Breakfast was exceptional. Location was perfect. Using gravity as the theme by having plants a shoes on the ceiling and an outdoor patio with pool on the wall made for a great atmosphere. Staff were very personable. A definite place to return to.

Warm welkom bij aankomst met welkomstdrankje. Fijne kamer met fijne bedden. Een prima badkamer. Alles was schoon en netjes. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en er was volop keuze, werd goed aangevuld. Goed restaurant om savonds te gaan eten. Leuk thema wat je in het hele hotel terug zag. Prima locatie om vanuit daar de stad te bezoeken

Das chic&basic Gravity Hotel in Porto bietet eine moderne und gute Ausstattung, ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet und alles was man für einen Städtetrip benötigt. Das bietet kleine verspielte details wie beispielsweise: Schuhe an der Wand oder Pflanzen Kopfüber an der Decke.

Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt am Zentrum wo sich die Aktivitäten und Restaurants befinden. Dafür ist es am Abend hingegen ruhig.

Unique boutique concept, and they added a little touch with a custom tote, sweets and also welcome drink. Place was clean, showers were good and strong, provided shampoo and shower gel.

I got a splinter in my toe from the wooden floor. It bummed me out a little but otherwise, pretty happy overall with the stay.

Very good option for it's price in the city center. Staff is very friendly and helpful, gave us recommendation where to find some specific souvenirs, what and where to try local food.

Notevole lo staff alla reception, in particolare ad Ariana, solare e disponibilissima. Buono l'orario per il check out. Molto gradito il pensiero che abbiamo trovato in camera in occasione del nostro ritorno dopo aver visitato altre zone del Portogallo (abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura anche dal 23 al 26 agosto).

Avremmo gradito una maggiore attenzione al buffet della colazione: mancavano bevande vegetali e la frutta non era particolarmente abbondante.

Très bien situé, personnel sympathique, très bonne insonorisation c’est très calme!

Le seul point négatif que j’ai trouvé: il n’y a rien pour accrocher/étendre et faire sécher les serviettes de bain! (Juste des patères mais dans les toilettes :( ) Il manque juste ce petit détail!

Heel mooi hotel in warme-moderne stijl die tegelijkertijd niet té hip/trendy aanvoelt. De kamers waren top; de bedden, badkamer, ruimte... De locatie is fantastisch; centraal, met een toffe bar op het pleintje voor het hotel, maar toch heel rustig eens binnen. Het personeel is heel behulpzaam.

Struttura molto carina , posizione perfetta!

Da ich vor acht Uhr auschecken musste, wurde mir eine Frühstücks-Box angeraten. €11 für ein lieblos zusammengestümpertes Weissbrotsandwich (eine ohne Messer geteilte Scheibe), ein kleines Croissant und ein fossiles Pastel de Nata. Getränke nur nach Klage. Wirklich enttäuschend! Auf meine spätere Kommunikation bekam ich KI-Antworten, die mich vertrösten sollten. Kompensation wurde in Aussicht gestellt aber verlief zwei Wochen bisher im Sande.

Ottima la posizione, praticamente in centro città. Carina la hall e l'arredo delle zone comuni. Molti locali presenti nei dintorni.

Su Booking viene indicata la presenza del parcheggio e il fatto che non sia prenotabile; tuttavia, al momento dell’arrivo ci è stato chiesto se avessimo fatto richiesta per il posto auto, che ovviamente non avevamo fatto. Il bagno della stanza era poco funzionale e di dimensioni molto ridotte: il lavandino, estremamente piccolo, risultava quasi inutilizzabile, mentre la doccia era sovradimensionata rispetto al resto dell’ambiente. Nel complesso, l’arredo non rispecchia gli standard attesi per un hotel a 4 stelle.

La ubicación era perfecta y el personal del hotel encantador, muy amable y atento.

Adoramos o hotel. Aqui destaco todo o STAFF do hotel que sempre foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos conosco. Tanto da recepção, quanto do bar e da limpeza. Quarto muito confortável, camas maravilhosas, excelente roupa de cama e de banho, uma varanda grande, diversos canais a cabo na TV e localização maravilhosa.

Apenas citar que neste quarto específico, o banheiro era um pouco maior que o anterior que tinha ficado nas duas outras estadias, apenas sentimos falta de mais locais para colocarmos nossos itens pessoais de banho. Café da manhã poderia ter mais itens, mas nada disso tira o brilho do hotel.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The staff were very welcoming and the amenities were excellent, including a very good shower and great air conditioning. We were welcomed by very friendly staff on arrival, which even included a complementary glass of port. The location was also excellent, with many good restaurants nearby.

The toilet cubicle offered no privacy as it had an all glass exterior.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waren comfortabel en geluiddicht. Het ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en heel lekker. Het hotel ligt centraal en is ideaal als uitvalsbasis om de schitterende stad te ontdekken.

Alojamiento perfecto, céntrico y con un personal superamable

Excellent location The hotel is next to a lively bar where people gather around , play music and chat our garden view room was absolutely quiet. We had our window open and only heard sea birds.

I was traveling with my teenage niece, so having separate beds was very important to us. I contacted the hotel in advance, and the manager was kind enough to upgrade us to a Deluxe Suite and assure us that we would have separate beds, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, after a long journey and arriving around 10:30 PM, we found one large bed in the room. When I went downstairs, the female staff member apologized but initially suggested that we share the bed for the night. The manager then stepped in and personally came upstairs with her, separated the bed, brought extra sheets and pillows, and apologized for the inconvenience. He was very kind and professional. However, the female staff member’s facial expression and attitude made it clear that she was unhappy about having to deal with the situation, which I found quite unprofessional. For the rest of our stay, she was noticeably unfriendly and did not greet us warmly. For anyone booking this hotel specifically because they need separate beds, I would definitely recommend confirming this directly with the hotel in advance, as the separate-bed option on Booking.com is listed as a special request and is not guaranteed. Even after our direct communication and confirmation, we still arrived to find one bed. Also, once separated, the two beds had only a very narrow gap between them, so they were essentially still together. The room was quite small for a Deluxe Suite. The hotel’s quirky, modern design was otherwise fun and interesting. One thing worth mentioning is the bathroom design. The glass wall offers very little privacy, and you can clearly see the silhouette of someone sitting on the toilet or walking around undressed. Perhaps this works better for couples, but personally I found it quite unusual. We opted out of breakfast, although from what we saw passing by, it looked quite good.

Tutto! Miglior hotel mai provato finora. Staff gentilissimo, disponibile. Camera comoda, pulita e con tante accortezze per il cliente (come le bottiglie sempre disponibili, la borsa di tela ecc). Posizione eccellente per visitare Porto a piedi. Sono stati due giorni magnifici grazie soprattutto a questo meraviglioso hotel dallo stile curato e dall'identità ben definita.

Stayed here before 5 days walking the Camino and returned for 2 further days. Everything about the hotel is good, great location, excellent hotel and really friendly and helpful staff.

Splendida struttura ed originale, curata nei minimi particolari. Spiccata accoglienza e gentilezza del personale alla reception e alla zona ristorante. Colazione davvero fantastica e di elevata qualità (inclusa nella tariffa), buffet ricco di ogni cosa, salato, dolce, detox e non. Camera ben arredata, pulita e bagno funzionale, ogni zona riservata. A mio avviso L’hotel si trova in una delle più belle zone di Porto, contesto residenziale, più tranquillo rispetto alle zone molto popolate dai turisti ma comunque ricco di ogni servizio come bar, taverne e ristoranti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, lo consiglieremo vivamente.

Es uno de los hoteles más increíbles en los que he estado, súper original, ambiente joven, bien localizado y muy acogedor con nuestra perrita. Además cuenta con un restaurante muy recomendable en ambiente y comida. El personal híper simpático.

Algo de jaleo porque está en plena zona de marcha, pero es entendible. Es difícil aparcar por la zona y el garaje puede que esté lleno.

The decoration is chic and interesting. Free water and small afternoon tea / cakes provided. Location is good, close to everywhere. Need to climb a bit to get the hotel, which is normal for Porto and not a problem for us.

We came to Porto by car, and unexpectedly the parking of the hotel was full. Unfortunately the lady in the reception didn't really help us to locate an alternative Parking. It took us a very long time to find one.

Al leer esta reseña parecerá que me pagan por decir cosas positivas sobre este sitio pero es que todo fue positivo. Tienen unas camas super cómodas, ducha muy relajante y con presión, limpieza de 10, la ubicación es perfecta, todo está cerca. Además hay mucha restauración y movimiento a los alrededores y no por ello hemos escuchado jaleo en el hotel porque está súper insonorizado. Tuvieron varios detalles y sorpresas que no escribiré por aquí para que siga siendo sorpresa para los demás, pero solo digo que nos acogieron de una manera insuperable. A la entrada y salida el personal muy amable y atento. Repetiré todas las veces que vaya a Oporto porque superarlo creo que es imposible.

De locatie van het hotel is de plek om echt het gevoel te hebben echt in Porto te zijn. Te midden van allemaal leuke barretjes en eettentjes waar ook locals komen. En op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden.

De parkeergarage is wat krap.

We didn’t like the bathroom. It was very uncomfortable as it was a see through and we all had to leave the room so one could have privacy. Also we had a view from our balcony to a construction site. Parking fee was outrageous- had to pay 34 Eur for one night!
