Direkt am See, mit Bademöglichkeit nur über die Strasse und einem wunderschönen Blick über den See und auf die Berge beim Frühstück (leider hatten wir ein Zimmer hintenraus) Das Zentrum von Malcesine ist fußläufig am See entlang gut zu erreichen. Die Damen am Empfang waren sehr nett und es war per whatssapp vor der Anreise immer jemand erreichbar. Kostenloser Parkplatz auf dem Hotelgelände genau vor der Tür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Ich habe mich über den Herrn, der am Frühstücksbuffet Dienst hatte sehr geärgert. Ich habe bis jetzt noch nie erlebt, dass man sich die Eier selber kochen muß. Sicherlich stand es auch da, aber ich habe es leider nicht gesehen. Ich nahm mir also ein Ei und einen Eierbecher und ging zum Tisch....und er stand lässig an die Wand gelehnt da und grinste mich blöde an...

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Vista spettacolare a 180° sul LAgo di Garda e principalmente sulla sponda di fronte dove sussiste Limone sul Garda! Camera semplice, ampia e comoda così come lo è il bagno. Colazione onesta improntata a turisti stranieri! Piscina piccola, ma graziosa e pulita.
La cosa che proprio io e mia moglie non abbiamo sopportato è stato il fumo, al mattino presto ed alla sera, che giungeva dall'alloggio attiguo della signora delle pulizie. Aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato con un pò di attenzione.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Sehr freundlich, sehr gute Lage, gutes Frühstück. Wir reisten mit Hund und es war perfekt eigene Hundezone mit Wiese beim Hotel und der Hundestrand vor der Haustür. Die Besitzer haben selber einen Hund daher sehr tierlieb. Wir kommen wieder, danke.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Struttura accogliente, pulita e con una camera di giuste dimensioni e con un balcone da cui è possibile ammirare il lago e anche il castello di Malcesine. La colazione a buffet aveva tutto quello che si può desiderare , sia dolce che salato con degli ottimi prodotti. Un plus è stato il parcheggio privato dell’ albergo proprio sotto la struttura , comodo per scaricare le valigie. Anche la posizione , seppur leggermente lontana dal centro di Malcesine , era più che buona dato che colloca la struttura vicinissima al lago e con una spiaggia proprio lì di fronte dove basta attraversare la strada per poterne usufruire. Altra cosa positiva è la piscina, di gradevoli dimensioni, e l’ idromassaggio.
Per sopperire a questa leggera lontananza dal centro di Malcesine potrebbero aggiungere un servizio con delle bici (non per forza e-bike ma anche le classiche bici da donna) per poter andare a visitare il Paese senza dover per forza prendere la macchina o farsi 1 km a piedi. Inoltre, essendo il lago dotato di piste ciclabili panoramiche e staccate dalla strada principale, il servizio bici potrebbe servire per muoversi in tranquillità anche per raggiungere altri paesi limitrofi o spiagge senza dover per forza utilizzare la macchina che , nei mesi estivi, si fa fatica a parcheggiare vista la notevole affluenza di turisti.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Hotel bardzo kameralny, idealny na wypoczynek. Basen przy hotelu bardzo fajny. Są tez dostępne lezaki. Hotel bardzo czysty, komfortowy, pokoje dość duże. Dla rodziny super opcja. Śmiało moge polecić hotel.
Jedyny minus to pancakesy (mysle ze to gotowe kupione produkty) i croissanty byly suche a mleko do kawy jakies chyba nie do końca świeże. Poza tym pieczywo wędliny jajecznica bułki warzywa wszystko ok :)

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026L’hotel ha una vista spettacolare sul lago data dalla posizione più alta rispetto alla strada. Tutto il personale molto cortese. La camera molto pulita e confortevole. La colazione ottima molto fornita sia di dolce che di salato. C’è anche una piccola piscina con lettini e con zona bar che noi non abbiamo utilizzato ma molto piacevole. In camera si trovano anche i teli da mare. Sicuramente consiglio questa struttura e ci tornerei molto volentieri.
Nulla. Segnalo solo il condizionatore in camera un po rumoroso.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Kiesik a központból de mégsem. Kb 10 perc sétával eljutottam mindenhová amit rövid nyaralásom alatt szerettem volna megnézni. A hotel tényleg kutyabarát, nem csak beengedik őket hanem tényleg örülnek nekik. Egyedül voltam két kutyával és tetszett hogy a hotellel szemben van a kutya strand. A személyzet nagyon barátságos, a szobám kényelmes volt, a matracon meg is lepődtem, mintha új lett volna.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Sehr schönes Hotel mit neu renovierten, modernen Zimmern. Unser Zimmer hatte sogar zwei Balkone, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Mitarbeiterin spricht außerdem sehr gut Deutsch, was die Kommunikation sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Es gibt einen guten Parkplatz; lediglich die Auffahrt ist etwas steil, jedoch ist das kein Hindernis. Ich habe während meines Aufenthalts einen Kitekurs gemacht, und die Lage des Hotels war dafür ideal: nur etwa 10 Minuten zum Kitespot und 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Przemila i serdeczna obsluga hotelu zarowno na recepcji, na stolowce jak i pani sprzatajaca pokoje - naprawde wysoka kultura osobista, serdecznosc wobec drugiego czlowieka oraz zwierzat (przyjechalismy z psem). Bardzo dobry wybor jesli chodzi o sniadanie (pieczywo, sery, wedliny, owsianka, jajka, bekon, jogurty, slodkosci, itp) - duze pozytywne zaskoczenie, bo to nie jest typowe wloskie sniadanie. Lokalizacja jest naprawde idealna, bo naprzeciwko znajduje sie plaza dla psow, wiec mozna albo isc na plaze albo zostac na lezakach przy hotelowym basenie (psy byly mile widziane). Wszystko w hotelu jest fajnie przemyslane, dopieszczone i dogladane przez ekipe hotelowa. Nawet piesek dostal prezent powitalny w postaci smaczka, w pokoju dodatkowo czekala na niego miseczka, woreczki na kupy i mata na siku (dla tych malych pieskow, co jeszcze nie ogarniaja toalety na zewnatrz). Do miasteczka Malcesine prowadzi trasa przy jeziorze, wiec mozna sobie robic bardzo przyjemny spacer okolo 15 minut. Goraco polecam to miejsce

Die Auffahrt zum Hotel hat eine zwar kurze, aber heftige Steigung. Der Parkplatz war eher eng, dafür aber gratis.

The owner was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire visit. We also really appreciated having a parking space. Plus, it is located just a short distance from Malcesine. A huge bonus was the gluten-free breakfast. We highly recommend this place!

Troszeczkę wjazd na parking i śniadania bardzo włoskie my jestśmy przyzwyczajeni do innych smaków ale na kilka dni nie sprawiło to żadnego problemu

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Family-run hotel - Marinella and Sabina were very friendly, helpful, and always there when needed. The hotel was perfect - we opted for a lake view room with balcony and it was amazing. Location was ideal, a one minute walk down to the pebble shore of Lake Garda and a pleasant 20 minute walk into the centre of Malcesine.
Everything was great.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Am avut parte de o priveliste minunata asupra lacului Garda. Hotelul este la 10min de mers pana in centrul localitatii, ne-am bucurat de o plimbare frumoasa pe malul lacului. In fata hotelului este o plaja foarte draguta unde au voie si cateii. Camera are un aspect modern, a fost foarte curata, aerul conditionat a functionat perfect. Balconul este perfect pentru a admira lacul. Din pacate am stat prea putin pentru a ne putea bucura si de piscina. Micul dejun a fost foarte bun si variat. Multumim gazdelor!

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Cudowne widoki z okna, albo góry, albo jezioro. Do dyspozycji basen jak chce ktoś odpocząć od tras górskich lub pieszych. Dobre jedzenie, bar przy basenie. Miła obsługa. Planujemy tu jeszcze wrócić.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Die Lage ist sehr gut, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Und in 15 min in der Stadt. Frühstück war sehr lecker, man könnte ggf noch mehr frisches Obst anbieten.
Das Zimmer war etwas klein und es gab keinen extra Kleiderschrank, nur eine Kleiderstange. Für einen Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten für uns völlig machbar, bei einem längeren Urlaub, stelle ich mir das schwierig vor.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Struttura accogliente. Ottima posizione vista lago e vicina al centro di Malcesine. Camere ristrutturate e pulite. Molto bella anche la piscina anche se non di grandi dimensioni. Staff accogliente, simpatico e sempre disponibile. Buona e varia la colazione a buffet. Consigliato.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Es war sehr sauber. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer! Die Betten sind bequem und das Badezimmer war angenehm groß. Wir hätten einen Balkon der hinter dem Haus lag - das war auch sehr angenehm da uns somit die Nachmittagssonne nicht erwischte. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Der Weg zur Stadt - 10min zu fuß am Seeufer entlang. Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Hotel.
Die Eier beim Frühstücksbuffet sind aus Spanien mit Bodenhaltung. Das finde ich absolut nicht gut. Das Hotel ist etwas Hellhörig - was für Personen mit leichtem Schlaf etwas schwierig sein könnte. (Man hört die Leute sehr gut wenn sie zum Zimmer gehen sowie die Nachbarn - wir hatten einmal eine private Vorstellung für die Ohren von gewissem Schabernack 😉😂) Der Pool war sehr warm. Die Stadt Malcesine ist etwas teuer. Shopping macht dadurch wenig Spaß - dafür sind wir dann nach Bardolino gefahren.

Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, frisches Obst, Getränke, ein reichlichen und ausgewogenes Angebot. Hunde sind im Haus sehr willkommen, es gibt am Hinterausgang eine extra Hundewiese 😀😃. Ein beheizter Schwimmimgpool und Wirlpool runden das Angebot ab. Wir sagen ❤️ Danke.
