Úžasná poloha v centru města. Výborná snídaně. Bazén na střeše hotelu s výhledem na jezero je krásný bonus.

Obtížné parkování, ale když chcete bydlet v historickém centru, musíte s tím počítat.

Tijdens ons verblijf was er een soort van feest/festival.

Der Spa Bereich war sehr schön. Auch die Lage war super.

Leider war das Personal sehr unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Laut Hotelwebsite ist der Spa-Bereich täglich bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet. Als wir an der Rezeption fragten, wo sich der Spa befindet und ob wir ihn nutzen können, wurde uns zunächst gesagt, dass er geschlossen sei. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen meinte die Rezeptionistin, sie könne ihn öffnen.

Lage war toll

Zimmer: Boden knirschte bei jedem Schritt. WC Geräusche vom Nachbar Wasser im Treppenhaus

Super Zentrale Lage; gute, moderne Ausstattung; Dachpool, schöne Sauna; Dachterrasse; gute Frühstücksauswahl; Preis/Leistung ok.

Frühstück: Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt. Urlauber setzten sich an Tische mit schmutzigem Geschirr und mussten den Mitarbeiter erst darauf aufmerksam machen und ihn bitten abzuräumen. Genug Zeit hätte er gehabt, wenn er nicht ständig am Handy (auf der Terasse) gewesen wäre.

Sind nun schon zum dritten Mal im Hotel und waren wieder sehr zu frieden.

Es war alles wieder sehr gut.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement en plein coeur de la ville : nous étions à proximité de tout pour profiter de l'agréable vie nocturne. Nous avons adoré la vue sur le lac et les montagnes, un vrai régal lors du petit déjeuner et de notre srende baignade.

Cela est le pendant du premier avantage (cœur de ville), mais il faut un peu marcher pour accéder au parking de l'hôtel (5-10 min). Il est toutefois possible de venir déposer ses bagages devant.

Gerne wieder. Sehr nettes Personal 👍.

Mooi hotel midden in het centrum van Riva. Mooie gerenoveerde kamer, goed ontbijt. Geweldig uitzicht vanuit het dakterras met infinity pool. Ook het ontbijt vanaf de bovenste verdieping is door de spectaculaire vergezichten een belevenis op zich.

Het hotel is aan de prijzige kant maar daar krijg je ook een geweldige locatie en goede faciliteiten voor terug.

Defekte Gegenstände wie z.B. der Duschkopf ( scharfe Kanten) oder eine defekte Liege am Pool wurden nicht getauscht, bzw. repariert, auch wirkte die Reinigung der Poolränder mit Spühli nicht professionell..

Location in Riva old town perfect. Views from Breakfast room and pool amazing. Room size and cleanliness great.

The beds, mattress was not comfortable at all. some staff at reception and restaurant had no customer service skills at all.

Hotel 4-gwiazdowy, ale swoją świetność stracił już jakiś czas temu. Podłoga w pokoju skrzypiały tak bardzo, że nie mogłem po niej chodzić, by nie obudzić partnerki. Klimatyzacja niby jest, ale nie działała. Dobrze, że byliśmy pod koniec sierpnia, gdy nie było aż tak gorąco. Lokalizacja super, jednak idzie za tym brak parkingu i problem ze znalezieniem miejsca do zaparkowania.

Виселення надто рано, до 10год, не дуже зручно адже сніданки теж до 10год. Дешевий гель для душу-шампунь у номері

La posizione centrale è molto comoda

L’aria condizionata non era molto performate e avendo tante finestre esposte al sole la camera durante il giorno era molto calda! I tendaggi se venivano chiusi coprivano il termoconvettore dell’aria condizionata.

I servizi igienici ( manca il bidet ) strutture nel contesto datata , oltre centenaria, ristrutturata solo in parte ….Orribile tutta quella moquette cattura polvere.

La ristorazione dell’albergo è affidata a personale non qualificato, manca sicuramente la visione di un coordinatore/responsabile/direttore.

The location was exceptional as expected.

The airconditioning is not great and is more like a fan, the breakfast is very poor and fhe pool is more like a big spa.

Excellent location and comfortable rooms

The service at this hotel was very disappointing. The reception staff were good and helpful, but unfortunately, the restaurant staff were rude and their attitude toward guests was not acceptable. The room also had several problems. There were ants in the room, and the air conditioning was not working properly. In addition, the booking stated that parking was available, but when I arrived, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay extra for parking. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir blieben noch eine Nacht länger und durften sogar im gleichen Zimmer bleiben. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer tollen Lage mit Blick auf den Gardasee.

Die Lage ist top. Allerdings ist Mittwoch Markt und es ist keine Anfahrt zum Be- oder Entladen möglich... also 100 Meter Koffer schleppen.

Zimmer unter aller Kanone... für ein "Grand hotel " unwürdig. Keine Schranktüren, keinerlei Abstellfläche im Bad. Und das Zimmer hat scheinbar der letzte Heimwerker hergerichtet. Hirn- und lieblos. War aber eini SUPERIOR-Dz.. 🤨

Le bruit et l’absence d’isolation phonique qui nous ont empêchés de dormir pendant les deux jours, le fait de n’avoir personne à la reception à partir de 23h. La Reception qui propose des boules quies pour résoudre le problème du bruit .. une quantité de poussière dans la chambre

Toll war die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer, die Lage am See und die Dachterasse beim Frühstück.

Was mir sauer aufgestoßen ist, dass der Herr an der Rezeption unsere Ausweise mit einem Handy fotografiert hat. Das ist absolut nicht Datenschutzkonform. Es war so wenig los, dass durchaus Zeit gewesen wäre, die Daten abzuschreiben.

Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön und die Lage ist super. Der Essensraum und der Roof Pool sind ein Highlight

Das Frühstück ist leider nicht besonders gut. Man könnte aus dem Hotel mehr machen. Wenn das Personal das Gepäck aufs Zimmer bringen würde und man beim Pool eine kleine Bar hätte, wäre es gleich deutlich aufgewertet

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht vom Pool und beim Frühstück war ein absolutes Highlight. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Lage. Gutes Restaurant. Dachpool und Frühstückssaal mit großartigem Ausblick über den See und Riva. Sehr nette Und hilfsbereite Dame an der Rezeption. Die hoteleigene Tiefgarage ist in wenigen Minuten Spaziergang entlang des Sees zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wenig Ablagen im Zimmer, obwohl der Platz dafür vorhanden ist. ZTL Zone ist nicht optimal, darf nur bei der An- u. Abreise befahren werden. Ist aber kein ernsthaftes Problem.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful both before and during our visit. The parking available in a nearby private car park was invaluable. Lots of choice at breakfast and super comfy beds. The hotel was clean throughout.

The pool was beautiful and once in amazing! However, my partner fell getting in on the first day as it is made entirely of steel and hurt his back quite badly which did impact our holiday. Better signage could have prevented this as the only warning was on a door that was wedged open so not visible.

Aircondition virkede ikke - og der var vanvittigt varmt den nat - hotellet forsøgte at hjælpe, men måtte indrømme at deres anlæg, meget længe har været i stykker, men ejer vil ikke betale for et nyt der virker. Så skal man ikke sælge værelser med aircon!!

Super hotel, wspaniała obsługa, smaczne śniadania z przepięknym widokiem, bardzo fajny basen. Pracownicy recepcji przemili i zawsze pomocni. Lokalizacja idealna, w samym centrum, blisko plaży. Parking 4 minuty pieszo od hotelu, ale walizki można wypakować bezpośrednio przed hotelem. Pobyt zdecydowanie udany dla nas i dla naszego pieska :)

Perfect location and beautiful view from the balcony. Our superior room had great air conditioning for the +33°C heat. Breakfast room had amazing views of the lake and mountains.

The room was a bit dusty.

The location was amazing! Right near the lake and on a lively square close to everything.

The property was really tired and in need of renovations. Very dated decor and small rooms with no luxury at all. The bathroom was dirty and although the reception staff were very helpful and reported it, it didn’t get cleaned properly. The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful but the building lets it down.

Huoneen parvekenäkymästä, ystävällisestä henkilökunnasta vastaanotossa, uima-altaasta ja auringonottoterassista, aamupalahuoneen näkymistä, aamupalasta ja erityisesti sijainnista.

Aamiainen on ihan hyvä, mutta henkilökunta ei pysy mukana astioiden täyttämisessä. Ruokailijoiden lukumäärän huomioiden tarjoiluastioiden tulisi olla kooltaan moninkertaisia, että astiat eivät tyhjenisi heti. Esim. hedelmien tarjoilukulhot ovat sen kokoisia kuin 6 henkisessä perheessä normiruokailulla. Aamupalalla osa henkilökunnasta on aika töykeitä. Hissi oli aika vaarallinen. Sisustukseen ei oltu liiemmin kiinnitetty huomiota esim. alakerran kahvilaravintolassa. Siellä oli kaikenlaista varastotavaraa keskeisillä paikoilla eikä tullut kovin Grand Hotel fiilistä. Pikkufiksauksilla ja muutoksilla hotelli olisi ihan super, joskin se oli jo nyt erittäin hyvä.

We had a separate lounge area and a small balcony overlooking a sun terrace. This terrace was well equipped and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the room was cleaned every day. The cleaning staff were attentive and professional. Breakfast was buffet style and replenished regularly. The rooftop infinity pool was ideal for cooling off in the hot weather. We sat outside at the hotel bar and enjoyed a delicious ice cream sundae.The hotel is situated in a lovely location, close to the lake, restaurants, and shops. We would return.

Our room was next to the lift, so we were disturbed by the noise early in the morning and late at night. We didn't realise that we had to contact the hotel prior to arrival with our car registration number. This would allow us to park outside the hotel for check-in and obtain a card for reduced car parking in a nearby car park. Fortunately, we had parked in the car park in a public car space and moved the car the following day. We paid €25 for the public car park and €10 for the hotel designated space.

Kun 1 person ud af hele personalet var sød og smilende - det var hende der gjorde rent på værelserne. Hun sagde altid godmorgen med et et stort smil. Resten af hele hotellets personale virkede ligeglade, ikke-smilende, og en enkelt skældte endda en gæst ud til morgenmaden, fordi han ville sætte sig et sted, hvor personalet ikke ville have at han/nogen skulle sidde - fordi de havde dækket op (til aftensmaden!?). Så det var virkelig ærgerligt at personalet var så "fraværende" for det påvirkede helhedsindtrykket af et ellers rigtig fint ophold.

La colazione era pietosa, cose fatte male (persino il succo alla arancia era super annacquato). La spa non è una spa ma c’è solo la sauna con dei lettini e il bagno turco. Nessun idromassaggio o altro, ci sono rimasto male
