Die Lage war sehr zentral. Frühstcksbuffet war im normalen Rahmen.

Mein Zimmer (Nr. 1) war miserabel. Geputzt wurde teilweise gar nicht. Badezimmer ein Karastrophe. Turrähmen defekt, WC-Papierhalterung fiel runter, Halterung für Handtücher löste sich von der Wand, Duschvorhang starke Gebrauchsspuren (Verfärbungen durch Feuchtigkeit und stark Verschmutzt), Duschwanne rundherum Schimmelbildung, Kittfugen defekt - nach jedem Duschen war der Boden neben der Dusche voller Wasser. Es war einfach schmudelig

La douche (filet d'eau) , le petit frigidaire (eau qui coule dans les aliments) . Petit dej moyen. Sur l'aspect échanges avec l'établissement: communication difficile sur place (anglais approximatif) et aucun retour aux demandes faites via Booking ou par mail. Peu chaleureux, peut-être sont-ils dépassés par le fort tourisme.. la prestation pourrait être améliorée. C'est dommage.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Cupidor. The atmosphere was calm, relaxed and welcoming, and the owner was kind, patient and very understanding. The breakfasts were excellent — generous, filling and a great way to start the day. One of the biggest advantages is the location: the hotel is only about a two-minute walk from the sea, which made going to the beach incredibly easy. The hotel grounds are beautiful, green and well looked after, with lots of plants and a very cosy Mediterranean feel. We especially loved the little visitors to the courtyard — cats and even tortoises, which made the place feel even more charming and memorable. Overall, it was a comfortable, peaceful and very enjoyable stay. A lovely place to relax near the beach, and we would happily come back.

Al nostro arrivo (orario di cena)purtroppo la porta finestra non si chiudeva, ci hanno comunicato che il mattino seguente avrebbero fatto qualcosa ma nessuno si è piu visto. Colazione basica un po carente, stanza penso le stiano rifacendo un po c'erano segni di verniciatura e stuccatura.

The location was perfect! There was a beach just a 3-minute walk to the right and another one about 5 minutes to the left, which I would definitely recommend. Also, my flight was delayed and I arrived at the property after 1:00 AM, when the reception was already closed. They kindly left me a message with instructions on where to find the keys, so I could enter the property and complete the check-in the following day. I really appreciated this.

Although the towels were changed every day, the floor was never properly vacuumed. It would have been nice to have the floor cleaned more thoroughly during the stay. Also, it would have been helpful if they had replied to my messages on Booking.com, especially because I was quite worried and panicking about my delayed flight and arriving so late at night.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, lontana dal caos. Buona anche la presenza del condizionatore.

La stanza: la nostra stanza risultava più spostata rispetto alle altre, sembrava più uno sgabuzzino. Come conseguenza vi era molta umidità (era infatti impossibile non utilizzare continuamente il condizionatore). Sul muro si possono infatti notare le crepe dell'umidità. Alcuni arredi e oggetti andrebbero rimornizzati o cambiati (il cestino ad esempio, era rotto, lo specchio usurato). La colazione era prettamente salata e con poca scelta. I letti inoltre, nella nostra stanza matrimoniale erano separati e non particolarmente comodi. Per il prezzo pagato ci saremmo aspettati un po di più.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect, close to the beach and all services. Parking was possible in the nearby streets without issue. Room was clean and comfortable, with working AC and a nice balcony seating area. We enjoyed the beautiful enviroment of the hotel. The breakfast was simpler, but tasty with enough options for everyone. The check in process was easy, the staff was expecting us and got us settled in quickly despite our belated evening arrival. Overall very happy with our stay and we would love to return in the future.

A minor misunderstanding about tourist tax payment during check out (which we paid during check-in), but was resolved quickly.

L'accueil. Je ne lis jamais les commentaires quand je réserve,j'aurais dû. Arrivés le dimanche,le mardi matin la responsable ivre a 10h du matin nous a confondus avec d'autres clients, insulte de voleur et menteur devant plusieurs clients. Ne voulant rien entendre, nous cri dessus "basta".Nous a repris les clés de chambre. 45 min plus tard dieu merci une jeune fille témoin de la scène vient nous aider. Lorsque la responsable se rend compte qu'elle s'était trompé de clients. Juste un pardon rapide. Nous jete les clés sur le comptoir.Humiliant. La responsable cri en permanence sur les employés et autres.Surveillé en permanence au petit déjeuner. En 7 jours toujours les mêmes draps, je fesai le lit tous les jours. Les serviettes de bain étaient des petites serviettes de toilette. Le coffre fort payant ne fonctionnait pas et la baie vitrée non plus.Nous n'allions plus déjeuner et avons décidé de partir 3 jours avant, nous voulions partir avant mais n'avions pas le budget. J'ai 52 ans et n'ai jamais vu ça.

Tvarkingas ir jaukiai įrengtas kambarys. Tvarkinga vonia. Patogios lovos. Pro langą, buvo vaizdas į gatvę, bet vakarais ir naktimis ramu. Arti paplūdimys (apie 500m.), kuriame yra galimybe nusiprausti po dušu. Geri pusryčiai, pakankamas maisto pasirinkimas. Atvykus automobiliu, labai lengva surasti. Šalia yra didelė parkavimo aikštelė.

Kambaryje nebuvo wifi. Tik pirmame aukšte, bendrose viešbučio patalpose

Me cancelaron la reserva hecha y pagada por Booking. Cuando llegué al hotel me dijeron que booking no les había pagado y que ya no tenían habitaciones. Al quejarme me dijo ,palabras textuales, vete a tu puta casa que aqui no vas a dormir.

El recibimiento fue la dueña en la barra de la cafetería fumando, pues, para ella parece algo normal a las habitaciones, les falta actualización, sobre todo al colchón

La nevera no enfriaba y una de las personas encargadas de la recepción debe cuidar las formas cuando esta atendiendo a clientes (eso si, no era con nosotros pero hablaba de mala forma de otros clientes, con su personal, etc...)

Room, owner, facility smell in the room fungus.

Our stay was perfect here, the staff is really friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is amazing, it is a 5 minute walk from a beach, and the value for money is exeptional.

The only downside was that the hotel’s wifi didn’t reach our room, but down in the restaurant area is perfect.

I can't really rate this hotel, as we had an official booking via Booking.com, but there was an error, and no room was actually available for us anymore... At the end, I do not know if it was a problem from Booking.com side or the hotel. But we had to look for something different at 10 p.m. in the evening.

Location was excellent, close to the beach, free parking available next to the premises (sometimes a bit hard to find a spot later in the evening), the room was spacious and quiet and the sleeping area looked recently renovated, the night staff was helpful and friendly

Rooms could be cleaner; breakfast buffet was average at best; cutlery, plates and mugs were not cleaned as good as you would expect; balcony doors did not lock at first and caused a lot of trouble to finally lock it - they need fixing; reception was not available for the check-in (after 16.00), there was some confusion regarding the check-in, even though there is an instruction on the reception door to call the number if the reception is not working when you arrive and when calling the number, the person that responded was not very friendly, no power outlets near the bed to charge the phone

A főnök bánásmódja. Ittasan fogadott minket, tiszteletlen volt. Ugyan a személyzet többi tagja igyekszik korrigálni, segíteni de a legtöbb dologra az a válasz, hogy nem az ő gondjuk, mindenért a főnök felel. Az első szobánkban rossz volt a légkondi, ömlött belőle a víz, eláztatta az egész szobát és az ágyat is. Hosszú vita árán kaptunk másik szobát ahol nem volt kitakarítva és a terasz ajtaját se lehetett zárni. A harmadik verziónál megint a terasz ajtajával akadtak gondok. A negyedik lehetőségnél már tök mindegy volt, hogy zuhanyzás után úszik az egész fürdő mert az összeillesztés hiányos... illetve a vakolat több helyen lejön, az ajtófélfát mintha kutya rágta volna meg. Mindezek tetejében a főnök végig úgy beszélt velünk mintha fordított lenne a helyzet és még ő fenyegetőzött, hogy kirak minket. Másnapra ugyan kijózanodott és az érkezésünkből mintha semmire se emlékezett volna. Szóval nem ajánlom ezt a szállást, messze kerüld el, ne tévesszenek meg a pozitív értékelések.

Había plaga de hormigas y mosquitos . El personal de noche magnífico , nos ayudó en todo lo posible . Pero nos comentaron que por la mañana , nos devolverían el dinero . Ya que tuvimos que limpiar ; y fumigar todo el salón , hasta tuvimos que parar , por que nos mareamos. La dueña , no nos quiso ayudar .

Die Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig Ungeziefer am Boden und Bett Dreckig Bad sehr dreckig und Schimmel Wegen dem Ungeziefer war ich bei der Rezeption wegen eines Zimmer Wechsel, hat nicht funktioniert. Ich bekam einen Moskito Spray, danke für nichts. Am Sonntag wurde gar nicht geputzt. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr ungehalten wie ich ihr die Videos und die Fotos der Ungeziefer gezeigt habe Das ist meine erste schlechte Unterkunft und Bewertung meinerseits. Ich bin wirklich nicht kleinlich!!! Frühstück ist überschaubar, Teller nicht sauber. Sehr schade eigentlich.

Das Bad ist sehr klein und im März ohne Heizung ziemlich kalt. Der Schlafraum hatte Klima/Heizung.

Die Lage war gut. Preiswerte Restaurants in der Nähe.

Ungeziefer waren im Zimmer, da die Türen nicht richtig abschließen. Balkontüre konnte im EG nicht abgeschlossen werden, da unfunktionsfähig. Ziemlich kalt und feucht trotz Lüften, nicht angenehm in der Nebensaison. Frühstücksbuffet: Besteck, Teller usw waren schmutzig, ziemlich unhygienisch.

Accueil fantastique et une chambre très confortable. Très bon prix et acces plage facile. Très bon conseil pour les randonnées et amour pour nos amis à quatre pattes :)

Gute Lage, da fußläufig zum Strand,in Einkaufsmeile und Bushaltestelle. Zimmer entspricht dem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, Badezimmeraufteilung etwas unkomfortabel Beim Frühstück haben wir Vollkornprodukte vermisst, ansonsten hat man immer etwas gefunden was nach unserem Geschmack war. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Frühstücksraum und Bad waren kalt, da unbeheizt und es zu unserem Reisetermin relativ kalt war. Restaurant war nicht geöffnet

Katia the owner was a chatter box and welcomed us very warmly...provided a "drink on the house" whilst room was being finished off. Staff always to hand to help with Stephens wheelchair whenever we needed to come into the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Excellent media pension Evening Meal ...Food was shot hot hot as it should be.. Drinks were Cold as they should be too.

I don't have any negatives only a suggestion. I try to avoid air con so a ceiling fan would have sufficed for our room. I guess I should have asked if a portable fan was available. Loved the compact 25 bed hotel .. hate huge blocks...with most fabulous plants ...felt like we were staying In a friends Villa. 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟treatment from Katia and staff.

Super Lage, man ist im Zentrum und schnell am Strand.

Ich habe im Erdgeschoss gewohnt, die Balkon Tür konnte man nicht abschließen. Ich habe 2 x bescheid gegeben, aber es wurde nichts repariert. Hatte dann eben den ganzen Aufenthalt eine Balkontür, die jeder hätte aufschieben können.

Viele Mängel in den Zimmern (z.B. Türfalle innen fehlte komplett). Zudem serviert die Inhaberin mit Hund auf dem Arm das Morgenessen!!!!!!!

Het eten vond ik echt lekker, geen patat maaltijden maar lekker vis of vlees met groenten en lekkere sauzen. Vooraf altijd keuze uit salade of een goede soep. De nagerechten vonden wij wat minder. Wel lekker ijs en de hangop was ook erg lekker.

Het pand verdient wat aandacht, het patioterras was rommelig, tegels op de trappen stuk, toiletten bij het restaurant kunnen niet op slot. Zonde, want het is echt een leuk hotel, kleinschalig, laagbouw met mooie planten in de tuin.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett. Die L’âge ist top direkt am schön Boulevard gelegen. Katya die liebe la Jeffe begrûsst immer jeden sehr nett. Das Abendessen ist wirklich richtig lecker und beim Frühstück wieder jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Ein richtig nettes familengeführtes Hotel. Leider waren wir nur 3 Tage haben uns gefühlt wie 3 Wochen. L año proxima querida Katya nos vemos por 3 semanas. Besitos fuerte de Evelyn, Vénice y nuestros perritos Malli🥰❤️🌹💐

Die Lage und das war es!

Die Familie quasi die privaten Besitzer sind voll Ausgerastet wegen Kleinigkeiten. Die Tochter verdrehte dann noch die Wahrheit, dass nur sie Recht hat, dass war uns dann zu viel -wir sind dann freiwillig umgezogen. Warum das Hotel 3 Sterne hat ist mir etwas unklar - NAH DANN VIEL SPASS DORT

La atención del personal y, que nos facilitaron otro alojamiento ya que el nuestro se había roto la ventana. Es de agradecer que por ese motivo te busquen un alojamiento cerca y al mismo precio. Lo tenía solucionado a nuestra llegada y no tuvimos que gestionar nada. El personal se preocupó en dar un buen servicio y que estuviésemos cómodos aunque fuese cambiando de alojamiento. Hay que añadir que, el desperfecto de la ventana nos dejaba utilizar y dormir en la habitación, pero la dueña quiso ofrecer un habitación 100% perfecta.

Waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel. Uns gefällt das familiäre Ambiente im Cupidor, abseits der größeren "Hotelbunker". Zudem ist die Lage sehr gut, da nur wenige Meter zum Boulevard und zum Strand. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam, das Essen "a la carte" sehr gut. Wir haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein wenig Abwechslung beim Frühstück wäre schön gewesen. Die Möbel in der gebuchten Suite waren nun doch schon etwas "in die Jahre gekommen" - insbesondere die Schränke im Bad und die Nachttische im Schlafzimmer.

Em sap greu dir-ho, però no he vist res pitjor en un establiment hoteler. El dia de la sortida vam demanar la factura i ens van assegurar que la rebríem al cap de dos dies. Això no va passar, i vam haver d’enviar diversos correus sense obtenir cap resposta. Finalment, després d’insistir, dues setmanes més tard vam rebre una trucada amb molt males formes, crits i fins i tot retrets personals totalment fora de lloc. Se’ns va acusar de reclamar en un moment inapropiat perquè la persona responsable havia tingut un accident, cosa que nosaltres en cap moment podíem saber. Nosaltres únicament ens limitàvem a reclamar una factura que ens corresponia i que encara no havíem rebut. La justificació que “encara hi havia temps fins a l’octubre per enviar-la” és simplement inadmissible. Un servei de gestió pèssim, atenció nefasta i un tracte al client inacceptable. Una experiència per oblidar.

La comida bien pero la atención de la dueña ha sido un tanto peculiar

Schönes kleines Hotel, gute Lage und gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Wir würden wiederkommen.
