Petit déjeuner bien .mais manque de réapprovisionnement de pain , petit pain et croissant . Les tables étaient pas propres et les chaises pas rangées pour les prochains clients . Autrement le petit déjeuner est copieux .

I booked with complimentary dinner and breakfast, when I arrived around 20:40 I was told there was only one sitting in the restaurant and dinner was unavailable to me, the staff helped with directions to the town centre where I had to pay approx £30 for my dinner, in addition there was no overnight reception, thinking my room key would open the door I left for dinner, the door needed a code which was written on the envelope the room key came with on a line marker "time" so I didn't take note of it, I was only able to access the hotel by tailgating another guest who arrived approx 15 mins after me.

Le repas du soir interminable voir inexistant… jamais eu cette expérience… 4 propositions de plats au départ, un qui finit rayé… on souhaite la pièce de bœuf il n’y en a plus … soit, choix entre le poisson et le canard, va pr le canard et au bout d’1h15 d’attente il n’y plus de canard …. Résultat 2h sur place pr une malheureuse entrée et un verre d’eau à se regarder en chien de fusil avec tous les clients dans l’espoir en vain…. Ceci dit le personnel dépassé mais courtois, sympathique!

Le repas était compris ds le prix. Je suis arrivée à 20:40, ils ont d’abord refusé de nous servir puis, a contre cœur , ont proposé du colin-frites. Ce dernier est arrivé froid, accompagné finalement de riz froid. Vraiment c’était immonde. Aucune compensation, ou proposition différente n’a été proposée. Le cuisto, parce que c’était lui semble t’il le mécontent, a été fort impolie et peu professionnel.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Het onthaal! Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Propere kamer en badkamer. Geen nachtlawaai. Gratis parking in de straat. Sober maar lekker ontbijt. Avondmaal was ‘dagelijkse kost’ maar wel lekker.
Het avondmaal verliep chaotisch: slechts één vriendelijke en verlegen jonge man om een volledige zaal te bedienen, van de twaalf gerechten op het menu waren er zeker 4 niet voorradig, geen alcoholvrij bier in voorraad, lange wachttijden (heel wat klanten verlieten de zaal), … Bestellingen kwamen fout door… ‘s Ochtends veel lawaai en drukte in de ontbijtzaal… Bij het uitchecken moesten de zelf opsommen wat we de vorige avond hadden gegeten en gedronken, ..:

Just a little too far out of the city centre but that was my mistake during the booking . On a positive note , the bus stops were a 5 min walk away .

Devo dire che la catena Ibis rispetto a una decina di anni fa, quando ho cominciato a sceglierla per i miei soggiorni, è peggiorata molto anche se non so se è una particolarità della Francia (è la terza volta che in Francia ho una pessima esperienza) Pessimo servizio, pessima pulizia. Tolta l'accoglienza al check in, il personale della reception per nulla professionale, una sera li abbiamo colti a fare la cena sul banco reception, un altra sera siamo entrati salutando ma la ragazza addetta non ha neppure alzato la testa. Biancheria da bagno insufficiente, sembra che i francesi usino un solo asciugamano per viso, doccia e tutto il resto, abbiamo provato a chiedere un asciugano per il viso e ci è stato dato il tappetino per la doccia. Pulizia giornaliera zero, solo una passata al pavimento del bagno per asciugare l'acqua fuoriuscita dalla doccia. Il resto della stanza non toccato e già dal primo giorno la polvere sui mobili la faceva da padrona. Pulizia delle stoviglie da colazione pessima, prima di arrivare ad una ciotola pulita dovevi esaminarne due o tre e stessa cosa per le posate. Una mattina abbiamo addirittura trovato una fetta di prosciutto secco attaccata a un piatto tra quelli che dovevano essere puliti. Anche l'anno scorso, in Alsazia l'esperienza non è stata buona. Che dire, per lo meno in Francia catena da escludere.

The main reason I selected this hotel was that it had a restaurant. However,, on 2nd September, when I requested that a table be reserved for dinner on 4th September I was advised that the restaurant was closed, had I known I wouldn't have booked. I also booked this hotel for 19/20 September and was advised that the restaurant would still be closed. So I am less than pleased.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The location is close enough to the city centre to be able to walk (25 mins) and easy to join major autoroutes for onward journeys. This is my usual choice of hotel when travelling to/fro SW France from UK.
On this occasion the hotel seemed short staffed. The restaurant was not open in the evening and not enough staff on to supervise breakfast efficiently to quickly resolve problems with eg the coffee machine or ensure food items were restocked. The same person covering reception was also managing breakfast! This would not prevent me from staying here again however and on my many stays it is normally much better.

Im ersten Zimmer (117) hat’s nach Abfluss gestunken und wir mussten uns dreimal beschweren, bis wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen haben. Auch im neuen Zimmer war die Klimaanlage der Hitzewelle nicht gewachsen. Mensa-Atmosphäre beim Frühstück. Am ersten Morgen war das Buffet abgefressen und es hat 25 Minuten gedauert, bis Brot und Croissants nachgelegt wurden! Das war keine normale ibis-Qualität!

La posizione richiede l'uso di mezzi per raggiungere il centro (dove in agosto abbiamo comunque trovato facilmente parcheggio).

The main light switch to the room is not by the door. The switch is not even on the closest side to the bed. You have to walk around the bed to turn the main light on. ( Bit silly). The room smelt musty and a bit like the sewage. No fan in the bathroom meant that also contributed to mustiness. Aircon was not very strong. Could not turn it lower than 19°C Website said free, private parking but there isn't. It's on street. There is plenty of free on street parking but that isn't private parking for the hotel. I did ask at reception and they said no. Large shower head needs descaling so the water can come out better.

The room, the fact the shower flowed into the bedroom, no bar after 9.30pm. Tables dirty at breakfast so we didn’t dare stop to eat, reception staff seemed disinterested when we reported shower, very expensive at €106 for the night
