Great boutique rooms.
Location, real feel of Tuscany, free upgrade
Very convenient location, all the attractions at walking distance. Restaurants and shopping just around the corner. Nice room fully equipped with 4 stars amenities.
Room facing the inner courtyard. Pre ordered breakfast.

Posizione favolosa.
Lage, Sauberkeit
Very centrally located in the hub of the old city. Incredibly good service. Lovely room and stay.
Absolutely nothing.
Armário precário e box do banheiro mto pequeno e sem exaustão
Good best location in the Arezzo
Clean, stylish great property
don’t bother with breakfast
Location is great! Rooms were very comfortable.
A little noisy on the lower floor
La posizione
Un leggero odore di umidità nella camera
Tutto, come sempre
Nulla di negativo
Location! Excellent old town location. Walk to restaurants and sites. Vehicle storage available.
A very charming hotel, a friendly staff, very helpful.
Nothing
The hotel is located in a beautiful period building in city centre.
The shower head needs to be fixed
Accogliente, posizione centrale, camere molto carine

Location was great. Rooms were really nice
Lovely hotel in the center of town, near to churches, Duomo and fort. We loved the 24 hour coffee service. Nice amenities usually found in fine hotels.
We skipped optional breakfast. It was expensive and more food than we eat in the morning.
Room was very good, clean, and comfortable. Valet Car parking was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast had to be ordered night before and limited choice. Breakfast room very quiet could have done with some background music. coffee machine in corridor which didn't work.
Zentrale Lage
Met by quite abrupt and rude front desk man however female who was in later was nice. Great recc. Rooms above us noisy at night Breakfast overpriced so we went to Stefanos nearby and was perfect.
Geweldige locatie naast de Franciscus kerk.
Niets
They are always so helpful and accommodating.

Location
Small room on two levels. Bed was up many stairs, with no space around the bed even to stand let alone for anything else. Very noisy - not just from the street (as expected) but from the room above. Tiny bathroom. Only cold water in the morning.

Camera grande e pulita, abbiamo avuto un inconveniente all' arrivo, ( mancava acqua calda in bagno e sapone ), risolto velocemente .
Ottimo
Perfectly located for the church of St Francis and the Piero frescos (the church is right next door) which was the object of our visit. The hotel is simple but clean, cool and very comfortable. It is central and perfect for a short stay to the town for a night or two. Apparently it is Bruce Chatwin themed but this was pretty much imperceptible :-) Really liked it, would stay again if I come back to Arezzo.
I needed a safe walk-in shower as a top priority..but a delightful room is always hoped for when a keen budget is still important, right ? Here on the lower ground floor is one one of the most delightfully innovative, almost flawlessly designed, & better still>> beautifully -- & innovatively-decorated -- rooms I've stayed in in years. Yes,.I do mean that.. I am an international traveller & my husband has lifetime top-tier status with one of the world's biggest hotel chains..so we stay in some of the best properties around the globe. Here in this unusual Basement Room of ours, there's more than ample wardrobe space (never seen these days) with thoughtfully fitted interior spaces, that actually function usefully! Plus a safe at eye level... Imagine !such convenience! The bathroom had an elegant walk-in shower with a textured, safe floor that for me could only have been improved as as o totally satisfactory experience had there been a hand-held water function as well as the ceiling rain shower. A mere quibble. Plenty of space either side of the adjacent handbasin also exceeded vastly what one finds missing almost everywhere these days..somewhere for one's own toiletries! Bravo! And then there's the highly unusual Italian Iconic room design flourishes to make one smile with pleasure that such commitment to excellence was undertaken here by whoever fitted out this unique space--with all its considerable challenges! Some would find the missing normal window setup a challenge--personally, I relished the clever ID solution with its swagged impact! Plenty of natural daylight, even though no view, as such. Almost immediate to the room, there's a decent semi-private lounge area that includes a complimentary top notch Nespresso coffee & tea making facility. Alas no milk ..nor water, but - only another tiny quibble! Alas the really lousy breakfast (included in our taffif) let an otherwise outstanding stay experience down somewhat .. one was inexplicably required --the night before --to fill out a form as to what one's "choices" (sic) would have to be for one's breakfast the following day ..like a second-rate boarding house decades ago! Watery orange juice left out at room temperature greeted one in an empty soulless room, upon arrival. Weak & disgusting "coffee" made to order (why bother ?) & I'll swear >>dry/reconstituted caterer's 'scrambled' egg (meanly portioned )was our destiny for the start of each day in fantastic Arezzo..& with just ONE lousy cake on offer (in Italy>imagine the shame!) alongside the breakfast cereal ( no milk ever sighted on either day) . Nothing was natural>>yoghurt, croissants..all sugared! Yuk! And all in a an inexplicably overlit & soulless basement room with non-functioning led table lights! Geee.....it WAS terrible. Skip Breakfast -E15 down the drain. But do stay here ...& the lower ground floor Room 109 we booked, I'd especially-- & quite particularly --recommend!
Great location. Very helpful staff. Very nice that there was valet parking.
Great central location
well managed small hotel in a great location
room was very small
The hotel is in a fabulous position in the historic part of Arezzo and the entrance is lovely and a friendly greeting welcomes you. Otherwise, we were terribly disappointed. We paid a lot of money to be put in the basement and asked to pay extra for breakfast which is in a dining room, in the basement with no windows. So we had breakfast at a fabulous cafe/restaurant called RabbitRabbit down the road. The decor is extremely odd. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend it.
Located right in the centre of Arezzo a few minutes from local bars and restaurants. Easy to get around the town and explore historical sites. Very helpful staff on reception, particularly Arroura, who went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The room was in the basement so apart from a back entrance there was no access to daylight. Breakfast was served in another windowless room in the basement and was fairly limited.
Great location with good breakfast included. Kathlyn (front desk) was very friendly and helpful.
Location was amazing and had facilities to park our car .. Breskfast was sufficient and well presented
No iron
Friendly staff. Great location and clean
Location was perfect for main attractions. We liked the decor/paintings with lots of tiles. Modern bathroom with jacuzzi and lots of towels.
Compact room, with no comfortable seating in the room or elsewhere in the hotel, nowhere to relax apart from lying on the bed. No bar and we chose to get breakfast elsewhere.
A very tasteful, comfortable stay with excellent, understated service. The staff were helpful with parking and the room was clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable.
Nothing at all.
Location was excellent....best location in the city.....you are in the center of the historical district...best restaurants and shopping easy walking distance. Staff was great.
The breakfast was I think more for European type travelers than American.....we just found it easier to get coffee and pastry on the go at one of the many locations around the hotel.
The reception was very welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent, just next to the Church of San Francesco.
Comfortable stay. Easy to find and great location. Staff very helpful.
Could hear guests in the next room but they were very loud.
