Close enough to immigration which is the reason I was in Bangkok . Good cafe, bar and restaurant with entertainment at night

Although the room was clean we did notice remains of a previous guests in some of the drawer spaces with opened crisp packets which put us off using these spaces.

Erstklassige, sehr schicke Ausstattung (mit grandioser Aussicht im Executive Doppelzimmer). Riesige, sehr saubere Anlage mit großem Pool. Großes Sportangebot. Fantastisches Frühstück. Personal äußerst zuvorkommend.

Bei der Lage so weit vom Zentrum entfernt, direkt am Mega-Highway (den man drin nicht hört), ist man zwar in einem Paradies, das aber leider abgeschnitten vom „echten Leben“ ist.

雨季だったので1万円ちょっとで朝食付きの2名部屋を予約できた。 朝食のバイキングは充実した内容。同会場は夜レストランで、夜のバイキングもお得だった。 ジムやプールも使える。

Ordered a non alcoholic drink. But got one with alcohol. After complaining the staff said that they don’t have non alcoholic drinks so had to show them the drinks card for them to realize what the bar offers. Got just one towel for 3 members. Called the reception and they ask to call room service. Called room service and asked for 2 towels and 3 toothbrushes. They came with only one towel. So a lot of back and forth to get understood.

The staff were wonderful - they were super friendly and always willing to help. Most staff could speak English very well so there was minimal issues with communication. We were able to get change for the big baht notes we'd bought from England and they had a printing facility for our boarding passes which is a big plus. We ended up booking an extra night at the desk and they made this process super easy. The live music at the hotel was a lovely addition we weren't aware of when booking. One night they sang Sweet Caroline which made me miss home haha. The rooms were great - my room was slightly larger than my dad's. We asked for rooms close together and were given rooms next door to one another which was fabulous. They were super clean, had 4 big bottles of water restocked daily, cleaned daily, and had all necessary toiletries in. The bathroom had both a shower and a bath tub which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was good - buffet style and had a range of items that catered for various diets. We tried the Chinese restaurant in the hotel and this was delicious. I'd recommend the steamed fish. There is also a little cafe that sells delicious ice cream. They also do a buy one get one free deal on their cakes in the evenings. The pool is wonderful - there's three pools and they provide a good mix of shaded and sunny spaces. The gym has good facilities and the massage is good.

There weren't many things we didn't like - just a few. - The coffee in the breakfast isn't the best BUT the cafe does good coffee, it just means you'll have to pay for it - The masseuse was late for the appointment we'd booked and there was some communication issues but this is the only place this issue occurred so not the biggest issue in the world

Gute Lichtsteuerung vom Bett aus. Großes Bett, aber leider zu hart! 4 Flaschen (in Glasflaschen) Wasser pro Tag. Großer Spiegel im Zimmer. Gut zu regelnde Klimaanlage, die NICHT auf das Bett bläst. Sehr gutes und vielseitiges Frühstück. Leider „nur“ bis 10:00 Uhr angeboten. Wir waren an einem Abend im Hotel zum Buffet-Essen. War okay, man muss jedoch wissen, dass das Buffet eher Thai-orientiert ist, nicht westlich geprägt. Verdunkelung des Zimmers sehr gut. Schöne Bar. Allgemein ist die Innenarchitektur des Hotel sehr ansprechend und opulent gestaltet. Leider kann das Zimmer (3027/ Superior) hier nicht mithalten.

Eine Sache, die wirklich ärgerlich ist und dadurch den gesamten Standard des Hotels herunterzieht: Das Bad ist viel zu klein und hat keine separate Dusche. Man muss sich mit einer kleinen Badewanne mit Kunststoff-Vorhang begnügen. Das ist weder Zeitgemäß, noch wird es dem sonstigen Hotelstandard gerecht , sehr schade! Generell hat das Hotel seine besten Tage bereits gesehen. Hier und da wären Renovierungsarbeiten dringend notwendig, zum Beispiel am Pool, der sonst sehr schön ist.

Fabulous 5* room 8108 excellent. Food is superb Swimming pool relaxing warm clean Everything was clean and huge! , We are returning at the end of the week.

Ok , WiFi quite bad. We were unfortunate, there was an electrical fault which meant that the bedroom lights kept coming on by themselves. We left it quite late to report 2 am but an electrician came and fixed the problem. The hotel is over 30 years old and thus has some problems.

Ett stort konferenshotell som inte blivit uppdaterat på länge. Poolområdet var gammalt och slitet. Flera delar var stängda. Hotellet låg avigt till om man ville gå ut och äta, krävdes en ganska lång promenad. Restaurangerna på hotellet var tyvärr inte vår smak. Mycket speciell frukost men det fanns många olika rätter att välja på. Tyvärr inte ett hotell i vår smak!

Breakfast was really great. Facilities were great, as a big complex, and especially for morning exercises.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, restaurant on site. 15 - 20 minutes to Don Mueang Airport pending traffic. Didn't get to try out the gym as planned as my inbound flight was delayed and ended up at the hotel quite late.

No mini bar in the room and no 7/11 or similar shop close by.

Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were big. Nice. Priced reasonably.

The rooms, common areas and pool area are run down and therefore not that clean. And the breakfast did not taste good.

Dice que esta a 7.5km del aeropuerto Don Mueang y es mentira, esta a 17.5km. Llegamos de madrugada para hacer unas horas antes de nuestro siguiente vuelo y el check in demoro 30m.

- Friendly and helpful staff.

- They changed my room, claiming it was an "upgrade" even though I never asked for one. The room they tried to move me to was in the old building, and the air-conditioning controls were broken, so the room was freezing cold. Eventually, I insisted on staying in the room I had originally booked. - The plastic kettle provided in the room was so old that the plastic was deteriorating and started to crumbling into powder. - Overall, the room facilities and appliances were quite old.

The Rama Gardens Hotel Bangkok are near to Thung Song Hong SRT Red Line Station , by then it is very convenient, easy to to the BiG Town to Bangkok via Krung Thep Aphiwat/Bang Sue together direct access to the BTS Sky train & MRT Blue Line. 🚄🚅🚉🚊🤠👦🏻💪👍🇹🇭♥️ also near to Don Mueang International Airport

I think nothing at all & The staycation at The Rama Gardens Hotel Bangkok are very worth , together with facilities ,Gym & Swimming pool,& good Breakfast at Greenary Cafe🍽️☕🥗 , included the Friendly of the Hotel Staffs , Khob Khun & Thank You🏢💒🙏🤠👦🏻

During our 21 days staying with your hotel. We are enjoying so much for the food that are served in the hotel. ( the buffet breakfast, the buffet lunch and a la carte) We appreciate the chef Mr Pittaya Jihamom and his team to prepare for such a wonderful and delicious food there. The hotel room is spacious and very clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk manager Miss Meili Pranee and her team, Coffee shop manger Miss Yan and her team. They always maintain the professionalism by the service straight from the heart. That's very impressive. Well done and good job . I'm so proud to the top management to having such a valuable assets to achieve your mission by the high standards of performance. Last not least , the housekeeping staffs are also did a marvelous work too. The room is super clean and tidy . Thank you for all your efforts to make our stay with you in such an incredible time.

Crook nature of taxi drivers in Thailand to reach to this resort - since thsi is far off from main city and major locations. Otherwise stay and other facilities were just exceptionally good!

My husband and I and our two children stayed here for 1 night at the beginning and two nights at the end of our trip to Thailand. The grounds are nice to walk around. Our kids liked the goats out in the pen on the property and the flowers and topiaries shaped like elephants. The food at the breakfast buffet and the restaurant was very good. Plenty of Asian and Western options. Kids and adults were both happy. The pool was very nice and always quiet during our stay. We didn't use the sport courts but saw many others using them and they seemed nice. The rooms were fine - nothing too fancy- but the air con was strong, beds comfortable, clean and the hotel was quiet which is what we were looking for. It was easy to get a Grab Cab to/from BKK airport (about a 40-45 min ride for us midday). The ride to Don Mueang was very short (about 10 minutes for us). The staff was very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay!

I've stayed at this hotel a few times in the last 15 years. It's looking a bit worn and dated now and in need of some sprucing up, I suppose. Still, there are many very nice aspects of it and we found our needs were met and exceeded in some ways. There isn't much around the hotel that is walkable (besides the hotel ground themselves) and the hotel is quite far away from most of the tourist attractions. So, if you're looking to be close to those things, you should stay closer to the tourist areas as a taxi ride would be long and costly from Rama Gardens, I think. We did take the complimentary shuttle to the mall one day, which was a nice accommodation, but we were tired and didn't feel adventurous enough to travel beyond that to the tourist places on this trip. We took a taxi home from the mall because the van driver said there wouldn't be another shuttle running because no one signed up to ride it for the later time. He gave us a hotel card to give to the taxi driver and it was no trouble to get a taxi at the taxi stand. We were looking for a quiet, affordable hotel that was close to Don Mueang Airport for our short stay in Bangkok-so it was exactly what we were looking for and we would stay here again if we do a similar trip.

A wonderful stay at Rama Gardens Bangkok Hotel. We had an amazing stay from the moment we arrived, the warm greeting from the doorman and smooth check in with the front desk team who made us feel instantly welcome. The swimming pool created a truly special atmosphere. It's a lovely stay here. We will come back again for sure. 😊
