The showe was difficult to handle. I didn't like the half shower door There was also poor lighting in the bathroom, making ot difficult to put on making. I hink there's.a security issue with the front door closing so slowly.

Llevo años alojándome en este hotel y es perfecto. Silencioso, buen precio, habitaciones grandes y cómodas... y está muy bien ubicado.

Närheten! Det är bara 7-8min från tågstationen. Fullt med ställen att äta och dricka på, tror inte man kan bo på en bättre position i Venedig. Kvinnan i receptionen är suverän och trevlig.

Det är inte lyx och ska man stanna flera nätter vill man nog ha nåt lite nyare. Annars saknar jag bara ett kylskåp. Finns ett gemensamt ute i hallen man kan använda

We loved the location! It was quiet and right by the canal for easy acres to the taxi. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was modern and clean! The A/C worked great! The staff was very responsive and helpful. Access and check-in to the hotel was very easy.

We were in a deluxe double and our mattress was so firm it was difficult to sleep. And, the pillows were really flat and not existent.

Tolle Lage, schönes Zimmer in 3. Stock, auf meine Anfrage hin wurde das "süße" Frühstück durch Käse und Brötchen ersetzt (das salzige Frühstück wäre uns zuviel gewesen). Personal sehr freundlich.

Kein Lift, was allerdings nur am letzten Tag mit dem Gepäck (da ist das Gepäck immer schwerer) hinuntertragen (besonders für meine 80jährige Freundin) etwas schwierig war,

Hospedagem foi ótima! Recepção muito prestativa, fornecendo dicas sobre a cidade e seu funcionamento. Conseguimos entrar mais cedo, pois o quarto estava pronto, assim como deixar as malas para passear na cidade após o check-out.

Achei a localização boa, apesar de estar um pouco longe dos principais pontos turísticos, é de fácil acesso e em uma área comercial bastante interessante também. Preços mais acessíveis para comida e etc. o atendimento da recepcionista foi maravilhoso, e a clareza das informações do check in também. A cama era confortável porém as instalações são bastante antigas.

o banheiro e o box eram muito pequenos!!! Claro, tenho consciência que é um prédio muito antigo o que provavelmente impossibilita uma reforma maior.

A localização está no coração de Canaregio com fácil acesso a toda Veneza. Há uma estação de vaporeto na esquina. Muito fácil chegar do aeroporto e se deslocar por toda a cidade. A casa é bonita, com ar condicionado central (que ajuda demais a refrescar desde a entrada) e tudo estava organizado e limpo. Alberto foi muito simpático na recepção.

The ac is very limited. The rooms were in a second and third floor with a very steep lader.

A perfect, comfortable family room right in the heart of Venice and ten minutes' walk from the train station. Very warm welcome and top tips for good value food from the staff, and we appreciated the early check in. The room was comfortable and spacious with a great bathroom and much appreciated air conditioning. It wad useful to have access to a fridge on the corridor too.

Foi muito prático utilizar a senha para entrar, sem muita burocracia. Excelente localização.

La situación a 7min de la estación Santa Lucía. La atención del personal. Muy cómoda la entrada con código. Todo bien.

I loved the location, easy check in, history of the building, and how clean it was.

I didn’t love that we had to pay cash in addition to what was already paid after check in. Almost 50 euros for 3 people, 3 nights. Breakfast was not included but an additional fee.

Não gostei de chegar e o quarto não ser o mesmo das fotos. Fomos nos informar e a senhora disse que tem vários quartos com o mesmo nome, portanto o quarto pode ser qualquer um, menos o da foto. E cada quarto é diferente, uns dos outros, o que nao faz sentido algum. Os moveis sao bem antigos para nao dizer velhos. Outra coisa que não nos foi informada e nem estava no Booking é que não se pode comer no quarto, e nem disponibilizam um local para comermos. Também não nos foi informado que não trocam toalhas e que, se quisermos, temos de pagar por outras limpas, e nós ficamos 3 dias. Acho que deviam ser mais transparentes e colocar todos estes detalhes no site do Booking. Este hotel é bom para quem vai por uma noite só. Para mais noites, você vai sentir falta de muita coisa. Não compensa. Com o calor que estava, nem tinha frigobar para meter águas.

The location was great only 1 bridge to cross from the train station and the boat to the airport was 5 minutes around the corner. The owner was amazing and gave us good advice to make the most of our stay. Room also perfect for us.

Fomos pela primeira vez a Veneza sem parlar bem o italiano. Conseguimos nos comunicar com a equipe sem dificuldades em inglês. Não tivemos dificuldade para acessar o local após chegar de trem até a cidade. Também tivemos muita facilidade para nos deslocar a outros pontos como Murano, Burano, Bienal devido a proximidade aos ferrys. Pela noite havia ótimas opções próximas para alimentação. Após nosso check-out continuamos passeando pela cidade e deixamos nossos pertences em ambiente reservado e aos cuidados da equipe.

Very good value for money and extremely nice staff. Close to the train station and water bus. It’s a historic property, with lots of character. We were on the third floor and it was totally quiet, we didn’t hear anyone come or go. Also, the AC worked really well without making any noises.

Great location and very friendly staff. The AC was also super cold which was awesome in the Italian summer heat! Just be aware that there is no elevator, so you have to carry your bags up the stairs. We were already aware of this, as it’s clearly stated in the booking description Thanks for the lovely hospitality!

If you want to walk into Venice without having to take a water taxi, this is the perfect place. It is a easy walk into town like a five minute walk with your luggage. If you’re staying anywhere else in Venice, you will have to pay a water taxi or take the water bus to get there.

Being really close to the beginning of Venice allows you an easy walk to your hotel, however, you are a little bit of a distance from all the main attractions. You have to walk in about 20 minutes to reach the main areas of Venice. I still think it’s worth it since walking around Venice is what you do when you are there.

Stairs were difficult with luggage. We were on the 3rd floor which was 6 full flights of stairs. But it’s an old hotel and the historical accents spoke for themselves!

My room was up on the third floor. There’s no lift just stairs and it’s a little bit cumbersome when you have a couple of pieces of luggage.

Sehr gute Lage, unweit vom Bahnhof, 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach zu erreichen sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Vaporetto.Der Empfang war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The most important thing is that the check in time starts at 9.00 AM! This is just something you don't see, like ever. The room was clean, location good, the bathroom tiny, but we only stayed 1 night so not a problem.

Fantastic location that was very accessible to restaurants, canals etc. The room was clean and comfortable with nice linen and towels. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Martini. The room was spacious and well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The air con was a blessing as we had a particularly hot week in Venice for the end of May. The guesthouse felt like a welcome retreat from the heat and crowds. The lady who served us breakfast was very kind and nothing was too much trouble. On the first morning we had the pretty terrace to ourselves which was super. The guesthouse is in a great location too, just a couple minutes walk from Guglie vaporetto stop and a short walk to St Mark's Square. We were also allowed to store our luggage after checkout which was really good as we had an evening flight back to the UK.

A kettle in the room would have been nice but we had done our homework and brought a travel kettle and tea bags with us.

The location was great! Easy to walk everywhere. Our room was small but it's what you would expect in Venice. It was clean and comfortable with so much character.
