Arrivés après la tombée de la nuit difficile de se repérer sur le site car peu de signalisation. Piscine ouverte jusqu'à 20h mais pas d'éclairage.

Le calme, la piscine, la vue incroyable, notre villa, la nourriture ! Nous avons profité des installations de l’hôtel pendant qq jours, c’était très agréable ! On y mange super bien et le personnel est très accueillant. Nous avons aussi fait un cours de cuisine et c’était génial, on s’est régalés !! On a profité des massages aussi, et c’était un super moment. L’endroit est vraiment incroyable !!

Le seul point qui mériterait d’être amélioré est l’intérieur des villas, qui commence un peu à dater… le sol pourrait être refait pour être au goût du jour, éventuellement personnaliser un peu la déco, les draps par exemple. Les installations des rideaux, des banquettes font un peu vieillottes aussi. C’était le cas pour la villa 11 en tout cas. C’est dommage car tout le reste est parfait !

Un emplacement superbe à l écart de l agitation de Pandangbai. Prestations très appréciables du petit déjeuner, à la piscine et dans oublier le système de navette gratuit et à tout heure.

On a moyennement apprécié les geckos et même la visite furtive d un singe mais nous avons bien compris que c était à nous à nous adapter à cet environnement sauvage. Nous nous sommes donc adaptés sans problème.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable, with what seemed like a piece of foam rather than a mattress. There was an airconditioner in the bedroom but sitting right over your head so too cold to use. We left a day early to stay somewhere else as we found it too difficult to get a good night's sleep. The property is quite weathered and could do with a refresh.

Loved the location overlooking the sea, coast and mountains. Waking up to sunrise and Mount Agung every morning. Loved the fact the living and bathroom were all outdoors, but the bedroom could be closed in. Outdoor bath with view and comfy chairs on the decks. The eco aspect was balanced well with nice touches and convenience. Resort was very clean and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. What exceeded my expectations was the food - the chefs were amazing and everything fresh. Bias Tugal beach 5/10 mins on free shuttle was lovely and snorkling trip from boat was better than I had thought it would be (even saw a 2m reef shark). Would recommend the boat over trying to snorkel from Blue Lagoon beach itself. Hiring a driver to go further afield for a day was easy and supporting local. Oh and massage at spa was fantastic!....and morning yoga was a treat to start the day. Stayed 6 nights which was enough for us to totally relax and see a bit of the surrounding area with a driver. A few families were staying longer.

Nothing at resort we didn't like, but Blue Lagoon beach itself could do with a clean up. However, head to Bias Tugal a short free shuttle away from resort, or Virgin Beach 25 mins drive further up the coast for the most pristine beaches I have visited on Bali mainland.

Lokatie, zwembad, restaurant, eten, gastvrijheid. Het is een 3 sterren accomodatie omdat de huisjes wat minder comfort bieden maar juist die eenvoud maakte het voor ons de beste accomodatie van onze reis door bali, het overtrof zelf een 5 sterren resort.

Leider über fast den gesamten Aufenthalt Probleme mit dem Internetprovider und somit kein WLAN.

It was wonderful. The villas were large and comfortable with fantastic views. The staff were kind and helpful. The spa services were great value.

The service at dinner was slightly slow, but otherwise I couldn’t fault the stay at all.

Das einzige was mir persöhnlich nicht so gefallen hat waren die Strände direkt am hotel. Es sind nicht wirklich badestränder (nicht sauber). 20min vum hotel gab es einen kleinen verstecktenen steand dort war es schön. Zum schwimmen für Kinder und teilweise sogar für Erwachsene nicht geeignet durch die starken Wellen.

It really suited me, relaxed eco vibe with picturesque and good facilities and I had the most spectacular view from my suite. I wanted to relax and rest and I got to do this. The Hot Stone Massage was worth it. I enjoyed the restaurant food, and staff organised anything that I wanted.

Honestly, I think the safety guidance around Bloo Lagoon Beach could be much clearer. It is a beautiful and inviting bay, but it can be deceptive from a safety perspective. There is a shallow coral shelf which allows you to walk out from the beach sand through the waves towards deeper water, and boats come into the bay in the mornings with snorkellers. This could easily give guests the impression that it is generally safe to walk out from the beach and snorkel independently. Sadly, a foreign tourist died while snorkelling at Bloo Lagoon yesterday afternoon. I was actually at the beach earlier in the day the day before snorkelling from the beach but amongst the boat snorkelers for safety and experienced the incoming waves myself getting back to the beach but that was okay. I chose not to go back into the water when I arrived later in the day yesterday as the waves crashed in but with strong under currents as the tide moves out. Knowing what happened afterwards has made me feel even more strongly that guests should be given clearer information about the potential dangers of the water and changing conditions. The resort had many families staying as it was during school holidays, and so the beautiful pool with its slide is understandably a major attraction for children.

This place is a rare pearl . Hidden in the nature , it is an oasis of peace . Every single staff was gentle , kind and caring with my family . The yoga class was a beautiful start of the day . The SPA and the cooking class were extremely entertaining.

The most beautiful place I ever stayed in for a very good price. The views and the grounds are incredible The staff is wonderful, with excellent service including room service all day long. Very good buffet breakfast and choice of meals. Booked 2 nights but extended to 4. Shuttle service is a great bonus although there is not much going on in the village below. We were just happy to hang out in the resort , chill in our spacious villa and enjoy the yoga, beautiful large pool and excursions on offer. We went on a morning fishing trip, only catching one small fish but the sunrise over the sea and seeing dolphins made our day. We also booked snorkelling through the hotel, all good value. There is plenty to keep you occupied for at least a week . The villa was just perfect and it was the quietest place In Bali.. No building work or any outside noise apart from wonderful nature sounds. Perfect end to our 2 week holiday. This kind of place would cost ££££ in Europe all for a fraction of the price here.

We loved everything about Bloo Lagoon

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der Nähe zum Hafen gebucht, da wir von dort auf eine der Gili-Inseln übergesetzt sind. Dafür war es hervorragend. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht wunderschön. Der richtige Ort zum Runterkommen vom Trubel in Ubud. Das Frühstück war in Buffet-Form und war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Der Pool hatte eine Rutsche, die die Kinder natürlich toll fanden. In sich eine abgeschlossene Anlage. Der Shuttle-Service zum Hafen war auch super.

Absolutely unforgettable! This was by far the best accommodation of our entire trip. Everything about Bloo Lagoon was special. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by nature with incredible views, and the whole property has such a unique, peaceful atmosphere. It feels completely different from a typical hotel and gives you the perfect opportunity to slow down and truly enjoy your surroundings. Our accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and full of character. Waking up here every morning felt like being in a little piece of paradise. The views of the sea, the nature, the atmosphere, everything was simply amazing. The staff were also fantastic: genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. You can really feel the care and passion behind the place. After staying in several different accommodations during our trip, Bloo Lagoon was easily our favourite. We actually wished we had booked more nights here. The Spa is also special what they offer! If you are looking for something unique, peaceful, beautiful, and surrounded by nature rather than just another standard hotel, book this place. We would absolutely come back!

Tolle Anlage und sehr freundliches Personal. Ich war zum zweiten Mal hier und würde es immer wieder buchen für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg zu den Gili Inseln. Wer Ruhe sucht wird hier glücklich.

Es ist sehr naturbelassen. Wer Probleme mit Tierchen hat, könnte hier Probleme haben. Mich hat das nicht gestört. Die Anlage ist einfach zu schön.

It looks like paradise on a hill. They arrange transportation up and down so you never need to worry. Staff arranges everything, including trips, your fast boat tickets etc.

Padang Bai beach is overrated.

Stedet ligger litt utenfor sentrum men på en fantastisk høyde med flott utsikt utover sjø og land. Det er svært stille og rolig, hyggelig betjening, rene fine fasiliteter, bungalower med aircondition og fine områder. Plasseringen et stykke utenfor sentrum oppe i høyden var ikke noe problem. Det var gratis shuttlebuss som man kunne ringe opp, og de var svært raske på plass og veldig serviceinnstilte. Det er også en veldig fin miljø profil på hotellet fordi oppriktig ønsker å ta vare på naturen vår.

Det hadde vært fint med trimrom. Det dog gikk an å trene ved å svømme i bassenget. Veldig god, sunn og allsidig frokost, men menyen og maten i middagsrestauranten kunne vært bedre.

Everything! This is not a five-star resort, but that was never our expectation. The stunning views, lush gardens filled with bees and butterflies, incredibly comfortable beds, open-air bath and shower, delicious food, beautiful swimming pool, yoga classes, and the exceptionally professional and kind staff made our stay unforgettable. My family and I created some of our best memories here, and this place will always hold a special place in our hearts.

We had an amazing experience at the restaurant at Blue Lagoon Eco Village, and we want to give a special thank you to the entire team for the exceptional care they gave our daughter, who has celiac disease. Even before we arrived, the staff had already discussed her dietary needs with the kitchen team. They even prepared a special gluten-free cake for her arrival, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming surprise. Every morning at breakfast, they made sure she had delicious gluten-free options prepared especially for her, and we always felt completely confident that her meals were handled with great care. As parents of a child with celiac disease, finding a place where we can truly relax is rare. The professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness of the staff made our stay even more memorable. We also had a wonderful stay at the resort itself. Our accommodation was beautiful and offered breathtaking views over the bay. The peaceful surroundings, the stunning location, and the warm hospitality made this an unforgettable experience. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our daughter feel safe, included, and welcome. Alt for mye maur og småkryp inne i huset. Vi kunne ikke bruke øverste etasjen pga. åpne vegger, og mye småkryp. Satt du fra deg et glass med brus, så krydde det rundt. Området nede i sentrum, var bare søppel og graps. Egnet seg ikke for turister.

Everything. It’s amazing. The dude who made it knew Buckmeister Fuller - what else can I say! Everyone so lively - and the place is just divine. Yoga, food, design and vibe perfectly in every way. Photos are much uglier than the place is in real life. There’s even awesome healthy monkeys at the temple around the corner!

My favourite Bali hotel so far we absolutely loved it. We had 3 kids with us and they had a great time.. morning yoga (included in stay) was a highlight such a beautiful spot and the instructor was great. The best sunrise and sunset! The cooking class was a highlight along with kite making for the kids A short shuttle to town so easy to get picked up and dropped off The restaurant food is so cheap and some of the freshest food we’ve had in Bali we ended up eating in the hotel the whole time which is something we never do

We loved the property. We just couldn’t go snorkelling because the water had quite a bit of fuel in it but I didn’t matter cause we enjoyed the view and the hotel

La stanza è bellissimo, vista oceano. Oltre ogni aspettativa. Grande e bella con uso cucina. Lo staff molto gentile e accogliente. Ci hanno prenotato i taxi, il traghetto e l'escursione in barca. Il centro benessere è di ottima qualità così come il ristorante. Ogni mattina c'è la lezione di yoga gratuita con un insegnante molto competente. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno a questo hotel.

I massaggi sono stati eccellenti, eseguiti da personale professionale e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Fantastische villa en een geweldig resort! Heel ruim, eigen tuin met prachtig uitzicht en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De villa is grotendeels open, de slaapkamer met heerlijk bed is af te sluiten en heeft airco (daar kun je voor kiezen). De douche is buiten, prachtig en warm. Het zwembad (met waterslide) is heel groot en de mooiste die ik op Bali ben tegengekomen. Gratis shuttle service (24/7) naar het dorp en de boot. Maar eigenlijk hoef je de deur niet uit, heel goed restaurant op het resort met producten uit eigen tuin. De spa is top, heb genoten van meerdere behandelingen. Ook de gratis yoga class in de ochtend (met uitzicht op zee) is erg goed. Het personeel super vriendelijk en attent. Gewoon geweldig!

This was a most beautiful eco resort with amazing staff, services, communication and surroundings. The villa we stayed in had the most stunning view with a large outdoor area to relax in after swimming in the amazing pool or exploring the beautiful gardens. The day spa was another highlight with the most luxurious massage and beauty treatments to help you relax! We didn't have time to try everything that was on offer at Bloo Lagoon so we will definately have to return! Many thanks for your warmth and accommodation Bloo Lagoon team!

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die morgendliche Yogastunde haben wir, mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick genießen können. Das Restaurant hat einen ebenso schönen Ausblick und das Essen war toll. Ein absoluter Ruhepool. Sehr freundliches Personal… bei unserer nächsten Bali Reise ist diese Unterkunft fest eingeplant.
