Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Bristol Union Intra-Muros à Saint-Malo! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par l’accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse du personnel, toujours présent, attentionné et de très bon conseil. C’est vraiment agréable de se sentir bien accueillis et accompagnés tout au long du séjour. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la propreté de l’établissement et surtout son emplacement idéal, à proximité de tout : les restaurants, les boutiques, la plage et les magnifiques rues de la vieille ville. Tout se fait facilement à pied, ce qui est un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement de Saint-Malo! Les chambres sont plutôt petites, mais nous le savions avant notre arrivée. C’est quelque chose d’assez courant en Europe et cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangés. La salle de bain, avec sa douche téléphone, et une bonne pression était également appréciée. En résumé, un hôtel que nous recommandons pour son accueil, sa propreté, son emplacement et son personnel aux petits soins. Une très belle adresse pour découvrir Saint-Malo et profiter pleinement de la cité Intra-Muros!

Posizione all'interno delle mura molto comoda. Parcheggio fuori dalle mura non distante. Buona qualità delle camere, pulizia ok.

Situation parfaite dans la vieille ville et tout prêt d’un parking ! Personnel d’une très grande gentillesse. Excellent rapport qualité / prix.

Les toilettes un peu étroites.

Dopo una notte in altro hotel -poi al completo- ho prenotato in questo albergo. Centralissimo, molto vicino alla cattedrale ed al parcheggio lungo il porto (parcheggio a prezzo modesto, non come a Rennes dove un giorno, all'aperto, zona mercato coperto, è costato 45 euro). Personale molto cortese: la receptionist ha offerto un up grade gratuito per una stanza più grande di quella prenotata (e pagata non poco); cosa molto gradita, anche per lo spazio adeguato della stanza . La stessa gentilezza ritrovata con il personale di sala, la mattina a colazione: buona e completa.

Senza upgrade la camera sarebbe stata piccola, e il prezzo direi eccessivo. Ma Saint Malò "giustifica" i costi maggiori, essendo molto bella. Ascensore per 2-3 persone ma solo per segnalarlo, essendo particolare trascurabile.

La ubicación, camas cómodas, la limpieza, la amabilidad del personal de recepción. Brian fué muy amable y nos dió buena información sobre donde comer y también la dueña, que hablaba muy bien español. Desayuno casero fantástico. Con productos ricos hechos por ellos. Cuarto de baño amplio. Tiene ascensor. No tiene parking, pero hay uno a muy buen precio a 3 minutos andando: un EFFIA.

No tiene aire acondicionado, pero no hizo calor y no fue necesario. Había un ventilador, eso sí. Nuestra habitación tenía bañera, un poco alta para entrar y salir. Estaría bien poner un asidero para no correr riesgos al de entrar y salir de ella.

The staff is very very friendly. The room was clean, and the position is excellent. Breakfast is good. Not the biggest but it's exactly enough.

Perhaps a little bijou and the lift was small but we recognise that there is little that could be done in that respect.

La gentillesse et l’accueil chaleureux de tout le personnel, l’attention portée aux clients, prêt à nous aider. Le lobby et la salle du petit déjeuner joliment décorés. L’emplacement idéal pour découvrir St Malo intra muros mais aussi les alentours. Très facile d’accès. Le lit bébé installé dans notre chambre suffisamment spacieuse.

Si on devait trouver un bémol, l’ascenseur étant petit ne permet pas de monter la poussette ouverte mais a le mérite d’être là et est pratique. On peut monter une grosse valise sans problème. La chambre fut lumineuse et la fenêtre donnant sur la place de la poissonnerie et le clocher.

St. Vincent の門から近く、サンマロ旧市街観光に便利な場所。 旧市街の中ではあるが、ferry乗り場までタクシーを用意してもらえた。 エアコンはないが、扇風機がある。 部屋の窓が開くのが良かった。 旧市街に虫がいなかった。 蚊に刺されなかった。

サンマロは、夏でも涼しいが、熱波がきたら、部屋にエアコンがないのは、問題になるかもしれない。

Très bien placé dans le centre de ST MALO, parking a proximité avec facilité de réservation de place grâce à l'hôtel. Personnel très accueillant, serviable et de très bon conseil, femme de ménage charmante. Nous reviendrons sans chercher ailleurs ! merci pour votre accueil et cet excellent séjour .

Nirgendswo auf der Reise hatten wir so nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal - ein grosses Dankeschön an Rezeption und Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt super zentral (Achtung Parkplatz reservieren) und das Frühstück ist frisch und super lecker.

Das Zimmer war recht klein und die Matratze lies die Bewegungen des Partners im Schlaf spüren. Auch gab es keine Klimaanlage (nur ein kleiner Ventilator), um die Fenster in der Nacht geschlossen zu halten.

El hotel está muy bien situado ,las habitaciones cómodas y limpias y el desayuno simplememente espectacular con productos de buena calidad y muy completo . Lo recomendaré a todos mis amigos .

This hotel is an absolute treasure.From the moment we arrived we were treated so warmly. The location is incredible close to everything! The staff so accommodating friendly and so helpful.The breakfast was wonderful with staff always ensuring all needs catered for.

Whilst the rooms can be on the small side ..with warm weather the room was difficult to cool …quite warm overnight a fan is provided in the room.

The personnel are the highlight of this hotel. They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is great. And the breakfast was varied and delicious.

During these hot days of summer, the room was quite warm and uncomfortable, despite the fan.

L'exiguïté des toilettes de la chambre, l'exiguïté de l'ascenseur (bâtiment historique sûrement), le bruit dû au restaurant de la rue (fenêtre ouverte)

Tout était absolument parfait 👌, le personnel est vraiment très sympa et bienveillant ; le déjeuner avec des produits fait maison 😋 , un lit hyper confortable et la situation idéale 🤩

Staff friendly and helpful

Our room wasn’t 100% clean and had a funny smell… I’m not sure the separate toilet one side of the bed in a small room and the shower room the other side of the bed worked . No air conditioning . The lift was out of order so we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs but an engineer did come and rectify the problem speedily . The shower gel dispenser was empty luckily we had our own . Reception was close so we couldn’t ask for a refill .

The room was too small, no fridge in the room, no A/C either … It was also a bit noisy.

Well located inside the ancient city while still not far from the city parking, the property is nicely decorated. Even the compact rooms are functional and the staff is extremely welcoming and caring.

Love this hotel. The owners and staff are so friendly and the location is perfect.

We went during one of the heatwaves and the room was so hot it was very uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning, although there was a fan which wasn’t much good.

Stayed for a night to catch up an early ferry to Guernesey. The hotel was perfect to our purpose, we have had a great time , and the very early check out was no problem at all.

Brion on reception was very welcoming and helpful.We even got a room upgrade for which we were truly grateful a nice surprise. The breakfast was really enjoyable with a superb team taking care or all our dining needs always smiling. We look forward to our next visit.

Lack of vehicle access and parking which given the location inside the walls of the old city is understandable but it added an xtra €40 to our stay. The guest experience would benefit from some kind of deal between the Hotel & QPark.

really great welcome from the staff. Location is amazing. It's very central and it was easy to drop bags off and then go and find parking. The hotel does have spaces in the Q Park just outside the walls and that was really handy.

Everything is a little bit squished. The room was tiny and the bed was not very comfortable. There is no air conditioning (we were there during the heat wave) but they had put a portable fan in the room. Unfortunately this just pushed the warm air around. If you are on the upper floors, be prepared to take the stairs because the lift will take one person and their suitcase!

This hotel is very comfortable. Staff here are excellent, friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bicycles securely in the basement which the staff helped us with. Plentiful and good quality breakfast. Very convenient for the ferry terminal.

The staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They even assisted us with parking, which made everything so much easier. We also loved the homemade muesli at breakfast, and the location was perfect for our morning runs.
