony. They did offer a fan.

Location was ideal for us in the centre of Megeve. Our room, number 6, was on the front of the building with a balcony. It was lovely to sit outside in the evening. The room was very well thought out and provided every comfort. The little extras provided by the hotel were appreciated, fruit juices, biscuits and tissues. All the staff we met were excellent in their service and warmth. Would book this hotel again without a second thought

The hotel is located in the city center, with restaurants and shops nearby. I really liked the hotel — it had everything necessary: a large bed, balcony, towels, bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, and shower amenities. I especially appreciated that you can connect your phone/ laptop to the TV via Apple TV, and if you don’t want to be disturbed for cleaning, you can simply press a button inside the room. There is also a spa, a cozy lobby, and a restaurant. If the ski season is over, there are hiking trails nearby leading into the mountains and to a waterfall. I recommend it.

Everything was 11/10 - had the best stay and the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and kind.

Location great - in the centre of the old quarter. Tastefully decorated.

The room was very small. Why give us the smallest room when the hotel was not busy. Staff just agreed and shrugged her shoulders. The bed was uncomfortable and the room too hot. Neighbours rooms could be heard.

Booking.com was dreadful I book a room with a balcony and was not offered one until I made a fuss .. Booking. Com said in the small print it states that is only when one is available. The hotel was virtually empty! They kept referring me to the small print ! When you want to book in half an hour , guess what you should not have to double guess every detail. I booked a room with a balcony and Parking . Guess what told to check the parking is down the road , which is not what I wanted as I had a car full of ski gear ! Booking.com states parking in the filters I put parking but after a 60 min wait and conversation . I got a patronising conversation, which was 0 help and referred me again to the terms and conditions . This has no reflection on the hotel or staff who completely understood my frustrations and concerns and did their upmost to help . They gave me a room with a balcony as an upgrade even though I had paid for it through booking . Com and it was booking. Com that had taken me money. We had to unload the car which was fully loaded with ski gear and stuff that I wanted to keep safe and parked in a hotel that had parking. I was mid lead and that is not the Hotels fault but it is public parking off site !

Beautiful and modern Hotel in the centre of town. Our room was comfortable and stylish with a balcony overlooking the church. Nice and helpful staff at reception and restaurant. Breakfast was absolutely delicious too! Our new favourite place to stay in Megeve..

Pode deixar mais claro na página do booking que o café da manhã não está incluído. Deixar mais claro também que uma taxa extra é aplicada ao final da acomodação. O serviço do bar do hotel é muito ruim (zero respectivo, não se mostra como um lugar para tomar um apero antes do jantar ou para apres ski) Se ficar num quarto em frente à rua principal pode ser um pouco barulhento. Alguns funcionários não são muito receptivos.

I like the location and even though it was central, it wasn’t noisy from the streets below. The beef bar restaurant is excellent, and the staff was super friendly.

The beds weren’t particularly comfortable. The rooms were tiny and the bathrooms were ridiculously small. The shower was so small. My 6 foot husband could hardly fit inside it and the sink was the size of a salad bowl.

Müthiş zevkli döşenmiş ve olabilecek en merkezi konumda. Harika bir küçük otel . Servis olağanüstü iyiydi. Otelin restoranı çok iyi idi, kasabanın en iyi yerlerinden biri. Lobisi çok keyifliydi. Her şey zevkli ve güzeldi.

Kaldığımız oda nispeten biraz küçüktü ancak son dakika rezervasyonu olduğu için memnunuz bu durumdan.

God frokost og veldig god restaurant på kvelden med fantastisk Beef. Utrolig beliggenhet midt i sentrum, kort vei til alt. Skiheiser og skiutleie ca 150 mtr. Hotellet var veldig smakfult og moderne. Hadde en liten SPA avdeling hvor vi hadde en veldig god massasje. Personale var hyggelig og veldig behjelpelig.

Rommene var litt små og litt lavt under taket, men vi bodde på toppen

The hotel boasts an outstanding location and striking design, and the rooms themselves are comfortable and well-appointed.

Upon arrival, no basic information was provided about Wi-Fi, breakfast, or hotel facilities. The reception felt chaotic, with staff clearly overwhelmed and no sense of welcome. Guests are left to ask about everything themselves, often receiving unclear answers or being made to feel as though the information should be “obvious,” which came across as unprofessional. In-room amenities such as tissues, vanity kits, shower caps, water, and even clean towels were not replenished. When requesting them, there was no apology—only instructions to come and collect them from reception. After finally complaining, we returned to find the small room suddenly filled with towels and eight bottles of water, which felt almost surreal and highlighted the poor organization. Breakfast was nicely presented with fresh ingredients, but there was no explanation that eggs or omelets could be ordered. By the time we discovered this, the chef was unavailable that day. Overall, the experience was marked by confusion, bad organization, and disappointing service. Given room rates starting at around €700 and the hotel’s 4-star positioning, this level of service is unexpected. While the location, design, and room comfort are strong, the service—especially at reception and in housekeeping coordination—requires serious improvement.

We booked superior room and the room was very small barely fit our 3 bags and the bed was not comfortable specially the pillows and we couldn’t sleep at night from the noise outside the windows are not sound proof
