desayuno poco variado, falta fruta de estación sólo 1 y la otra opción era de conserva, se extraña alguna opción vegetal en la leche y/o yogurt. Añadir un cierre suave a las puertas ya que cuando los otros huéspedes entran o salen de sus dormitorios se siente en toda el área, incluso interrumpiendo el descanso de lo fuerte que es ese ruido

Após fazer o checkout recebemos uma mensagem nos acusando de ter levado os shampoos do banheiro, querendo cobrar por isso! Achei uma falta de respeito enorme!!!! Nos acusando de roubo!! Outra coisa, não tinha internet durante nossa hospedagem!!

Soggiorno davvero ottimo! La struttura è molto bella, la camera confortevole e il personale è stato davvero accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Anche il ristorante è molto buono e abbiamo mangiato bene. Unica piccola nota: migliorerei la doccia, che essendo tipo vasca può risultare un po’ scomoda, e il doccino non faceva uscire l’acqua da tutti i fori. In ogni caso, si tratta davvero di una piccola pecca, perché per il resto è stato tutto ottimo. Esperienza molto positiva e struttura consigliata!

Dommage qu'il n'y est pas de parking ou de place de stationnement attribué a l'hôtel. Cela augmente tout de suite le coût de la chambre

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Sono stata in questa struttura da sola per una notte in occasione della mia visita ad Alberobello in pieno luglio. Viaggiavo per lavoro in Puglia e ne ho approfittato per fare tappa in una fiaba. La struttura è pulita, con una hall confortevole, letto comodo e sopratutto silenzio assoluto durante la notte; e proprio per questo motivo ho riposato così bene. Il materasso singolo era comodo, così come i due cuscini forniti. Il bagno disponeva di sapone, shampoo e lozione corpo, asciugacapelli e teli. Era presente un frigorifero con una bottiglietta di acqua in omaggio. Come secondo omaggio uno splendido segnalibro di Alberobello con dei disegni originali. La colazione era disponibile dalle 7:30 e ho potuto mangiare del pane con uova strapazzate e prosciutto, torta al cioccolato e cornetto con Nutella, oltre che del fresco succo ace. I dipendenti alla reception e alla colazione sono stati gentilissimi e abbiamo avuto modo di chiacchierare. Sono felice di aver trascorso del tempo in questo borgo fantastico che mi ha fatto tornare bambina e sognare ad occhi aperti! La struttura si trova a un minuto a piedi dalla terrazza panoramica sui trulli, dunque è imperdibile anche per i viaggiatori solitari; il paese è sicurissimo e presidiato costantemente dalle forze dell’ordine.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Posizione centalissima, terrazzo ben ventilato e stanza asciutta, edificio storico, elegante e armonico, camera ben pulita, personale professionale e accorto, colazione eccellente e per tutti i gusti.
Premetto che l'albergo ci è piaciuto e che il personale è stato gradevolissimo. Considerando però le 4 stelle e la fascia di prezzo, è doveroso fare qualche appunto: stanza troppo piccola (nonostante fosse la seconda in ordine di grandezza del piano), letti con materassi cedevoli che imbarcano, qualche trascuratezza nel bagno (delle luci specchio, una era fulminata e l'altra sfarfallava), mancanza di ganci per gli asciugamani, TV mal sintonizzata (ma questo non ci ha minimamente infastidito).

Reviewed May 14, 2026トゥルッリゾーンまで徒歩5分圏内に位置しておりとても観光し易かったです。部屋にはテラスが付いており、トゥルッリを見る事ができました。ホテルの直ぐ隣に2階建てのトゥルッリが有ります。朝食のクロワッサンも美味しかったです。 バーリからアルベロベッロまでバスで移動したのですが、アルベロベッロ近くのノーチという街で乗り継ぎのバスが来ず立ち往生していた所にホテルのスタッフの方からWats Upで連絡が有り、事情を話した所アルベロベッロからのタクシーを手配して頂き事なきを得ました。到着は夜中になってしまいましたが、流しのタクシー等も全く走っていない様な地方の街だったので大変助かりました。親切なホテルを選んでおいて本当に良かったと思いました。

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026A reggeli egyszerű, de megfelelő volt. A szállás nagyon jó helyen fekszik. A 4. emeleti szobához hatalmas tetőterasz van és onnan csodás a kilátás. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész és szimpatikus volt.
A szobákra már ráférne egy felújítás, de ezt érkezéskor jelezték is nekünk. Inkább kisméretűek a szobák és a telefonos térerő elég gyenge a környéken, de a wifi cserébe megfelelő.

夕食のレストラン利用をすすめてもらったのはよかったのですが、レストランは暖房が効いておらずパスタのお皿も冷たかったのは残念でした。

Un hotel che ha bisogno di ristrutturare soprattutto gli interni e le camere, una quadrupla con un armadio per una persona non è il massimo del comfort e sopratutto essendo 2 piani con un bambino di 9 anni non è il massimo della sicurezza con una scala ripita e gradini piccoli ma non posso pretendere molto da una struttura che ha una certa età ma le 4.stelle sono un po' troppe

The furniture and overall feel of the room was not really good. There was a lot of stuff crammed in the small space and all of it had scratches and signs of heavy use. The bathroom was in the same condition as the furniture. Nothing too dramatic but they would do well to renovate a bit.

Sin embargo lo reservé el mismo día de una festividad importante para Alberobello. No había otras opciones y encontré este hotel con todo lo necesario y a un precio muy bueno para la fecha. Pude dejar mi equipaje antes y después de la reserva. Tienen un baño en primer piso bastante amplio. En general fueron muy amables.

Forse la colazione.... preferisco la colazione salata poche verdure (solo pomodorini interi neanche tagliati in 5 giorni mai una cosa diversa. E poca scelta di frutta fresca di stagione ho assaggiato le prugne e kiwi ma erano troppo acerbe per gustrle ... pesche sciroppate d'estate no...Complessivamente buona .

Es gibt keine Parkplätze aber 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz der auch vom Hotel empfohlen wird

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025What a lovely hotel. Right in the center of Alberobello. Close to everything!!!! I arrived early by 12pm but they not just checked me in but upgraded me as well. A lovely cute little room with a private balcony overlooking the street. Simply loved it. Also their staff is exceptional. She helped me figure out my bus journey to matera going to the extent to print it out before she left work. I also had dinner at their lovely restaurant. Would definitely recommend it. Food was yum!!! They have a really good breakfast spread as well. Very easy to reach from the bus/train station incase that's how you are coming to Alberobello. I left with a huge smile on my face. Would highly recommend this hotel.
