Le décor marocain

Het prachtige uitzicht op het dak en de zee. Lekkere zitjes en schaduwrijke plekjes. De gastvrouw kookt heerlijk en is erg aardig en gastvrij. Je leeft tussen de mensen en er is veel te zien en historie in de omgeving. Lekker eten en drinken bij de plaatselijke restaurantjes en kraampjes. De bevolking is super aardig en vriendelijk. Heerlijke tijd gehad.

Het dakterras van deze Riad biedt een fantastisch uitzicht over Sale, de zee en Rabat.

La struttura è davvero bella e caratteristica, stanze molto grandi. A differenza di altri Riad qua si hanno le chiavi sia della camera che del portone. La proprietaria è gentile e ci ha preparato una ricca colazione. Molto vicino la spiaggia e i servizi principali come bar,ristoranti. C'è il condizionatore in camera e anche la finestra. Riad molto silenzioso dentro. La terrazza offre una bellissima vista su spiaggia e città. Noi ci abbiamo cenato una sera e si stava davvero bene

La signora non parla mezza parola né inglese, né spagnolo né italiano, ci parlava in francese che purtroppo io e il mio ragazzo non capiamo. Quindi la comunicazione è stata molto limitata e un po' complicata. La colazione non è conveniente farla,6€ ...mentre il secondo giorno siamo andati al bar e abbiamo pagato 0,70 centesimi per due paste. Nella stanza entrava molta luce, la tendina non copriva nulla e la mattina ci svegliavamo per quanta luce c'era. Nella via del Riad ci sono sempre due ragazzi che stanno seduti per terra con una cassa e la musica ad alto volume. Un giorno ci siamo passati davanti col taxi e questi ragazzi lo hanno fermato, si sono messi a litigare col tassista, non so cosa si stessero dicendo ma la situazione si stava scaldando molto e uno accusava il tassista di essergli passato su un piede a giudicare dai gesti. Abbiamo avuto paura che potessero fare qualcosa di pericoloso ma alla fine il tassista è scappato via. Quindi fare attenzione a questi ragazzi. Inoltre non c'era il bagnoschiuma, ci siamo lavati col sapone per le mani, e di shampo c'erano solo due piccoli campioncini in bustina. Le camere non vengono pulite e risistemate giorno per giorno, quindi ci siamo accontentati di quello che avevamo. Non c'è il phon!!!!

Le manque de lumière dans la chambre "Marrakech" et la porte de la chambre difficile à ouvrir et à fermer. Mais tout cela sans gravité.

La struttura è nascosta in una via pedonale, dovete parcheggiare la macchina in strada o nel parcheggio vicino custodito. Il terrazzo sul tetto molto bello con vista sull’oceano! La signora che gestisce è veramente gentilissima! Noi abbiamo avuto la suite al primo piano subito a sinistra! Bel bagno grande e stanza enorme! Un po’ freddo purtroppo perché non c’è il riscaldamento funzionante! Nonostante ciò vi tornerei!

Nothing, but being January, it was cold, the heater couldn't keep up.

Lage war sehr gut, Parkplatz in der Fussnähe vom Hotel, sehr hübsches Riad, tolle, auch geräumige Zimmer, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet; Rita, die "Hausherrin" war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit;

+ relatively good value for money + Kind and helpful staff + Even though location was a bit far from the main attractions of Rabat but I kind of appreciated the distance from the crowd and noise. The access to Rabat is great and taking a taxi was easy. The neighbourhood was also very nice with few shops and good restaurants near by.

- A single heater in the room was not enough to warm up the whole room. Extra heaters are needed! - water sometimes got cold! - the water didn't go down the drain very well!

Safae is great host, easy to make arrangements and it was no problem to leave the luggage after check out and explore Rabat.

Consigliato come base di appoggio per la visita di Rabat, vicino alla Marina di Salè (in agosto pienissima di vivace turismo locale) da cui si gode una bella vista della medina di Rabat al tramonto e tutta illuminata, La colazione è servita su una bella terrzaa con vista sull'oceano e sulla città. Camere spaziose e pulite, la Medina di Salè è poco pittoresca ma è una scelta comoda se si viaggia in auto (parcheggio nelle vicinanze del Riad)

Tres bel emplacement face a la mer

Riad très beau et confortable, personnel très accueillante et gentille. Merci beaucoup à eux elle nous a fait passer un très bon séjour. Rita nous a préparé un très bon couscous, c'était excellent.

Avevo scelto questo Riad colpita dalla foto della terrazza, che si è rivelata ancora più bella. Sorseggiare il thé alla menta, leggere con vista sull'Oceano e sulla città di Rabat è davvero impagabile. Tutto il riad è bello e la camera (da 3) spaziosa. Le persone della struttura sono molto gentili e accoglienti. La cena (couscous) molto buona e abbondante, così come la colazione. Contrariamente a quanto indicato, c'era anche la disponibilità delle connessione internet, molto utile se si è per motivi di lavoro.

The place was very clean and nicely decorated in a traditional style. The women in charge of the facility was very welcoming and supportive. She also served us a very good breakfast .

Beautiful traditional riad really close to the Salé beach. It's located very conveniently to get to Medinas of both Rabat and Salé. The host was really great and helpful, and we totally enjoyed her breakfasts. The rooms were always sparkling clean and cozy. Thank you so much!

No light in bathroom, even with the bulb on. CHeck in not as indicated on booking. Host was not at the property nor responded until much later on. Had to leave suitcases in car and wait to get a response

the Riad is very beautiful and the host is lovely and is positioned close to the beach (5-10 min to the beach)

the wifi was down due to a network problem and the location is a bit far from Rabat city. You can use only taxis to get there or you can go by foot in a 40 min walk on a very busy bridge (where you can’t breathe properly)

Rita was very nice, good location, good breakfast, very value for the money, nice terrace

The owner is very nice, but the beautiful room is very somber, the light is almost null. It was also very cold in the room and the little heating she provided was not enough. The bathroom is tiny and so dark it is impossible to put any make up on!

The host Rita was exceptionally friendly and could not have been more helpful sorting out personal matters. The riad is ideally situated within minutes of local restaurants and shops and it takes 10-12 minutes to walk to the pier where you can cross the river to Rabat on a small rowing boat or to the tram stop. A freshly prepared Morrocan breakfast is served on the terrace, with a fantastic 360 degrees view of the Oudayas across the Bou Regreg river, of the sea and of Salé town and Rabat. The Fès room was very clean, quiet and spacious, with a large and comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom.

Safae was a charming hostess. Her breakfasts and the one dinner we had were excellent. The rooftop view was stunning.

Had difficulty finding a nearby restaurant on the first evening and were glad that Safae offered to cook dinner on the second evening.

Received and lovely welcome from the host and some tea. When I was shown my room, I was floored. It’s been the highlight of my trip to Morocco. Would 100% recommend the breakfast. So tasty and so much of it. Amazing rooftop views were the icing on the cake

L'ambiance marocaine est authentique dans ce riad, très agréable et richement décoré ! L'accueil de Rita est exceptionnel, elle s'adapte selon vos besoins, elle est très souriante et à un coeur en or. La terrasse est magnifique, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la citadelle de Rabat et l'océan à deux pas, Coucher de soleil garanti tout les soirs ! Riad au calme, les chambres vraiment très belles, décorées avec soin, vraiment un séjour au top je recommande vivement ! A 5 min à pied, vous traversez en barque pour vous rendre au centre de la médina de Rabat pour 2,5 MDA...Parfait et original ! On a adoré...

The service was very good and the decor was pleasant. The location was excellent for walking to places you want to see the food was good.

It was one of the hotels I was most satisfied with the atmosphere so far. It had both a warm and authentic atmosphere. We thank Rita very much. She warmed us with her warm smile. We also liked the location of the hotel and the breakfast. I only wish they used a duvet instead of a blanket because I was allergic to dust. Excellent in terms of price performance.

In the heart of the ancient walled city of Salé, this historic riad has great views of Rabat and Kasbah Oudayas. Enjoy the sunset from the rooftop garden and lounge area. The rooms are beautiful, and the owner is very hospitable. I strongly recommend eating in at night at least once; the food is stellar! You won't regret it. And make time for a good Moroccan breakfast, too. A La Belle Étoile is centrally located, and easy to get to by taxi from Rabat Airport (use the small yellow taxis) or from Salé Train Station. The little shopping streets of Salé and the market, the beach with its fish market, and the Bouregreg Marina are all in easy walking distance, as is the tram into the central Rabat. You will find plenty to enjoy. I' prefervthis location to Rabat across the water. I'm definitely coming back.

Take something warm if you're watching the sunset from the roof garden in the autumn or winter..Expect fog. It's beautiful to watch it roll in from the Atlantic, but have your supper under canvas in the atmospheric longe on the roof to keep warm in winter or cool in summer. I had to work online while staying here, and the lounge was a very comfortable workspace with good Internet. You can't do this from your room. The rooms are excellent for resting and sleep, not work. If you can, choose a room without exterior windows for the best night's sleep, especially if you are a light sleeper. Exterior windows let in light, but also some noise. I slept wonderfully. Perfect.

Het was voor ons de eerst keer dat we in een Riad verbleven. De uitbater was vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Hij gaf ons nuttige tips over interessante locale plaatsen die we konden bezichtigen. Het ontbijt was goed en de kamer was proper.

the beds were rock hard, at nighttime the location can be quite dodgy, we felt a bit uncomfortable and alienated the whole time

The rusty and hard-to-close windows and doors, the lights which were not working outside our entrance door, the very strong smell of drainage in the toilet, the moldy curtain in the shower, being charged 7€ / person for breakfast in Morocco, which is way overpriced! Overall, it felt like being in a hostel and we felt that what we paid was too much for what we’ve got.

Sehr schöne Riad in der Nähe von Rabat. Ein Strand ist sehr nah zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus und das Zimmer sind sehr dunkel, jedoch ist die Dachterrasse wunderschön und groß. Wir haben ein traditionelles Abendessen auf der Dachterrasse genossen. Das Personal ist super freundlich, Stéphane ist großzügig und aufgeschlossen. Wer eine schöne, persönliche Unterkunft in der Nähe von Rabat sucht, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben.
