Reviewed Sep 11, 2026We love Santillana del Mar and it has become our regular stop when we are getting a ferry from Santander. This hotel is well priced, has a great atmosphere and good staff. There is no lift and it’s possible to drop off luggage before using the local car park. It’s very clean and is great for a short stay.

A little noisy for sleeping in downstairs bedroom.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026La amabilidad del recepcionista (varón) y las camas cómodas. Muy bien ubicado y el edificio bastante bonito! El desayuno es sensacional y la Srita que nos hizo los huevos sensacionales!
Hubo un incidente donde la camarista nos abrió la puerta sin tocar, lo comenté con la mujer de recepción y en lugar de que su respuesta inmediata fuera de ofrecer una disculpa, fue de dudar sobre mi comentario, eso fue lo que realmente me molestó y considero impropio. Finalmente investigó y verificó que era cierto lo que le comenté y ofreció una disculpa. Creo que deben capacitar más a esta Señora de la recepción, sobre el servicio y no dudar de los clientes.

Las instalaciones son excelentes, un palacete antiguo en perfecto estado, limpieza extrema, habitación cómoda, estacionamiento a una cuadra.
No hay ascensor.

De ontbijtruimte was kil en ongezellig met grote tafels (voor ca 6-8p) en bevond zich in de kelder dus geen licht van buiten. Verder was onze kamer aan de zijkant boven de keuken gelegen waardoor we ‘s avonds last hadden lawaai en geuren.

We vonden een alternatief in de buurt en besloten te gaan kijken bij het hotel, het bleek niet gesloten te zijn, het terras zat vol gezelligheid. Erg slordig dat de echte reden niet is opgegeven.
Slechte service! En tot op heden het geld nog niet terug ontvangen.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Asukoht, teenindus ja toit. Hommikusöök oli rikkalik ja ka õhtusöök oli väga maitsev. Väga külalislahke vastuvõtt ja ainulaadne kogemus ööbida muuseumiks kujundatud hotellis, kus magamistuba oli siiski magamistuba :)
Oleks tahtnud peatuda pikemalt, olime kahjuks vaid ühe öö.

There was no conttol knob on air conditioning, The balcony was minute. All screws on door handle plates were protruding. THe restaurant was closed-There was no parking at hotel . We were presented with an incorrect bill over charging us for breakfasts we never had(This was corrected at our request)
