Hotel Galena Mas Comangau

Room was light and airy with a fantastic view over the hills from the balcony. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Covered parking was perfect for our Morgan and would be great for motorbikes too.

Only small disappointment was that the restaurant was not open Wednesday night for dinner - but it encouraged us to take the short walk into Begur and we had a most enjoyable meal in one of the many restaurants there.

Velha fazenda , casa de pedra reformada, muito bonita, charme antigo. Mobiliário bonito.

Muitas escadas, para se deslocar, quartos, salas de estar, etc. sem elevador.

Hotel muy tranquilo, Las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas todo muy limpio, el personal muy amable, el desayuno muy bueno, el restaurante muy bien hacen un arroz buenísimo en general todo perfecto

Lovely well preserved property on the edge of Begur, lovely welcome from Miguel, our room was great. Parking in front. Very comfortable.

Le confort, l'emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel.

Hotel muy lindo, con espacio afuera y livings de uso común con vista hacia afuera. El desayuno increíble, súper completo y podías comer en la terraza con vista preciosa. En la recepción al llegar nos brindaron mucha información útil sobre cosas para hacer. Pudimos estacionar en la calle sin problema, por lo que no tuvimos necesidad de usar el estacionamiento.

A la habitación no llegaba el wi fi, esto fue muy molesto ya que para tener internet teníamos que pararnos fuera. Lo otro que si bien la habitación es exterior, si abríamos la puerta o ventana nos veían todas las personas que pasaban por el hotel, lo que era bastante incómodo para ventilar.

The hotel was spectacular, everything was amazing, the service, food, amenities, cleanliness… I would recommend this place to everyone, and I’ll come back for sure!

El hotel es muy bonito, buena ubicación, desayuno rico y restaurante con muy buenas vistas.

La habitación pequeña (nido) es algo oscura y húmeda, ventanas pequeñas y ventilación regular.

Muy bien todo en general, Miguel es un encanto de persona, a cada momento estábamos conversando y todos los empleados magníficos, atentos y con una sonrisa como debe ser. Tiene cargador para coche eléctrico privado, lo cual nos vino genial, los desayunos bien, muy correctos, el poder desayunar en la terraza con esas vistas es un lujo, la habitación para cuatro que somos bien de espacio y el baño amplio, por ubicación está muy bien situado ya que está a la entrada de Begur y no entras al pueblo, para moverte desde el hotel a cualquier sitio perfecto. El restaurante nos gustó mucho también, calidad precio muy bueno, mi hijo que es celíaco no tuvo problema. Sin duda es un sitio para volver.

Quizás el calor de la habitación a pesar de tener aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo, no somos de abusar de ellos por lo molestos que son, pero es cierto que este año es brutal el calor que ha hecho.

Central walk to downtown begur

Belle demeure, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et des matériaux recherchés et précieux. Très proche du centre à pied.

Proposer un étendoir pour les serviettes de plage sur la terrasse serait utile. Restaurant bon, mais service un peu militaire… trop rapide Manque un petit coin d’eau fraîcheur à l’extérieur

La masía, vistas, la atención del personal. También la ubicación se puede ir a Begur andando en 10 minutos al centro.

La baja luz de la habitación que teníamos, solo un pequeño ventanal en la puerta. Por otro lado, para 4 personas, la habitación que teníamos era un poco justa.

Amazing views from the room and restaurant. Room had a huge terrace which we loved. Also bathroom is wonderful with natural stones. There were slides/toothbrush to take and shampoo etc. Nice extra. Breakfast was wonderful, enough to eat and choices. It also had a terrace so the breakfast with views we loved. The guy at the reception was really nice, he explained everything carefully and seemed always happy! A bit expensive unfortunately otherwise we would have booked more nights, now we stayed here for 2. Very close to Begur town and supermarket you can walk 10 mins :)

There was one window near the bathroom which only had a white cover, which allowed all the light to go in. They should do something with this because the whole room lights up in the morning. We added a towel ourselves in front of it but that shouldn't be the case. There was a child screaming one of the mornings from a room next door and in the hallway. This was just bad luck for us unfortunately.

Es un hotel muy cálido en su arquitectura, con mucha piedra pero moderno al mismo tiempo en el caso de las habitaciones, para el desayuno hay un terraza que tiene una vista muy linda, además desayuno bastante completo

O hotel é pitoresco e muito acolhedor. A gentileza do Miguel, proprietário, é digna de nota. David também foi muito gentil para atender minha necessidade de chegada em horário não convencional. Ótimo café da manhã. Embora não seja próximo da praia, está a poucos passos da Plaça Forgas, de onde há transporte público, e do centro histórico de Begur.

Very nice room with a lovely balcony and a large bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The only small gripe would be breakfast. The same every day but nothing wrong with the food just a bit of variety would make it better.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La chambre était belle, spacieuse et dotée d’une agréable terrasse, parfaite pour se détendre. C’est un véritable havre de tranquillité, tout en étant idéalement situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre de Begur. Un supermarché se trouve également à proximité, ce qui est très pratique.

Prévoir un anti-moustique le soir si vous utilisez la terrasse.

Werden zeer welkom geheten, heerlijk ontbijt met prachtig uitzicht, zeer vriendelijk personeel, prachtige mooie kamer met terras en alle voorzieningen. Top!

This is a lovely, well maintained hotel. The property has been sympathetically renovated, the room we had was spacious and the terrace was very private. Really beautiful grounds. We enjoyed the location, being a 5 min walk into Begur and being just off the main road to be abld to get anywhere we wanted by car. Breakfasts at thd hotel on the outside terrace was a lovely way to start the day. The food was good. We had a wonderful time here

The mini bar was well stocked and reasonable but it would have been nice to make a hot drink on occasion. Tea/coffee making facilites were not provided in the room but this is a small thing and did not impact on our overall stay.

Nuestra habitación no tenía aire acondicionado. En l anoche no queda personal y non puedes tomarte una copa en el hotel.

El David de recepció és encantador. Les habitacions netes i espaioses i la terrassa de l'habitació genial. L'esmorzar molt bo i poder-lo fer a la terrassa amb vistes, fantàstic.

A la nit, falten llums amb sensor per poder accedir a les habitacions passant per fora. A l'esmorzar estaria bé una mica més de varietat de pans.

En general todo era perfecto, sitio muy bonito y la ubicación muy cómoda. El pueblo de Begur a 5 minutos caminando. Miguel fue la persona que nos atendió al llegar, es muy simpático y nos explicó todo perfectamente. Volveríamos sin duda.

No pudimos dormir en toda la noche. La habitación estaba llena de mosquitos. Fue desesperante.

Nuit parfaite. Vue incroyable. 5 minutes (même pas) à pieds du centre. Personnel très sympathique. Lieu magnifique. Très propre. Les petits détails comme chaussons, brosses à dents,… font tout la différence. Stationnement facile juste en bas de l’hôtel.
