Un accueil chaleureux et attentionné, Un personnel aux petits soins, attentif, chaleureux et toujours disponible. ambiance presque familiale, des chambres confortables et un petit déjeuner à la française, simple, frais et agréable. On s’y sent bien, presque comme à la maison. C’est toujours un plaisir d’y revenir.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Our room was small but well laid out. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the area was given it's only a block off major roads & only two blocks from the metro! We appreciated the 24-hour reception desk staffed by English speakers & luggage storage since we arrived several hours before check-in. We also enjoyed being so close to Sacre Coeur (only a ten-minute walk away).

Het ontbijt was niet zoals ik had gehoopt. We moesten gaan zitten en kregen daar ieder een chocolade broodje, croissant en een stukje stokbrood. Het stokbrood was heel erg taai en kreeg je bijna niet gescheurd. Je kreeg een kleine jam en boter maar verder geen beleg of dergelijk. Drinken was een sapje en koffie, maar kwam voor ons over als we vroegen om een refill dat dat niet echt de bedoeling was? Vond het een beetje een karig ontbijt en zaten er dus niet echt vol van. Dus deze zou ik niet aanraden. De straten in de omgeving van het hotel is echt geen plek om alleen/ met een paar meiden in het donker te lopen. Wij zijn achterna gezeten door raar volk. Maar hier kan het hotel niks aan doen

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Clean, comfortable, welcoming with friendly staff who speak English and other languages. Compact but bijou, don't be fooled by the area or the outside. It's a lovely little hotel. If you plan to be out and about all day and only sleep at the hotel, this is the place for you!! Breakfast is simple and consistent but yummy. Luggage can be left if you have a late departure and want to use the day to see more of Paris. Would definitely rebook.
Local area especially by the metro, is a bit dodgy. But if you are mindful, streetwise or in a tight group it's not a problem.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Bardzo urokliwy hotel z przemiłą obsługą. Widać, że pokoje niedawno przeszły remont i bardzo dba się o czystość. Pokoje są małe, ale codziennie sprzątane. 3 minuty do stacji metra, kilkadziesiąt metrów do Carrefour. Dojazd do centrum Paryża metrem/RER zajmuje 20-30 minut w zależności od pory dnia. No i 5 minut spacerkiem do Butte Montmartre. Za taką cenę bardzo trudno znaleźć coś lepszego w Paryżu.
Okolica zawłaszcza teren stacji metra może wywołać niepokój, ale nie mieliśmy żadnych groźnych incydentów. Po prostu trzeba zachować ostrożność, jak w każdym dużym mieście.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The location was quite central in an interesting eclectic neighbourhood with several bus comnections to central Paris. (We prefered bus routes to Metro, giving us an opportunity to see more of Paris and allow a better sense of location. Thank goodness for the ceiling fan as the room was quite warm and the noise of outside traffic etc meant we needed to keep our window closed.
A very noisy area of the city with sirens, traffic and various construction projects!

J’avais réservé une chambre pour deux personnes avec deux lits, mais on m’a donné une chambre avec un seul lit. J’ai donc passé une nuit très inconfortable. À mon arrivée, j’ai précisé à la personne à la réception que ma réservation était bien prévue avec deux lits. Elle m’a répondu de manière très désagréable que c’était mon problème et que j’avais mal effectué la réservation. Lorsque je lui ai montré ma réservation confirmant que j’avais bien réservé une chambre avec deux lits, elle n’a rien répondu. Elle m’a simplement donné la clé de la chambre, toujours de manière très désagréable, sans me proposer de changer de chambre. De plus, personne n’est venu faire le ménage dans la chambre. J’ai dû aller moi-même demander des serviettes propres pour le lendemain, car elles n’avaient pas été changées. Il n’y avait également pas de savon dans la douche.

The area/location, absolutely disgusting streets covered in litter, air stank, gangs everywhere, felt unsafe and not like a holiday in Paris. We moved to 7th, a whole new world. Pay the extra money.

Colazione (8€/persona) con brioches calde, pane, caffellatte, marmellata, succo.. molto buona e molto “parigina”, ne valeva la pena! Molto comodo il fatto che si trovi vicino alla fermata della metro Barbes e a pochi passi da Montmartre (visitabile a piedi) Staff molto gentile, educato e molto disponibile!
La posizione non è delle migliori: la stazione della metro di Barbes, a pochi passi, è forse uno dei pochi posti in cui non mi sono sentito al sicuro per via delle frequentazioni fisse poco raccomandabili. Ma nonostante questo, l’hotel mi ha dato una grande sicurezza e comunque lo consiglio vivamente!

Die Lage vom Hotel ist nicht so geil. Der Bezirk, in dem das Hotel liegt ist sehr schmutzig und heruntergekommen, es gibt sehr viele Obdachlose und in der Gasse vom Hotel sind viele kaputte Handys (vermutlich gestohlen) gelegen. Haben uns nicht sehr sicher gefühlt.

Die Seitenstraße in dem das Hotel liegt wirkt nicht besonders einladend. Eine etwas düstere Ecke.

The neighbourhood is very rough. I expected the hotel to be quite minimalistic based on the price, but hadn't researched the surrounding area properly before visiting. Obviously that is out of the control of the hotel, but is something people should look into before booking.

Ontbijt stond overal aangegeven dat het om 7.00 open ging, maar toen ik eenmaal beneden was waren ze nog aan het dekken en was het opeens 7.30.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Het was niet ver van Gare du Nord, en Montmartre is ook vlakbij. De kamer is smaakvol en netjes ingericht en de bedden zijn echt comfortabel. De ventilatoren aan het plafond geven een heerlijk briesje en zijn met de afstandbediening in te stellen.
De badkamer is wel erg klein, maar op zich wel voldoende en alles werkt prima.

Bedauerlicherweise gab es keine Klimaanlage, im Juli bei 43 Grad Außentemperatur war das schon echt heftig.

Yazın odaların klimasız oldukları için baya sıcak, camları da açamıyoruz çünkü dışarıdan da sıcak hava giriyordu. banyo küçük, musluğun etrafında alan çok dar ve sürekli ıslanıyordu. Kozmetikleri koyacak yer yoktu.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026J’ai séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel et je n’ai absolument rien à redire ! Les chambres sont certes assez petites, mais largement suffisantes pour dormir. La literie était très confortable et la propreté irréprochable. Nous avons également séjourné pendant une période de canicule à Paris, avec des températures autour de 34 °C, et heureusement, il y avait des ventilateurs au plafond dans la chambre. Ils étaient vraiment efficaces et nous ont permis de passer des nuits très agréables malgré la chaleur. Un vrai plus ! L’hôtel est très bien situé, notamment à proximité du métro, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour se déplacer dans Paris. La gare à proximité peut paraître un peu moins rassurante, avec pas mal de monde qui traîne aux alentours, mais nous étions trois filles et, même en rentrant parfois assez tard, vers 23h, nous n’avons jamais eu le moindre problème. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, que ce soit les femmes de ménage ou l’équipe de réception. L’accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est très gentil, poli, à l’écoute et disponible. La réception ouverte 24h/24 et 7j/7 est également un vrai plus, tout comme le service de bagagerie, qui nous a beaucoup servi. Après 4 nuits passées ici, je recommande vraiment cet hôtel, surtout pour son excellent rapport qualité-prix. Si je dois revenir à Paris, je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet établissement !

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026location is close to gare du nord station so even though the area is unsafe but the actual hotel staff were really warm and catered to all our needs. Hotel had clean toilets and locked doors at night making it safe for female travellers.
The lift was a bit inconsistent so had to wait a while sometimes for the lift (up to fifteen minutes once and it still didnt come), the area especially near gare du l'est station feels really unsafe for women.

Se encuentra en un barrio que parece conflictivo, con muchos mendigos y gente bebiendo en las calles. Tiene un ascensor pero hay que subir de uno en uno si llevas una maleta

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026La cortesia e l'accoglienza dello staff, la pulizia della stanza e la posizione strategica, sia per la vicinanza alla stazione della metro, che per la vicinanza alla Basilica del Sacro Cuore.
Sebbene la zona risulti tranquilla, l'area nei pressi della metropolitana appare frequentata da soggetti dubbi.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Hôtel qui ne paie pas de mine à l extérieur mais qui est hyper confortable. Nous avons apprécié le ventilateur pdt cette canicule ! Très bien situé à 2 pas d’une station de métro. Mention spéciale au personnel hyper accueillant ! Et on peut laisser nos bagages avant et après la réservation !!!

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Personale gentile e professionale. Ottima posizione (nei pressi di un quadrivio servito da bus) a due passi dal Sacro Cuore e dal Moulin Rouge. Il quartiere può essere rumoroso (non si è in montagna) ma tenendo le finestre chiuse non si sente alcunché. Possibilità di prima colazione.
Mancava l'aria condizionata (ci sono delle pale a soffitto ovviamente rumorose ma fanno il loro lavoro) e non c'era un frigo.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Os quartos são bonitos e aconchegantes, tinham transportes na porta e os funcionários eram simpáticos. Tem muitas lojas e barzinhos por perto.
O bairro é muito ruiml, do lado da gare então é um ambiente perigoso em algumas partes, apesar de ter algumas ruas mais longes que são melhores. Outro ponto negativo é que durante a madrugada a eletricidade caiu e ficamos sem luz e ventilador e meu marido teve que ir ligar o disjuntor.

Eu já sabia que não tinha, mas fez muita falta um frigobar e uma máquina de café pequena. O travesseiro poderia ser menor.
