The Len is perfectly located and the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. There is also a wonderful spa on top floor with incredible views.

Everything was very good but the staff were outstanding - helpful, kind, thoughtful and efficient!

-8:00pm was 25 degrees in our room (no aircon). You can not really sleep with open window because of noise street (you feel like slipping on highway) - no safe, coffee machine or kettle in room - very limited breakfast à la carte (no fruits or vegetable)

food was decent; otherwise it was a zoo - we waited half an hour for coffee after ordering, wrong food to people etc.

hotel was unbearably hot and noisy. Our room was never below 24C. It was impossible to even crack the windows because of the unbearable noise from the street at all hours. The balcony opened onto the street and was unusable.

Der Spa Bereich ist einfach weltklasse. Man muss vorab einen Slot reservieren und hat dadurch eine absolut fantastische Erfahrung (max. 6 Personen) mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick. Das gesamte Hotel punktet mit der charmanten und natürlichen Ausstattung (ausschließlich Naturmaterialien aus höchster Qualität) und großartigem Service. Durch die geringe Zimmeranzahl werden alle Gäste wirklich toll umsorgt. Die Kommunikation erfolgt auch über WhatsApp (Spa Reservierung, Fragen zur Umgebung, Auskunft für Wanderungen, Infos zur Abreise), was sehr angenehm ist. Da wir vor dem Frühstück bereits auschecken mussten, haben wir eine “breakfast Box” mit italienischen Kleinigkeiten mitbekommen. Absolut perfekter Aufenthalt, der zwar im oberen Preissegment angesiedelt ist, dafür aber keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. 2 Nächte waren definitiv zu kurz!

Bei den zahlreichen Lichtschaltern gibt es wohl auch einen “Zimmerservice” Knopf, wo man das Putzpersonal rufen kann - den haben wir aus Versehen gedrückt weil nicht beschriftet. Die kleine Fehlkommunikation war aber schnell geklärt :-)

Coming right after the amazing Forestis in Brixen, Hotel de Len was very disappointing. The weather was hot but the rooms have no air conditioning. As the hotel is on a very busy street where trucks start passing at 5:00 am, leaving the window open at night is not an option. We were given a very noisy fan- not great. No coffee machine or kettle in the room- you must go to a lounge on the 1st floor - not great if you want coffee/tea in bed. The shower gel and shampoo are bolted to the wall - far from the sink and nothing next to the bathtub. Breakfast is only à la carte (cheaper for the hotel than a buffet) but takes forever if you arrive at the same time as a few other guests. Most shocking: you are given one hour in the spa PER STAY!!! Otherwise it’s 30 euros. When you’re paying over €800 a night, you expect to be treated better than in a two-star hotel!

The only issue we had isn’t that our room was quite warm/ even with the portable a/c unit that they delivered - we were still warm at night. Opened the window but heard construction noise early a.m

A hotel located in the centre of Cortina. Quick check-in. Rooms with mountain views, featuring wood-panelled décor and comfortable mattresses. The modern, well-equipped rooms offer plenty of storage space for clothes and other personal items. A good-sized bathroom with plenty of space and amenities. They offer a daily evening turndown service to make up the beds and provide clean towels. Breakfast is à la carte. There is little variety of items, and the portions served are small, which means you have to ask the staff to bring more. As there are always several guests at breakfast, they sometimes forget to serve the order you’ve placed. Poor breakfast service. Dinner offers limited and expensive options. The hotel has a paid car park (28 euros/day) which is a 12-minute walk from the hotel; this is the same price as a public car park. The prices charged at this hotel, with the same services included, are very high compared to 5-star hotels in Ortisei.

Bel hôtel, cosy ,confortable. Bon restaurant. Ménage fait 2 fois par jour.

J aurai préféré un buffet au petit déjeuner car cela implique de prévoir du temps lorsque l on est servi.

Our experience at Hotel de Len was exceptional! From the à la carte breakfast with a wonderful variety of custom choices to the excellent service. So many outstanding service providers, all were excellent. I would like to highlight just a few, Alessandra at the front reception and Jepp( not sure of spelling). The terrific chef who made lovely gluten free meals and treats for me. It was a very special place to stay. I highly recommend it!!

Location an the Spa

Some staff was not too helpful

All the Hotel de Len staff were very helpful. Rosella gave us a good introduction to the hotel and its facilities. There was an excellent, fresh and healthy choice of items for breakfast. We ate at the hotel one evening and the was food delicious. The spa was fabulous….great facilities and wonderful views. I thoroughly enjoyed yoga with instructor, Anna, in the spa on a couple of mornings. The hotel is in a great location for accessing the town, walks and ski slopes. We appreciated the hotel shuttle bus and cheerful drivers who took us to the ski lifts. Housekeeping at Hotel de Len is discreet and efficient. We liked the extras that added to the hotel’s calm ambience such as the floral decorations throughout. We also enjoyed the large lounge area with drinks and afternoon cake.

The hotel is in a very good location and transport to the slopes or a ski bus stop was provided by the hotel. All the staff were very helpful and good at their jobs. Breakfasts were excellent

We stayed for 6 nights and felt that we could have been offered more than just one free hour in the spa area.

The whole stay was so wonderful and the staff were incredible - one of the best places we have stayed and will def be recommending it to anyone who wants to travel to the Dolomites!

Would be good if access to the spa facilities was free throughout the stay for guests but otherwise we loved everything

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 nights at Hotel De Len in October 2025. The hotel is indulgently comfortable and conveniently located in central Cortina. More importantly, the staff was uniformly personable and professional, answering my varied and myriad questions about nearby activities and dining opportunities. Should I find myself in Cortina again, I will certainly avail myself of the numerous charms at Hotel Le Den!

The staff. Great service. Matteo was superb! Nice room! Every detail is very good, even the spa. We we’re alone and the breakfast very good!

A little bit expensive, but the area is expensive itself. The parking was not included and a little far from the hotel, when you carry bags is not as confortable as evrything else in the hotel!

We recently stayed at Hotel de LEN in Cortina d’Ampezzo as a group of 17 ladies — and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning: sleek, beautifully designed with contemporary-rural interiors, warm wood touches, beautifully maintained spa, excellent food, and rooms with lovely showers. Also, the location couldn’t be better — it’s central yet peaceful, making every outing easy and every return relaxing. What made this trip truly special was the wonderful staff who went above and beyond. Matteo was our go-to person for everything. He handled all the transfers and logistics so smoothly, always making sure we got where we needed to go. Late messages on WhatsApp? He answered them. Benedetta was also incredible — attentive, always with a warm smile, helping coordinate anything extra we needed. And Elenora, who served us at breakfast, deserves special praise: she made countless espresso macchiatos perfectly, and somehow always noticed what we needed at the table before we even asked. One moment that stands out: after we finished a 23 km run one afternoon, we were hot, tired, sweaty — yet when we got back to the hotel, the bar was ready with an amazing aperitivo. Cool drinks, good ambiance — exactly what we needed. A small thing, but it made all the difference. The spa is gorgeous, very relaxing, and the wellness treatments helped us unwind. The food deserves special mention — beautifully presented, fresh, with good variety. The rooms were comfortable, clean, well appointed, with modern bathrooms and nicely designed showers. Full of gratitude for the staff, for the hotel, for all the little details. This stay at Hotel de LEN turned what could have been just a trip into a memory we’ll always treasure. Highly recommended to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and service that truly cares.

The location of the hotel and its food are exceptional. The staff was warm and enthusiastic to help. The spa is a must visit with steam/dray saunas, aromatherapy showers, and jacuzzi. My massage was one of the best I’ve received. The views from the hotel made the stay worth it.

The rooms have no AC. The management philosophy is that AC pollutes, so they don’t have it. When we wanted to cool our room on a hot day, the staff brought a fan. Didn’t quite cut it. Showers have no conditioner provided with the shampoo. Again, the management feels it’s wasteful to provide that. When we asked at the front desk why our room didn’t have conditioner, the front desk staff said they had some behind the desk. What? I guess you have to know it’s there to ask for it. The minibar looks like a refrigerator, but it’s not! It’s a bottle-deep cabinet that was cool when we arrived in the room. We put some yogurts there to have on hand. In the morning everything was room temperature… too late, the staff told us that when the required card key was in the room’s slot, the refrigerator turns off. Nuts.

No A/C was a bit of a downer, thankfully the weather was cool. However, construction past midnight made sleeping with the windows open difficult. I understand the Olympics are coming but the jackhammer sound after midnight and the workers working on the roof at 7am made it tough.

Everything about the hotel was amazing.

Room was comfortable with many amenities, including complimentary drinks and food placed in the room daily. The staff went out of the way to accommodate us and offered fantastic service. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was phenomenal.

The hotel was next to an alley with a significant amount of yelling and noise late at night between midnight and 4am.

Service at this hotel was nothing short of amazing, they helped to make us very comfortable as well as helped to plan all the logistics of our trip. Rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Excellent location right at the heart of Cortina, walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Spa, breakfast and concierge staff was amazing. Connected via WhatsApp you can ask anything! They are like friends hosting you, making recommendations and reservations on your behalf! Personal touch is put into everything. When they found out my husband doesn’t eat raw spinach, they cooked it just for him!

Just note that there isn’t air con, so ask for a fan, air ventaliation was great so with a fan it’s more than enough even in summer- august

The property was very modern, loved the materials used in the bathrooms so cool. Lovely, knowledgeable and super helpful staff, very nice food. Our room was facing the street but the windows are so thick you don’t hear a thing.

It has no outside space and it gets a bit dark at the restaurant especially when the weather is nice and you want to be out.

Hotel de Len was absolutely a gorgeous hotel with a gorgeous and roomy room. It was equipped with beautiful towels and robes and slippsers, bottled water and goodies, and just top notch. As well we received a free visit to spa and enjoyed a stunning hot tub looking over Dolomites. We will come back to Hotel de Len. The location was perfect too. A two minute walk to main street.
