Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en erg lekker. Prima kamer met uitzicht op het meer.

حصل موقف عند تسجيل الخروج كنت اتناول الإفطار و ذهبت لأحمل اغراضي بالسياره و الموظف ترك باب الفندق مفتوح و كان يراقبني بشدة اعطاني احساس انني سوف اسرق مبلغ التأمين و الضريبه و هما ابلغوني عند الخروج ادفعيهما !! لم يعجبني التصرف جداً سيئ كان بإمكانه اخباري متى سوف ادفع لكن المراقبة سيئة. و المرفقات لم تعجبني. مكواة الملابس بغرفة مخصصة بالاسفل و لقد حرقت ملابسي و لم يعلمني احد كيف استعملها لانها جداً قديمه. المصعد بطيئ جداً و يعلق و اضطريت استخدم الدرج. الفطور لذيذ و بصراحه كانو متعاونين an unpleasant incident occurred during checkout: while I was having breakfast, I went to load my belongings into the car. A staff member left the hotel door open and watched me intently, making me feel as though I might steal the security deposit and tax money—even though I had been told to pay those amounts upon checkout! I really disliked this behavior; he could have simply told me when to pay, but the constant surveillance was off-putting. I was also unhappy with the facilities. The iron was in a designated room downstairs; it burned my clothes, and no one had shown me how to use it because it was very old. The elevator was extremely slow and kept getting stuck, so I was forced to use the stairs. On the plus side, the breakfast was delicious, the staff were cooperative,

Overall, we had a very good stay and I would rate it 8.5/10. The best part of the hotel is definitely the excellent location and the beautiful lake view. The hotel is close to everything, which made exploring Riva del Garda very convenient. The room and cleanliness were good, and the breakfast was also good. Overall, the price was reasonable for the experience. The main downside was the parking. Parking spaces are limited and not guaranteed, the parking location can be a bit far, and getting in and out can be inconvenient. The staff service was average. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider staying here again if the price is right.

I had a landmark view room and it didn´t disappoint. A lovely view of the square with a small portion of the lake. It was a great way to start my holiday. Fantastic location, you can walk literally everywhere and feels very safe late at night. The breakfast buffet is really good, plenty on offer and the views from the breakfast room are spectacular. The staff are pleasant and the room, although a little dated is clean and well maintained. I would stay here again for views like that.

The sound proofing on the window wasn´t good so all the noises of the square come through. During the day no worries, it is part of the vibe but with the glass collection trucks in the early hours or the town clock starting at 7am, its a bit difficult to have a lie in.

Das Hotel war ein absoluter Traum: Top Lage, saubere, schöne Zimmer und nettes Personal. Der Seeblick lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Das Frühstück war gut und die Außenterasse direkt am Hafen ist wirklich traumhaft. Immer gerne wieder!

The staff were always very helpful and multilingual. The location is perfect being located on the main square and on the shores of the lake. There are lots of places to eat in the evening and the ferry station is nearby making day trips very easy. The hotel has the use of a multistorey car park nearby which is invaluable with the limited parking availability in the area. You are able to drop off and collect bags at the hotel. Breakfast was always good and plentiful with lovely views across the lake as the sun comes up. Our room was very clean and quiet. Highly recommend

It would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room but it was no big problem.

For 270 euros per night, the hotel is very disappointing. It is old, and not in a charming way. The lobby is ugly, the hallways are ugly, the room is ugly. The bathroom amenities are low quality. The wifi does not reach the room. This is an average hotel that you are paying a huge premium for because of the view.

De kamer was groot en schoon, elke dag werden de handdoeken verschoond, het ontbijt was heel erg uitgebreid en lekker.

The room view was completely different from the photos. Instead of the advertised historic view, we overlooked noisy air conditioning units and had to keep the curtains closed throughout our entire stay because the view was so unpleasant. The receptionist was rude and unwilling to help. **The breakfast staff, especially Gianni and Maria, were rude and did not know how to speak to guests respectfully. Even though I spoke politely, I was shouted at over a simple request while waiting for a clean table. I paid to stay at this hotel, so I expected to be treated

Great place for lunch in Riva. Fantastic food, friendly staff and very reasonably priced. Enjoy the views across the harbour while having lunch. I had the Caesar salad one day and the Greek salad the next day. Both were plentiful and delicious. I also recommend the Limoncello cheesecake for dessert.

המגבות באמבטייה היו מיושנות מאד. היה קושי להוציא סבון מהבקבוקים. לא היה שום דבר באמבטיה מלבד הסבון . הצ׳ק אאוט בשעה 10:00 יותר מדי מוקדם.

Zimmer war in Richtung Innenhof und da war die Entlüftung der Küche extrem laut bei geöffnetem Fenster. Bei geschlossenen Fenster ging es.

Staying here was a great choice for locality , scenery, & atmosphere, very friendly caring staff. Spotlessly clean , breakfast has a wide variety of hot & cold foods , cereals, nice coffee , would stay here again 100%

They don’t have big beds, only two small beds put together. Our room was facing the roof so there wasn’t any privacy and we had to keep the windows closed all the time. Room was not exciting or fancy.

Showed to a table by one waiter, ordered some drinks whilst we looked at the menu. Drinks arrived then another extremely rude waiter came and said we had to move table - didn’t even carry our drinks. We asked a question about the menu and he was again rude and dismissive. We ended up leaving, went somewhere else and had a lovely lunch (their loss, our gain).

A vízparti elhelyezkedés ellenére kicsit messze volt a strand, és egy kicsit behallatszott az eseti forgatag moraja, ami minket nem zavart. A helyszín kiválasztásánál ezt tudtuk előre és tudatosan döntöttünk így.

This is a pleasant hotel unless you are part of a coach party, in which case they treat you like second class citizens. We stayed 5 nights in a room (132) in the hotel annexe, accessed via a corridor behind the kitchens. The room was large and well equipped but had a view of a fire escape and a heating duct. The four course set menu was very poor quality, and we ate out on 2 of the nights despite having paid for evening meals as part of the tour. The vegetarian main course was omlette every night. We were not allowed to eat on the hotel terrace in the evening or at breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sole. The room was modern and well equipped, and the hotel classy and well run. Breakfast with a stunning view of Lake Garda is not to be missed. We had a view of Piazza 3 Novembre outside our window - and as there was a huge festival in town, had great seats so to speak for entertaining live Italian bands. Parking was also affordable, safe and convenient. Riva del Garda itself is also a lovely town. Bravo!

Ideal location right in the middle of the old town on the lake. Ferries a few steps away ,really convienient . Hotel is clean and has charm . Reception staff friendly and helpful . We were half board .The buffet breakfast excellent every morning .The evening meal of 4 courses was satisfactory ,I am afraid that I found the 3rd course to always be over cooked ,particularly the vegetable . Also our table was right next to an air con unit and so I had cold legs everynight ,however it was so hot this week ,I didnt mind too much . Our room had a view of the laundry/kitchen and other bedrooms . We were not overly bothered as were put all of the time but if you like to sit on your balcony and look at the view room 123 is not for you . There are no tea/coffee making facilities in room . There is a mini fridge with a couple of cans of water ,but no bottles of water and actually no glasses just small paper cups from bathroom . It was nice to have lots of coat hangers in the wardrobe though as lots of hotels only provide a few . Roof terrace is nice and gives good views . We did not use the spa so cant comment . In summary ,dont be put off by what I have written,just giving my personal opinion , its a good hotel in a great location,I would stay there again and would recommend it . Would class as probably 3+star not 4 .

Booked this hotel on a website as my usual hotel was unavailable and the location for this hotel is unbeatable. I stayed for 4 days. Been a regular to Riva Del Garda for the last 20 years staying here twice every year for the shoe show I have known a lot of hotels and restaurants in this area as you can imagine. Always seen this from outside and dined in there restaurant outside multiple times. The check in was smooth and room was clean and spotless. Quality of sleep very very good. I was with my 17 year old son so requested them to separate the beds which they did. The breakfast was good as Italian breakfasts are in general - cold cuts / scrambled eggs and some fruit and great coffee. I have only 2 small issues if at all - the shower cubicle was very small and I could barely move but water pressure very good. The sheets were not changed for all the 4 days. I would have liked the option to change it on the 3rd day as out room was not exactly cheap. Other than this the hotel was flawless / great sleep and staff. We even got a bottle of prosecco as a welcome gift. I will give It five stars and stay again for sure.

la déco est vieillie, la salle de restaurant est quelconque sans charme avec des chaises rhabillées à la petite semaine, sans goût et inconfortables. Petit déjeuner très médiocre, pas de fruits, ou pas mûrs, prestation très ordinaire. Serveurs parfois assez désagréables.

My property was lost during daily room cleaning. Must have gone with the changing of the linen. I would expect better vigilance. Hotel rules say "no pets in the restaurant". Elderly lady brought a dog that kept barking, restaurant staff did nothing about it. Breakfast room had a broken coffee machine making everyone use just one, causing ten minutes of wait to get a cup. Booking.com advertisement hints at free parking, but it's not and the parking is not at the hotel, rather half a mile away.

Het is een mooi hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het hotel bevindt zich in een ZTL-zone, maar het is toegestaan om koffers in en uit te laden, mits het personeel je wagen registreert. Op slechts twee minuten wandelen bevindt zich een ondergrondse parking waar je tegen betaling kunt parkeren. Daarnaast is dit een uitstekende locatie: prachtig gelegen en een ideale uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen.

Een klein minpuntje vonden wij de badkamer. Die was aan de kleine kant en met twee personen was het soms wat krap.

Wir waren im alten Gebäudeteil untergebracht, hier gibt es Renovierungsbedarf. Sauberkeit durchschnittlich, Frühstücksbuffet, ganz okay aber auch nichts außergewöhnliches.

A true gem in Riva Del Garda. Located on the water in town it had the perfect location. We arrived to friendly and very helpful staff. They made sure we knew about the Garda card which saved us money on lots of things in town. Our room faced the lake and was spacious enough for the / of us. We got the breakfast option which was really good. I don’t often enjoy hotel breakfast but this one was well worth a try. On a rainy day we also gave the private spa a try. Not thinking i would like it was amazing. They offer a Finnish sauna, steam bath, cool breeze shower, whirlpool and relaxation room for a very reasonable price and it is completely private. We opted for the luxury option which included a fruit tray and prosecco. Most of the hotels hatel parking in town is in a garage near by and allow you to pull into the pedestrian zone to load and unload. Parking rate was very reasonable. Overall one of our new favorite hotels

Perfect location next to the ferry. Beautiful hotel, our room overlooked the piazza with nightly entertainment.

Wonderful from start to finish location perfect however the running of the hotel from the welcome on arrival the staff all day long the hard work of the dining staff from the food prep to serving the atmosphere the warmth and friendliness all around the hotel the cleanliness of the place was perfect from start to finish xx What you saw outside was reflected inside beautiful first class sophisticated and great fun. Thank you Hotel Sole for a much needed beautiful break away. Would go back in a heartbeat
