Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Все было чисто, работал кондиционер (его включили перед нашим приездом, так что в комнате была комфортная температура, что очень важно, когда на улице +35). Душ был слегка поломан, но не критично. Завтрак был достаточно разнообразный и вкусный. Хорошее место расположения.
В целом все хорошо. Не хватило одноразовых тапочек, но это мелочи.

Nous avons eu un problème électrique dans la chambre impliquant le changement de chambre tard en soirée pour changer l’étage. Malgré ce désagrément il y a pas eu un geste commercial ni même la prise en charge du parking

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Le personnel accueillant et à l'écoute, la propreté des lieux, la climatisation de certaines chambres, la localisation de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner globalement, le parking, bien que séparé de l'hôtel, reste pratique.
Dans une des chambres (124) la climatisation était loin d'être efficace car mal placée, la qualité des jus de fruits au petit déjeuner était décevante (du vrai jus frais serait un vrai plus!), la taille de la douche d'une des chambres était vraiment trop juste (108).

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Das Hotel liegt am Rande des Zentrums. Für uns -wir waren das erste Mal in Padova- war es toll. Wir konnten -obwohl nur auf der Durchreise- einen guten Überblick über die Stadt bekommen. Das Zimmer ist angenehm groß und der Fernseher war -sehr zu meiner Freude- sogar sehr groß (an dem Tag war ein Fussball-WM-Spiel).
In der Dusche gibt es nicht eine (!) Ablagefläche (zB. für Duschgel). Das Personal hat sich nicht gerade mit Freundlichkeit überschlagen und ist uns eher aus dem Weg gegangen. Vermutlich wegen der Sprachbarriere..

Hotel nemá vlastné garáže a tak je potrebné cez hotel rezervovať miesto a parkovať v neďalekej garáži. Pred hotelom je len jedno miesto na zaparkovanie k vyloženiu batožiny a ak aj to je obsadené niekým, kto tam normálne parkuje, blokujete pri vykladaní a počas check-in na úzkej ulici premávku pred hotelom, vrátane autobusu mestskej hromadnej dopravy.

Hotel didn’t accept Apple iPhone WiFi connection! When I inquired at front desk, no explanation or assistance was given. This made checking my phone &/or iPad for travel updates/info difficult. If I kept checking back at random hours to see if the situation had changed, I’d briefly get a connection which then was blocked by a hotel message stating the hotel did not accept iCloud message relays, etc and I couldn’t do anything except shut off my phone or iPad. Unacceptable. Also, when I first used the toilet in bathroom and pushed the flusher above, the entire plastic panel fell off -which I carefully replaced. Bath towels were very thin as well. Expected more from the spiffy “look” (lobby, reception area, exterior) of this place.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist günstig, um die Giotto-Fresken zu sehen, auch günstig zum ÖPNV, fußläufig zur Altstadt und zur Basilika. Der Weg zum Bahnhof wäre, anders als von manchen Gästen angegeben, zu Fuß doch recht weit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Frühstück war besser als erwartet, das Rührei sehr lecker, wohl aus "echten" Eiern zubereitet und nicht aus Eipulver, was sich leider immer häufiger feststellen lässt. Es gab auch frisches Obst. Das Hotel macht einen modernen, trotzdem wohnlichen Eindruck.
Wir hatten wohl eines der noch nicht renovierten Zimmer, es entsprach auch nicht den Fotos, war auch wohl kleiner als angegeben. Die Bar war nicht besetzt.

A parkolás menetét nem írtak meg előre. Előbb a szállodában odaadnak egy kártyát amivel lehet parkolni, de ha előtte parkol le valaki, akkor a jegyet érvényteleníteni kell. A reggelinél a külföldi vendégtől nem kérdezték meg milyen italt, kávét kér, csak a helyieket.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The hotel was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was very clean. The location couldn't be better. 10 minutes walk from the train station and very close to the center of the city. We stayed on the 4th floor and had great view from the balcony. The breakfast was very good, large selection and very tasty. I was extremely pleased with out stay. 100% recommend it.
There is absolutely nothing that I did not like. Everything was perfect.
