Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer funktionierte schlecht. Wir meldeten das bei der Rezeption. Da hiess es, die wird erst in 2 Stunden aufgedreht. 4 Stunden später, hat sich nichts geändert. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin, sagre man uns, dass sich das Personal darum kümmern werde. 3 Stunden später war alles so wie zu Beginn. Zum Glück kam dann eine kühle Nacht, so dass wir bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnten Morgens bei der Rezeption sagte man uns, dass es für das ganze Haus eine Anlage gibt und es kann sein, dasd das letzte Zimmer nicht mehr so git gekühlt wird.

Che il frigo non funzionasse ormai sono vecchi e puzzano Menomale che ci hanno offerto di usare il loro frigo del bar giusto per avere qualcosa di fresco da portare in giro Poi quando ho usato una sola volta la piastra scattava il salva vita in qualsiasi spina la usavo Alla reception mi hanno detto che la potevo usare solo in una scarpetta sul mobile della televisione (che non c’era) però usandola nelle altre spine alzando ogni tanto il salvavita quando scattava sono riuscita a usarla

The soundproofing was quite poor, which affected the comfort of our stay, and the bathroom furniture and some of the room furnishings felt rather dated and in need of renovation. It is perfectly fine for a one-night stay, as it was in our case, but I personally wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay.

Ambiente confortevole e pulito, buffet ricco e possibilità di ristorazione e posto auto interno. Posizione strategica, ben collegata in 10' a piedi con l'area dei trulli. Da tornare...

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026L’emplacement, l’hôtel était bien situé à proximité immédiate de la gare et à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique. La chambre était bien et le personnel agréable. Le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre d’hôtel est appréciable et il y a pas de mal de choix.
Le mobilier est un peu vieillissant, et la Clim est assez bruyante et se déclenche automatiquement tout les autant de temps. On ne pas l’éteindre.

Aber insgesamt sind Optik und Funktion okay. Es ist sauber, die Lage ruhig, das Frühstück vielfältig. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man fußläufig die Trulliregion.
Es wäre allerdings schön, wenn der Kühlschrank im Zimmer nicht nur leuchten, sondern auch kühlen würde, die WC-Spülung weniger trickreich zu bedienen wäre und der Kaffee nicht nur ein Filterkaffee wäre.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und das Personal war sehr charmant. Die Lage etwas abseits des historischen, trubeligen Zentrums kam uns persönlich gelegen.

Hôtel un peu désuet mais qui a du connaître son heure de gloire dans les 70's... Et pr couronner le tout panne de courant le matin !

Skoro všetko. Absolútne nezodpovedá 4* hotelu. Zastaralý, neudržiavaný, v spoločných priestoroch a na raňajkách zima. Raňajky veľmi slabé. Jeden druh šunky podpriemernej kvality, plátkový syr tak isto. Káva priemerná. Mlieko došlo, museli sme pýtať. Maslo po záruke! Ked sme to povedali , pytal sa nas obsluhujúci aky je dnes dátum! Jedine pečivo,ktore bolo slané k saláme bola žemľa nie čerstvá! Manžel si chcel vziať manadarínku a musel vyberať- boli tam aj hnilé. Veľké sklamanie- nikdy by sme sa tu už nevrátili.
