Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Υπάρχει κοντινός σταθμός Μετρό και σε μόλις τρεις στάσεις βρίσκεσαι στο κέντρο του Πόρτο. Επιπλέον, οι μετακινήσεις με Uber προς οποιοδήποτε σημείο της πόλης κοστίζουν συνήθως μόλις 4-5€. Η γειτονιά είναι σχετικά ήσυχη, κάτι που συμβάλλει σε μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό, χωρίς όμως να είναι κάτι ιδιαίτερα εντυπωσιακό, καθώς η ποικιλία του είναι περιορισμένη. Παρ' όλα αυτά, όλα όσα προσφέρει είναι νόστιμα και φρέσκα. Δεν περιλαμβάνει αμερικανικού τύπου πρωινό, επομένως δεν υπήρχαν αυγά, λουκάνικα ή μπέικον. Η πίτσα που προσφέρεται στο πρωινό είναι μικρή και με λίγα υλικά. Ωστόσο, τα pancakes ήταν εξαιρετικά. Διατίθεται επίσης καφές. Στον πρώτο όροφο υπάρχει μια πολύ όμορφη βεράντα, ιδανική για χαλάρωση και για να απολαύσεις κάτι από τον κατάλογο του καταλύματος. Εμείς απολαύσαμε έναν πολύ καλό καφέ ένα βροχερό απόγευμα και ήταν μια ιδιαίτερα ευχάριστη εμπειρία. Το προσωπικό ήταν πάντα ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Τα δωμάτια, αν και μικρά, είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένα, με minimal επίπλωση και διακόσμηση. Το μπάνιο είναι ευρύχωρο και βρίσκεται σε ξεχωριστό χώρο από το υπνοδωμάτιο, ενώ διαθέτει άνετη ντουζιέρα. Είχαμε ένα μικρό πρόβλημα με το καζανάκι, το οποίο τη δεύτερη ημέρα έτρεχε συνεχώς, αλλά το προσωπικό φρόντισε να το αποκαταστήσει άμεσα. Το στρώμα και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν πολύ άνετα. Το δωμάτιο διέθετε κλιματισμό, καθώς και παράθυρο που άνοιγε, επιτρέποντας τον φυσικό αερισμό του χώρου. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα για διαμονή. Μάλιστα, επειδή σκοπεύω να επισκεφθώ ξανά το Πόρτο, θα το επέλεγα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Θα μπορούσε το πρωίνό να είχε μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία.

Het hotel bevond zich heel dichtbij een metrostation waarmee we overal in de stad naartoe konden. Personeel was heel erg vriendelijk! Ook het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Ondanks dat ze de straat opnieuw aan het klinken waren, hebben wij daar binnen totaal geen overlast van ondervonden, goed geluiddicht dus.

Het enige minpuntje is dat het bed erg klein is.

Patul foarte confortabil. Zona foarte linistita. Micul dejun a fost foarte bun. A fost curat!

Snídaně nedoporučuji. Lednice absolutně k ničemu, když takovou, tak raději žádnou. Nic se do ní nevejde a nechladí, což je u lednice docela velký nedostatek.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend und das Personal freundlich.

Leider entsprach unser Zimmer nicht ganz den Bildern auf Booking und einige Möbel waren bereits etwas abgenutzt.

excelllent breakfast, lots of choice and specialities of the area. thanks also for the written descriptions. location great : easy to get to the main areas by bus (stop less than 5 minutes away) or metro (5 minutes) Carolina Michaelis. The airport is on this metro line (E) and takes about 25 minutes to get there, which makes this guest house even more convenient. I appreciated being able to leave my suitcase for a while after check out. Lovely balcony to sit out on and work. Staff very friendly. I recommend eating at the Mill restaurant round the corner from the guesthouse.

Accueil très chaleureux, décoré avec goût, excellent déjeuner, propre et confortable. La terrasse joliment aménagée, au côté de celle du restaurant amène une belle ambiance ! L'emplacement est parfait, à 5 minutes de marche du métro et 25 de la vieille ville, dans un quartier moderne et vivant qui vaut la peine d'être exploré!

Super accoglienza di Carla al nostro arrivo! La posizione è relativamente centrale per spostarsi a Porto. Ottima colazione, bella scelta tra salato e dolce, di buona qualità. La camera non è grandissima ma arredata con gusto e il letto è molto confortevole. Vivamente consigliato!

A reggeli bőséges és friss, de egy kicsit egysíkú. A személyzet segítőkész és nagyon kedves, rugalmas. Nagyon jó megközelíthetőség a Metró közelsége miatt.

Personal sehr nett, Frühstück sehr gut, sauber und gute Lage

Das Zimmer war winzig und das Bett war mehr als klein. Es war zudem sehr unbequem. Das hautproblem war die enorme Lautstärke, nicht nur auf Grund der temporären Baustelle direkt vor dem Fenster, sondern weil zudem die Wände auch extrem dünn sind. Ich habe noch nie so schlecht in einem Hotel geschlafen. Außerdem ging was wlan nicht. Und es hat stark aus dem Abfluss im Bad gestunken!…

La atención del personal y la ubicación

Große Empfehlung!! Vor allem für Personen mit Zöliakie. Mir wurden jeden Tag Crêpes, Pancakes usw. glutenfrei zubereitet! Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend :D

Albergo molto carino, pulito e accogliente in posizione ottima per visitare Porto. L'esterno non bellissimo può trarre in inganno, perché dentro è molto pulito e anche elegante. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, atmosfera rilassante e piacevole. Camera doppia essenziale, ma confortevole con appendiabiti aperto, bagno abbastanza grande con doccia molto ampia. Colazione che a prima vista potrebbe sembrare risicata, ma in realtà è abbondante e abbastanza varia tra dolce e salato (mancano solo le uova). Qualità del cibo ottima, anche se per le bevande calde c'è la macchinetta, che però, per nostro gusto, distribuisce bevande di buona qualità. Personale assolutamente non invadente e garbato, puoi prendere tutto quello che desideri senza sentirti osservato. Albergo vicinissimo alla fermata della spettacolare metropolitana di Porto, una ventina di minuti di metro dall'aeroporto e a una decina di minuti a piedi dal centro. Nei dintorni tantissimi locali per mangiare di tutto e di più. In particolare la caratteristica Francesinha, è le polpette di baccalà, assolutamente, secondo me, da provare. Consigliatissimo.

La facciata esterna e un pò di rumore solo il sabato sera per il bar sotto l'albergo.

Albergo abbastanza centrale 20 minuti a piedi dal centro città o fermata dell'autobus e metro vicine che noi abbiamo utilizzato poche volte preferendo muoverci a piedi. Struttura pulita e ben tenuta. La camera ed il bagno non molto ampi ma per 2/3 notti va bene va bene cosi. Ottima la colazione e personale molto accogliente e gentile

La posizione è molto buona, vicino alla metro e alla fermata degli autobus, perciò è facile raggiungere il centro. La camera era abbastanza grande. Il bagno era piccolino, in particolare il lavandino. Comunque per un paio di notti è stato perfetto. Lo staff è molto gentile. La colazione è davvero varia e buona. Ci dono veramente molte cose, per tutti gusti.

Warm welcome with sweet port. Lovely staff!! Everyone was a pleasure to talk to. The room was exceptionally clean. Close proximity of metro station to get you anywhere within the city. Electrical blinds to block the sun completely to sleep in. Nice shared patio to relax and read.

This is SPECIFICALLY for room 18. Noisy. Low frequency droning sound from a fan or compressor outside the room. Never goes out. There is a desk but no electrical outlet to use. You need to unplug the TV and use an extension cable and sockets - a clear design oversight. No kettle or cups to make morning tea. You need to ask. And you will need extension cable for that, too. The indoor AC unit has bright LED lights that turn night into day. Get yourself a piece of sticker tape to block that if you prefer darkness for sleeping.

We had a warm welcome to Boavista Guest House. The location was great, walkable to the main attractions but out of the way enough in a great neighbourhood with cute eateries and chilled bars. There was a little terrace we used once to relax for a couple of hours

Le personnel est très très très agréable et serviable. La petite tereasse à l'étage est un chouette endroit pour se reposer un moment. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent. Le restaurant à côté nous a été recommandé et nous le recommandons aussi. C'est un authentique quartier un peu à l'ecart du centre dd Porto mais très facile accessible à pied, en bus ou en métro.

L'hotel è piccolino ed è il suo punto di forza, ottima location, pulizia impeccabile e staff efficientissimo, l'ultimo giorno hanno preparato la colazione solo per noi alle 5.30, una gentilezza da 10, da ritornare!

Il soggiorno è stato davvero fantastico sotto ogni aspetto. La camera era molto pulita, ordinata e curata nei dettagli. La colazione era molto buona, con prodotti di qualità e un’ottima scelta. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff, che si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, cordiale e sempre disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti accolti con grande professionalità e calore. Consiglio vivamente!

They have a terrace where you can enjoy a drink or a read. Lovely place. Lovely hostess. Beautifully prepared breakfast. I felt so pampered! Close to bus stops and to many restaurants. Would go back every year!!

Wonderful property! Spotlessly clean, well-located, and with great transport links. The staff were exceptional—very helpful and always smiling. The breakfast buffet was incredibly generous! We asked for a takeaway breakfast for a hike, and they prepared everything in the dining room an hour early just for us ❤️

Very clean, very respectful & helpful staff, quiet neighborhood, easy access to tourist spots, love the stairs, no need to use elevators if you don't have heavy luggages.

Nos pareció muy agradable y limpio y nos atendieron muy bien. Tiene una parada de metro a 5 mins que te comunica con el centro o con el aeropuerto. Muy cómodo.

Está un pelín lejos del centro para ir caminando q es algo que suelo valorar. Y estaba en obras alrededor, seguro que cuando acaben queda mucho más agradable :)

Ligger bra till, nära Metro och olika busslinjer så mycket lätt att ta sig både in i turistområden i stan eller ut till stränderna. Litet rum, men allt i det var super! Lugnt område! Bra frukost!

kleines feines Gästehaus !! Zimmer für ein paar Tage ausreichend - gut gepflegt - ebenso das Bad. FRÜHSTÜCK für allen etwas dabei - sehr ausgiebig und schön hergerichtet. gemütliche schattige und ruhige kleine Dachterrasse - auch zu später Stunde noch mit Getränke versorgt !! METRO in unmittelbarer Umgebung und auch zu FUSS die Innenstadt sehr gut erreichbar.

La habitación estaba en planta calle y coincidimos con obras en la calle. Por ese motivo tuvimos ruidos molestos en horario laboral. A parte de esto, que es totalmente casual, la estancia fue muy agradable. Sin duda volveremos a este alojamiento. Es muy recomendable.

Easily accessible from airport with metro. Very clean. Walkable distance from centre/old city. All staff super friendly and helpful: Carla went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable, with interesting conversation and also luggage storage offer. Good atmosphere; nice breakfast. We stayed twice (beginning and end of trip). Would return next time in Porto.

Small point: Rooms facing the street a bit noisy with windows open (urban situation)--but with windows closed and AC on in summer months for sleeping, no problem.

Het is eventjes wandelen van de stad, maar is wel te doen. Geluid van buiten kan je wel soms nog horen.

Abençoado ar condicionado. Almofadas perfeitas. Toalhas otimas.Cama confortável. Quarto muito acolhedor, tudo super limpo. Bom isolamento, quase não ouviamos o barulho da rua. Pequeno almoço bastante variado, embora sem ovos. Staff muito atencioso. Excelente localização.

Nem sempre fácil arranjar estacionamento perto, e quando há, é limitado a 2 horas.

De airco op de kamer konden we zeker appreciëren bij de hoogte temperaturen buiten. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Bij het ontbijt misten we de eitjes, al de rest was super lekker. Maar een eitje had nog gesmaakt.

Zeer aardig en attent personeel. Op loopafstand van centrum.

Er was een probleem met de douche afvoer maar dat werd meteen opgelost. Dus geen minpunt maar pluspunt. De kamer was krap van alles zat er efficiënt in: een volgende keer zal ik een grotere kamer boeken.

Great location, clean, friendly and helpful staff.

Struttura di facile accesso, che si trova nei pressi del centro cittadino e che è stata ristrutturata abbastanza di recente. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era molto piccola e conteneva a malapena due letti, comodi ma solo per dormire a causa della mancanza di una spalliera adeguata. Potente impianto di condizionamento dell'aria.

Molto rumore proveniente da un ristorante aperto fino alle due del mattino.

Hotel tres confortable, gentillesse du personnel, situation parfaite pour visiter la ville. Même s’il faut un Peu marcher pour atteindre la vieille ville, ce n’est pas dérangeant.

Travaux dans la rue

Nice place in a good neighborhood (10 minutes from the city center, so it's not too crowded or noisy). Rooms are a bit small, but clean, with air conditioning and a comfortable bed — perfect for a short stay of 1–2 days in the city.
