Frühstücksbuffet eher klein und zudem durfte man sich nicht selber bedienen. Im Hotel hat es zwei Restaurants: eines mit Michelin Punkten und das andere wird als Bistro bezeichnet. Leider ist das Angebot im Bistro auch ,nouvel cuisine, und dementsprechend teuer. Einfache, regionale Gerichte sind nicht erhältlich. Noch etwas zum Zimmer: rund um die Dusche fehlt eine gründliche Reinigung, zudem ist das verarbeitete Holz rund um die Dusche morsch. Jeden Tag um ca. 15.00 Uhr kamen via Terrasse unzählige Ameisen ins Zimmer. Antwort des Personals: es ist eben Frühling.

Breakfast was amazing! Loved the lift to and from the Ski Mountain each day. The Spa area was a bonus with a Steam Room, Sauna and Jetted Pool.

The temperature in the room was hot. We needed to open windows to sleep well.

DV Chalet presents itself as an immersive, boundary-pushing boutique experience, promising “timeless elegance” and sensory rejuvenation. Unfortunately, our stay did not live up to this self-description, and overall the property felt closer to a three-star offering than the luxury standard it markets. What Worked The staff were consistently pleasant and welcoming, and the food in the bistro was genuinely good. The coffee at breakfast was also very good. However, the bistro restaurant lacked ambience and never delivered the elevated atmosphere suggested by the website. Room Quality Well Below Expectations Our room was the most significant disappointment. The lighting was extraordinarily poor throughout, making the space feel gloomy and impractical. The layout was similarly problematic. The bathroom offered only a single small sink, with the same inadequate lighting and no shaving mirror. Toiletries were limited to small tubes of shampoo and body wash—unexpected at this price point. The sleeping area also reflected puzzling design choices: the bed was uncomfortable to sit up in because of a gap between the headboard and the wall, and the “bedside tables” were small varnished tree stumps that were neither functional nor particularly appealing. Breakfast: Good Coffee, Poor Concept Breakfast was an especially frustrating experience. All items were arranged on a table behind which a single staff member stood, and guests were not permitted to serve themselves. Even simple requests - such as a bowl of cereal - had to be relayed to this one person. The resulting queue and delay were entirely unnecessary and felt inconsistent with a hotel positioning itself at this level. Spa and Common Areas Underwhelming The spa is small but adequate if expectations are modest. It is not distinctive in any way and, again, is poorly lit. There was also a noticeable trip hazard at the bottom of the stairs leading into the pool. The lounge area was another missed opportunity—neither cosy nor especially comfortable, despite the welcome presence of a real fire. Location Not Optimal The hotel’s position is not ideal for either the town centre or the ski lifts. Both are walkable, but not conveniently so compared with other accommodation options in Madonna di Campiglio. Overall DV Chalet has pleasant staff and some bright spots, but these do not compensate for the substantial shortcomings in room design, comfort, breakfast service, ambience, and location. Given its pricing and ambitious marketing language, the overall experience falls well short of a genuine four-star boutique hotel.

Elegant, spacious room. Very pleasant sunny breakfest room and excellent breakfest. Staff was excellent. Spa is very good. Shuttle service to the lift was perfect - fast, availible 8.00 to 17.00.

Bardzo miły butikowy hotel . Poczucie komfortu i wyjątkowości duże . Niesamowite restauracje w obrębie hotelu zarówno Michelin oraz hotelowa . Basen , sauna bez zarzutu .

Przemiła, bardzo pomocna obsługa. Cały personel recepcji, kelnerzy, obsługa baru, osoby sprzątające i kierowca byli zawsze bardzo uprzejmi i robili wszystko żeby Goście czuli się jak najlepiej. Pokoje bardzo przytulne i zadbane, wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty.

Bufet śniadaniowy był obsługiwany przez Kelnera. Wolałabym klasyczny bufet samoobsługowy.

Colazione molto buona con ottima scelta e varietà di dolce e salato con particolare attenzione ai prodotti locali. Staff molto professionale e gentile, disponibile a ogni richiesta. Proprietario molto simpatico, empatico e molto appassionato di Campiglio e, per questo, prodigo di consigli. Vero plus è il servizio navetta a/r per l'accompagnamento alla partenza degli impianti sciistici. Di livello la cena a la carte presso il bistrot interno. Spa molto funzionale e ben tenuta.

Pulizia della camera un po' approssimativa. Muffa nel soffitto del box doccia del bagno della camera. Poche prese di corrente ai lati del letto. Una lampadina bruciata in una lampada in camera.

L'acqua costa 7€ e la grappa "gioiello" 30€, evitatele e starete benissimo.

Lo staff è estremamente cordiale e disponibile, in particolare la direttrice che ci ha accolte con grande attenzione e ci è venuta incontro a ogni esigenza. La posizione dell’hotel è comodissima e la nostra stanza era spaziosa e confortevole, con una cabina armadio molto pratica. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo i dolcetti di benvenuto accompagnati da un biglietto scritto a mano: un dettaglio personalizzato che fa sempre la differenza! La spa è molto carina e ben organizzata, con mele, frutta secca, tè e acqua sempre a disposizione degli ospiti. Torneremo sicuramente!

Veľmi milí a ústretoví nápomocní personál. Prišli sme na motorke premočení do nitky. Motorku skryli do garáže, extra kvôli nám zapli sušiče na lyžiarky v lete aby nám uschli veci. Nádherná izba, útulný hotel. Krásne prostredie. Výborne jedlo. Všetko top! 🫶

Siamo stati accolti dalla titolare e poi seguiti da un’altra bellissima e gentilissima ragazza che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili per il soggiorno. La presenza del ristorante stellato è un ottimo motivo per tornarci e lasciarci coccolare ulteriormente.

The hotel is great, breakfast is amazing and the staff is the best! Daniel was the nicest person in town, always ready to help. The transportation to and from the lifts was perfect and comfortable. Very glad we booked this hotel, especially for the staff.

Our stay for a week at this marvellous hotel was exceptional. I stayed with my husband and 2 teenaged children. The rooms were wonderful - large and everything we needed in them - fabulous for a week. Most of all though, the service was excellent. From the restaurant team staff, to the driver who took us to the chairlifts, the housekeepers and the reception team - everybody was so kind and considerate. Mid-way into our stay I had a fall skiing which meant I stayed in the hotel for a few days; the staff could not do more for me to keep me comfortable. I felt so well looked after - they were truly amazing. We rarely return to the same hotel for skiing, but we certainly will return to DV Chalet. The dinners are stunning - make sure you order 3 or 4 courses, as each course is a little on the small side. The resort itself is exceptionally well thought through, with many modern restaurants and dwellings, while maintaining the character of the mountain region. The skiing itself was excellent - something for everyone.

Hotel team amazing - professional, friendly, helpful, kind. Food was fantastic - creative, traditional, high quality. Location was a 10-15 min walk to main ski lifts, or there's a hotel shuttle. Our room was smaller but you can choose. I'd come back!

This was our 5th time staying at DV Chalet, and it was as fantastic as ever. If anything, the food is even better than the last time we visited. We ate in the restaurant a few times (not the high end, Michelin, restaurant, just the "regular" restaurant for guests). If you stay half board, the evening meals are really, really high quality - a set menu that varies every day, and an a la carte, with some delicious regular dishes on it. We loved everything we ate. In addition, the staff are fabulous - super friendly and really, really helpful. Special mention for Daniel, who drives guests to and from the slopes - again, really helpful and friendly, available all day (up to 6pm) and great with our kids as well. The location is central - easy to walk to the town centre. And the spa is a good place to relax and unwind - small pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and water beds.

Being active lifestyle and good food enthusiasts, we were recommended DV Chalet for our skiing holidays. What is great about the hotel? Romanian driver bringing us to the slopes and back daily and dinners. Why would we not recommend it? 1) The room was super tiny and not conformable to place cloth. 2) Room is super dark - don't even dream to read 3) Internet - goes up and down, not suitable for work in case You need a conf call 4) Sound isolation - don't exists. We had 2 barking dogs in the room near by. Therefore I was not able to sleep 5) Normally after skiing or SPA You have clothes You would like to dry - there is absolutely no space for it and hotel representative said that they can't help with it; 6) People in the restaurant don't speak English and are not attentive 7) Would You like to get eggs for breakfast - you better go to the restaurant outside as it will take at least 30 min + You better have a translator with You as anything rather than an omelette is not understood (boiled eggs, sunny side up....). In general breakfast is very poor and served in a weird way. 8) Delivery to slopes - only nearest slope Spinate is arranged by the hotel, even if agency told differently 9) SPA - is rather cosy, but if You are coming with a kids / teens be prepared that they could use it only till 5 pm and in general they are not allowed to sauna.

Beautiful hotel. Small (20 rooms) really well laid out. Great spa/pool area. Best bed & pillows I’ve ever had on a ski resort ( normally take my own pillow but couldn’t fit in my bag) luckily I didn’t need it. The driver to the lifts was brilliant & we never waited more than a few minutes. Big shout out to Daniel who drove us most of the time.

Well it’s not ski in/ ski out but with driver it wasn’t that big a deal. We found the breakfast set up a bit too formal for us but that’s just our taste

Staff is really professional and friendly. Location is great, and you have a shuttle van driving you to gondola. You can also walk because it is 10 minutes walk.

There was two single beds connected to be a big bed. I thought I will get normal king/queen bed. It seems you cannot fully control temperature in room. My girlfriend was often feeling cold.

We want to thank DV Chalet Boutique Hotel for the excellent experience we had there. The service, food, accomodation and spa were amazing. However, a special gratitude goes to the exceptional owners and personnel at the reception! We were not that lucky and one of us got injured on the slopes. The staff at the hotel was super helpful and ensured that we get all the help we need. Food was good, but not overwhelming. Quiet location and rather close to the centre.

Humiliating situation in the restaurant on the second day of our stay, with couples sitting at either side of our table, discussing and joking loudly over our heads, making it difficult for our personal conversation and our ability to concentrate on the food. The Maître d'hôtel did not see the necessity to intervene and even participated. Poorly lit rooms. No handrails in the staircase. Extremely poorly lit swimming pool area with insufficient handrail to access the pool up and down over stairs, resulting in a fall and multiple serious bruising. Older or visually impaired guests beware! On reporting this fall to the manager at the desk it was dismissed as unimportant, not a single word of regret for the incident and pain. Additional hazard is getting in and out of the lift with a danger of stumbling over the unadjusted height at the lift exit.
