Qualità della cena migliorabile, ma abbiamo cenato una sola sera quindi il giudizio potrebbe essere poco veritiero.

In generale ci siamo trovati molto bene durante il nostro soggiorno. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, facendoci sentire accolti fin da subito. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la spa, davvero curata e rilassante, così come la pulizia delle camere, impeccabile. Eravamo al quarto piano e la temperatura era perfetta: anzi, abbiamo persino abbassato i caloriferi perché faceva leggermente caldo, segno di un ottimo comfort. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, comoda per spostarsi e visitare la zona. Anche la colazione ci ha soddisfatto molto: buffet ricco e vario, con in più la possibilità di avere piatti preparati al momento, come spremute fresche e omelette alla Nutella. Nel complesso, un’esperienza davvero positiva che consiglieremmo senza esitazioni.

Innanzitutto, abbiamo trovato un po’ eccessivo il costo di 20€ al giorno per il cane, soprattutto considerando che non viene fornito alcun servizio dedicato: non erano presenti né cuccia né snack o altri piccoli accorgimenti che avrebbero reso il soggiorno più adeguato anche per chi viaggia con animali. Avendo un cane molto piccolo e tranquillo, che non sporca e non crea disagi, ci è sembrato un costo poco proporzionato rispetto a quanto offerto. Inoltre, ci ha un po’ deluso la dotazione della TV in camera: era presente una televisione standard, ma senza funzionalità Smart. Oggi avere accesso a piattaforme come Netflix o simili è abbastanza comune, anche in strutture di categoria inferiore, quindi sarebbe un miglioramento apprezzato. Si tratta comunque di dettagli, ma che potrebbero fare la differenza nell’esperienza complessiva.

We arrived as a group of 17 on a Sunday and they had run out of Beer on tap. Still didn’t have beer on tap on the Thursday when we left.

We have stayed at this hotel repeatedly, and it truly is an excellent place. Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic, with a great selection and high quality. We especially appreciated the hotel shuttle, which quickly and conveniently takes you to the cable car station and brings you back as well. The little details and small gestures create such a wonderful overall impression. We felt amazing during our stay and will be very happy to return again.

This is probably one of the most unusual reviews I have ever written. On the first day (check-in day), I went to bed fully intending to give this hotel 1 star and leave a negative review due to my initial frustration. The main reason I chose this hotel was the balcony and its view (according to the photos of THE ROOM WE CHOSE on Booking.com), and neither we nor our friends were given rooms with a balcony and view. This was extremely frustrating. However, throughout the week, we were truly impressed by how well we were treated by all the friendly staff, especially Adriana, Pietro, Micaela, Eleonora, Giuseppe (the owner), and Gerson. I don’t think I have ever been treated so well at a hotel by people who were genuinely happy and kind. Combined with the rest of the hotel’s excellent facilities (SPA, Garage to leave Ski Equip., Free Transportation to Slopes, etc…), it became impossible to give just 1 star. It was an incredible week, and this hotel is excellent (Specially if you get lucky and get the rooms with a balcony view)! I will definitely be back next year. Thank you from your Brazilian friend — you were amazing.

1: The room we received (me and my friends) did not have a balcony with a view. Either a balcony with the view of a roof as it was the last floor, ou no balcony at all and small windows. But I must say the room itself was very big and confortable. 2: The box to have a shower was impressively small.

The staff is super helpful and polite. We went to a skiing trip so the hotel offers shuttle to every ski lift in Madonna area and it was awesome as our friends stayed in other hotel and they did not had that option to go anywhere where they wanted. You have to book a time for the SPA but as we were skiing everyday until the last lift we still had a chance to go to the SPA when we came back to the hotel. Breakfast is great as it is in Italy.

The rooms which are near elevators are super noisy. And the hotel guests were super noisy too., but probably it is a cultural thing.

Innanzitutto voglio fare i miei complimenti al personale sia della Reception che a quello di sala. La struttura è molto bella e ben tenuta.

La piscina della SPA era accessibile anche ai bambini ( persino neonati) con conseguente confusione all'interno. Ad un certo punto eravamo talmente tanti che siamo dovuti uscire.

Camera molto bella e spaziosa, bagno pulito e ordinato.

Il phon del bagno è praticamente inutile, sarebbe utile un upgrade. Unica pecca del soggiorno, per il resto tutto molto bene.

Trevlig personal och hög service- anda. Fantastiskt att bli körd till och från vald lift. God mat av hög klass ( halvpenion). Fräscht och trevligt spa med bra bokningssystem. Trevlig bar-del med afterski snack och på fredagen levande musik hela kvällen. Kommer gärna tillbaka

Pas de vue, pas de vraie fenêtre. Prix du parking en ssol (18€/j), pas de places suffisantes devant l'hôtel. Salle de bain basique.

This hotel is excellent. Everything is clean, warm and the staff is very friendly. A 6-7 minute walk to the center. The spa is small, but if you don't like crowds, visit it around 3 or 7 pm. The shuttle bus to the trails is perfectly organized, they come to pick you up from the trail when you call. The waiter and bartender Pietro works in the bar, he is great, smiling, hardworking, prepares the best espresso and is always ready to help, at least it wouldn't have a happy and positive atmosphere if it weren't for him. Everyone is nice, but he stands out. The garage costs €18 per day, if you don't want parking in front is free, if there is no space, the hotel has another parking 50m away. The breakfast is delicious, everything served is fresh and of good quality. However, the choice of dishes is quite small. We stayed for 7 days, and it's even embarrassing to eat scrambled eggs, 4 types of sunka and two types of cheese every morning. Everything I mentioned is delicious and fresh, when you are there for two or three days it can pass, but a hotel with such characteristics and such good staff would have to change that. Since there is only one complaint, and I am sure that it will be changed by my next visit, you get all the praise.

The plumbing… shower not hot enough at first.. then after 2 days we were allowed to change rooms. The was a leak near the toilet which was blamed on the shower door, yet leak was dripping from above the toilet. Hotel was often cold Rooms very noisey until 11pm as guest with young children banged on doors and argue in the stairwell which as tiled so carried noise. Not being told about extra cost when ordering coffee for afternoon tea and eggs for breakfast

We had a wonderful time in Hotel Chalet del Brenta. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were large and kept very clean by the housekeeping staff and the food was absolutely delicious. We were half- board and everyday the dinner was of outstanding quality. A particular highlight was the New Year's Eve dinner. Overall a wonderful stay and a special mention to Michaela,Masha,Sylvia and Pietro for looking after us so well.

Absolutely everything. The hotel is very well located, within minutes walking from everything. The staff was incredibly charming and helpful, always smiling (Silvia, Aurora and others) and trying their best to help. The Owner was present daily and made sure to take time talking to every guest. The room was great, functional and cozy. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was plentiful. Regarding extra activities, my daughter felt incredibly at ease in the Kids Park while we enjoyed some much needed resting time at the Spa. Having shuttles take you back and from the different Ski and Shopping locations was also extremely useful. This is what Italian Hospitality is all about.

Finding the hotel was a tiny bit difficult initially, so better signage could help.

Soggiorno di 3 persone (2 adulti e 1 bambino di 4 anni) dal 20 al 29 luglio (9 notti). Personale sia alla reception che al ristorante sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Camere molto belle, pulite e silenziose. Pulizia una volta al giorno + check serale. Cene al ristorante veramente molto buone e con menù vario (carne, pesce e vegetariano). Colazione abbondante e ricca di dolci fatti in casa. Area kids un valore aggiunto con Peppino e il suo staff veramente fantastici e in grado di intrattenere e far divertire ogni sera i bambini. Menù bambini nell'area kids molto economico e vario (nostro figlio ha praticamente sempre cenato lì). Piscina riscaldata un altro valore aggiunto, accessibile anche con i bambini fino alle 18 previa prenotazione (personalmente abbiamo trovato posto ogni giorno).

Personalmente aggiungerei più varietà di frutta nella colazione.

Personale gentilissimo e preparato . Molto gradito il servizio navetta che permette di rilassarsi senza dover utilizzare auto . Una cosa carina e anche il bar .. che offre drink di mixologi di Pietroman , e devo dire che anche l acconglienza in camera per il mio cagnolino è stata molto buona

Il menù della cena nn era vastissimo seppur buona qualità , e purtroppo la spa è gratuita per solo un ora al giorno , ma comprendo che in agosto e con il tempo brutto sia affollata per cui l accesso contingentato sia funzionante

Colazione di qualità, varia ed abbondante. I prodotti di pasticceria sono tutti preparati in hotel. Abbiamo cenato una sola volta presso la struttura, la cena è stata piacevole, staff preparato e gentile.

La piscina ha dimensioni modeste (solo i bambini riescono a nuotare qualche metro) e gli accessi sono regolati tramite prenotazione. Una volta ci è successo che fosse particolarmente affollata e il bagno non sia stato affatto piacevole; ci hanno riferito che alcuni ospiti si erano lamentati degli accessi limitati e lo staff aveva aperto ad un numero maggiore di persone.

Nicola at the front desk was so helpful, friendly and professional. The staff at the restaurant was also very friendly. We felt genuinely welcomed. The spa was very nice, clean and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

La nostra era una junior suite però mansardata, con finestre piccole. In caso di giornate soleggiate la notte si patisce il caldo. La spa non è regolamentata a sufficienza, troppi bambini che trasformano tutto in un parco acquatico con schizzi e schiamazzi. In accettazione mi hanno prenotato un parcheggio per il giorno successivo ma hanno omesso di dirmi che la strada per il ritorno sarebbe stata chiusa dalle 09.30 alle 15.00: dato che dovevamo partire per il ritorno non abbiamo potuto usufruire del servizio. Averlo saputo ci saremmo organizzati diversamente. Colazioni buone ma un po’ scarne per un hotel 4 stelle.
