L’odeur des essuie de bain Salle de bain minuscule, le lavabo arrive au dessus de jambes quand on est assis au toilette. Claustrophobe s’abstenir.(ascenseur,…) La chambre très mal insonorisée à tel point qu’on dirait qu’un voile sépare les 2 chambres au lieu d’un mur. L’entrée de l’hôtel n’a aucune personnalité, pourtant j’ai un petit commerce mais j’essaye d’y mettre de la vie (couleur, deco,)

L'hotel ha una posizione strategica essendo nel quartiere di Montmartre e con una fermata metro a soli 50 metri. La stanza era piccolina ma comoda e pulita. Inoltre siamo stati davvero fortunati perché la nostra camera si affacciava davanti alla Basilica del Sacre-Coeur: uno spettacolo incredibile! Lo staff poi è sempre stato molto gentile e accogliente.

Il bagno era un po' piccolino, poca privacy e phon per capelli datato ma efficiente. Dalla camera si sentivano alcune delle conversazioni di altri ospiti. Per il nostro soggiorno è comunque andata bene così poiché abbiamo sfruttato la sistemazione esclusivamente per dormire giacché il nostro obiettivo era quello di visitare in più possibile la città e non stare in hotel.

Os funcionários eram simpáticos e o pequeno almoço era relativamente ok para o valor.

O quarto não era de todo como é nas fotos postadas aqui no booking. Quarto pequeno, casa de banho super pequena, só cabe uma pessoa. Não entendemos o facto de ter de entregar a chave sempre que saímos do hotel, sinto-me muito mais segura tendo eu na minha pose.

La ubicación es excelente, justo frente al barrio de Montmartre, y desde el balcón se puede disfrutar de unas vistas increíbles de la Basílica del Sacré-Cœur. Además, hay una boca de metro justo debajo del hotel, lo que facilita muchísimo los desplazamientos. El barrio es muy tranquilo y agradable. La limpieza del hotel es impecable, las camas son muy cómodas y las vistas, espectaculares. Sin duda, una estancia muy agradable.

El baño es bastante pequeño, aunque cuenta con todo lo necesario: váter, lavabo y plato de ducha.

Dispone de opción de desayuno económica. Tiene wifi gratuito. Las camas son muy cómodas El personas amable Ascensor para personas con movilidad reducida Al lado del metro y bus. Al lado del Sacre Coeur. Recepción 24 horas

Habitación un poco pequeña para 4 personas. Las toallas estaban mal lavadas, tenían un olor como a humedad.

Otel çalışanları iyiydi ama otel güzel değil yani eski baya ama olsun fiyatına göre normaldi.yanında hemen başka bir otel vardı o daha güzel geldi bana görseydim onu rezervasyon ederdim

L'hôtel est bien placé, dans un quartier touristique. Le personnel est très accueillant et arrangeant. Je remercie le personnel d'avoir accepté mon changement de chambre pour espérer avoir une chambre plus calme au dernier étage.

Vraiment le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas au rdv ! Les chambres sont minuscules, la décoration est totalement passée, et l'insonorisation est catastrophique.

Vista spettacolare su Sacrecoeur

absolutně úžasná lokace, navíc jsme měly pokoj přímo naproti Sacre Coeur (psala jsem předem, zda by bylo možné nás ubytovat s výhledem a pokoj, který jsme dostaly naprosto předčil očekávání), personál velmi milý a vstřícný, čisté, každý den uklizené, vynesené koše, možnost po check-outu zanechat kufry.

na pokoji by mohly být skleničky místo papírových kelímků a varná konvice. Ze zdravotních důvodů jsem nemohla využít nabízené snídaně a teplý nápoj ráno chyběl. V lednici bylo trošku cítit, co bývalí bydlící měli uskladněno.

La atención del personal muy amable, la ubicación. Me dieron una habitación con buena vista. Ofrecen un desayuno que tiene buen precio, aunque se puede mejorar con huevo o algo de jamón. Habitación con cajilla de seguridad.

Espacios demasiado estrechos. Es un edificio muy antiguo, lo remodelaron con bastante improvisación, le hicieron muchas habitaciones por piso quedando espacios muy justos lo cual genera incomodidad. Si bien mi habitación tenía buena vista, había un elemento, algo así como un ducto eléctrico al lado del aire acondicionado que se activaba periódicamente (cada 40 minutos) generando un ruido como de un motor que interrumpía el sueño. El ascensor muy estrecho.

Amables. Un poco caro

Super bem localizado, com metrô, farmácia, mercados, ônibus, ponto turístico, tudo muito perto e fácil de chegar. No quarto, tem tomadas perto da cama, espelho de aumento, mesinha com cadeira, um terracinho gostoso de ficar e vem modernizando um pouco a cada ano, sem carpete ou papel de parede rebuscado. Iluminação boa, além de ter lâmpada de leitura próxima da cama. O banheiro em si é pequeno, poderia ter mais prateleira, mas o chuveiro muito bom e espaço do box também é bom. Café da manhã simples, mas bem gostoso e barato. A equipe é super simpática e prestativa. Só tenho a agradecer e elogiar em tudo. É a terceira vez que me hospedo no Avenir e certamente voltarei a me hospedar.

Melhorar um pouco o armário para acomodar melhor as roupas e prateleiras no banheiro. Pena que não tem frigobar no quarto, acho que já está na hora de providenciar!!

L'hotel è difficile da vedere, si trova all'interno di un portone che sembrava quello di una casa, appena entri si sente una puzza strana di chiuso, appena entrati in camera ci siamo fatti la doccia e le asciugamani puzzavaano come se non fossero state lavate (anche se c'è le cambiavano ogni giorno puzzavano), inoltre nel doccino c'erano dei capelli incastrati, bagno microscopico, non ci sta dentro nemmeno una persona. La camera anche quella piccola, abbiamo dovuto togliere la coperta di sopra perché piena di peli, nel comodino abbiamo notato subito dei tappi per le orecchie quindi abbiamo immaginato che avremmo sentito un casino tutta la notte: così è stato, mi sono addormentata a mezzanotte passata sentendo un continuo via vai di gente in hotel, rumori della strada e persone che urlavano anche la notte. inoltre la posizione è comoda solo per via della metro, per il resto non è per niente una bella zona, soprattutto la gente, per due sere non siamo usciti perché avevamo paura, dopotutto eravamo a 5 minuti a una delle zone più brutte di Parigi in cui sconsigliano di girare da soli.

O hotel possui localização excelente e em frente a uma linha de metro. A vista do apartamento era de tirar o fôlego, simplesmente inesquecível. Me senti em segurança e os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Agua com boa pressão no chuveiro e ar condicionado disponível nos quartos, alem de um pequeno elevador para os apartamentos mais altos.

Por ser um prédio mais antigo, o isolamento acústico entre os apartamentos nao é dos melhores. Não se ouve a rua, pelo menos.

Personale gentilissimo, hotel pulito e centralissimo in montmartre. Fermata metro a due passi e zona estremamente tranquilla.

The location is nice (very close to Anvers metro station and the stairs to Sacre Coeur), albeit slightly noisy, as it is right on the boulevard. The beds and pillows smelled fresh and were very comfortable, the bathroom was fine. Multiple electric sockets around the room, which is always a plus. No issues and no additional charge for leaving our luggage for a few hours on the day of departure.

Unlike the sheets and pillow cases which smelled fresh, the towels smelled awful. I wouldn't say they were not clean, but they had a mould-like smell, even after they were changed, so it was very difficult to use them, as the smells stayed on you after use. The quadruple room was quite small for a family of 4 and there were virtually no shelves/wardrobe space to take out our clothes, as almost all the shelving was taken by some additional pillows and blankets. The wifi was quite poor. I did not appreciate being given a room on the 1st floor, as it was very noisy and close to the boulevard, and would have liked a room on an upper floor, but I guess that is a personal preference.

Ми замовили двухспальне ліжко для 2-х дорослих. А нам дали номер для одного дорослого, з полуторним 1,5 ліжком. Це було дуже дуже не зручно ((

La posizione dell’hotel è davvero ottima, molto comoda per visitare Parigi, e lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo, però, il comfort della camera non è stato all’altezza. Il letto era piuttosto scomodo e abbiamo sofferto molto il caldo: l’aria condizionata è centralizzata e non permette di regolare autonomamente la temperatura della stanza.

L’aspetto più spiacevole è stato il bagno, dal quale proveniva un persistente odore sgradevole. Anche gli asciugamani avevano spesso un forte odore di umido, nonostante venissero sostituiti ogni giorno, cosa che ha dato una sensazione poco piacevole dal punto di vista della pulizia. È un peccato, perché posizione e cortesia dello staff renderebbero l’hotel una buona soluzione, ma per noi questi problemi hanno inciso sensibilmente sulla qualità del soggiorno.

La ubicación es muy buena, está a 2 minutos de la estación de metro de Anvers y a 10 caminando del Sagrado Corazón. La habitación que nos tocó daba para la basílica, era pequeña pero acogedora, tenía aire acondicionado y a pesar de los años que pueda tener el edificio está bastante bien conservado y todo muy limpio. Nos limpiaron la habitación todos los días y al 4° día nos cambiaron las sábanas sin pedirlo (estuvimos 7 noches) El personal de recepción habla francés e inglés y son muy amables. El desayuno está también muy bien, lo sirven en una bandeja, con yogurt, compota, mantequilla, pan, croissant....por 6€ está de lujo. De volver a Paris, repetiríamos

Sólo no nos gustó el olor de las toallas, están limpias, pero huelen a humedad, tal vez necesiten una renovación. Lo resolvimos cambiándolas a diario, las dejábamos en el suelo y nos las ponían limpias

Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer im 5. Stock mit Ausblick auf den Eiffelturm - was will man mehr? Frühstück continental mit Brötchen, Butter, Marmelade, Croissant , Pain au Chocolat, Joghurt, Kaffee, Tee, Schokolade. Genug, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Das Hotel liegt super praktisch an der Metro Anvers. Ausserdem kann man direkt zur Sacre Cœur hochlaufen. Wir waren zwar nach 21:00 Uhr nicht mehr auf der Strasse, aber es schien ziemlich ruhig zu sein. Auch sonst fühlten wir uns sicher dort. Ich hatte das Hotel aufgrund der familienfreundlichen Kommentare gebucht und kann es nur bestätigen.

The staff were phenomenal, the location great and safe, the view of Sacre Coeur unbeatable on one side, with the Eiffel Tower on the other side peeking at us from further away, and with an artisanal bakery a short walk away that opens at 7:00am. We loved that we were so close to Montmartre, and the Anvers metro stop in front of the hotel. We enjoy the intimate rooms of old Paris hotels; it is part of the charm. The shower was excellent; water hot and great pressure. Easy access to all of Paris. Definitely a great value hotel!

Stanza ampia con ogni comfort. Ascensore, ragazzo alla reception gentilissimo. Posizione spettacolare, a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale che porta alla Cattedrale del Santo cuore. 100 metri dalla metro. Zona più che tranquilla, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Labai patogios lovos ir geros pagalvės (padedi galvą ir nusmingi, geriau išsimiegojau nei namuose 😃). Gausūs pusryčiai (labai skanios bagetės ir ne tik), visą parą dirbanti registratūra. Malonūs draugiški ir paslaugūs darbuotojai. Gyvenome 5 aukšte su balkonu į gatvę, bet uždarius langus kambaryje labai tylu, jokio triukšmo. Aplinka jauki, tvarkinga, tvarkoma kasdien. Puiki patirtis. Ačiū ❤️

La camera era eccessivamente piccola, dava direttamente sulle scale e non era inserita nei corridoi in cui si affacciavano le altre stanze... Sembrava una sistemazione di fortuna!! .... Assolutamente diversa dalla foto..forse le altre erano più grandi e maggiormente corrispondenti alle immagini sul sito...La pulizia della stanza era accettabile ma gli asciugamani puzzavano sistematicamente di umidità

Posizione ottima, attaccata alla fermata della metro che permette in pochi minuti di raggiungere il centro, fattibile anche il raggiungimento a piedi camminando una trentina di minuti. A 10 minuti a piedi dal Mouline Rouge. Zona abbastanza tranquilla che permette di uscire alla sera. Basta attraversare la strada per essere a Montmartre. Suggestiva la vista sulla basilica. Reception 24/24 con personale gentile.

Scarsa insonorizzazione tra camera-camera, al contrario con le finestre chiuse non si sentono i rumori esterni. Phon datato. Mancanza di ventilazione in bagno.

The hotel’s location is excellent. There is good access to the metro, and some sights and attractions are easily reachable on foot. We were given a room with a terrace and a beautiful view of the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained, has an elevator. The staff was very kind and helpful, and our overall stay was very pleasant. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again in the future.

Some of the towels had a slightly unusual smell.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, he stored our food in a fridge because the room didn’t come with a fridge. The room wasn’t too loud considering it’s on a busy street. Shower pressure was excellent.

Parts of the neighborhood (particularly around metro station Barbès-Rochechoart with a lot of illegal cigarette vendors) don’t feel safe in the evening or night. At times there are drunks on benches near enough to the hotel (maybe 200m down the road)

Świetna lokalizacja przy stacji metra nr 2, w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru inne stacje. Blisko do bazyliki Sacre Coeur oraz innych popularnych miejsc Montmartre. W okolicy mnóstwo restauracji, piekarni, oraz sklepów w tym Carrefour. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Codzienne sprzątanie. Świetny stosunek jakości usług do ceny.

Excellent location, kind staff. My wife and I had a lovely evening together in the peaceful and beautiful Montmartre location. 10/10 excellent. Thank you for everything.

I would have liked for the air conditioning to get a bit colder. Same with the refrigerator. Coffee in the room would be a nice plus. Everything else was great.

Great location and my room had a beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable and everything was as expected from the description. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay.

Struttura a due passi da Montmartre e vicinissima e una fermata della metro. Camera spaziosa, pulita e dotata di aria condizionata, utile per le giornate d’estate. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Ottimo il servizio di deposito bagagli.

Alcune volte l’ascensore non funzionava.

The location is perfect, right next to the Sacre Couer, and in Montmartre; and yet also quiet. The rooms were spacious (we were a family of 4), clean, quiet with good air-conditioning (which in the Paris summer heat was vital - and you can set your own temperature in each room). Breakfast was very good - definitely worthwhile getting up for. Staff were exceptionally helpful; and we could leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out until we needed to head to the Eurostar (only around 30 minutes walk or so with luggage).

Posizione ottima per visitare la città, e per andare ai concerti allo stade de france, si ha la stazione metro di Anvers praticamente sotto l’hotel e sempre lì vicino c’è anche quella di pigalle e a circa 12/14 minuti a piedi quella di Gare dell’Est per prendere le RER che ti portano fuori città. Davvero ottima posizione. il quartiere di Montmarte ha davvero un grande fascino. Vicino ha un Buillon in cui mangiare cucina francese molto buona ad un prezzo ottimo, ottime boulangerie e varie scelte di fast food. Letto comodissimo, i servizi per essere un due stelle davvero molto buoni. Lo staff super gentile.

Loved our stay here. It’s right by the Sacre couer metro and very convenient. Staff is helpful and warm. Bathroom was also sufficient size for us. AC works very well during the heatwave!

Vista a la Basílica del Sacré-Cœur hermosa, solo que en la noche hay que tener cuidado al salir de la estación de metro. Si te gusta Montmartre estás en una excelente ubicación para llegar a pie.

Room was quite small, but doable.

Location, central and well connected to everything in the city (metro and buses nearby in the same block, Sacre Cour and Moulin Rouge within walking distance) Decent size rooms for Paris, room had a lovely balcony and a nice view of the Sacre Coeur basilica. Most importantly: it had a working A/C in the room, very important in Paris during the heat wave.

Smelly towels (probably need to be replaced as they had a musty smell, they changed our towels every day and even though they were clean towels they still had a musty smell). There was also considerable amount of mold in the bathroom.

A localização é muito boa, está muito perto da Sacre-coeur e de lojas de lembranças. Os funcionários ao providenciar informações turísticas foram muito atenciosos.

Perfekt läge! Nära Montmartre, nära Gare du Nord, nära metron !
