Unfreundliches Check-in Prozedere. Für den gewünschten Self-Service benötigt man einen Buchungscode. Leider wird der bei einer Buchung über Booking.com nicht verschickt oder die Mitarbeiter wusste nicht wo er zu finden ist. Sie vermittelte aber mir und meiner Tochter das Gefühl, dass wir es nicht hinbekommen. Duschvorhang - und der ging nicht bis aus den Boden, sodass der Boden nach dem Duschen nass bis zur Toillete war

Sehr gute Lage. Die Zimmer im hinteren Teil sind an einer ruhigen Stelle. Wir konnten auch viel früher als gedacht unsere Zimmer beziehen und erhielten auch noch ein Upgrade (Danke Mehmet!!). Zimmerausstattung auch top.

Location is great, common areas are nice and some of the staff - especially Mehmet - very helpful and accommodating.

Our room (227) had several issues, starting with a drainage smell that made it very uncomfortable. Then the aircon isn't functioning properly; it doesn’t cool or warm the room at all, and I raised this issue twice with reception. It gets extremely cold during the night. The bed is uncomfortable; German-style pillows are tiny.

Sehr stylisch, Tiefgarage - wenn auch recht kostspielig - mit direktem Zugang im Keller, Frühstück war gut.

Das Rührei war eins der schlechtesten das ich je gegessen habe; geschmacklos, industrielle Fertigung, gestockt….besser von dem sonst leckeren Frühstück weglassen.

Absolutely loved my stay! Everything was great—from the cleanliness and fantastic location to the unlimited drinking water and sustainable approach (no unnecessary daily cleaning). The cosy lobby restaurant with its lovely outdoor patio was a real highlight, offering delicious food, good drinks, and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Would happily stay here again! 💚

De locatie is top! Je loopt in 15 minuten in het oude centrum. De sfeer en inrichting in het restaurant en het buiten terras is echt erg gezellig. Heerlijk relaxen in de tuin met een lekker drankje en/of vers gemaakte pizza. Wij hadden wel geluk door het prachtige weer.Het ontbijt vonden we ook goed, voldoende keuze, prijs/kwaliteit goed. Parkeren was fijn onder het hotel. Wij zagen voldoende ruimte daar en konden de auto 2 dagen voor 48 euro parkeren.

Het ontbreekt aan vriendelijkheid van een aantal jongere dames bij de receptie. Een cursus hospitality zou ook zeker op z'n plaats zijn! Bij uitchecken ook heel kortaf, kon geen lachje af, in plaats van de vraag of we een fijn verblijf hadden gehad. Behalve de wat oudere dame in de avond in het restaurant, zij was uiterst vriendelijk! De douche blijft heeeeeel lang koud water geven voordat het warm wordt, zonde van al dat verloren water. De deur van het toilet is zo zwaar dat je deze met 1 hand niet open krijgt, een soort branddeur leek het wel. Het bed was prima maar bij vertrek zagen we een vergeeld vies dekbed in de sloop zitten, dat was jammer om te zien. Ondanks deze minpunten zouden we vanwege de ambiance/inrichting/ontbijt/locatie, toch teruggaan naar dit hotel.

Die Lobby und die Bar auf der Dachterasse sind toll. Die Zimmer sind schön ausgetattet. Frühstück gut aber nicht fabelhaft.

Der Duschkopf (Regendusche) müsste mal entkalkt werden. Leider kein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Der Fernseher hat mehr schlecht als recht funktioniert. Schlechtes Bild und reagierte kaum mit der Fernbedienung, auch nach Batteriewechsel.

It was a good location, there is a terrace downstairs and roof top too which was really nice. The restaurant/bar was really popular with the locals that added to a nice, lively atmosphere. The room had enough space so you could settle in easily. Staff was okay, with the exception of Mehmet who was outstanding, brightening our experience - he’s super attentive, positive and helpful!

There was no complimentary coffee nor a kettle in the room that soured our stay a lot as there are no good coffee places nearby. Hot water was really iffy and would be on and off during the shower. All making for an uncomfortable start to the day.

La posizione é ottima, ma il garage non si può prenotare in anticipo, quindi diventa un bel problema. Per la colazione abbiamo preferito risparmiare e andare in un panificio nelle vicinanze che era aperto nonostante il festivo (15.08). I miei figli hanno amato provare l'idromassaggio e l'atmosfera era davvero confortevole, saponi e creme RITUALS, bei colori rilassanti e anche il canto degli uccellini in corridoio. pulitissimo e spazioso!

Siamo stati sfortunati perché abbiamo pernottato una sola notte. MA Quella sera era programmata una festa privata e lo abbiamo visto solo una volta preso l'ascensore (un avviso che il rooftop era chiuso per questo motivo). Eravamo due adulti con due bambini e un cane e ci danno la camera proprio sotto alla festa. Mai avrei pensato che il rumore arrivasse a quei livelli e mai avrei pensato di dover finalmente chiamare la polizia alle 00:33 di notte!!! E sí, perché alla reception mi hanno detto che ormai potevo tener duro che mancava solo mezz'oretta alla fine del party!!! (erano le 00:20 quindi la pazienza l'avevo finita da mo'). Nonostante l'intervento della polizia, hanno continuato la festa abbassando solamente il volume (la gente saltava letteralmente sul pavimento e lasciavano la porta di continuo aperta per portare dentro casse di bevande e piatti del catering. si sentiva tutto anche se noi dormivamo con porte e finestre chiuse. Il giorno dopo eravamo DISTRUTTI e abbiamo pagato per quella tortura! In reception ci hanno chiesto se offrendoci la colazione potevano venirci un po' incontro. ho rifiutato perché non ne volevo sapere piú nulla. avevamo viaggiato da lontano e avevamo bisogno di riposare, prima non ci danno il parcheggio (una delle ragioni per cui in realtá avevo scelto questo hotel), poi la festa a sorpresa...per fortuna poi attraverso il reclamo con booking mi hanno restituito quasi la metá dell'importo, ma sinceramente credo che sarebbe stato piú giusto dare un rimborso totale. neanche la polizia ci credeva che stava chiamando un ospite di hotel per denunciare l'hotel!non aggiungo altro

Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Mein Zimmer war sehr schön, gemütlich und vor allem angenehm ruhig. Es war geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet und bot einen schönen Blick in den Hinterhof – perfekt, um nach einem langen Tag zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und zentrale Orte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, gleichzeitig ist die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut. Auch die Umgebung habe ich als angenehm und sicher empfunden. Ich war als Frau alleine unterwegs und habe mich zu jeder Zeit wohl und sicher gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot alles, was man für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag braucht. Die Auswahl war abwechslungsreich und völlig ausreichend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Alle waren aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt – gemütlich, ruhig, zentral und mit einer ausgesprochen angenehmen Atmosphäre. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.

L’emplacement était super, la déco cool et le petit dej pas mal, il y en avait pour tous les goûts.

La disposition des pièces de la chambre étaient à mon sens pas pratique. La salle de bain se trouvait directement à l’entrée ce qui inondait souvent toute une partie de la chambre donc ce qui nous empêchait d’avoir une entrée confortable.

Wir waren nicht das erste Mal im Cocoon - ist auf jeden Fall ein tolles Hotel mit guter Stimmung, sehr gutem Frühstück - die Lage ist auch sehr gut und es gibt eine tolle Rooftop-Bar.

Diesmal hatten wir leider ein Zimmer mit einem wirklich nicht schönen Bad, extrem laut knatschenden Bett, einem Schlafsofa (total durchgelegen) und einer Küchenzeile in der das Geschirr nicht abgewaschen war und alles schon lange nicht mehr sauber gemacht wurde. Wir hoffen sehr, dass es beim nächsten Mal besser ist.

Die Lage des Hotels fand ich sehr gut. Fußläufig bis zum Sendlinger Tor und von dort hatte man in alle Richtungen Anschluss mit öffentlichen Transportmitteln. In dem Hotel gibt es keinen gewöhnlichen Zimmerservice (z.B. Bett richten), das kostet extra, ist aber bei kurzen Aufenthalten auch nicht nötig. Am Empfang eine sehr nette junge Dame die sehr hilfsbereit und geduldig die Gepäckaufbewahrung erklärt hat.

Ich war beruflich unterwegs, für 2 Nächte in dem Hotel und hätte dringend WLAN benötigt. Leider gab es aber kein WLAN. Am Anreisetag hatte ich versucht die Telefonnummer des Hotels, welche auch hier bei Booking.com hinterlegt ist, zu erreichen - leider erfolglos. Daraufhin habe ich über meinen Booking-Account eine Nachricht geschrieben das ich kein WLAN habe. Eine Nachricht darauf habe ich dann fast 17 Stunden später erhalten das man sich kümmert. Dann am zweiten Tag genau das Gleiche, kein WLAN. Ich bat um Stellungnahme und ein Kompensationsangebot, da WLAN in der Beschreibung des Hotels ausgelobt ist. Ein Hotelangestellter entschuldigte sich und bat ein Gratisgetränk an - das mag zwar nett gemeint sein, kann aber das fehlende WLAN nicht ersetzen und auch nicht, dass sich niemand weiter dieser Sachen angenommen hatte. Das ich niemanden erreichen konnte und spät bis gar keine Rückmeldung bekommen habe sowie die Handhabung mit der Angelegenheit macht es zu einem NO GO für mich.

Waren nur 1 Nacht im Hotel, das fußläufig zur Innenstadt liegt. Die kleinen aber feinen Zimmer sind sauber und verfügen über eine coole Einrichtung. Waren begeistert von der stylischen Rezeption, vom tollen Innenhof und bes von der schönen Rooftop Bar "FREISCHWIMMER". Die vielen freundlichen jungen Mitarbeiter sind ein Gewinn für das Hotel! Kommen gerne wieder!

Unweit des Bahnhofs in einem ruhigen Quartier gelegenes Hotel. Schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Unentgeltliche Einstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.

Mühsames Selbst-Einchecken.

Das gesamte Personal allen voran Mehmet war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und das kostenlose Wasser waren genial. Die ganze Atmosphäre war ausgesprochen angenehm.

Ausser der sehr schweren Toiletten Tür war alles super.

Breakfast was ok, but you had to pay, beds were ok, but with pointed wooden sides on the base ( watch out you don't hit your legs )

what i didn't like was no cups or tea spoons or milk, sugar, in the room even though they say they have coffee machine my daughter who had 2 small children went down to the bar and just asked for a cup of herbal tea, they would not provide unless she went upstairs and got her credit card ( such bad form ) i had to walk through the street with my 2 small grandchildren as the woman at the desk would not give me our room until 3pm even though it was ready, very unhelpful, staff

Gute Lage

Zimmer leider schon recht abgewohnt, die Qualität nimmt leider von Mal zu Mal ab. Es müsste mal gestrichen werden und die Bad Armaturen besser gereinigt werden. Auch nach einer std warten und zweimaligem fragen gab es keine Brezeln beim Frühstück (obwohl dies beide Male zugesichert worden ist).

Mehmet at the front was extremely helpful. He offered to do our check in for us and then offered us an upgrade which was extremely thoughtful. The room was amazing, beds were extremely comfortable and the balcony was a nice extra with and good view.

Excellent location in a pleasant neighbourhood with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as public transport connections; good air-condition and complimentary water which was essential and much appreciated given the high temperatures outside; comfortable bed

The room was more cramped than expected, with the layout and facilities not matching the pictures here (we booked the Garden Cocoon but the room looked more like an Urban Cocoon room). I explicitly booked and paid extra for the Garden room since I didn't want to have a merged sink and hallway area leading straight from the door to the bed, so it was a disappointment to get this layout in the end anyway. Also, there was no "bubble chair" in the room or shower gel either—for some reasons there were two bottles of shampoo but no shower gel. I didn't ask at the reception for an explanation or a room switch, though, because we didn't stay for long and I didn't really feel comfortable with the receptionist(s), they seemed quite stressed and distracted already upon my arrival and check-in. The fact that the reception desk is adjunct to the restaurant's bar was not helpful for neither the staff nor guests, to say the least—only one receptionist working at a time meant long waiting time for guests with no proper space to stand in line or sit comfortably without blocking the corridors.

When it was time to leave

Where do I start. That place is a joke. Staff are not welcoming. A restaurant is run on the ground floor, and the hotel guests are not a priority. You struggle to find someone willing or able to solve a problem or answer a question. When you do, they make you feel they are doing you a favour. The bed was awful, two single beds joined and with a resulting groove in the middle you keep falling into. The bathroom was terrible. Self shutting door that you can’t keep open. After a shower the place is a sauna, and you are drenched in sweat before getting dressed. They don’t do room service unless requested, which is fine. But that doesn’t work when your shower is wet floor and you live in a constant wet mess. No water unless requested, and you need to pay a deposit (wtf). No coffee facilities in the room. There are some coffee machines available in the foyer, but not around the clock. That’s terribly serious when you are jet lagged. My booking data was leaked and I started receiving phishing texts. No warning and no responsibility taken. Never an explanation or an apology.

Very characteristic hotel in the heart of the city!

We arrived by car and wanted to use the parking garage. The garage had a bell to ring the front desk but no-one answered. Then I called their telephone number on the site, got waiting music for 5 minutes. All while being parked in the entrance of the garage. My partner had to run in, where there was 1 person working the front desk with a queue of over 4 families. Then we arrived at self-check-in. The process was nothing like self-check ins at modern hotels. It was simply an iPad which required way more info than other hotels ever ask. Our card was created, we showed up on our floor with all our luggage but the card wouldn't work. We couldn't enter the floor. I went back down, stood in that same queue for help. There were 4 staff members working the bar and eating. Only 1 was working reception, who regularly was away doing stuff in the back. When it was my turn he said the self-check in was broken and it was known, so he created a new card for me. Why on earth they still had the self-check in open while it was broken is a mystery to me.

We liked our stay here and we would come again. It is a nice hotel and we appreciate how it was designed. The staff was nice, the room was clean and beautiful, and the garden looked charming.

Only a few small things, the mattress was a bit hard for my liking and a bit uneven, the sink design causes a lot of spilling. A fridge would also be nice to have.

Super atmosphere. Quiet but convenient location. Really nice room. Delicious pizza for dinner. Great breakfast.

L’emplacement à mi NC Belin entre la gare et le centre historique, tout droit dans les deux cas! Impossible de se tromper. Le petit déjà absolument fabuleux, pantagruélique même! Le confort des chambres, le patio, le bar, les endroits cocooning. La gentillesse du personnel de chambre.

La réception et l’accueil anonyme. À mon arrivée la personne était au bar, mais j’ai fait mon enregistrement seule . Ensuite elle m’a demandé mes papiers et refait mon enregistrement au motif que le générateur de passe ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Arrivée à ma chambre elle s’était trompée de numéro j’ai dû redescendre et recommencer. Et pendant mon séjour aucune convivialité ce qui est dommage pour un lieu qui l’est tellement.

Camera molto pulita, arredata con gusto e funzionale. Lavandino e doccia in camera, mentre il wc in uno stanzino a parte. Io ho soggiornato sola e quindi la cosa non mi ha creato disagio, anzi, l'ho trovata molto utile. Refill di acqua gratuito, bar/pinseria a livello strada e rooftop, entrambi con ottimi cocktail. A 10 Min a piedi dai mezzi pubblici e comodo anche per andare a piedi in centro. La zona, anche la sera, sembrava sicura. Un plus: phon di ultima generazione in camera, dotato anche di diffusore!!

Un po' lenti la sera nel servire le consumazioni. Ma se si è in vacanza..nessuna fretta!

El desayuno es muy bueno, solo que varía de un día para otro, depende del día y de la hora si encuentras lo que buscas o no (por ejemplo fruta), pero bastante completo de todas formas.

Die Lage des Hotels nahe des Sendlinger Tors ist sehr praktisch für Ausflüge mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr und das Stadtzentrum ist auch gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Besonders gefallen hat mir der schön und gemütlich gestaltete Innenhof mit den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Die Tische/ Sitzplätze beim Frühstück sind eher knapp.

Coole Zimmer und sehr gutes Frühstück! Schöner Innengarten!

A superb hotel that has invested loads into the guest experience. Loads of great details - birdsong plays as you walk through the corridors, great wood fired pizzas, Rituals products in the shower, motion detected lights under the bed, the BEST hairdryer I have ever used, a little mini magnified mirror on the mirror for make up, quality glasses in the room, superb decor, super clean, great neighbourhood, great location, lovely staff, great vibe. Even free coffees when we departed. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

El hotel es muy lindo y bien decorado. La habitacion un poco pequeña. La terraza con el bar es divina para las tardes de calor. La ubicacion esta bien para manejarte a pie. El personal amable y bien predispuesto. Tener la opcion de cena es genial. No tomamos el desayuno.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super, man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Innenstadt. Das Personal erfüllt wirklich jeden Extrawunsch (zbsp fehlte uns in den Zimmern ein Stuh bzw. eine Ablage). Wir haben erst beim zweiten Besuch die tolle Rooftopbar entdeckt!:)

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal an der Rezeption, tolle Ausgangslage

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und muffelig (va das Bad). Zu teuer für die Ausstattung und Grösse der Zimmer. Reception war nicht freundlich (wir legen darauf nicht viel wert, wenn man jedoch das Gefühl bekommt man sei gerade im unpassenden Moment angekommen.. spielt es schon eine Rolle für die Bewertung). Tische waren nicht sauber, Geschirr wurde nicht weggeräumt und das Besteck war wirklich schmutzig. Aus diesem Grund zogen wir es vor am nächsten Tag andernorts zu Frühstücken.

Non era male l’estetica del bar/ristorante

Il servizio sia dell’hotel che del ristorante. Non hanno effettuato le pulizie giornaliere poiché essendo un hotel “eco friendly” sei tenuto a chiedere che venga pulita la stanza pur pagando il servizio (ovviamente nessuno ce lo ha detto in fase di check in!!!). Assenza di un frigorifero in stanza. Abbiamo atteso inoltre 45 minuti al ristorante prima che qualcuno si degnasse di venire a prendere l’ordinazione. Sara, ragazza eccezionale e molto professionale, ha cercato in ogni modo di parare i colpi ma era completamente sola.

Posizione, parcheggio (anche se caro), silenziosità della camera

Nothing really. It’s in a quieter part of Munich city centre which is a 20 min walk from main train station and about 15 from main square, but that actually worked well for us.

Bel hôtel branché dans un quartier agréable à 25 minutes à pieds de la gare. Belle déco autour du végétal. Chambres design très agréables et literie de qualité. Superbe douche spacieuse. Bonne insonorisation, on n'entend rien des bruits de boulevard en bas. Agréable bar restau au RDC où nous avons mangé d'excellentes pinse.

Point literie : il n'y a sur le lit que soit d'immenses oreillers de lecture ultra touffus et carrés, sur lesquels on ne peut pas dormir confortablement, soit de tous petits oreillers rectangulaires type lit de poupée. Etrange. Des oreillers rectangulaires normaux (50*70) seraient appréciés. Autre remarque d'importance; la porte du WC dans la chambre est beaucoup trop lourde, même un adulte doit être attentif pour ne pas se refermer un doigt ou orteil dessus. Dangereux pour les enfants. Un système de ralentissement serait utile.

Is my favourite but if they stop cleanings and is my choise to want them or not , if on breakfast there is not anymore salmon or fresh yougoirt but the prices are not the same but increasing also I think that is a such a business but made for human services.

Once I was in a room where the air conditioning was working properly, it was very comfortable, clean, and nice.

I was initially placed in a room where the air conditioning was broken. When I tried calling the front desk, I got no response. I eventually went downstairs to talk to the front desk. The person was quite unfriendly and basically told me “come back tomorrow and we may be able to have a technician come”. I had to spend my first night in a very hot and unpleasant room. Luckily, the next morning there was a different person at the front desk, and she was very helpful. She moved me to a new room and upgraded me.

I really like the vibe of the hotel, nice rooftop bar and restaurant/bar downstairs. Nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. Parking on site.

Staff wasn't too helpfull or friendly. After 22h30 no one is in the reception to help and they close the whole hotel at midnight, we arrive a bit later than that and we couldn't enter because pur keys weren't working, if it wasn't for a kind guest who open us the door I don't know what could of happen.

Perfekte Lage, gutes Frühstück, Preis-Leistung in Ordnung

Parkplatz nicht reservierbar - first come first serve Prinzip. Mangelhafte Sauberkeit. Leider war unser Zimmer (Zimmer für 4 Personen mit Bad und Küche) nicht sehr sauber...hier ist deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf. Die Spüle und das Backrohr verdreckt. Generell alles sehr staubig

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

The system for requesting a room clean or towels was a bit difficult. It worked for the first day, but not the second and our room didn’t get cleaned.

The room I got upgraded to was very pleasant. I loved the view to the courtyard, the AC. Also the location is great

The room I got upon my arrival had a strong toilet smell which was very unpleasant, the room itself was too small and not as nice with a view to the Main Street. The rep was not helpful but in the end the supervisor helped me move to a different room.

Sehr schöne Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal.

Es wäre toll, wenn man die Tiefgarage schon im Vorhinein buchen könnte, damit man direkt einfahren kann und nicht noch extra einen Parkplatz suchen muss für die Zeit beim Checkin.
