К сожалению, ко времени моего приезда отель решили обновить. Номер приятный и чистый, с новой мебелью. Совсем не хочется жаловаться на то, что за зданием следят, но я скучаю по старому дизайну номеров :(

Mi esposa tuvo que pedir que cambiaran las toallas, ya que cuando hacían la limpieza no las cambiaban, por mi parte (Para las personas que somo obsesivas con el buen funcionamiento de todo) la cama tenia un pequeño desbalanceo y me fastidiaba cada vez que me apoyaba de la cama. Nada grabe y no le resta nada a la puntuación.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Posizione fantastica dietro la Medina, camera appena ristrutturata molto carina (con bidet in bagno!!!!!!! 10+), ben insonorizzata verso l'esterno (ma poco verso l'interno). Il personale molto carino e disponibile.
Tutto l'albergo è in ristrutturazione, a parte il corridoio con le camere dove ho soggiornato due notti) quindi avendo scelto questo albergo anche per lo charme spagnolo, mi sono ritrovata con il solo utilizzo della camera e dell'ascensore con evidente insoddisfazione. Il bar per la colazione era un bar aperto al pubblico, per fortuna con piazzetta esterna dove sedersi. Peccato perché non è stato reso noto e la sorpresa non è stata piacevole. Sapevo di dover aspettare almeno tre ore per proseguire il mio viaggio e non ho avuto la possibilità di rimanere all'interno della struttura al fresco. Sicuramente quando sarà ristrutturato meriterà un 9 in questo caso, bastava dirlo oppure fare un piccolo sconto per il disservizio al momento del pagamento.

Wir waren zuerst in einem Zimmer in Erdgeschoss untergebracht wo eine Entfeuchtung Maschine am laufen war Es gab eine krasse Wasserschaden überall im Zimmer und trotzdem wurden wir dort untergebracht Es hat nur schrecklich gerochen Am folgenden Tag haben wir uns beschwert. Das ging ja garnicht Wir wurden sofort in einem anderen Zimmer umgezogen. Dann war es tipptopp

Il y avait des travaux de rénovation dans l’hôtel et nous n’avons pas reçu d’informations en amont à ce sujet et c’est bien dommage car nous aurions changé d’hôtel. Le choix de cet hôtel était pour son côté authentique. Malheureusement nous n’avons rien vu et côté chambres, celles-ci ressemblent désormais à des chambres IKEA sans charme aucun. L’insonorisation est très mauvaise et si vous souhaitez lire pendant que votre conjoint dort ce n’est pas possible car les interrupteurs des lampes de chevet sont reliés ensemble.

La chambre peut manquer un peut de visibilité mais c’est parce qu’elle était dans un angle donc ce n’est pas leur faute. Le petit déjeuner indiquer sur le site est en faite une sorte de « boulangerie » accolée à l’hôtel

I was initially given a room on the 3rd floor that was not the room reserved via the website. When shown my room description, which quite clearly stated it led onto the courtyard, the manager immediately gave me the correct room.

Poor customer service, terrible room, lift ran through the room. [209]Light fitting falling off the wall and ligght-bulb flikered, toilet cistern push butter did no flush well. Noise from next door, you can hear showers, toilet flush, noise from door closing, no English TV channels, sorry to say, but the staff have no customer interaction manners, very blazea!

Der eigene Charme des Hotels hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen und hebt sich wohltuend von irgend welchen neu erbauten Hotelblöcken ab. Etwas für Individualisten, die gerne in einem alten "Gemäuer" wohnen wollen ohne auf ein gewisses Mass an Komfort zu verzichten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns gerne weitergeholfen. Für das Auto stand ein Valet-Service zur Verfügung, so dass kein Parkplatz gesucht werden musste- super!!
Das Frühstück war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber soweit in Ordnung. Serviert wird in einem kleinen Café a la Carte und es steht eine Terrasse zur Verfügung.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Hotellet har ingen klassisk frukost, men det finns ett kafé och restaurang på hotellet och du kan få något till frukost där, men förvänta dig inget spektakulärt. Hotellet är inte dyrt och har ett utmärkt läge och jag kan rekommendera det.
Receptionen är officiellt öppen dygnet runt, men om du återvänder till hotellet efter klockan 23.00 kan du inte komma in genom huvudentrén, utan genom dörren där du måste använda hotellkortet för att skanna, och där finns ingen personal. Det negativa är att man inte kan prata med någon under dessa tider och personalen kan inte erbjuda kaffe före frukost, och det är ett minus för mig

The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. I stayed on the ground floor in the courtyard and I did not find it to be too noisy. The room was clean and quite spacious. I would stay here again when visiting Cordoba.

Le personnel très peu accueillant et le serveur courrait dans tous les sens pour servir un café. Il était seul pour tout faire !

Schade das es kein Incl Frühstück anbietet. Café im die Ecke. 5min, aber etwas spärlich. Vieles nicht vorhanden was die Karte hergibt.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Fantastic location for tourist attractions. Staff at hotel and adjoining cafe were very friendly and helpful. The picturesque hotel courtyard is an extra welcoming surprise. Bathroom facilities were exceptional with an amazing powerful shower.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026The hotel was over booked , but we were offered an apartment nearby which was very comfortable. Not the character of the hotel but the owner was generous with free tour bus tickets and free breakfast and went out of his way to compensate for the mistake.
Maybe staying where we had booked.

Ειχε λιγο φασαρια κατα τις πρωινες ωρες ισως ομως γιατι το δωματιο ηταν στο ισογειο.
