The hotel was pleasant, with a very nice staff. The breakfast buffet had a good assortment of food, and the dinner menu was varied. The hotel's location was great; close enough to the main square and activities, but away from crowds.

La chambre était très petite (single) et décorée de manière un peu vieillotte. Le lit n'était pas très confortable et le seul oreiller pas confortable du tout (notamment pour lire au lit). Le restaurant avait un rapport qualité/prix surfait (du coup je n'ai diner que 2x à l'hôtel et j'ai opté pour l'offre en ville)

Walking distance to the town with restaurants, bars, shops, outdoor entertainment, at the band shelter. Buffet breakfast was delicous with plenty of choices. The staff in the restaurant and at the front desk were attentive and wonderful. Dinner was also delicious.

Hôtel de belle architecture typique de la région, au calme tout en étant à très courte distance du centre ville (5 minutes à pied) et des restaurants. Chambres au charme un peu désuet. Lit très confortable. Petit balcon. Salle de restaurant spacieuse, lumineuse et moderne. Grand parc avec jeux pour les enfants, table de tennis de table, terrain de tennis et chaises et bancs.

Prix de la chambre élevé par rapport à sa superficie. Deux chaises sur le balcon auraient été appréciées.

Our room was a bit dated & we did have 2 chairs on the balcony but a small table would be nice to put your drinks on. Bathroom was great from recent refurb.

Camera da letto e materassi pessimi, troppo duri. Ho dovuto richiedere un topper.

В этом отели остановились на 3 ночи.Очень понравилось местоположение:недалеко от центра и в то же время отель находиться в стороне от всех отелей и ресторанов.Было очень чисто,завтраки вкусные и очень хорошие,персонал внимательный,помогали нам по всем вопросам.На паркинге всегда было место и паркинг бесплатный. Очень понравилась сауна и джакузи-всё работало нормально. Также не маловажная деталь,что в номере есть чайник,кофе и пакетики чая.

Понятно,что в Кортину в основном приезжают для того,чтобы путешествовать по знаковым местам, зимой кататься на лыжах,но бывают дни дождливые,когда туристы вынуждены оставаться в отеле.И вот тут гостям особенно нечем заняться по вечерам,нет никаких развлекательных мероприятий,скучно.В лоби стоит пианино,пробовали на нём играть,но оно обсолютно расстроенно.Можно было приглашать хотя бы иногда музыкантов,или даже гости могли бы себя развлекать,кто умеет играть.

We spent a wonderful 2 days at this hotel, which has a perfect location right in the city center. Huge compliments to all the staff for their kindness and professionalism. Since my sister was celebrating her birthday during our stay, the kitchen team spoiled us even more—the dinner was absolutely superb, and their effort truly shined through. Thank you for making it a beautiful memory, we will definitely be back!

Location and spa were great.

Rooms were dated, small and not well kept. The shower cubicle was very small and had no place to keep soaps. Staff at the restaurant is rude and arrogant.

Baignoire on aurait prefere douche. Le spa pensez a reserver pas tout seul. Pensez a mettre un ventilateur car il fait chaud dans les chambres et si fenetre ouverte peut etre bruyant.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Cortina, making it easy to explore the town and enjoy everything the area has to offer. What really made our stay special was the exceptional service from Ivan. We arrived at 2am due to a delayed flight, and he went above and beyond by making us a delicious ham and cheese toastie when we arrived. The following morning, he kindly prepared us a coffee, which was a lovely start to the day. As we had an early departure, Ivan also organised a breakfast for us to take away, which was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated. His kindness, attentiveness and willingness to help made a huge difference to our experience. Thank you to Ivan and the team for such a warm welcome and fantastic hospitality. We would happily stay here again when visiting Cortina.

The Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, their hospitality was outstanding throughout our stay .The location is perfect, close to the city center and the Tofana cable car. Our corner room on the 3dr floor was with panoramic balcony offered breathtaking view on the Dolomites and the City The Breakfast was good with wide selection of fresh products

Ligging nabij het centrum was top. Mooi ruim park bij het hotel. Personeel was erg vriendelijk, hotel was schoon, bedden waren goed en ontbijt was prima en uitgebreid.

Onze kamer (111) was heel erg krap. 15 m2 was aangegeven, maar de kamer was helemaal volgebouwd (met kasten) waardoor je er met z'n tweeën tegelijkertijd niet kon lopen. Hetzelfde geldt voor de badkamer. Alle faciliteiten zaten er in, maar alleen kon je er nauwelijks staan. Douchen in bad, waarbij je klem staat tussen de muur en het douchescherm. Comfortabel was de kamer zeker niet, vandaar de lage score op prijs-kwaliteit.

My husband and I spent a few days of our honeymoon here and loved it. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. The breakfast was delicious. Parking was easy. For exploring the area, it’s very centrally located. Only a couple minutes walk to the town center and many great restaurants.

Great location, good sized room. There was a 20% coupon for a meal at the hotel restaurant included. Restaurant was elegant with delicious food but more pricey than other nearby restaurants. The coupon made it worth trying esp as it was pouring rain that evening. Nearby small grocers as well.

There was a varied breakfast spread but the scrambled eggs had an odd texture (like blenderized).

Lovely hotel, good breakfast. The room did not have air con so in a heatwave it was a little too warm. Parking was not easy and no disabled places. The room had a really large table in it that was too large for the room.

The dynamic between the evening waiters was a bit off and one bordered on being rude which made the evening somewhat uncomfortable. But otherwise great food. The bartender on the other side , Mario, was amazing, friendly and helpful.

A szálloda tradicionális igazi olasz hegyi szálloda, nagyon jó helyen. Közel a város főutcájához. A parkolás rendben megoldott, a legfelső szinten voltunk, egy kis ablakunk volt csak, de így is nagyon barátságos és élhető kis szobánk volt,napi többszöri takarítással.Külön köszönet a takarító staffnak! A reggeli ízletes és választékos volt,igazi jó olasz kávéval. Személyzet hozta azt amit elvársz tőlük, rendben voltak. Újra itt fogunk megszállni, ha erre járunk, nagyon ajánlott.

The hotel was situated nice and close to the main area of Cortina. Access in and out of Cortina was easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.

Needs some updating; staff wasn’t very friendly especially in the restaurant. I thought it was overpriced for the amenities and room.

他の口コミにもあるように、朝食時の一部のスタッフは無愛想な印象でした。空いているのに、新たに来た客に対して飲み物の提供を聞かず、片付けばかりしているのは四つ星ホテルのイメージとは異なります（客自身で使えるコーヒーサーバーはありません）。また、部屋の保冷庫は非常に冷却効果が弱く、冷蔵庫にしてもらえたらより快適に過ごせたかと思います。

Franceschi Park is very well located and an easy short walk to everything. The views are incredible and the food is good.

La ubicación Centrica para andar a pie y de muy fácil acceso con el auto. El edificio muy bonito . Las sábanas y toallas muy buenas La recepcionista Erika muy atenta.

La habitación que nos tocó no tiene aire acondicionado, ni cortina en el baño por lo que al bañarse se moja todo el baño. El desayuno bastante limitado mal atendido faltaban muchas cosas, el café malo y los jugos de caja y sin variedad.

Το δωμάτιο είναι πολύ κάτω του μετρίου καμμία σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής. Πολύ παλιό με άβολο κρεβάτι και εξαιρετικά άβολα μαξιλάρια. Όταν ζήτησα δεύτερο μαξιλάρι μου έφεραν αφρολέξ ντυμένο με κάλυμμα. Το μπάνιο με μπανιέρα πολύ ψηλή άβολο στην είσοδο

I stopped overnight here 9 years ago and was happy to return. This is a classic hotel for this area. The location is great and the nights were quiet. I was impressed with the renovation of the dining room and was glad the menu is now à la carte for dinner. Breakfast was great. Staff was professional and friendly. This hotel has preserved the old world feeling of a Tyrolian village. The property has convenient parking and beautifully maintained grounds. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Idéalement situé dans le centre de Cortina. Hotel très calme, bien insonorisé. Personnel sympathique. Hôtel très propre.

Quelques petits axes d’amélioration : - Spa « à réserver » mais qui n’est pas privatisé. Petite surprise quand nous nous sommes rendus compte que nous étions 4 ou 6 dans le spa. - Paroi de douche pliable pas terrible à mettre en place et sans en mettre partout, bof pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Beautiful property and conveniently close to the center of the town. The staff was very nice and made us feel at home.

The mattresses were not very comfortable and there was no a/c in the room. You could get some good airflow in the room, but that meant leaving the blinds open and waking up early.
