El apartamento es una pasada, estuvimos en la habitación de “Emiliano” y teníamos nuestro trocito de terraza para desayunar ( oye que desayunos más ricos), el baño muy limpio y el personal muy agradable. Para repetir.

O anfitrião é extremamente atencioso e receptivo, nos ajudou até com as malas. A localização é ótima, de frente para uma praça e acima de um restaurante. O local é super limpo e confortável e bastante silencioso à noite. Se voltar a Veneza com certeza voltarei a me hospedar aqui. Ótima hospedagem

Não é que não gostei mas o único ponto a ser observado é que como tudo em Veneza, existem lances de escada, porém são poucas escadas e é bem tranquilo de subir pois tem espaço suficiente.

The location and aesthetic of the room was stunning. Felt very affordable for such a high standard place. All thanks to GianLuca for being so hospitable and helpful during our stay!

Breakfast is The room was clean. Breakfast was good enough. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station. The hotel entrance faces a local square, and there is a market right across the street. It is a 25-minute walk to St. Mark's Square.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Gianluca hatte uns im Vorfeld schon einige Informationen zugesendet, Frühstück ins Zimmer, ruhigere Lage, aber gut alles zu erreichen, hatten das Glück an der Festa auf dem Platz mit erleben zu können.

Tolle Lage, alles perfekt zu erreichen. Zum Bahnhof nur 9 Gehminuten.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment in Venice. It’s perfectly situated on the main island, only around a 20-minute walk to St Mark’s Square. The room is elegant, spotlessly clean, and the bathroom is spacious with excellent facilities. Our host Gianluca is incredibly warm, patient and thoughtful. He would ask us what we’d like for breakfast each morning and deliver it to our room punctually. Everything was simply amazing! I will definitely book this place again if I ever come back to Venice.

Perfect location, immaculate cleanliness and tasteful elegant decor. Gianluca is such a kind host. He double-checked our arrival plans ahead of time and served us generous breakfast daily. His genuine kindness made our trip wonderful. 100% recommended!

Schöne Lage: Ruhiger etwas außerhalb des Touristischen-Zentrums, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar (Supermarkt, Cafés, Bäcker und Boutiquen direkt um die Ecke). Toller Gastgeber: Gianluca ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Viele Punkte wurden vorab besprochen und per E-Mail geklärt. Einfacher Check-in: Späte Anreise dank Tür-Code problemlos. Die Schlüssel für unser Zimmer lagen vorbereitet in einem Umschlag im Büro. Gemütliche Zimmer: Alles sauber, gemütlich und sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück: Liebevoll gemacht und genau richtig für den Start in den Tag. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The location was perfect for arrival by train, and for exploring Venice both on foot and on the water. The breakfast was really lovely, and Gianluca was a really lovely host.

If I was being picky, the room was a little dusty in places, but it was nothing off putting!

This hotel/ bed & breakfast was beautiful inside and outside. The host was so kind and helpful. He gave the perfect directions to help us navigate through the city to find it. The AC was a lifesaver. The wifi worked great. It's in a beautiful location in the city. Beds are so comfy. Shower ran great. There's a fridge! Loved everything about it.

Super lovely staff, and the breakfast was exceptional. The view and balcony we had was also amazing, and there was plenty of closet space in our room.

It is about a 15 minute walk (with plenty of stairs) from public transport and was 3 sets of stairs up to our room, which is a little difficult if you have a lot of luggage. This was the top floor though.

It says in the Google Map about 10 minutes walk from the train station, but with going up and down stairs and going through narrow streets, dragging your luggages? Makes me wanna think twice if i wNt to go back! Lol!Room was really small and they put a sleeper chair bed against the wall which makes the room even more compacted.

Dosłownie JEDYNA malutka oraz — zważywszy na cel wyjazdu — prawie w ogóle nieznacząca upierdliwość wiązała się z niemożliwością połączenia TV do WiFi/Internetu z telefonu. Poza tym szczegółem to wszystko w obiekcie, a przede wszystkim jego obsługa była nieoceniona, pomocna oraz zwyczajnie miła i przesympatyczna, co tym bardziej marginalizuje problem z WiFi. ;)

Un grand merci à Monsieur. G pour ses conseils et son accueil. Ses messages qui ont suivi immédiatement la réservation étaient très utiles. Emplacement parfait pour rayonner dans Venise, confort et propreté au top ! La clim a été bien utile le 1er soir. L'environnement est très agréable avec restaurants, supermarché au pied de l'immeuble et les cigales dans les arbres. Les petits-déjeuners servis en chambre sont parfaits. Merci. JP

La posizione dell'albergo è ottima, si raggiunge a piedi dalla stazione senza troppi problemi e consente di visitare il centro con facilità. Il personale della struttura offre molte informazioni utili su come arrivare, ed è molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

The long walk, over the numerous bridges with our heavy luggage, the unbearable heat & my walking disability from one water station to the Air B&B which ended up taking us close to 45 minutes to walk to…

Gianluca was amazing. Answer my questions promptly. The breakfast was awesome. Easly a 20 euros breakfast included in the price. We were a party of 3 so I easily saved 44 to 50 dollars and the food was really good.

This is the second time my husband and I stayed at this property and it was amazing both times. Extremely clean, very comfortable rooms in an amazing location to really enjoy Venice. It’s a short walk from everything but such a calm, beautiful place to be in the evening and to wake up in the morning. The daily breakfast brought in is absolutely delicious and enough food to fill you up almost to dinner. Highly recommend. Thank you Gianlucca, we hope to see you again.

Really nothing negative to say about this place everything from check-in to check out is easy and just fantastic. Our first day was on the first floor so the only thing I would point out is this day we were in the Daniela room which is up on the third, so you need to do three flights of stairs, which may be hard for some travelers, especially if you travel with giant suitcases we only do carry-ons. So perhaps write the property owners if stairs are an issue for you..lol but the same time, Venice equals a lot of walking:-)

Hotellin sijainti oli ihanan rauhallinen, aidon venetsialaisen elämän keskellä, mutta poissa liiasta hälystä. Prinsessakokemuksen kruunasi meille huoneeseen tarjoiltu ihana aamiainen, jossa oli meidän reissun paras cappuccino. Ei voi kuin suositella tätä kaunista ja ihastuttavaa paikkaa! Grazie mille!

The room was lovely and we had an outdoor patio area where we had breakfast that was delivered to the room by Gianluca. The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect, lovely square outside with several restaurants. We ate in the restaurant below the bnb ,Patachic which was very good and reasonable. On one evening there was tango dancing g in the square which was fascinating to watch. It’s a 5 min walk to San Stae vaporetto stop, we bought the 72 hour ticket and used it regularly. We visited Murano and Burano using the vaporreto. Our host Gianluca is a very nice and helpful person.

Wir hatten ein sehr gemütliches Zimmer mit Balkon. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Eigentümer ist sehr hifsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Standarmatur beim Waschbecken ist ungünstig positioniert, sodass das Händewaschen erschwert ist.

B&b ligger i et roligt kvarter, på et torv med masser af restauranter og tæt på en vandbus. Nemt at komme fra og til lufthavnen.

Det manglede en mulighed for at lave en kop kaffe eller the midt på dagen.

The room was beautiful, overlooking the piazza. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it. It was great to be tucked away from all of the tourist craziness but still in easy walking distance of the sites.
