This was our second time staying at this property. Last year, we stayed in the castle itself, while this time, since there were four of us, we rented a two-bedroom villa. The castle, the grounds, the vineyards, and the pool are all absolutely beautiful, and it is a real pleasure to walk around the property. However, the cleanliness of the villa could definitely be improved. The kitchen was not properly equipped for preparing meals, and there were quite a lot of mosquitoes and silverfishes in the bedrooms, most likely due to the humidity. I understand that this is part of staying in a natural environment, but the rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly to prevent insects, and it would be helpful to have screens or other devices to keep mosquitoes from getting inside. Overall, we really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, but the villa itself could use some attention when it comes to cleanliness and comfort.

The property is beautiful, views of the vineyards are spectacular and the staff are really friendly. Their wine is amazing too!

Fridge did not work in the room. A walking path to the restaurant would be good instead of having to walk on the long driveway.

het was jammer dat er ïn geen enkele kledingkast kleerhangers aanwezig waren en ook dat er geen parasol beschikbaar was op het terras. Omdat het terras op de binnenplaats het grootste gedeelte van de dag volledig in de zon ligt is het te warm om daar zonder parasol te gaan zitten. Op de site staat een foto met een grote parasol dus dat deze niet aanwezig was was erg jammer ( ook bij navragen geen mogelijkheden).

トスカーナを満喫でました。 想像していた通りの素晴らしい環境、期待を裏切られることはありませんでした。

トリプルルームに宿泊しました。 ２部屋からなるスイートのようなイメージなのですが、主寝室にはエアコンがありましたが、もう一部屋の方にはエアコンがなく、夏の夜を過ごすには少々厳しかったです。

Il castello è molto bello e curato. Si può dormire al suo interno e vivere una bellissima esperienza all'interno della torre, dove tutto è stato ristrutturato in modo moderno ma conservando elementi del passato. Sauna e bagno turco nella torre rappresentano un eccellente plus per chi desidera un soggiorno di alto livello. 2 piscine posizionate in due zone differenti consentono di godersi una vista mozzafiato immersi nella splendida natura del Chianti. Letti molto comodi e impianto di climatizzazione davvero efficiente. Frigo bar dotato di bevande ricercate.

Il camminamemto per andare verso la piscina sottostante risulta molto disconnesso e pericoloso per persone con difficoltà motorie o bambini piccoli. Si tratta di un dettaglio da sistemare quanto prima perché è importante per la percezione complessiva (ottima) del luogo da parte del cliente.

No reception in early morning and night, pretty weird for a hotel. Double room pretty tiny, I'd say perfect for a single traveler. Some maintenance is needed.

Le site , vue sur le château et les vignes . Literie confortable et petits-déjeuners dans le château magnifique. L’accueil adorable de la personne le premier jour . Il y a deux piscines.

Peu d’ustensiles ds les cuisines, et la proximité avec un groupe non éduqués , bruyant et qui s’est approprié la piscine avec le chien . On a oublié le deuxième jour , de réserver les petits déjeuners, on nous l’a fait remarquer devant tout le monde de façon non délicate et pas sympathique. On peut tout dire avec le sourire. Personnel du dimanche moins agréable qu’à l’arrivée .

It was a stunning surrounding and the breakfast was delicious. So much to walk around explore so much beauty. We loved walking through the herb garden each morning and evening. The gardens are maintained sooo beautifully. The pool was perfect way to end each day with a glass of wine. We saw the full moon rise right between the row ow cypress and it was beautiful! A perfect stay for the birthday weekend!

Their groundskeeper seemed to be working very long and late hours. I really hope that he is payed well.

Lovely historic property located very close to the town of Gaiole in Chianti.

Cudowny widok, cisza wokół. Do dyspozycji dwa baseny. Z apartamentu Le Conce rozpościerał się piękny widok na zamek. Apartament przestronny, z dwoma łazienkami, w pełni wyposażony i czysty. Duży parking. Obsługa serdeczna, pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Zostaliśmy bardzo milo przyjęci i dziękujemy za pobyt.

Absolutely paradise. From the property to the rooms, I loved every part and every minute of it. I stayed in one of the apartments and it was huge and traditional, with everything you could need. There are 2 pools, both of which are gorgeous. The property itself is beyond impressive and I enjoyed just walking around and taking it in. The castle is equally impressive, with the history and art maintained impeccably. The breakfast was also amazing!! All the staff, including the tour guide, were very kind and professional. From the property itself, to the staff, to the food and wine, I was in paradise! My only regret is I didn’t stay longer. I tried, but they were fully booked for a wedding. I really appreciated how their property is organic as well, and taken care of by hand. They really take care of every detail, and I loved and appreciated every moment.

Sengen knirket ekstremt mye. Den ene eldre damen i resepsjonen var også veldig lite serviceinnstilt. Da vi skulle sjekke inn, satt hun lenge ved PC-en og så på mobilen mens vi sto ved disken. Hun spurte aldri om vi trengte hjelp. Jeg mener at det burde være naturlig å ønske gjester velkommen til Castello og ta en liten runde for å vise hvor ting er. I stedet pekte hun bare i ulike retninger. Vi fikk blant annet aldri vite hvor bassenget var. Vi ankom kl. 13.50, og det ble veldig mye styr fordi vi kom litt tidlig, selv om rommene var klare kl. 14.00. Opplevelsen var at de var lite fleksible. Jeg har reist mye i Chianti og Bolgheri, og ble derfor svært skuffet over mottakelsen og servicen på Castello di meleto. Det eneste positive jeg har å si om oppholdet, er de som jobbet i baren og Martina som holdt vinsmakingen. De var hyggelige og profesjonelle.

The castle is set within a beautiful estate in a stunning location, offering a truly memorable and relaxing experience. The surroundings are breathtaking, and the property itself is full of charm and character. All of the staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which greatly enhances the overall stay. I have visited this castle twice, and while I thoroughly enjoyed both experiences, I felt that during my previous stay there was a greater sense of generosity in the way things were handled. For example, the breakfast offering used to be much more extensive, with a wider selection of items that were consistently and promptly replenished. It felt more abundant and luxurious than it did this time. Additionally, during my earlier visit, guests staying in the villas had the option of having breakfast included in their booking, which added significant value and convenience. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. While the property remains beautiful and highly recommended, these small changes were noticeable compared to the experience I had on my first visit.

Was below what we expected for the price we paid. The staff were not very friendly . This is not to say they were bad , but as we felt they didn’t go out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. Also the fact that their restaurants is not actually onsite and it’s at the very bottom of a pretty steep hill does not help.

I did like it, but I have to say the price it’s very high for what the room offers. It sound amazing to sleep in a castle but it was a bit pricey it for two people. Although I understand the was a room either way two beds. Also, it was quite cold in the room ñ.

Schlosszimmer im ersten Stock war speziell. Sehr schöne Lage auf einem Hügel inmitten der Weinreben. Für eine Auszeit in vergangene Zeiten zu empfehlen. Auch guter Ausgangspunkt die Region Chanti mit der Rad zu erkunden. Gutes Frühstück, sehr gut für italienische Verhältnisse :-) mit regionalen Produkten.

Schön wäre es, wenn auf dem Schloss am Nachmittag Café oder Abends etwas zu essen angeboten würde; so muss man immer mit dem Auto wohin.

Le charme du lieu (dormir dans un château, les jardins), le buffet petit-déjeuner dans un cadre grandiose, et qui est très fournie en choix.

Stunning location overlooking the Tuscan hills. The castle has been beautifully refurbished and our superior rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our room was on the top floor so the water pressure was not great but a few minor inconveniences are to be expected in an 800 year old castle. The breakfast buffet was good but with only one staff member service was slow. It has a charming little theatre and a staff member opened it much to the delight of my seven year old granddaughter.

With only one member of staff at breakfast, it took a long time to get a cappucino and for hot food to be topped up.

Ho pagato per un appartamento con giardino (foto 1) per poi trovarmi con un terrazzo (foto 2) oltretutto aperto a tutti e mi sono trovata tutti i clienti delle degustazioni in terrazzo che passeggiavano tranquilli. Non è possibile vendere un prodotto per un altro e non avere una soluzione per il cliente quando arriva e richiede quello che è stato chiesto!! La pulizia é stata terrificante, due formicai che dopo che ho pulito bene IO la cucina sono spariti, vermi morti, ragni ovunque e capelli nel letto. Se si prende un appartamento non è normale non avere neanche i beni necessari quali acqua (c’era ma a 2,50) sale, olio, caffé! Allego foto

VOTRE SAV : rretez de me mepriser les gens qui ne parlent anglais et reconctez les tant que le pb n est pas resolu. J attends toujours une réponse à mon dernier mail quand je vous demande de vous mettre d accord avec vous même.

Location was beautiful, outside property was beautiful and had great views. Staying in a castle was an experience. Wine tasting was nice, my wife loved it. Although new to the property, our expert was knowledgeable and ever nice.

Receptionist was pretty icy and very pushy about the breakfast, they will continually ask even after you decline. Apartment was quite bleak but not sure you can expect much from something so old. Basing more of the experience on the office staff interaction. For $400/night expected a little more of a pleasant experience.

O ambiente dentro do castelo é uma experiência única. quartos amplos e confortáveis no estilo medieval. A noite, o interior do castelo é bem iluminado. O atendimento foi excelente. a degustação de vinhos do Castelo vale MUITO a pena, Vinhos ótimos e o tour foi excelente (apesar de estarmos hospedados, o tour é diferenciado).

O link de wi-fi é fraco mas nada que comprometa. Para jantar, como fomos no inverno, as opções são muito limitadas até mesmo nas redondezas do castelo.

El sitio es de película, de los sitios más increíbles en los que me he quedado, es un castillo del 1250 pero las habitaciones están completamente reformadas y equipadas, manteniendo la esencia del castillo.

La única pega que le pongo es la ducha. La de nuestra habitación no funcionaba bien y solo salía bien por el grifo de abajo, al intentar poner la alcachofa de arriba salía el agua sin presión por los tres grifos (arriba, manguera y grifo) así que tuvimos que bañarnos de cuclillas bajo el grifo. Es verdad que al estar solo una noche se nos olvidó comentarlo en el check out.

il posto è stupendo: la posizione e l'immobile in se sono davvero incredibili. La vista è senza pari, la posizione della piscina è ideale. La colazione molto ricca e buona. Lo staff gentile.

purtroppo oltre alla posizione e alla bellezza generale dell'esterno devo dire di essere rimasta molto delusa dalla poca cura dei dettagli. Ci è stato fatto un upgrade e abbiamo soggiornato all'interno del castello. La camera, per quanto grande, è risultata scomoda: troppe tappezzerie e cuscini non lavati (ho provato a strofinare una salvietta sulla testiera del letto e mi è ritornata marrone, stessa cosa per i cuscini di velluto sopra il letto); il condizionatore dava la dicitura "necessaria pulizia dei filtri", faceva molto rumore ed era tenuto insieme dallo scotch; ogni singolo mobile era tarlato; le pareti erano piene zeppe di zanzare schiacciate da ospiti precedenti, dalle travi cadevano vermetti neri. In effetti le zanzare grandissimo problema del posto: avendo istallato wifi e condizionatori non vedo cosa impedisca l'istallazione di zanzariere per permettere di riposare la notte. La piscina è incantevole ma la metà degli ombrelloni non stava in piedi perchè le basi sono piccole e la doccia non funzionava (ad un'ospite si è proprio staccata la maniglia della doccia). Insomma, bello da visitare, non per soggiornare a quel prezzo a meno di migliorie alle stanze

Interesting place to stay. The room is large but the heating was not adequate.

We booked for two nights. The breakfast on the first morning was inadequate because we were the only guests. On the second morning it was a very breakfast because there were more guest. Obviously us being the only guests is not excuse for mediocre breakfast.

Escolhemos pela comodidade com as crianças mas não avisaram que não teria serviço de quarto, que o restaurante do hotel não abriria nesse período e que não fica nenhum funcionário durante a noite caso aconteça algo. ( agua ficou gelada no inverno e nao conseguimos tomar banho quente) Café da manhã muito fraco! Pao duro, sem opcoes e comida fria! Percebe que nao tem funcionario!

Ambiente eccezionale , atmosfera antica ed affascinante. Veramente esperienza rilassante immersa nel verde e nel bello delle colline Toscane.

La colazione nella parte dolci potrebbe essere migliore, consiglio di servire e far trovare ai clienti almeno le Brioche come paste.

Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Posto bellissimo accogliente e pulito. Non vediamo l’ora di tornarci

Stunning, grand and yet very charming and welcoming. Victor at the the lodging and Enrico in the wine room were professional, knowledgeable and gracious. Despite a cold rainy night at an 800 year old castle, our room was warm and comfortable.

The castle is simply wonderful! The grounds are very well-maintained and beautiful, and the staff is friendly. We stayed in the castle itself, not the apartments, and it was truly an amazing experience. The castle is very well preserved, and it was fascinating to walk around as if stepping back into the Middle Ages. The breakfast was good, though I might have liked a bit more warm food. We also took a tour of the castle and its grounds, as well as a wine tasting, and everything was wonderful—very tasty and interesting. I am already dreaming of coming back here!

Excelente café da manhã, servido numa sala de refeições que parece ter saído de um conto de fadas. Tudo no local é lindo e muito bem cuidado.
