Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Ich schätzte, dass wir zu zweit genügend Platz hatten. Sehr angenehm empfand ich, dass eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden war, welche auch schon mit Kaffeebohnen gefüllt war. Die Küche benötigten wir ansonsten nicht. Dass es im selben Gebäude auch ein sehr leckeres Restaurant gibt, fanden wir toll
Schade, dass der Raum vollgestopft mit Möbeln war und an ein Möbelabstelllager erinnerte. Der Raum wirkte dadurch und wegen defekter Dinge "verwahrlost" (war aber sauber). Ich empfand es etwas irritierend, dass nie jemand zugegen war um z.B. WC-Papier nachzufüllen oder mal ein Frotteetuch zu wechseln.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026ヌーシャテルの中心地場所がとても良かったです。フロントはなく、自身でチェックインの必要がありますが、wahtsapli経由ですぐに連絡をとれて安心でした。
現地スタッフがいてくれると安心でしたが、そういうものと割り切れば特に問題ありません。玄関のオートロック解除のブザー音が開錠の音には聞こえず、警報音のように聞こえて、これには少し焦りました。事前説明があると良いかもしれませんね、

No parking on site as in pedestrian area only. The rooms were large but you needed to climb 4 flights of a spiral staircase and when carrying luggage it is very difficult and tiring.

No estaba demasiado limpio, había algo de suciedad superficial y prendas de ropa de otros huéspedes. Al ser tan céntrico acceder a él en coche no es posible. Quizás no leí bien, pero el acceso a la habitación se complicó al estar esta en el ático.

In one of our two rooms we found hair on the floor. And the TV screen was on the whole time but we didn't find the remote so we had to unplug it.

Was advertised a double bed got 2 twin, wasn't an issue after pushing them together. I went during a heatwave, It was super hot, so no fault of anyone. Had strong fans but it was a tad uncomfortable as it was right at the very top of the beautiful historical building, It just held the heat.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Everything was perfect! The room was bigger than average, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed and more. The location could not have been better — right in the heart of the historic part of town, with plenty of cafés, bars, and restaurants less than a one-minute walk away. The kitchenette is small but very well equipped, with plenty of crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. They even provided oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc., which was very handy and a lovely touch. Thank you! The check-in instructions were very clear, and we also received the tourist card well in advance of our arrival, which was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We didn't see on time the message that bank wanted a second-step confirmation of payment and it was cancelled. First we didn't know what to do at 23:15.. but then owners sent us a message by What'sApp and it all ended well. The room was big, it was a bar before) all the instructions were clear, there were ventilators, so we had a pleasant stay.
Of course in the centre people are up till late and early in the morning all the city life begins with different machines around. But better windows can solve this issue)

Badzimmer ohne Lüftung und desshalb unangenehmer und ungesunder Schimmelgeruch. Müsste unbedingt saniert werden

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026The rooms are located in an old building, quite charming. My room (Medieval) has also a kitchen corner and a coffee machine. This is quite handy for the morning breakfast being a good supermarket (Migros) at walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out is fully autonomous. With a code to open a capboard at the second floor while the key shall be dropped in a letter box. The location is in the city center. Absolutely lovely.
The owner was a bit lazy to send the instruction with the codes (half an hour before my arrival). To be noted that it is not assured to have internet access when someone travel from EU given the roaming costs. It was not my case, but it would be useful to receive all well in advance (I paid the full amount few days before). Also for the tourist card, which gives access to public transportation, I had to ask. The same for the invoice. The shower box is too low if you are above 1.80 m. There is not air conditioning, compensated by an air fan with a silent night function. Unfortunately the night function turns a bright led, very disappointing. Maybe to cover it with a black tape? There were warm nights during my stay, which appears an exceptional and infrequent weather circumstance.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026A beautiful old building but (we knew before) no lift, opposite an ancient fountain and in the centre of town.
The fact that there was no face to face contact with the owner. All by telephone and, as mine wasn't working when we arrived , we had no PIN number to check in with. The restaurant manager was so helpful but he had nothing to do with the hotel. However he phoned the hotel owner using his phone and we got sorted out. I dread to think what would have happened otherwise. Merci "Obi"

Check-in/-out einfach zu handhaben (niemanden persönlich gesehen, aber alles perfekt aufgestellt (ev. zuviel?), sauber, bequem (zB. Bett), einfach zu handhaben und klar.. (persönlichen Kontakt auch nicht wirklich nötig, aber menschlich/gefühlsmässig ev. doch etwas!?).. im voraus (Tel./Mail) sehr hilfreiche, humorvolle und überaus freundliche Betreuung.. danke.
Ehrlich.. sehr gute, aber ev. eher doch zuviel Ausstattung (Küche/Kochen etc.) für Kurz-/Intensivaufenthalte.. und damit, mit doch fast CHF300.- p.Nacht (?) schon, zwar einmalig, aber auch sehr teuer!?

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026I liked how antique and cool the room was. It was in the center of town and made it really easy to get to other places. The luggage storage worked really well too.
The full bar in one of our rooms was out of place. It felt like it made it really hard to be able to have the space that we wanted. The lack of air-conditioning or minimal amount of fans was also a problematic, particularly for the cinema room. We entered the room and it felt like we entered the boiler.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, zu Fuss kann man gut den See, den Bahnhof, verschiedene Restaurants oder die Einkaufsstrasse erreichen. Auch ein Parkhaus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Unter den Betten hatte es reichlich Staub, auch lagen da Bettsocken (vorheriger Gäste?). Leider drangen sowohl die Geräusche des unter dem 5-Bettzimmer liegenden Restaurants bzw. der Küchenaktivitäten durch Boden und Tür, auch roch man v.a. das gebratene Fleisch u.a. Mein Sohn hatte dadurch Mühe, einzuschlafen.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Très bien situé dans le centre de Neuchatel dans un immeuble ancien très bien entretenu. Appartement très propre , bien équipé. Très belle vue sur une ravissante place. De plus la récupération des clés est très facile.
Je n'ai pas vraiment de remarques, à part peut etre la décoration un peu vieillote. Un peu bruyant dans les rues attenantes

Reviewed May 6, 2026Nous n'avons pas eu de contact direct avec une personne mais les échanges et indications, de même que la réactivité aux questions posées étaient efficaces et très clairs. L'emplacement impeccable, la récupération de la clé facile, limite ludique. Chambre très bien avec demande de lits séparés respectée. Je recommande cet hôtel et ne manquerai pas d'u retourner si je retourne à Neuchâtel.

Communication efficace du propriétaire par messagerie et Tourist Card utilisable dès le matin de l’arrivée. Parfait!

Reviewed May 3, 2026Zimmer mit kleiner, sehr gut ausgerüsteten Kochecke. Kaffeemaschine, mit Bohnen gefüllt, steht im Zimmer. Die Lage des Hauses mitten in der historischen Altstadt ist toll. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Der Aufgang zum Zimmer im obersten Stock über die Wendeltreppe ist eng. Dafür wohnt man in einem historischen Gebäude.

Thé café, eau etc. Lits et coussins très confortables. Bien située tout près du centre et du lac. Proche des commerces et resto.
pas facile à trouver pour se parquer pas loin de l'hotel. ce serait top si Bookking indiquait le meilleur endroit.
