Nous avons été surclassé dans une suite. Mais celle-ci est très mal agencée. Salle de bain minuscule avec un très mauvais éclairage. Bref, aucun intérêt d'avoir une si grande chambre

This hotel was amazing! We like everything of it , also the SPA which was a big plus after all day walking around the city. Very good Breakfast and amazing nice and helpful people at the reception. We really enjoyed it and we will be back again for sure!

Very well located, attentive staff, rooms are large and comfortable, very clean, delicious breakfast

The arrival is through a very run down hall, receptio is at another floor, but this are small details. Overall it was an excellent stay.

Organizzazione, partendo dal parcheggio auto, alla reception, alla SPA e terminando con la camere. La posizione è eccellente vicinissima al centro ma fuori da qualsiasi rumore. Tutto perfetto

Bien situé et moderne

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great. Close to everything. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel is very clean. The air-conditioning works great. Very hot days, no problem keeping the room cool.

The room is a little bit noisy in the daytime, but it is quieter at night. The gym is a bit small. These are nitpicking details. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Muffe rioolgeur in badkamer. Totale oppervlakte geweldig (ca. 60 m2) waarvan een heel klein gedeelte ca. 6 m2 wordt benut als douche/bidet/wc!! Ontbijt summier, eerste dag waren we kennelijk laatst en waren er nog twee broodjes over.

Arredamento essenziale e moderno. Vista la location in un palazzo storico sarebbe stato meglio rispettare la natura del luogo.

Die Lage war absolut top. Man war in 5 Minuten im Zentrum. Garage war ok. Das Auto konnte man sich vor der Abreise zum Hotel bringen lassen. Ein angenehmer Service.

Dem Zimmer fehlte Gemütlichkeit, war sehr verwinkelt. Den SPA Bereich habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen und kann ich nicht beurteilen.

The location is absolutely perfect. Breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff were very polite, although some of them had limited English skills, which made communication a bit challenging at times

The room should be maintained; the walls definitely need a fresh coat of paint and the curtains need a thorough wash. The bathroom is quite dark. Additionally, there was some dust on the first day, although the cleanliness improved significantly afterwards.

De locatie, de gratische parking in de buurt, de behulpzaamheid van het personeel, drank gratisch uit de minibar, lekker ontbijt, lekkere koffie, de kapper naast de deur.

De isolatie van de kamers. Maar we hadden geluk, iedereen was stil en rustig.

Ligging - goed ontbijt

In the old part of Padua, lovely restored older building. Nice breakfast, helpful staff. Left watch and went back a couple of hours later and they had it for me.

Being in a restricted vehicle zone, parking is an issue. Their garage is open from 8am to 8pm. I arrived after 8pm due to flight delay. They were helpful but it was complicated to park my vehicle.

Conteúdo do frigobar era cortesia e reposto diariamente (refrigerantes, água natural e com gás, cerveja, batata frita e cápsulas de café). Localização bem perto dos pontos turísticos. Quarto silencioso.

A entrada da cidade está um caos com as obras do tram. O gps não consegue direcionar para o endereço correto, o que dificulta a chegada de carro ao hotel. A recepção do hotel fica no 1° andar e os quartos no 2° andar, os outros andares são residenciais. Chegar de carro é muito complicado, pois não é permitido estacionar na rua do hotel. Tem que subir correndo e pegar um papel de autorização para descarregar as malas. Contratamos estacionamento que fica perto do hotel, mas não há serviço de manobrista. Poucos funcionários, somente uma moça na recepção que além de fazer o check in/out, tem que cuidar de ajudar os hóspedes com as bagagens e de todo o serviço do café da manhã. Café da manhã fraco, espaço do buffet muito pequeno, sucos artificiais de péssima qualidade, sem espaço para torradeira. Ficamos num quarto superior, mas mesmo assim era muito pequeno.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt in der Stadt und dennoch ruhig. Außergewöhnliche, stylische, moderne Zimmer. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr heimelig, das Frühstück gut und die Minibar wird jeden Tag kostenlos aufgefüllt. Der Spa Bereich verfügt über eine großzügige Sauna, einen Whirlpool und einen Ruheraum. Das beste daran ist, man kann sich einen Termin geben lassen und ganz alleine für 1 Stunde das Ambiente genießen. Zudem ist das Personal äußerst freundlich und bemüht.

Tout était parfait. Le spa étant un vrai plus compte tenu de la canicule en plein mois de mai ! Mon mari étant en fauteuil roulant, le personnel, d’une très grande gentillesse, a tout fait pour faciliter notre séjour. Merci à toute l’équipe !

L'équipement et le confort de la chambre. Le SPA est très propre et d'un niveau exceptionnel. Nous avons apprécié l'utilisation du parking à proximité, sans supplément.

DREAM location - everything a walk away. Spa every day! Lovely breakfast. We had our cat with us and he was treated so well. I liked knowing the time when room cleaning was happening. Great restaurant recommendations … the (something) Falconiere restaurant had unique meat finished table side with great pasta and dessert). But the best of the best here are the people. Everyone is outstanding but Chiara and Omamea even stepped up beyond the personal excellence of all. They were helpful with the usual and extraordinary requests, like early arrival with a cat navigating road construction. We celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary here … we did not mention it but were treated like royalty. Everyone, every time here is treated well I believe. We will be back!

Good location close to public transport, but also everything at walking distance. Free minibar was also great!

Although the minibar was great, it is blocking the whole desk, which makes working from the desk impossible.

Le Camp Suite & SPA is in an excellent location, walking a few minutes to all the key locations in Padua. Property was clean and the staff was excellent to assist. Breakfast and Spa a very nice touch where the breakfast was abundant and with variety. Spa is always a nice touch to enjoy, where you have a private area all for yourself.

Rooms were a little small and one of the Spa areas was not functioning

A small hotel, confortable and well located. Good shower, good bed and breakfast with varied options. It was perfect for our short stay in Padova.

La pulizia delle stanze potrebbe essere migliorata, soprattutto per quanto riguarda le tende della finestra e dell' armadio che presentavano alcune macchie. In una delle due camere prenotate .mancava il bidet. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata e non corrisponde alla categoria 4 stelle dell' botel

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, allerdings gibt es rund herum keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist eingemietet in ein Parkhaus, das für einen nicht Ortskundigen aufgrund des Einbahnsystems kaum zu erreichen ist.

Das Hotel präsentiert sich als Viersternehaus, das es keinesfalls ist. Man kann eigentlich nicht einmal zum einchecken vor dem Haus parken. Selbst die "Deluxe" Zimmer sind kleinst, dunkel und entsprechen kaum dem Niveau einer besseren Pension. Die Wände an den Gängen sind zum teil abgeschlagen, zum Teil verschmutzt. Der Name und die Beschreibung versprechen mehr als das Hotel kann. Das Entree vor der Rezeption, alles zum Großteils im Kunststofflook gefertigt und billig wirkend.

Non mi è piaciuta la mancanza di disponibilità da parte del personale della reception. Il centro benessere è molto grande e d'impatto ma nella sostanza è lasciato andare. Il bagno turco è fuori uso, la sauna non è molto calda la piscina non ha un vero idromassaggio ma un getto centrale che fa bolle. Dopo la sauna non hai la possibilità di raffreddarsi da nessuna parte

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the location was perfect for visiting the Scrovegni Chapel and the historic center of Padua, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Don't miss the stunning Baptistry of the Duomo (go by visitor center at the Duomo to get tickets in advance, entrance is always with approx. 15-20 other people).

The artwork in our room gave the room a cheap feel (two large prints of nude women), all the more in a city of such amazing art. They could put up large photos of Padua and the room would have a very different feel. The sofa showed some age. We were on the corner to the via Ponti Romani, which is very loud during the day. The soundproof windows, however, are of very good quality.

Hotel moderno, limpo, bom tamanho do quarto e ótimo café da manhã. A recepcionista, Omaiana, foi a pura gentileza. Bebidas e batatinha no frigo incluídas.
